        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

        혈관질환 정보관리 시스템

        As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.

        A rapid and simple test to distinguish halloysite from kaolinite in mineral mixtures has been developed based on differences in the rate and extent of formamide intercalation. The results of quantitative analysis by formamide intercalation reaction GEC contained 90% of kaolin minerals, GEC contained of 86% of halloysite and GYK contained of 59% kaolinite. The extent of formamide intercalation by kaolinite was likely influenced by sample crystallinity.

      • 폐기물 매립지 근처의 지하토양오염에 대한 수치적 연구

        침출수에 의한 폐기물 매립지 근처의 지하 토양의 오염현상을 수치적으로 해석하였다. 다공성 지하에서 Darcy 법칙을 만족하는 침출수의 흐름에 대하여, 오염물질의 전달지배방정식으로 수착의 효과가 고려된 이산­분산 모델을 채택하였다. 이의 해석을 위하여 2차원계에 대한 침출수의 유동 및 오염물질의 전달현상을 Galerkin 유한 요소법을 사용하여 해석하였다. 해석 결과 침출수의 흐름은 매립지 제방 근처에서 강하게 일어나는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 토양의 수착능은 오염물질의 이동을 지연시키는데 상당한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과들은 오염물의 전달을 지연하기 위한 방안으로의 연직 차수막과 표면 차수막을 설정하는 데 있어서 기준자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The leachate contamination of the ground soils around the waste landfill site have been analysed using the numerical analysis. For the Darcian flow of leachate in porous grounds, the transport of chemical contaminants was predicted on the basis of the advection­dispersion model including the sorption effect. The Galerkin finite element method was adopted in order to characterize the 2­dimensional system involving both the flow of leachate and the transport of contaminants in the leachate. It is shown that the leachate flows strongly under the dam of the landfill. And the capacity of the sorption of soils was expected to make retardation rather than the barriers. The effects of the vertical liner and the horizontal one instrumented on the waste landfill site for the retardation of the chemical transports can be investigated on the basis of the present results.

      • 컨조인트분석을 이용한 최적 해외신혼여행 패키지 상품의 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 해외신혼여행상품 개발을 위한 방법으로서 컨조인트분석의 활용가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 즉 소비자들이 지각하는 최적의 해외 신혼여행상품을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 소비자의 신혼여행상품 속성의 상대적 중요도를 알아보고, 둘째, 상대적 중요도가 가장 높은 속성들끼리 조합함으로써 소비자에게 가장 많은 효용을 줄 수 있는 최적 신혼여행상품을 개발하고자 한다. 또한 관광분야에서 시장세분화변수로 많이 이용되고 있는 라이프스타일 변수를 컨조인트분석을 이용한 해외신혼여행상품 개발에도 이용할 수 있는지 알아보았다. 연구 결과 라이프스타일별로 여행상품 속성의 상대적 중요도의 차이는 크게 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 컨조인트분석을 이용한 여행상품개발에 있어서 라이프스타일 변수를 이용한 시장 세분화는 별로 유용성이 없다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 각 중요속성의 선호도 순위는 방문국 > 여행기간 > 여행일정의 순이었고, 효용의 상대적인 중요도만 조금씩 차이가 있었다. 이러한 본 연구결과는 컨조인트분석이 소비자들의 실제 선호도를 파악하여 해외신혼여행상품 개발이라는 실용적인 측면에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다는 것이 주목되는 점이다.

        터어키안 종양의 경접형골 수술례에 대한 임상분석

        The most common severe cervical spine injury involving the posterior elements is subluxation or dislocation in which the posterior ligamentus complex is completely tom. Late instability is more common than previously realized, because ligamentous structures do not reconstitute normally. even with prolonged external rigid fixation. Subluxation of the cervical vertebrae in a flexion injury can be reduced by skeletal traction ; however, they usually require posterior stabilization. Unilateral and bilateral facet dislocation freqently require open reduction and posterior stabilization. The authors have used interlaminar clamps for the stabilization of thirty cases of unstable cervical spine. Advantages of this method are 1) immediate and rigid stabilization without cord injury. 2) early ambulation and prevention of respiratory complication and pressure sore. And also, posterior cervical stabilization with Halifax clamps is an easier, safer and faster technology in treatment of unstable spine.

      • 생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.

      • Kodak Insight 치과필름의 방사선학적 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristic curve of new marketed, Insight dental X-ray film(Esatman Kodak Co. Rochester, NY, USA) Kodak Ultraspeed(DF-58), E-speed Agfa Dentus M2 and Kodak Insight(IP-21) films were radiographed with Trophy intra-oral radiographic machine. 10 steps exposure times such as 0.12, 0.22, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.62, 0.76, 1.02, 1.30, and 2.0 seconds were prepared and each step exposure were monitored onto FH 40G(ESM Eberline Instruments) dosimeter with those 4 types intra-oral films. All films were manually processed according to manufactures instruction. We measured radiographic densities of 6 sites of each processed film. Then we could make characteristic curves of 4 types intra-oral films with these dosimetric data and radiographic densities, based on ISO 5779. Base plus fog densities were measured from unexposed, processed films. We measured the film contrasts from average gradients of characteristic curves according to various radiographic density level. Film speed could be thought as an exposure of 1.0 above base plus fog density. We compared film contrast, speed and base plus fog density of Insight film with those of 3 other films. The obtained results were as follows; 1. E-speed film showed greatest average gradients followed by Insight film. E-speed and Ultraspeed film showed great average gradients on low density level. 2. Insight film showed a fastest speed followed by E-speed, Dentus M2 and Ultraspeed film 3. Dentus M2 film showed greatest base plus fog density level followed by Insight film. Therefore, Kodak Insight film showed fastest film speed with comparable film contrast on characteristic curve.
