The resonant frequency of the dielectric rod resonator which is surrounded by cylindrical cavity can be calculated very exactly by using eigenfunction expansion method in the concept of electric and magnetic wall from the symmetry. But if the supporter is put in the cavity, the symmetry disappears. Thus this method has some errors. In this paper, the resonant frequency of the asymmetric dielectric rod resonator was calculated by using the eigenfunction expansion method. Also, the effect of the supporter was discussed. Then we found that the resonant frequency was more affected in the case of TM mode than TE or Hybrid modes as the length of the supporter was longer.

제7차 교육과정에 따른 국어과 읽기·쓰기 수행평가 연구(Ⅰ)

이 연구에서는 제7차 교육과정에 따라 초등학교에서 읽기와 쓰기의 수행평가를 실제적으로 적용하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 제7차 국어과 읽기 교과서에서 '되돌아보기' 학습 면을 둔 것은 전체적으로 수행평가를 현실화하는데 긍정적 기여를 하고 있으나 실제로 분석해보니 단원별로 부족한 부분이 많았다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 되돌아보기 학습면을 보완한 학습지와 성취기준, 평가기준, 평가기록표를 개발하였다. 이 방안을 초등학교 교실에 한 학기 동안 적용하고, 수행평가의 현장 적용 가능성과 교수·학습 개선여부를 살펴보았다. 연구 방법은 개발 연구, 사례연구, 질적 연구, 관찰, 면담, 전문가 협의회 개최등의 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 교과서 되돌아보기를 보완한 읽기 수행평가 방안은 학생의 읽기 발달에 관한 질적 정보를 수집하는 방법이라는 결론을 얻었다. This paper have developed performance assessment strategies for reading and writing as the 7th Korean National Curriculum, and applied them one elementary school 6th grade classroom during one semester. There is review pages in every reading textbook chapters of 7th korean national curriculum. This contribute to performance assessment. But some of them is not so good. So we developed common tools, achievement standards, assessment standard, report card to compensate review pages, and to apply performance assessments. Method of study is case study, developing study, qualitative study, observation, interview, and panel conference. As a results, this performance assessment strategy could many good developmental informations of students.

인트라 프레임에 대한 서브 블록 정합을 이용한 효율적인 오류 은닉 기법

MPEG-2와 같은 동영상 압축 표준안은 기본적으로 공간적인 중복성과 시간적인 중복성을 제거하기 위해 가변길이 부호화 및 움직임 보상 부호화 알고리듬을 사용하여 대량의 멀티미디어 데이터를 압축하여 채널 상으로 전송하게 된다. 하지만 이러한 알고리듬의 사용 때문에 전송 채널상의 단일 비트 에러의 발생시에도 복호화된 데이터에 상당한 손실을 가져오게 된다. 특히 GOP의 시작 프레임인 Ⅰ프레임은 GOP 내의 모든 프레임의 참조 프레임으로써 P,B 프레임과 같은 예측 프레임보다 오류 은닉이 필요성이 더욱 요구된다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는Ⅰ프레임에 발생된 오류에 대해 복호화의 에러제어 기술인 에러 은닉 기술을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리듬은 현재 프레임의 손실된 매크로 블록을 은닉하기 위하여 손실된 매크로 블록을 4개의 서브 블록들로 나눈다. 그리고 각 서브 블록을 기준으로 새로운 매크로 블록들을 생성한다. 다음으로 이러한 매크로 블록을 이전 프레임과의 블록 정합 과정에서 정합되는 블록간의 차분 값이 최소가 되는 매크로 블록을 예측한다. 예측된 매크로 블록의 손실 서브 블록에 해당하는 블록을 오류가 발생한 서브 블록으로 대치한다. 실험결과를 통하여 제안한 알고리듬이 영상의 움직임 특성에 따라 효과적으로 적용됨을 알 수 있고 기존의 오류 은닉 알고리듬에 비해 PSNR 값이나 시각적인 측면에서 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인 할 수 있다. The video compression standard such as MPEG-2 transmitted to compress numerous multimedia data using variable length coding and motion compensation coding algorithm to eliminate spatial redundancy and temporal redundancy. but because this algorithm is used reconstructed data in occurrence of only single bit error in channel is presented rather loss. Especially the error of Ⅰ-frame, first frame of GOP, is anchor frame from all frames in GOP and needed higher necessity for error concealment than estimated frame such as B or P frames. because of this reason in this paper, we propose a error concealment algorithm among error control techniques of decoder to occurred error in Ⅰ frame. We divide a damaged macroblock of Ⅰ-frame into four sub blocks and compose new macroblock for each sub block. We estimate the block with minimum difference value through block matching with previous frame for new macroblocks and replace each estimated block with damaged sub block in the same position. Through simulation results, the proposed algorithm will be applied to a characteristic of moving with effect and shows better performance than conventional error concealment algorithms from visual and PSNR of view.

저자들은 1992년 9월20일부터 1992년 11월 7일까지 경상북도 경산시 영남대학교 교내에 위치한 삼천지에 대한 곤충상을 조사하였다. 연구 결과 총 8目 56科 121屬 132種이 서식하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. We studied insect fauna in the Samchun-impoundment during the period of from september 20, 1992 to November 7, 1992. The total number of insect taxa are composed of 132 spceies, 121 genera, 56 families, 8 orders including this examination.

The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidative effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis Rhodiola methanol extract was fractionated sequentially with dichloromethane and butanol. Each Rhodiola fraction (water, MeOH, BuOH and CH_2Cl_2 fractions) showed the potent superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and had inhibitory effets on peroxide value of linoleic acid (40~57%) and lipid peroxidation (47~70%) in FE^2+/ascorbate system-induced rat liver microsome. Rhodiola methanol extract also recovered carbon tetrachloride-induced decrease in SOD by 42% and catalase activities by 50%, and had inhibitory effects (54%) on carbon tetrachloride-induced lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsome. These results suggest that Rhodiola sachalinensis has the antioxidative effects.

제 7차 교육과정에 따른 국어과 읽기·쓰기 수행평가 연구(Ⅱ)

이 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 국어과 읽기와 쓰기 수행평가에 대한 것이다. 쓰기는 교과서의 '되돌아보기' 학습 내용의 타당성을 대부분 인정하고, 대신 '되돌아보기' 학습을 하고 난 후의 정확한 평가 기준표를 제시하고 이를 검증해 보는 것에 역점을 두었다. 특히 거시적 관점에서 10단계의 평가 기준표를 제시하여 학생들의 쓰기 수준이 어느 정도까지 이르렀는가를 측정해 볼 수 있게 하였다. 이 연구는 현장 적용이 가능한 국어와 읽기와 쓰기의 수행평가의 방법을 제시해 주었다는 데 큰 의미가 있다. This study is about the performance assessment for reading and writing of Korean Subject in elementary school being on the 7th Korean National Curriculum. The part of writing puts great emphasis on showing an accurate assesment rubric and verifying it after "review pages", instead of accepting mostly the adequacy of learning contents on "review pages", in textbook. Above other things it suggests an assessment rubric of 10 level and can help to measure what level the writing level of students is in. The great meaning of this study is to suggest the method of the performance assessment for the reading and writing of Korean Subject possible to be applied to the schools. It needs to suggest the method of the intergrative performance assessment for speaking, listening, reading, writing, Korean knowledge, and literature as well. But we will study the above-mentioned remark in future.

As a result of this study the Korean Selandriinae consist of 16 species, 7 genera including 4 newly recorded species, Strongylogaster macula, Aneugmenus temporalis, A japonicus and A. coronatus, from Korea.
