We improved the performance of pentacene-based thin film transistors by changing the curing environment of poly(4-vinylphenol) (PVP) gate dielectrics, while keeping the dielectric constant the same. The field-effect mobility of the pentacene TFTs constructed using the vacuum cured PVP was higher than that of the device based on the Ar flow cured gate dielectric, possibly due to the higher crystalline perfection of the pentacene films. The present results demonstrated that the curing conditions used can markedly affect the surface energy of polymer gate dielectrics, thereby affecting the field-effect mobility of TFTs based on those dielectrics.

Heat stoke is a life-threatening syndrome of multi-organ dysfunction caused by elevated body temperature. Reported mortality rate range from 17-70 percent. The heat stoke victim's circulatory pattern id defined low peripheral vascular resistance and high circulatory demand of other conditions involving tissue injury such as trauma or sepsis. Owing to either to direct thermal injury of the myocardium or to increased pulmonary vascular resistance, the heart may not meet the elevated circulatory demand. Heat stoke induced cardiomyopathy is diagnosed by pathlogy, EKG abnormality, LDH isoenzyme, echocardiography. Therapy was two purpose : rapid reduction of body temporature and support of the cardiovascular system. We experienced a case of heat stoke induced cardiomyopathy in a 21 year-old male who had been observed for 1 years. The Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Diameter(LVEDD) was 65㎜, Ejection fraction(EF) was 35% initially and LVEDD was decreased 58㎜, EF was 60% after 9 months. The Service industry is getting bigger these days. In spite of this, the number of research focused on supply chain is small. In particular, studies related to supply chain optimization are rarely existed. This study deals with tourism industry which represents the service industry. Also, this study develops an optimization model of the tourism supply chain which reflects some characteristics of the service. Above all, the structure of tourism supply chain based on a real tour industry is established. Then, in order to develop the mathematical model, mixed-integer programing is used. Finally, the result of mathematical model is solved to analyze the optimization result.

서비스 산업의 비중이 지속적으로 증가하고, 서비스사이언스의 대두로 서비스에 대한 이해가 제품지배 논리에서 서비스지배 논리로 많이 전환됨에 따라 서비스 시스템을 새로이 체계적으로 이해하고 연구할 필요성이 증가하고있다. 최근 서비스의 중요성을 인식하고 관심이 증가하였지만 아직 그에 대한 연구는 많이 부족하다. 특히 기존에 기업의 경쟁우위 달성을 위해 필수요소로 인식되었던 공급사슬관리(SCM)에 대한 연구는 제조업 중심으로 되어있어 서비스업에 적용하는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 사이언스의 관점에서 서비스 공급사슬을 체계적으로 분석하고 운영의 최적화를 위한 모델을 수립한다. 또한, 시뮬레이션 최적화 기법 사용을 위한 프레임워크를 제시한다.

Purpose: Mass can compress around tissue and cause deviation of normal anatomical structures. Often, mass grows toward neurovascular pedicle and encircles depending on the nature of mature mass. Neglecting neurovascular involvement of the mass is a serious problem not to be overlooked. Authors have performed microscopic approach regarding mass involving the neurovascular pedicle in the hand. Materials and Methods: From January 2007 through February 2012, retrospective analysis for nine cases of mass involving neurovascular pedicles was done. Patients were evaluated preoperatively by ultrasonography or MRI and checked intraoperative finding. Masses were evaluated by site, preoperative evaluation, involved neurovascular pedicle, histopathologic diagnosis, complication, and recurrence. Results: The site of mass involving neurovascular pedicles was 4 cases on the wrist, 2 cases on the palm, 2 cases on the finger, 1 case on the hand dorsum. Involved neurovascular pedicles were 3 radial arteries and nerves, 3 proper digital arteries and nerves, 1 radial artery, 1 superficial branch of radial nerve, 1 common digital artery and nerve. The histopathologic diagnosis of mass were 3 ganglions, 2 giant cell tumors, 2 epidermal cysts, 1 fibroma, and 1 benign spindle tumor. There were 2 cases of recurrence and secondary excisions were performed. Conclusion: Neurovascular pedicle injury can lead to serious complication like sensory and motor disorders, distal part ischemia, and so on. In case of mass suspected neurovascular invasion, accurate preoperative evaluation such as ultrasonography or MRI is necessary. To prevent any neurovascular related complication during mass excision, delicate surgical technique using a microscope becomes essential.
