        불완전 전뇌 허혈후 소생의 백서 모델을 이용한 재관류 뇌혈류량과 허혈성 뇌조직 손상도와의 관계

        Background: Experimental data indicate that low-flow reperfusion following prolonged cardiocirculatory arrest may aggravate early cerebral microcirculatory reperfusion disorders. We investigated the influence of cerebral reperfusion flow change to the ischemic histopathologic damage of brain tissue after incomplete forebrain ischemia in rats. Materials and method: Anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats were undergone ligation of both internal carotid artery by microvascular clamp for 10 minutes. After release of the clamp, reperfusion was started with several different flow levels (0, 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100%) of internal carotid artery comparing to pre-clamping phase using flowmeter. After 15minutes of reperfusion, rat brains were prepared by perfusion-fixation with 3% formaldehyde. Under light microscopic examination of Hematoxylin-Eosin stained tissue slide, histopathologic damage was examined at cortex, putamen, and hippocampus regions. Categorical hisotopathologic damage scores were derived in each regions by manual counts of ischemic neurons. Result: The histopathologic damage scores were 0, 10.2±0.5, 7.6±1.5, 5.9±1.4, 5.0±2.8, 3.5±0.7, and 1.0±0.0 in control, 0, 10,20, 30, 50, and 100% reperfusion groups, respectively(p<0.05). Conclusion: Our results showed significant increment of brain histopathologic damage scores along with decreasing amount of cerebral reperfusion flow after incomplete forebrain ischemia. We believe restoration of reperfusion flow to pre-ischemic level would be a critical component in attenuation of brain ischemic damage.

        In this paper, as a method to improve power factor and waveform of AC line current by means of an AC-to-DC converter CONⅠ and CON Ⅱ series connection full bridge converter drive is studied, the basic principle of the operation of the converter is simplified and the feasibility of the conversystem can be proved by experiments. In order to drive CON Ⅰ to lagging and CON Ⅱ to leading this is CON Ⅱ constructed forced commutation converter. By experimental results, the power factor and waveform of AC line current is improved by Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ quadrant converter drive.

      • Changes in nutritional compositions and physicochemical properties of mustard leaf (Brassica juncea) kimchi during fermentation periods

        Nutritional and physicochemical changes of mustard leaf kimchi were examined during fermentation periods up to 3 months. As the fermentation processed, pH decreased, and titratable acidity gradually increased. The crude ash and protein contents increased during fermentation, but crude lipid content was significantly reduced from 5.97 to 5.07%. Crude fiber and carbohydrate showed no distinct changes. Dietary fiber contents were slowly changed between control and 1 month fermentation sample, and were maintained thereafter. The major free sugars of mustard leaf kimchi were fructose and glucose, and the amount of them were significantly decreased at the end of fermentation stage. Lactic acid showed a dramatic increase and reached its maximum at 3 months. All kimchi contained 20 amino acids; in particular, glutamic acid was the highest in mustard leaf kimchi. Amino acid contents fluctuated during fermentation. Except for calcium and selenium, the content of other ingredients (Fe, K, Mg, Na, and Zn) increased with prolonged fermentation time. Fermentation promotes a significant increasing in the content of linoleic acid and DHA. The highest antioxidant vitamins (β-carotene, tocopherol) contents were determined at mustard leaf kimchi fermented for 2 months. The results will provide fundamental data for proposing an appropriate fermentation periods to promote quality of kimchi

      • Stable Monocular SLAM with Indistinguishable Features on Estimated Ceiling Plane Using Upward Camera

        This paper deals with monocular SLAM of a mobile robot in an indoor environment where visually similar features (so-called indistinguishable features) exist on the ceiling. When these indistinguishable features exist near a feature, data association suffers from false matches which lead to localization failure. To reliably estimate the robot pose in various environments, the proposed scheme uses the additional information on whether the features are easily distinguishable (unique) or not. Then, a ceiling plane is estimated by the heights of the unique features to find the positions of the indistinguishable features approximately. Reliable data association is done by registering the indistinguishable features on the ceiling plane with small uncertainty regions which prevent the false matches. After this preprocess step, the data association results are used within the extended Kalman filter to estimate the robot pose. Corners and lamps are used as features in the experiments, and the results show that the proposed method successfully works in various indoor environments including indistinguishable features.

        초등영어수업 컨설팅의 핵심어 추출을 통한 주제화

        초등영어수업에서 교사의 역할과 수업 능력은 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 초등영어수업 컨설팅에 과정에서 나타난 컨설턴트와 컨설팅 의뢰자간의 메시지, 교정에 대한 컨설팅 내용으로 핵심어를 추출하여 주제화 하였다. 이를 위해 세 가지 사례의 영어수업 컨설팅이 과정에서 나타난 내용을 코퍼스로 구축하였다. 첫 번째로 주제화 범주 선정은 코퍼스를 구축한 후, 워드클라우드를 사용하여 분석한 결과를 근거로 분석 범주를 나눌 수 있었다. 두 번째 컨설팅 내용의 주제화는 워드스미스툴스를 활용하여 내용어휘의 빈도에 근거한 핵심어를 조사하여 분류할 수 있었다. 분석을 위한 주요 범주는 크게 다섯 가지로 교과내용, 교수법 관련 내용, 학습자에 대한 이해, 컨설팅의 과정, 정의적인 태도이다. 컨설팅에서 빈도가 높은 어휘들은 교수 과정에 관한 설명, 수업 설계, 학습자의 동기, 교사의 발화, 오류 수정과 수준별 학습자에 맞는 차별화된 지도로 나타났다. 또 다른 측면으로는 컨설팅 과정에서 컨설턴트와 컨설팅 의뢰자가 면담을 위한 약속을 잡고, 메시지를 주고받는 내용들이 있었다. 그리고 컨설턴트의 칭찬, 격려의 말, 그리고 컨설팅 의뢰인의 감사함의 표현, 각오와 다짐 등과 같은 정의적인 태도와 관련된 어휘들이 있었다. This aim of this study was to thematize elicited key words from a database created using transcripts of three elementary English classes. To this end, consultation sessions of three English classes were transcribed and a text corpus was created based on the transcription. A primary thematization was performed using a word cloud generator based on the corpus, which identified categories of analysis. A secondary thematization was performed using WordSmith software to investigate key words based on the content word frequency. The primary categories for the analysis were English pedagogic content, teaching methods, learners, consulting process, positive feedback and attitudes of the consultees. The most frequent words based on the analysis indicated that consultants tended to comment on teaching procedure, activity design, motivation of learners, teacher utterances, error corrections, and differentiated instruction to underachieving learners. Another genre of frequently appearing in the results includes making appointments for the consulting, making calls, and giving feedback messages between consultants and consultees. Another group of words identified affective words such as complimentary, encouraging remarks coming from consultants and thanking, change of attitudes with more determination coming from consultees.

        키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 국내 북한 영어교육 연구 동향 분석

        본 연구는 기존의 국내 북한 영어교육 관련 연구들을 대상으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시함으로서, 주요 키워드와 키워드 간 관계를 분석하여 국내 북한 영어교육 연구들의 흐름을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 1993년부터 2019년 4월까지의 북 한 영어교육과 관련한 학술지, 학위논문 83편을 수집하여 출판 시기를 3기로 분류하고 키워드의 빈도, 키워드 중심성과 키워드 간 네트워크 관계를 파악하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북한 영어교육 관련연구들의 가장 빈도가 높은 키워드는 language , textbook , South Korea 이었다. 전반적으로 교과서 분석 연구와 남한과의 비교 연구가 활발히 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석 결과, 북한 영어교육 연구들을 크게 3가지의 범주로 분류할 수 있었다. 북한의 영어교육 상황 및 통일을 대비한 영어교육, 영어교과서 분석의 범주, 북한이탈 주민을 대상으로 하는 연구로 나누어 볼 수 있었다. 시기별 특징으로는 전체 기간 동안 큰 3가지 범주들이 꾸준히 연구되어 오고 있지만, 각 시기별로 두드러지는 범주가 있었다. 1기에는 북한 영어교육의 상황, 2기에는 영어교과서 분석 연구, 3기에는 영어 교과서 분석 및 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 하는 연구들이 주류를 이루고 있었다. 이렇게 시간이 흐름에 따라 북한 영어교육의 연구들의 수도 급격히 증가하고, 연구 대상과 방법의 키워 드가 중심성이 높아지며 구체화 되고 다양해지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study is to analyze the relationship between major keywords extracted from English abstracts of selected papers to investigate the status of English education researches on North Korea. To that end, 83 academic journal papers and dissertations on the topic of North Korea s English education are collected from 1993 to April 2019, and the publication dates are classified into three major periods: 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. The analysis results are as follows: First, the top keywords in their frequency of North Korean English education researches are ‘North Korea’, ‘language’, ‘textbook’ and ‘South Korea’. It is found that number of researches on textbook analysis and comparative studies with the South are most frequent. Second, according to the network analysis, North Korean English education studies can be classified into three major categories: English educational situations in North Korea, English textbook analysis, and researches on North Korean refugees. These three categories have been consistently studied throughout the entire period. However, a distinction of major research topics can be made for each of three periods: in the 1990s, the situation of North Korea s English education; in the 2000s analyzing English textbooks; and in the 2010s the analysis of English textbooks and the study of North Korean defectors. As time progresses, the number of studies on North Korean English education is distinctively increasing, and the keywords of topics and methods gradually become more central, concrete and diverse.

      • 역할놀이 활동을 통한 영어기능통합이 초등학생 어휘능력 신장에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the lexical competence of 5th graders in elementary school through role-play activities. Role-play activity is an integrated-language teaching. To accomplish the objective of this research, six classes of M elementary school in Seoul were selected and divided into two groups. For three periods, the experimental group was given lessons using role-play activity while the control group was given lessons using text book consisting of segregated language skills. To measure the effects of improvement of lexical competence, four modes of tests were introduced for pre, post and delayed test. The result shows that integrated language teaching is helpful to improve learners’ English lexical competence in delayed test. It implied that learners can enhance their vocabulary acquisition and retention through integrated language learning. According to the analysis of test, the experimental group showed better achievement in active recognition and active recall. It indicates that skills-integrated class can improve students’ active mode. The tendency observed in the study shows that if skills-integrated instructions are continued on to the students, the positive effects of experimental group will be more apparent statistically.
