龍潭댐 建設에 따른 水質豫測

This paper was the study on the change of the water quality an water quality management of reservior when Yong-dam dam constructed. The results obtained are as follows, water quality of river in surroundings area was BOD 1-2 ㎎/ℓ, TKN 1 ㎎/ℓ, T-P 0.03-0.013 ㎎/ℓ. Results from calculatin of the pollution loading of conteminations according to environmental factor, water quality was calculated to BOD 0.87 ㎎/ℓ, T-N 0.07 ㎎/ℓ. Because of increased of inlet nutrient, nutrient conditions in Yong-dam reservior will generated to eutrophication. Therefore, methods for control and management nutrition conditions are must be intercept and control to inflow of nutrient that included to water and wastewater.

내시경적 점막절제술로 치험한 식도 과립상 세포종 1례

과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.

南宋의 流民策에 관한 硏究

The administrators in Southern Sung feared that if proper measures were not carried out, the displaced people would revolt and disturb the peace. Therefore they enacted the policy to settle these displaced people. The policy can be described in two parts: one(Ⅰ) are temporary steps and the other (Ⅱ) long-term steps. Ⅰ. The first steps were the ones such as free distribution of food and clothing, medical services, and funeral articles, etc. Ⅱ. 1. Lending of arable land and bestowing of some favor: (e.g. exemption from taxes and public labor, endowments of seeds, farming tools, and cattle) 2. Employment as a soldier. 3. Appointment of Kue Cheng Kuan from the north to public offices This policy mentioned above was beneficial not only for the displaced persons but for Southern Sung government herself in that Southern Sung government could increase her financial power by letting them cultivate waste lands and could increase her military personnel.

호프필드 신경회로망의 입력단에서의 안정성 분석

The negative weight often can be seen in Hopfield neural network, which is difficult to implement negative conductance in circuits. So we replaced the negative weight with the positive by using inverting neurons. And It has been shown that the input conductance affects the stability of the circuits greatly, and this paper offers the way to decide the appropriate value.

과학 성취도에 영향을 미치는 전두엽 연합령의 기능에 대한 종단적 연구

The purpose of this study was to longitudinally analyze influences of functional prefrontal lobe on science achievement in middle school students. In this longitudinal study, 47 students(male 19, female 27) were sampled in local area. The students were administered test of GALT(group assessment of logical thinking), CTST(classroom test of scientific test), FIT(figural intersection test), GEFT(group embedded figural intersection test), TOL(tower of London), WCST(Wisconsin card sorting test) at December 1997 and 1999. It is substitute science achievement for science grade each year. The resulted that prefrontal lobe was influenced upon science achievement. Science achievement statistically significant correlated with functional prefrontal lobe, specially logical thinking level, scientific reasoning, perseveration error. And, the development of functional prefrontal lobe functions did not only linear, but also each function has differ with development speed and period. School science classroom was suited high level students. Who has been grade C and D in first-grade, they did not improved. A first-grade achievement effect on science achievement. And also scientific reasoning ability effect on science achievement.

This paper concerns the static, dynamic and thermal characteristics analysis of a high-speed spindle system for horizontal machining centers with φ45mm × 50,000rpm. The spindle system is designed based on the angular contact ceramic ball bearings, built-in motor, oil-air lubrication method and oil jacket cooling method. The structural and thermal analysis models of spindle system are constructed by the finite element method. The static and dynamic characteristics are estimated based on the static deformation, modal parameter, mode shape and frequency response function, and the thermal characteristics are estimated based on the temperature rise, temperature distribution and thermal deformation. The analysis results illustrate that the designed spindle system has excellent structural and thermal stabilities.

南宋流民에 對한 小考 : Stressing on the confrontation period with the Chin(金) dynasty 金과 對峙時期를 中心으로

In the Southern Sung period, a number of displaced people began to appear with having had no parallel in history. I argue that there are two reasons for this event: first, a number of Chinese (Kuei Cheng Jen, ??正人)in the northern part moved to the south as a group; Second, inhabitants of Liang-Huai (兩??) and Hu-Pei (????) moved to the south, too. The detailed description of this event can be found in the following two part (A, B) A. Kuei Cheng Jen's emigration to the Southern Sung 1) Cause: First, Chinese in the northern part were disgusted with Chin's plundering as well as his continuous oppressive measures. The Second cause was due to Southern Sung's hospitality policy to them. 2) The circumstance at that time: They were divided into two groups;one was the group which directly moved into the Southern part of the Yangtze River, and the other was the group which settled down in the northern part of the Yangze River and then moved to the south. 3) The number of emigrants: There were lots of groups which came in from the north to the south, one of which numbered very large a hundred thousands. Nowadays we can't find out the accurate number but only estimate numberless people to have moved in. B. The Liang-Huai (兩??) and Hu-pei (??北) emigration 1) cause: First, the residents in this area tried to escape a disaster because they had often suffered human casualties and property damage by Chin. Second, owing to the continuous war between Chin and Sung their houses, villages and farms were devastated, so they wanted to search for another place to settle down in. 2) emigrant region: Some of them took refuge in fortified places near the mountains and lakes, while most moved to the southern part of Yangtze-River. 3) the number of emigrants: we can't find out the accurate number of emigrants in this area but estimate numberless people to have moved in.

Cisplatin 병용화학요법시 발생한 오심, 구토에 대한 Ondansetron과 Metoclopramide의 효과에 대한 비교

Inspite of possible effects for emesis following chemotherapy including cisplatin, nausea and vomiting are the most unpleasant side effects of cancer chemotherapy. None of the currently available antiemetic agents is entirely effective preventing emesis. Ondansetron, a 5-HT(5-hydroxytryptamine)_(3) receptor antagonist, has been shown to be effective antiemetic agent in the control of cisplatin induced emesis. Twenty solid tumor patients who are scheduled to receive cisplatin containing combination chemotherapy participated in a prospectively randomized study to compare the antiemetic efficacy and safety of ondansetron and metoclopramide. Ondansetron was given in dose of 8mg intravenous 30min before cisplatin and then 4hours and 8hours after cisplatin on day 1, and Ⅰ.Ⅴ. every 8hours from day 2 to 5. In the metoclopramide group, metoclopramide was given in dose of 2 ㎎/㎏ intravenous every 8hours from day 1 to 5. The control of emesis was graded in the following way : complete response, no vomiting : major response, 1-2 emetic episodes : minor response, 3-5 emetic episodes : failure, above 5 emetic episodes. Complete or major response of emesis was achieved 10 of 12(83.2%) patients receiving ondansetron and in 5 of 8(62.5%) patients receiving metoclopramide, but effectiveness was not significantly different. Ondansetron was at least as effective as metoclopramide therapy in controlling cisplatin induced emesis. Side effects in ondansetron was less than in Metoclopramide.
