      • 김치 유산균인 Lactobacillus sp. JJ-2001이 생산하는 Bacteriocin에 관한 연구

        The microorganisms producing bacteriocin from kimch were screened, and among them,a strain showing the highest bacteriocin activity and stability was isolated. Based on the taxonomic characteristics of its morphological, cultural and physiological properties, the isolatef strain was characterized as Lactobacilius sp..To identify optimal conditions for the growth and the production of bacteriocin from the isolated strain,nutrient source, initial pH, and culture temperature were evaluated. Physiochemical properties of bacteriocin was also investigated. The potimal condition for the production of bacteriocin and the cell growth was obtained at 2% glucose, 1% beef extract as organic nitrogen source,1%(NH_4)_2SO_4 as inorganic nitrogen source,and 0.1% Tween 80. The isolated strain showed the maximum growth at 25℃. The inhibitory range of its antimicrobial substance aginst gram positive bacteria was marrow and its inhibitory activity was maintained between pH3.0 and pH8.0. The antimicrobial activity of bacteriocin from the isolated strain was stable at 50℃.

      • Lactobacillus acidophilus 88과 Lactobacillus bulgaricus IFO 13953간의 세포융합주의 특성에 관한 연구

        유산균의 균주개량방법의 일환으로 protoplast fusion 기법과 electrofusion법을 이용하여 protease 활성, lipase 활성, 내열성, 내산성 등이 우수한 L. bulgaricus 와 bacteriocin을 생산하는 L. acidophilus를 융합시켜 얻은 융합주들의 생리학적 성질을 검토하였다. 산 생성능, 내열성, 내산성, protease, lipase 활성 등은 L. bulgaricus가 L. acidophilus 보다 우수하였다. L. bulgaricus는 lactose와 sorbose를 이용하였으나 maltose와 sorbitol을 이용하지 못하는 반면, L. acidophilus는 maltose를 이용하고 lactose와 sorbose를 이용하지 못하였다. 융합주 가운데서는 3, 6, 7, 8, 10번이 모균주의 발효능 특성을 함께 지님으로서 재조합체임을 확인 할 수 있었으며, sorbitol의 경우 모균주에서는 발효능이 전혀 나타나지 않았음에도 불구하고 융합주 4, 7번이 발효능을 나타내어 융합과정에서 새로운 형질을 획득하기도 한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. Lactase 활성은 모균주 모두 높은 β-galactosidase 활성을 보였으나, phospho-β-galactosidase 활성은 거의 없었으며 융합주들도 다소 차이는 있었지만 모균주와 유사한 효소 활성을 나타내었다. 발효에 있어서 key enzyme으로 작용하는 protease, lipase 등의 효소 활성도 모균주의 활성 보다 우수한 융합주도 존재하였다. Aninterspecific fusant was made from the protoplasts of two strains of lactobacillus genus (streptomycin and lincomycin resistant L. bulgaricus and kanamycin resistant L. acidophilus 88). The functional properties of the fusant were examined by determining bacteriocin productivity, acid producing activity, ability of carbohydrates fermentation and three important enzyme activities. The recombinant strain revealed bacteriocin productivity. Acid production and β galactosidase, phospho-β-galactosidase, lipase and protease activity of L. bulgaricus were better than those of L. acidophilus 88. Among fusants, β-galactosidase activity of two strains were better than that of the parent strains but phospho-β-galactosidase activity remarkably lower. One fusant revealed the improved proteolysis compared to that of the parent strains- Lipase activity of L. bulgaricus was better than that of L. acidophilus but another fusant exhibited the highest lipase activity.

        It has been rapidly given to the importance of the embodiment of the efficient computer systems in university education. Since the recent trend of the adoption of the openess policy in university education systems significantly affects on the realization of the embodiment of the efficient computer systems which is very essential to promote the international competition in many areas of university education. So it is greatly needed that our Soonchunhyang university must have the following principles for the embodiment of the efficient computer systems. (1) It is required that the appropriate computer education and the good quality of research environment must be given. (2) The establishment of the synthetic computer network system for efficient the university administrations is needed. (3) It is needed to establish the computer system for the consideration of the future performance. (4) It is also needed to improve the organization and the administration systems of the university computer center. (5) It is required on the establishment of the local area network(LAN) systems in the Soonchunhyang university, and the LAN must be connected to other outer national and international computer systems. And we propose the following requirement for the establishment of the convienent computer systems in our university and we have been greatly though about the significant change of the environment in university computer system. [1] The subject of the basic computer must become as the required subject for the all students in the curriulum. [2] The new computer systems both in hardware and software must be introduced. [3] It is needed to the change of the present name of the university computer center into the university information and computer center. And its organizations must be furthur developed [4] The training center for the university emploee is also needed. [5] The establishment of the database systems for the automtion of the university administation is needed. [6] It is strongly required on the establishment of the local area network system in the Soonchunhang university to connect the Bitnet and the Internet through the Hankook communication. [7] The computerization for the central library is needed. The indepent local area network system for the library is also needed to establish the own database system. Finally we hope that the LAN will be connected to the national wide library computer system.

        전통 고추장을 이용한 소스의 제조 및 특성

        To develope a sauce using Gochujang which can give foreigners good overall acceptance such as good flavor, taste, color, viscosity and versatility to many foods, we studied on the rheological properties and color control, recipes with spices, herbs, syrup, salt and flavor ingredients and sensory evaluation by Chinese, American and Japanese including Korean. From the survey, the Americans suggested that the proper fellow food of Gochujang sauce be fried chicken, barbecue, hamburger and pizza, and hoped to reflect red color, low viscosity, hot taste, low sweetness, salty and sourness and diet effect. The Chinese suggested pork and fried food as a fellow food with Gochujang sauce and showed similar opinion in the sensory attributes like the Americans except sweetness. When 5% of starch and xanthan gum was added to sauce, respectively, the yield stress of Gochujang sauce showed 33.21 Pa similar to tomato ketchup. In fluidity measured by voistic flow meter, Gochujang sauce showed 6.2 cm/30sec more or less faster than tomato ketchup which showed 4.7 cm/30sec. Gochujang sauce tended to show strong red color and lightness as pH decreased. The pH adjustant and Paprica oleoresin(2%) improved a value to 12.11 and L value to 24.24 similar to tomato kechup(a:12.42, L:25.48). The 1st gochujang sauce product showed 4.50 to 5.75 points in the overall acceptance in the consumer test including foreigners and koreans. However, the 2nd Gochujang sauce product showed 5.90 points and 6.30 points in the pizza and fried chicken, respectively, in the same consumer test. Therefore, we propose that Gochujang can be used for developing sauce products which is most acceptable for various foreigners.

        문화재란 문화가치가 있는 사물로서 국가 가 종교적·세속적 근거에 따라 특별히 지정 한 재산이다. 문화재는 그것이 구현하는 정신적 가치와 시각적 음향적으로 표현하는 수단으로서 그 나라의 독특하고, 다양한 주체성을 보존하는 중요한 매체이기도 하다. 그러므로 문화재는 한나라의 민족역사와 문화로서 과거의 모습을 통해 현재 그리고 나아가 미래를 연결시키는 하나의 매개체인 것이다. 또한 문화재는 그 지역민에게 향토사적 인 자긍심 및 연대의식을 고취시키는 동시에 나아가 한 나라, 세계적인 관심사로 여겨 야 할 것이다. 원적산 봉수대는 양산군청 소재지에서 북쪽으로 약 9.2㎞, 통도사입구 마을인 신평에서 남쪽으로 8㎞지점에 있다. 이 봉수대는 경상남도 기념물 제 118호로써 원적산봉수대 보존회에 의해 복원된 문화재이다. 즉 다른 지역의 문화재와 달리 잊혀 져가는 문화재의 재생을 통해 다시 태어난 문화재인 것이다. 원적산 봉수대 주변정비 기본계획의 목적 은 지역민의 자긍심으로 복원된 봉수대와 주 변과 접근로를 체계적으로 정비를 함으로써 접근성, 전통성, 보존성을 높이고자 한다. 특히, 문화재보호를 위한 제반 법규 및 현지여건에 부합하는 정비방향을 설정하고, 전문 인력과 관련문헌을 바탕으로 문화재 주변을 역사성과 주민친화성, 기능성, 관광성을 함께 갖춘 문화공간으로서의 미래지향적 문화재정비 계획을 추구하고자 한다.

        도로경관의 자연환경성 모형 : 교외지역 국도를 중심으로 Focused on the National Road in Suburb Areas

        This study was attempted to review the information data for minimizing the destruction of environmental naturalness and the visual damage of landscape from road construction by establishing a model of environmental naturalness for national roads in the suburb areas to suggest an answer to a research question. "What does decide the environmental naturalness of roadscape?". We found that 1) The road-side slope showed no statistical significance in the description of environmental naturalness of roadscape. but the fact that the road-side slope from road construction is the destruction of natural topography cannot be overlooked. 2) In terms of the direction of value variations for independent variables, signboard and telegraph post, soundproofing and protection wall. structure, and building acted toward negative (-) direction, while mountains, sky, road trees, fields, and surrounding green including the road-side slope acted toward positive(+) direction. 3) The variable with highest relative contribution to dependent variables among independent variables is building. which has importance as many as 148 times of road-side slope, while the variable road-side slope has the least importance. Building has the importance of 7.22 times. mountains 5.51 times, road trees 2.59 times, surrounding green 2.54 times, structure 2.41 times, signboard and telegraph post 2.37 times, soundproofing and protection wall 2.20 times, and sky 1.32 times of the fields as a standard criterion values 1.

      • 랜덤서비스를 갖는 비축출형 우선 순위 대기행렬시스템의 대기시간 분석

        본 연구는 단일 서버에 의해 서비스되고 있는 시스템에 복수개의 서로 다른 우선권을 가진 메시지가 각각 복합포아송과정에 따라 도착하고, 서버는 우선 순위에 따라, 그리고 같은 우선 순위를 가진 메시지에 대해서는 랜덤한 순서로 서비스하며, 낮은 우선 순위를 가진 메시지의 서비스 도중에 보다 높은 우선 순위를 가진 메시지가 도착하면 비축출휴가를 가질 수 있다. 이와 같은 대기행렬시스템에 대하여, 임의의 메시지가 도착하였을 때 서비스기준에 따라 서비스한다. 또한 서버는 대기중인 메시지가 없을 경우 복수의 때의 시스템의 상태에 다른 조건부 대기시간을 구하고, PASTA성질을 이용하여 임의의 시점에서 임의의 메시지의 대기시간 분포를 라플라스-스틸체스변환 형태로 구하고, 대기시간에 대한 1차, 2차 모멘트를 구한다. We consider a nonpreemptive priority queue with server vacations and random order of service. Each message belongs to one of several priority classes, and the messages of each class arrive at the queue in a compounded Poisson process. As soon as the system becomes empty, the server leaves the system for a vacation. If the server finds at least one message when he returns from the vacation, the server immediately begins to serve the messages. If not, he leaves for another vacation. Messages are preferentially served in the order of priority, and for each priority in the order or random. By considering the conditional waiting times given the states of the system when an arbitrary message arrives, we derive the Laplace-Stieltjes transforms and explicitly obtain the first two moments of the waiting time distribution. Based on this result, we plot the numerical values of the mean and the coefficient of variation of the waiting.

      • 육상 단ㆍ중거리 선수들의 운동후 폐환기, 심박수 및 혈중 젖산 농도 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate ventilation, heart rate and blood lactate after exercise in sprinters and middle distance runners. These subjects were 16 volunteers who agreed with intention of this study and were composed of 8 male sprinters and 8 male middle distance runners from track and fields. The test of ventilation, heart rate and blood lactate were performed using metabolic test system and lactic acid analyzer. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. Ventilation(VE) of post-exercise in 100m run test had significant different between sprinters of 80.70±2.86ℓ/min and middle distance runners of 112.63±10.16ℓ/min(p<.05). And VE of post-exercise in 1500m run test was significant different between sprinters of 92.13±4.19ℓ/min and middle distance runners of 140.97±5.69ℓ/min (p<.05) 2. Oxygen uptake(VO?) of post-exercise in 1500m run test was significant different between sprinters of 2.42±0.16ℓ/min and middle distance of 4.01±0.88ℓ/min (p<.05). And VO? of recovery 5min in 1500m run test was significant different between sprinters of 0.61±0.07ℓ/min and middle distance runners of 0.95±0.66ℓ/min (p<.05). 3. Heart rate(HR) of recoveries of 5min nd 30min in run test were 115.0±4.86 beats/min and 72.1±1.21 beats/min in sprinters, respentively and 106.7±6.75 beats/min and 63.5±1.36 beats/min in middle distance runners, respectively. All HR of recoveries of 5min and 30min showed significant difference between the two groups (p<.05). And HR of post-exercise in 1500m run test showen significant difference between sprinters of 148.0 ±3.58 beats/min and middle diatance runners of 161.5±3.40 beats/min (p<.05). 4. Blood lactate (BL) of recoveries of 5min, 10min and 30min in 1500m run test were 30.88±4.25 ㎎/㎗, 27.31±3.35 ㎎/㎗ and 17.81±2.01 ㎎/㎗ in sprinters, respectively, and 26.37±2.28 ㎎/㎗, 20.42±2.44 ㎎/㎗and 13.36±1.46 ㎎/㎗ in middle distance runners, respectively. All BL of recoveries of 5min, 10min and 30min came out significant difference among the three groups (p<.05).

      • 축출에 다른 준비 처리 시간을 갖는 패킷 교환 시스템에 대한 전송 지연 시간의 확률 분포

        본 연구에서는 축출에 따른 준비 처리 시간을 갖는 우선권에 있는 패킷 교환 시스템을 고려한다. 서버는 세 계층으로 이루어진 축출 방법을 갖는 우성 순위 기준에 따라 패킷을 전송한다. 즉, 비우선 패킷의 처리 시간은 축출-재시작 서비스 규칙이 적용되는 헤더부분, 축출계속 서비스 규칙이 적용되는 정보 부분, 비축출 서비스 규칙이 적용되는 트레일러 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 만약 축출이 발생하면 서버는 축출 준비 처리를 한 후, 비우선 패킷을 축출하고, 도착한 우선 패킷을 처리한다. 본 연구 모형을 대기행렬로 모형화하고, 이의 분석을 통하여, 전송 지연시간에 대한 분포의 라플라스-스틸체스 변환을 구한다. We consider a priority-based packeting switching system with preparation process for preemption. A server transmits queued packets on a priority basis with three phases of preemption mechanism. Namely, the transmission time of non-priority packet consists of a preemptive part for the header, a preemptive resume part for the information field, and a nonpreemptive part for the trailer. If the preemption occurs, the server immediately starts a preparation process for preemption, and transmits the priority packet. By an exact analysis of the associated queueing model, we explicitly derive the Laplace-Stieltjes transform of the distribution function for the transmission delay.
