        한국 정신장애의 역학 조사 연구[I] : 각 정신장애의 유병률

        Objectives : This study aims to estimate the prevalence of the DSM-IV psychiatric disorders in Korean population using the Korean version of Composite International Diagnostic Interview (K-CIDI). Methods : Subjects were selected by taking multi-stage, cluster samples of 7,867 adult household residents, 18 to 64 years of age, in ten catchment areas. Total 78 trained interviewers administered the K-CIDI to the selected respondents, from June 1 to November30,2001. Results : Total 6,275 respondents completed the interview. Some 33.5% of respondents reported at least one lifetime disorder, 20.6% reported at least one-year disorder, and 16.7% reported at least one-month disorder. The most common lifetime disorders were alcohol abuse/dependence (17.24%), nicotine dependence/withdrawal (11.19%), specific phobia (5.16%), and major de-pressive disorder (4.25%). The lifetime prevalence of substance abuse/dependence (0.25%) and schizophrenia (0.16%) was very low. Nicotine and alcohol use disorder showed very high male/female ratio. Mood disorder and anxiety disorder were more prevalent among female than male. Conclusion : The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was high. In comparison with other studies, remarkable differences in distributions of psychiatric disorders across the areas and times were observed.

      • 연료전지의 인산전해질 함유를 위한 Marix 제조에 관한 연구

        The matrix used for the electrolyte of fuel cell was fabricated by using the powder of having different particle size SiC(Silicon Carbide). About the above fabricated matrix, the pore structure and acid absorbancy were measured, and the performance was finally tested at On-Cell. In making matrix, teflon was used as its binder, and in the case of adding 10w/o, matrix could be made in the form of the sheet of 0.2~0.3mm in width. As the result of having made matrix, in the case of 1μm of it, its porosity of 61% was highest; the smaller the size of its particle was, the more increasing pore volume became; the more increasing the content of teflon got, the more decreasing pore volume became. The acid absorbancy of matrix became saturated with acid after six hours, and in the case of 1 μm matrix its acid absorbancy was highest. The highest performance of the matrix with 1μm particle resulted from the measurement of the performance of the On-Cell also the current density of 75mA/cm2at 700mV.

        The concept of architectural field is adopted for the method of understanding architecture. It is necessary to study of the concept of part and whole for the application of the field concept to the architecture concretely. Because the similarity is founded in these two concepts based on the modern physics. The object of this study is to show the inter-relationship of the concept of architectural field and the concept of part and whole by compare two concepts. And to define the architectural concept corresponding with the concept of part and whole. The followings could be included as a conclusion; ① The connection of building and space for the one is shown of the contradiction to adopt the various circumstance. ② The interrelation among the elements as the factor of architectural field is considered as the part of the whole. Therefore the relation as part has influence on the whole environment. ③ The system organized by the unit-areas compose the most suitable architectural field according to the progress of the interaction of integration and differentiation.

        리네졸리드로 치료한 반코마이신 내성 Enterococcus faecium 뇌수막염 : 증례보고 및 문헌고찰

        Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) infection is a serious problem because optimal therapy has not been established. Different agents in various combinations, including teicoplanin, chloramphenicol, and quinupristin/dalfopristin, have been used to treat patients with VRE meningitis, but the efficacy of these agents is not satisfactory because of their limited ability to penetrate into the cerebrospinal fluid. We report a case of nosocomial vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium meningitis in a patient with ventriculoperitoneal shunt that was successfully treated with linezolid. We will also review previously reported cases of vancomycinresistant E. faecium meningitis treated by linezolid.

        만경강 상류 수질 및 식생분포와 토양환경에 따른 하천식생의 종 다양성

        만경강 상류유역 수질 및 하천식생 군락 변화를 조사 분석하여 수질에 따른 하천식생의 종 다양성 및 토양요인에 따른 종 다양성의 변화를 평가하기 위하여 2001년 6월부터 2002년 9월까지 만경강 상류유역 5개 조사지점을 선정한 후 조사를 실시하였다. 수질중 T-N의 농도는 전주천과 삼천에서 높았으며, 겨울철에 전주천에서 7.45 mg/L로 가장 높았다. 무기태 질소 성분벽 함량은 NH₄-N 경우 고산천과 소양천 유역은 0.01~0.06 mg/L 범위로 계절별 커다란 차이가 없는 낮은 농도를 나타냈으나, 생활하수가 유입되는 전주천과 삼천에서는 0.77~3.01 mg/L로 계절별로 큰 차이를 보였다. T-P의 농도는 계절별로 비슷하였으나 전주천에서 겨울천에 0.89 mg/L로 가장 높았다. 계절별 BOD의 농도는 고산천과 소양천 유역에서 0.92~2.14 mg/L를 나타내었으나 생활하수가 유입되는 유역에서는 2.01~7.65 mg/L범위를 보였다. SO₄²^(-)의 농도는 농업용수 수질기준인 50 mg/L를 초과하는 지역은 없었으며 소양천에서 다소 높았다. 만경강 지류인 고산천에서 조사된 식물은 59과 과 129속 165종 20변종으로 총 185종류가 조사되었으며, 소양천에서 조사된 식물은 53과 111속 141종 19변종으로 총 160종이었고, 전주천 하류에서 조사된 식물은 37과 68속 86종 15변종으로 총 103종이었다. 그리고 삼천에서 조사된 식물은 32과 92속 110종 18변종으로 총 128종류 조사되었으며, 만경강 본류인 하리유역에서 조사된 식물은 73과 134속 218종 33변종으로 총 251종류가 조사되었는데 식물의 생활형에 따라 분류하면 침수식물이 13종, 부엽식물이 5종, 부유식물이 2종, 추수식물이 26종, 수생식물이 46종, 습생식물이 47종으로 조사지점중 이 지역의 식생이 가장 다양하였다. 식물사회학적 방법에 따라 분류된 하천식생의 식물군락은 10개의 수생식물 군락과 2개의 습생 및 수변식물 군락으로 대별되어졌다. 이들 군락들에 대한 4종류(종수, 종의 풍부도지수, 종의 이질성지수, 종의 균등도지수)의 종 다양성과 토양요인(pH, EC, 유기물 함량, 전질소, 인삭)과의 관계를 분석한 결과 pH가 높을수록 4종류의 종 다양성 지수는 높아 졌으며, EC는 값이 높을수록 종수(SN), 종의 풍부도지수(SR), 종의 이질성지수(H'), 종의 균등도지수(J')가 낮아 졌다. 또한 유기물 함량(OM)과 전질소(T-N)의 경우도 4종류의 다양성지수와는 부의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 인산(P₂O_(5))은 4종류의 다양성 지수의 변화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. This study was conducted to evaluate influence of chemical properties in the riparian on the species diversity and to get plant information for enhancement of natural purification in Mankyeong River. The concentration of total nitrogen was high in Jeonju and Sam stream, while that of total nitrogen showed the highest peak in Winter. Concentrations of NH₄-N was 0.01-0.06 ㎎/L in Gosan and Soyang stream. The water quality of upstream along with Mankyeong River was suitable for the imgation source. The riparian vegetation was investigated by Zurich-Montpellier school's method from June, 2001 to September, 2002. The number of riparian plants were 59 families, 129 genera, 165 species, 20 varieties in Gosancheon, on the while 53 families, 111 genera, 141 species, 19 varieties in Soyangcheon The number of riparian plants in Hari basin was higher than that of other sites namely, 73 families, 134 genera, 218 species, 33 varieties. Riparian vegetation was consisted of 12 plant communities. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and electrical conductivity had negative relationship with species diversity (Species richness index, Heterogeneity index, Species evenness index, Species number). On the while, species diversity had positive relationship with soil pH. Species diversity of the plant communities were affected by topography and disturbance.

      • 중학교 체육교과과정의 시대적 변천과 개선방안

        The purposes of this treatise are to understand to right direction of physical education curriculum and to present the importance of this education uprightly for the better growth of school physical education at this point in time. Following conclusions were deduced from this study method and material analysis. First, as for the background and object in physical education curriculum, education curriculum has been changed as time goes on. In case of the basic dirction, decision-making right was spreaded from nation-based to local and school-based and finally decentralization of education curriculum was formed. And the character of education curriculum reform was periodical and general. Second, as for the goal of physical education and the objective of each grade, it is the chief aim of our physical education including intellectual, affective, social domain to develope our whole body and mind. The early curriculum of physical education emphasized on development, sanitation, play, but as time goes on, the goal of physical education has been changed toward physical strength, health, knowledge of sports function, leisure time, observation of the rules, ability to express onseelf, rearing in social morality placed emphases on the need of daily physical education. Third, as for the time allotment, ass of students took 2 classes for the first education curriculum, 3,4 classes for the second education curriculum, 3 classes for the third education curriculum, 3 classes for the fourth education curriculum, 3 classes fo the fifth education curriculum, 3 classes for the sixth education curriculum. And seventh grade students and eighth who are applied new common curriculum take 3 classes a week, ninth grade students took 2 classes a week. And the first curriculum had 50 minute a hour in school hous, 45 min for 2nd curriculum, 45 min for 3rd, 4th,5th,6th and 7th. However school administrator could regulate a school hours with respect to each season or considering the actual circumstances of school. Fourth, as for the domain and teaching content, physical education was made up for 3 parts, theory education, practical training education and health education. And required courses are like that: gymnastics, athletics, ball games, swimming, competition games, dance, physical education theory, health and physical education. Although each teaching method has been changed toward a little different tendency, the whole curriculum has a strong resemblance. Fifth, as for evaluation, evaluation article was presented from the fourth education curriculum and teaching method was presented from the sixth education curriculum. On the analogy of this course. curriculum s physical education has been composed too late. Guidance and evaluation in point of each period pay due regard to their convenience facts as like achievement in physical activities, individual variations, difference between male and female students, consideration of handicapped students and regional characteristics. Therefore the guidance and evaluation which are executed in every physical education could bo formed with adaptability and could be kept in close touch with learning objectives, learning contents and teaching method through appropriate feedback.

      • 대학 캠퍼스시설에 있어 규모산정 기준과 활용

        The area of university facilities might depend upon the number of students and the proportion of college. Then this research is achieved for investing the area of university facilities by the check of the number of students and the proportion of college by the outputs based on the laws and ordinances of education and the study of the examples established already, and the data in books. The results are as follows; 1) Investigating the area of university facilities for each student shows the differences area of each student at the recture room and the laboratory by the characteristics in the college. 2) The proportion of the college by the research is similar, but would be changed by the goal of the university. Then this data is the one of the supported data for the university vison plan. 3) Therefore these data is useful in the plannig the vision of university.
