      • 대학 운동클럽(Club)학생들의 체형. 신체구성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find the somatotype and body composition of the students in sports clubs in our school, and the subjects of study are 169 students in all including 68 students in sports clubs(16 in table tennis club, 12 in tennis club, 14 in basketball club, 12 in keumdo club), 53 non-sports club students and 48 common students. The result of data analysis is as follows. 1. Somatotype The mean somatotype of the group in table tennis club is found to be endomorphic mesomorph of 3.59-4.51-3.10, that of the group in tennis club ectomorphic mesomorph of 2.97-4.67-3.18, that of the group in basketball club endomorphic mesomorph of 3.88-4.62-2.77, that of the group in baseball club endomorphic mesomorph of 4.13-4.81-2.12, and that of the group in keumdo club ectomorphic mesomorph of 2.98-4.35-3.20. The mean somatotype of all the group is found to be endomorphic mesomorph of 3.37-4.37-1.26. 2. Absolute Fat 1) % Fat The average of the group in table tennis club showed 18.97%, that of the group in tennis club 16.11%, that of the group in basketball club 19.83%, that of the group in baseball club 21.41%, that of the group in keumdo club 15.51%. 2) Absolute Fat The average of the group in table tennis club showed 12.51kg, that of the group in tennis club 10.02kg, that of the group in basketball club 13.83%, that of the group in baseball club 14.85kg, that of the group in keumdo club 9.98kg. 3. The comparison of the group in sports club with the group in non-sports club. The comparison of the two groups in somatotype showed that the group in sports club is much higher(p〈0.05) than the group in non-sports club in mesomorphic components. The comparison of absolute fat showed that the group in sports club is much more than the group in non-sports club only in lean body mass, and didn't show any striking difference in other components.

        I investigated the meaning of things represented in Mu Chong. The results of investigation are here. First, I found that the writer cognized the things as the viewpoint of Hylozoism. This characteristic is clearly come out when we compared Chun-Won with Yoeum Sang Sup. I found that this Chun-won' cognization method about the things was related with Animism and Shamanism, thus I tried to resolve this matter in relation with Chun-won's boyhood experiences. The writer had brought up under the circumstance of Animism and Shamanism. Second, I studied the internal meaning of the train in Mu Chong. The meaning of the train in it implies the unification of characters not internally but externally. But this unification is only linear and parallel like railway. Third, the complete unification of them is achieved internally by the symbolic meaning of flood. The flood symbolizes that all the things of past are flowing to the sea and all the past emotions of them are settled. Thus the characters in Mu Chong could be unified internally.

      • 빈발재발성 미세변화 신증후군환아에서 발생한 다발성 뇌경색증

        신증후군에서는 동맥 및 정맥의 혈전에 의한 혈전색전증의 위험이 높다. 이는 혈 중 응고인자 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅹ등의 증가와 뇨소실로 인한 antithrombin Ⅲ의 감소, 섬유소 용해계의 변화, 혈소판 응집력의 증가에 기인하며 그 외 스테로이드 투여, 이뇨제 투여, 저체액 상태도 관여한다고 생각하나 이런 과응고현상에 대한 정확한 병태생리는 규명되고 있지 않다. 저자들은 내원 21개원 전 처음 신증후군 증상을 보였고 신장 조직 검사상 미세변화 신증후군으로 진단을 받고 스테로이드와 면역 억제제를 사용하였으나 6개월에 3-4회의 재발을 보이던 중 내원 1달 전 보호자 자의로 모든 약물 복용을 중단한 채로 지내다가 고열과 반혼수 상태를 보여 내원한 7세 남아에서 다발성 뇌경객증을 발견하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The risk of thromboembolism by arterial or venous thrombosis is high in the nephrotic syndrome. This may be due to the increased serum concentrations of the factor Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅹ etc, decrease of antithrombin Ⅲ due to urinary loss, the change of thrombolytic system, increase in the platelet aggregation capacity, the use of steroid, diuretics, and hypovolemic state. But, the pathophysiology of this hypercoagulable state has not been clear. A 7-year- old boy had been diagnosed as having frequently relapsing minimal change nephrotic syndrome, 21 months ago. In spite of the administration of prednisolone and cytoxan, he had presented recurrent proteinuria in the frequency of 3-4 times per 6 months. From 1 month prior to visiting emergency room, his parents discontinued his medications, therefore, he showed fever and semicomatous mental status. In brain MRI study, multiple cerebral infarcts were noted. So, the authors report a case of multiple cerebral infarcts in a patient with frequently relapsing minimal change nephrotic syndrome with a brief review of related literature.

        기능평가를 통한 장애유아의 행동지원 실험연구 분석 : 1997~2006년 사이의 연구를 중심으로

        이 연구는 유아를 대상으로 기능평가를 통한 행동지원을 제공한 실험연구를 분석하여 현재의 전반적인 특징과 경향을 분석하고 문제행동 기능의 결과가 중재와 어떻게 연결되는지 살펴봄으로써 문제행동 중재를 위한 향후의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 분석 대상 논문은 주로 중다기초선 설계법을 사용하며 중재는 일반교실이나 가정 등의 자연스러운 환경에서 교사나 부모 등의 자연스러운 중재자에 의해서 이루어지고 있었으며 목표행동은 대상유아의 바람직한 행동보다는 부정적인 행동이 많았으며 중재자의 행동을 목표행동으로 본 연구도 5-6편이 있었다. 연구의 질적 수준에 대한 변인들 중 관찰자간 신뢰도를 제외하고는 중재충실도, 사회적 타당도, 유지, 일반화 등에 대한 파악이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 기능평가는 주로 일반학급과 가정 등의 자연스러운 환경에서의 부모나 일반교사를 대상으로 한 인터뷰와 연구자나 가족, 교사 등에 의한 관칠 방법, 연구자에 의한 기능분석 방법이 많이 이용되었다. 기능평가 방법으로는 직접관찰과 인터뷰가 가장 많이 이용되었으며 평균 2~3가지 방법을 사용하고 있었으며 문제행동의 기능은 관심끌기가 가장 높았고 획득과 회피, 감각적 자극 순으로 나타났다. 행동의 기능에 따른 중재전략을 살펴보면 획득기능과 회피 기능을 가진 경우에는 선행사건 예방전략과 후속반응전략이 가장 많이 사용되었고 관심의 기능을 가진 경우에는 후속반응전략이, 감각적 자극을 목적으로 한 문제행동 중재에는 문제행동을 차단하는 전략이 사용되고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze experimental studies that intervened young children's challenging behavior using functional assessment and to provide information and suggestions on future research. To accomplish this purpose, the elements of experimental study, the quality features of study(interobserver agreement, fidelity of intervention, social validity, maintenance and generalization of effect) and methods of functional assessment and intervention strategies were analyzed. The major findings of this study was followed. First, most of the analyzed articles used multi-baseline design, and the interventions were implemented were natural settings like classroom and home, and the interventionists were natural people like teachers and parents. Target behaviors were focused on problematic behaviors of subjects than desirable behaviors. Second, among the 5 quality features of study I chose, fidelity of intervention, social validity, maintenance and generalization of effect were identified poorly except interobserver agreement. Third, functional assessment was implemented by natural people like teachers and family members, and at the natural settings like classrooms and home routine. Interview to teachers and family members and direct observation by researchers, teachers and family members were used. The most common functional assessment methods were direct observation and interview. And 2 or 3 methods were used one study. The order of the function of problematic behavior was attention, obtain tangible, escape, and sensory stimulation. As an interventions strategies, antecedents events, alternative skills and consequent responding were applied comparatively the same rate. Based on this results, some recommendations are suggested.

        Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

        Single-Phase diode rectifiers are widely used in industry. These rectifier, however, generate many harmonic components in the AC Power line and have the poor input power factor, which may create a power quality problem for other electrical apparatus in the vicinity of the rectifier. Power factor improvement and harmonic reduction in the AC line current have become very significant problems in single-phase diode rectifiers. In this paper, the high power factor boost converter using soft switching is proposed to improve the demerit. The simulation results show the validity of the proposed system.

        Tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica is a rare disorder of unknown cause characterized by the projection of numerous bony or cartilaginous submucosal nodules into the tracheobronchial lumen with sparing of the posterior membranous portion of tracheobronchial tree. In the past, most of the cases were diagnosed as secondary finding at autopsy. Nowaday, the key component of the evaluation is flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy, which typically demonstrates irregular spicules of subrnucosal bone and cartilage projecting into the tracheobronchial lumen and causing various degrees of airway obstruction. A 45 years old man was visited Sunchon St. Carollo hospital due to discomfort on throat. We saw several nodules just below vocal cord via laryngoscope. The computed tomography revealed multiple small calcified nqdules on trachea and both main bronchi. Pathologic finding of bronchoscopic biopsy showed abnormal proliferation of bony and cartilagious nodules in the tracheal submucosa. These fingdings were consistent with tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica. We report here on a case of tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica with review of literature.

      • Electrospinning of ultrafine cellulose fibers and fabrication of poly(butylene succinate) biocomposites reinforced by them

        <P>In this study, electrospinning conditions for ultrafine cellulose fibers was systematically studied and poly(butylene succinate) biocomposites reinforced by the ultrafine cellulose fibers (cellulose/PBS biocomposite) were fabricated. The ultrafine cellulose fibers were electrospun from cellulose (DP = 700) solutions in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide hydrate (85/15 w/w) at 100°C. The optimal electrospinning concentration of the cellulose solutions was determined to be 7 wt % and the average diameter of the resulting cellulose fibers was 560 nm. The cellulose I structure of the native cellulose was converted to the cellulose II structure after electrospinning. The ultrafine cellulose fibers showed a reinforcing effect in the cellulose/PBS biocomposite, suggesting that they have potential applications as reinforcement fibers for biocomposites. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.       • Dexmedetomidine-Induced Contraction Involves CPI-17 Phosphorylation in Isolated Rat Aortas

        <P>Dexmedetomidine, a highly selective α-2 adrenoceptor agonist, produces vasoconstriction, which leads to transiently increased blood pressure. The goal of this study was to investigate specific protein kinases and the associated cellular signal pathways responsible for the increased calcium sensitization induced by dexmedetomidine in isolated rat aortas, with a particular focus on phosphorylation-dependent inhibitory protein of myosin phosphatase (CPI-17). The effect of Y-27632 and chelerythrine on the dexmedetomidine-induced intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>]<SUB>i</SUB>) and tension were assessed using fura-2-loaded aortic strips. The effects of rauwolscine, Y-27632, chelerythrine, and ML-7 hydrochloride on the dexmedetomidine-induced phosphorylation of CPI-17 or of the 20-kDa regulatory light chain of myosin (MLC<SUB>20</SUB>) were investigated in rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cells. The effects of rauwolscine, Y-27632, and chelerythrine on the membrane translocation of Rho-kinase and protein kinase C (PKC) phosphorylation induced by dexmedetomidine were assessed. Y-27632 and chelerythrine each reduced the slopes of the [Ca<SUP>2+</SUP>]<SUB>i</SUB>-tension curves of dexmedetomidine-induced contraction, and Y-27632 more strongly reduced these slopes than did chelerythrine. Rauwolscine, Y-27632, chelerythrine, and ML-7 hydrochloride attenuated the dexmedetomidine-induced phosphorylation of CPI-17 and MLC<SUB>20</SUB>. Taken together, these results suggest that dexmedetomidine-induced contraction involves calcium sensitization, which appears to be mediated by CPI-17 phosphorylation via Rho-kinase or PKC.</P>
