        초기 인공 우식법랑질의 재석회화에 관한 실험적 연구

        To provide basic information for understanding the mechanism of de-and remimeralization and clinical data on effect of remineralizaion using fluorides in the early stage enamel caries, microhardness study of sound enamel, artificially induced initial enamel lesion and remineralized enamel has been conducted in permanent premolar teeth; microhardness profiles were determined with Knoop hardness diamond load intending at about 50㎛ interval across the polished surface from outer surface to deep area. The results were as follows: 1. Microhardness numbers from 20㎛ to 120㎛ in enamel depth of artificially induced initial enamel lesion group were lower than those of sound enamel groups. 2. In artificially induced initial enamel lesion group, microhardness number of surface xone (20㎛ in enamel depth) was higher than that of subsurface zone (70∼170㎛). 3. Remineralized gruops showed increased microhardness numbers. 4. Among remineralized groups, APF topical applied group showed the highest microhardness numbers(P<0.05) and no differance between SMFP dentifrice group and NaF rinsing group(P>0.05). 5. Remineralizing effect by fluorides influenced upto 170㎛ in depth from outer enamel surface.

        미소전극어레이형 DNA칩을 이용한 유전자다형의 전기화학적 검출

        In this study, an integrated microelectrode array was fabricated on glass slide using microfabrication technology. Probe DNAs consisting of mercaptohexyl moiety at their 5-end were spotted on the gold electrode using micropipette or DNA arrayer utilizing the affinity between gold and sulfur. Cyclic voltammetry in 5mM ferricyanide/ferrocyanide solution at 100 mV/s confirmed the immobilization of probe DNA on the gold electrodes. When several DNAs were detected electrochemically, there was a difference between target DNA and control DNA in the anodic peak current values. It was derived from specific binding of Hoechst 33258 to the double stranded DNA due to hybridization of target DNA. It suggested that this DNA chip could recognize the sequence specific genes. It suggested that multichannel electrochemical DNA microarray is useful to develop a portable device for clinical gene diagnostic system.

        디지털 진술증거의 입법방안 제시: 형사소송법 제310조의2를 중심으로

        By the recent 4th Industrial Revolution and the development of information technology, the value of not only the evidence of general statement, which has been considered as important conventionally, but also the evidence of digital statement is being increased gradually in the investigation and trial of criminal cases. Here, the evidence of digital statement refers to the statement information having the value as a evidence 'stored' or 'transmitted' in the digital form and it has characteristics of (a) media independence, (b) vulnerability, (c) invisibility and illegibility and (d) anonymity, and to utilize it as an evidence of 'statement' provided by Article 310-2 of same law, it is required to meet the prerequisite of identity or integrity (authenticity) and reliability. Further, as it cannot be recognized with human perception due to the special characteristics (property, prerequisite, etc.), it can be used as evidence as long as it passes the procedures of 'digital forensics' procedure prescribed in Clause 2, Article 3 of "Regulation of Collection, Analysis and Management of Digital Evidence", the standard operating procedure of Supreme Prosecutors' Office. In the meantime, although Clause 2 of Article 310 of same law is the legislation based on the human (contents of statement of a person) and material evidence (existence and condition of material) such as hearsay or non-hearsay statement, etc, Supreme Court (Judgement No. 2013DO2511) recognized the hearsay rule and its exception (Article 311 or Article 316) on the admissibility of the digital statement evidence, the intangible. However, differently from the United States, our country does not stand on the case law and does not provide the contents of related statement ('-- the text information recollected by storing in data storage media--') in the Article 310-2, which stipulates expressly the hearsay rule, the prerequisite to be met before applying Article 313, the exceptions for hearsay rule, has not been provided. Moreover, since 'Comprehensive' digital statement evidence is not included in Article 310-2, the fundamental provision of hearsay rule and only Article 313, the provision of its exception, includes 'individual digital statement evidence', there is a problem in the legislative void that cannot include the normal document stored in the computer, etc. of Article 315, the provision of same exceptions as a digital evidence. In addition, as Clause 2, Article 313 of same law provides that 'nevertheless of text in Clause 1, the writer of that statement...'. recognizing the true existence of evidence by objective method limited only to that statement, in case of the document containing the statement provided by 'Clause 1' of same article, its application is not recognized taking very limited legislative form. Therefore, regarding how the admissibility of evidence of the digital 'statement' evidence passed through the procedure of collection, restoration and analysis prescribed in 'Clause 3', Article 106 of same law is recognized in the court, this article proposed more systematic legislation on the admissibility of evidence of the statement evidence through (a) the legislative review on the interpretation and limitation for the system of current 'Criminal Procedure Law and (b) the case analysis of legislation examples in the United States. 최근 제4차 산업정보기술의 발전으로 형사사건의 수사 및 재판에서도 종래부터 중시되어오 던 일반적 진술의 증거뿐만이 아닌 디지털 진술증거의 가치도 점점 높아지고 있다. 여기서 디지털 진술증거란 디지털 형태로 ‘저장’되거나 ‘전송’되는 증거가치 있는 진술정보로서, 그 진술증거는 ⒜ 매체독립성, ⒝ 취약성, ⒞ 비가시성·비가독성, ⒟ 익명성의 ‘특성’을 갖고 있으며, 동법 제310조의2의 진술증거로 활용하기 위해서는 동일성 내지 무결성(진정성) 그리고 신뢰성 등의 선결요건을 갖출 것을 요구하고 있다. 더 나아가, 그 진술증거의 ‘특수성’(특성, 선결요건 등)으로 인해 사람의 지각으로는 인식 불가능하므로, 대검예규인「디지털 증거의 수집․분석 및 관리 규정」제3조 제2호의 ‘디지털 포렌식’(Digital Forensics) 절차를 거쳐야만 증거사용이 가능하다. 한편, 동법 ‘제310조의2’는 전문이나 비전문진술 등의 인적(사람의 진술내용) 및 물적(물건의 존재·상태)증거에 기반을 둔 입법임에도 불구하고, 대법원(2013도2511 판결)은 ‘무체물’인 디지털 진술증거의 증거능력에 관해 전문법칙과 그 예외의 규정을 인정하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 미국과 달리 그 진술증거에 관해 ‘판례법’에 기초하지 않고 있고, 또한 전문법칙을 명문으로 선언하고 있는 ‘제310조의2’에 관련 진술(‘--정보저장매체에 입력하여 기억된 문자정보 또는 그 출력물….’)내용을 규정하고 있지 않아, 전문법칙 ‘예외’인 제313조 등을 적용하기 전 충족되어야 할 전제조건을 갖추지 못한 측면이 있다. 더군다나, 전문법칙의 ‘원칙’규정인 제310조의2에 ‘종합적’ 디지털 진술증거를 포함시키지 못하고 있었고, 그 예외규정인 제313조만이 ‘개별적’ 디지털 진술증거를 포함시키고 있어 같은 ‘예외’규정인 제315조의 ‘컴퓨터 등에 저장된 통상 문서’를 디지털 증거로 포함하지 못한 입법상의 공백에도 문제가 있었다. 또한, 동법 제313조 제2항은 ‘제1항 본문에도 불구하고 진술서의 작성자’라고 하여, 그 진술서만을 한정해 객관적 방법에 의한 성립의 진정을 인정함에 따라 동조 ‘제1항’의 진술기재 서류의 경우에 그 적용을 인정받지 못한 매우 제한적인 입법형태를 취하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은, 동법 제106조 ‘제3항’의 수집·복구·분석절차를 거친 디지털 진술증거가 공판정에서 어떠한 방법으로 증거능력을 인정받는지에 관하여, ⒜ 현행「형사소송법」체계상의 해석 및 한계에 대한 입법검토와 ⒝ 미국 입법례에 대한 사례분석을 통해 그 진술증거의 증거능력에 관한 보다 체계적인 입법방안을 제시하였다.

        비만 및 대사증후군의 발달학적 측면

        Metabolic syndrome comprises central obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, glucose intolerance, and insulin resistance. Children sometimes develop metabolic syndrome, and it is strongly associated with the same syndrome in adulthood. Recently, there is evidence that obesity and metabolic syndrome originate from fetal life. Possible explanations of fetaland developmental origin of metabolic syndrome are the thrifty genotype and thrifty phenotype hypothesis, whichtogether confer insulin resistance on developing fetus. Poor nutrition in utero as well as extrauterine growth restrictionof preterm infants are important triggers of this hypothesis. Like metabolic syndrome in adulthood, the high levelsof inflammatory cytokines and adipokines are certainly characteristic in pediatric patients. Increased fat mass wasalso observed in these patients, although their birth weight was lower than average. The mitochondrial genome isresponsible for the inheritance of obesity from the maternal line. This can be a key as to why the phenotypes of obesityand metabolic syndrome start in fetal life with an association with poor maternal nutrition. In such circumstances, catchupgrowth with an over-nutrition strategy can aggravate those features, suggesting that rapid catch-up growth in earlyinfancy should not be encouraged.

        전기화학적 방법에 의한 유전자의 검출

        In this paper, a microelectrode away DNA chip was fabricated on glass slide using photolithography technology. Several probe DNAs consisting of mercaptohexyl moiety at their 5' end were immobilized on the gold electrodes by DNA arrayer utilizing the affinity between gold and sulfu. Then target DNAs were hybridized and reacted with Hoechst 33258, which is a DNA minor groove binder and electrochemically active dye. Cyclic voltammetry in 5mA ferricyanide/ferrocyanide solution at 100 mV/s confirmed the immobilization of probe DNA on the gold electrodes. Linear sweep voltammetry or cyclic voltammetry showed a difference between target DNA and control DNA in the anodic peak current values. It was derived from Hoechst 33258 concentrated at the electrode surface through association with formed hybrid. It suggested that this DNA chip could recognize the sequence specific genes. It suggested that multichannel electrochemical DNA microarray is useful to develop a portable device for clinical gene diagnostic system.

        유기박막의 전기적 특성 연구

        Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)layers of Arachidic acid deposited by LB method were deposited onto slide glass as Y-type film. The structure of manufactured device is Au/arachidic acid/Al, the number of accumulated layers are $9{\sim}21$. Also, we then examined of the Metal-Insulator-Metal(MIM) device by means of I-V. The I-V characteristics of the device are measured from -3 to +3 V. The insulation property of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is larger.

        학교에서의 민주적, 자율적인 도덕공동체에 관한 연구

        School has a duty to promote individual autonomy within democratical and educational community. From this perspective, I will begin by examining differences between moral community approaches and then argue that analysis of democratic perspective can contribute greatly to our understanding of autonomical growth. The Idea that a main aim of public education should be the promotion of rational autonomy within community was first fully stated by J. Dewey. Dewey established special school, what is called, experimental school. L. Kohlberg attempted the just community approach by supplementing the limits of the cognitive-developmental moral education and by operating participatory democracy in school. And the just community approach differs from small-group moral dilemma discussions, in that just community programs attempt to affect the moral atmosphere or climate of a school. The Primary goal of this approaches is to create and provide an environment in which issues of fairness, right, justice, community, and caring are democratically debated and resolved. And the democratic process, as process, will only work if each person's perspective is genuinely respected as a contribution to the shape the community is taking. Rules are established and enforced through the active participation of all members, communication and inquiry. For this perspective, we consider constructivism against behaviorism self- imposed discipline. And Through formal and hidden-curriculum, we should construct democratic․autonomical moral community. After all, we consider the active participation, communication, inquiry, construction, collaboration and care of the students and teachers in such a democratic organization as the appropriate means to enhance the social and moral development of individual students as well as the appropriate means for making the school itself a more caring, just and moral institution in which to learn. 본 논문은 현재 제기되고 있는 도덕공동체에 대한 논의들의 문제점을 검토하고, 자율성과 민주성을 보다 고취할 수 있는 도덕공동체의 방향성을 모색하고 있다. Kohlberg의 정의 공동체나 Noddings의 배려공동체 혹은 공동체주의자들의 도덕공동체적 접근 등 기존의 도덕공동체적 접근을 비판적으로 검토하면서 행동주의에 반하는 구성주의적 접근의 특성을 중시하되 훈육 및 자율성의 긴장관계에 대한 균형잡힌 관점을 견지해야함을 제시하였다. 이런 관점은 권위주의적 훈육을 주장하는 Skinner나 훈육에 반대하는 Neil의 관점을 넘어서서 Dewey나 Kohlberg의 관점을 발전적으로 지향하되 구성주의적 훈육 혹은 자율적 훈육의 방식으로 추구되어져야 할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 비공식적 교육과정과 공식적 교육과정 모두를 통해서 도덕공동체적 접근이 시도될 필요성이 있음을 제시하였다. 구체적인 제언 역시 포함하였다. 권위주의적 사회·도덕적 분위기를 지양하고 의사소통과 참여의 기능을 확대하되 구성과 탐구의 공동체를 지향할 필요성이 있음을 강조하였다. 배려와 협동의 원리를 공동체에 적용하되 학생자치활동, 상향식 참여, 학부모 및 지역사회인사의 참여를 강조함으로써 자율적·민주적인 도덕공동체의 방향성을 제시해 보았다.
