수면량과 집중력의 상관관계

수면, 기억 그리고 학습의 연관성은 실제 매우 복잡하다. 많은 연구에도 불구하고 명확한 연구결과는 아직 없다. 우리는 이 연구에서 평소와는 달리 시험 전날 수면 변화 양상이 집중력에 어느 정도 영향력을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였고, 이를 이용해 효율적인 수면 관리를 할 수 있는 기초자료로 삼고자 하였다. 동국대 의대 본과 1학년생 중 지원자 30명과 본과 2학년생 10명을 대상으로 평상시 상태와 시험 직후 수면이 부족한 상태에서 각각 K-PES TEST를 실시하여 총 8항목에 걸쳐 암기력, 판단력, 단순반응의 변화정도를 검사하였다. 또 설문조사를 병행하여 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 인자들도 파악하였다. 수면량에 대한 부호 숫자 짝짓기(순간 판단력)을 검사한 결과, 인간의 최대 생리학적 기능은 꼭 수면부족에 의해 좌우되는 것은 아니다. 그러나, 수면감소는 피로를 증가시키고, 동기부여를 감소시키나 단, 새로운 사실을 학습하는 데에는 큰 영향을 끼치지 않는다. 즉, 수면부족으로 장시간 깨어있는 것은 정확성과 반응성을 떨어뜨린다. 흡연에 대한 부호 숫자 짝짓기(순간 판단력)을 검사한 결과, 니코틴의 수면에 대한 상호관계는 알려지지 않았고, 인간의 감정이나 의식, 인식에 영향을 주는 것으로 알고있지만, 장기적은 측면에서 흡연이나 알코올은 인식능력과 무관한 것 같다. 카페인에 대한 숫자 외우기(암기력)검사 결과, 카페인은 spacial selective attention에는 특별한 영향을 주지 않지만 지각과정이나 주의 집중에 큰 효과를 주며, 인간의 의식 수행에 긍정적인 효과를 준다. 즉 카페인은 활력, 혼란, 피로상태를 변화시키고 visual analog scales에서 휴식상태에 가까운 양상을 나타낸다. 또 48시간 동안 수면을 취하지 않은 사람에게 카페인은 집중력과 장시간의 좋은 기분을 유지하게 하였다. 그러나 규칙적, 비규칙적으로 먹는 사람간에는 인지수행력의 차이를 보이지 않으며 상용자에서는 상당한 내성이 보인다. 수면패턴에 대한 숫자 더하기(순간 판단력)검사 결과, 집중력은 수면패턴에 의해서도 영향을 받고, 수면패턴이 바뀌게 되면 순간판단력을 저하시킨다. This study was performed to evaluate relationship of sleep and attention, and to control sleep effectively. We conducted a K-PES test of 40 medical students. K-PES contains eight elements, for example, simple response, selective response, color pairing, OddEven discrimination, number addition, number-symbol matching, memory, right-tapping, left tapping. Through these, we tested changes of memory, judgement, simple response. And we conducted a questionnaire survey to exclude bias. Results are as follows. As a results of number-symbol matching test, we know that sleeplessness is not complete responsible for physiologic function for humans. But, decreased sleep increases fatigue and decreases motivation, but no influence on learning new materials. So, long term sleeplessness decreases precision and responsibility. As a results of number-symbol matching test on smoking, a relationship of nicotine and sleep is not certain. A point of view in long term period, smoking and drinking is not related cognition, even if we know that those influence mood, consciousness and cognition. As a results of memory work test on caffeine, caffeine does not influence spacial selective attention, but mainly does perception, attention and consiousness process. Namely caffeine changes energetic activities, chaos, fatigue states and shows resting state in visual analog scales In sleeplessness for 48 hours, caffeine produced attention and good mood for a long time. But, in case of cognitive process no significance shows in regular or irregular diet. Regular diet shows high resistance. As a results of number addition test on sleep patterns, seep patterns influence attention, changes of sleep patterns decrease a moment judgement.

Uterus didelphys with unilateral obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis usually presents after menarch with progressive abdominal pain during menses secondary to hematocolpos, and indeed a very rare congenital anomaly due to Mullerian duct malformation. An accurate and prompt diagnosis is of importance to permit treatment and to assure the future fertility of the patient. Pelvic ultrasound, physical examination and pelvic MRI established a diagnosis of hematometracolpos secondary to uterus didelphys with unilateral imperforate hemivagina. An incision in the vaginal septum allowed drainage of the hematocolpos, providing relief of the patients symptoms. We report two case of uterus didelphys with obstructed hemivagina with brief review of the literature.

This paper showed the summarization of the preservative method of wild vegetables in the house and the precessing method of Japanese pickles. The preservative methods of wild vegetables were explained devided into long, short term, fresh state, heat treatment and drying. Salt, soybean fermented sauce, soybean fermented paste, lees of refined rice wine and residue in the preparation of bean curd were used as the materials of Japanese pickles.

저밀도 폴리에틸렌에서 도데실 알콜의 혼합량에 따른 트리이 현상 변화에 관한 연구

For the purpose of deriving a method of inhibiting tree growth, dodecyl alchol( ?? ) is mixed with low density polyethylene(LDPE) by four different concentration, i.e., 2, 5, 8, 10%. Then under the environment of keeping to apply a.c., 15[kv], the time on which the first tree phenonenum will be reached, is observed. It is resulted that, on the condition of being within 8%, the more the mixing quantity be, the longer the tree inception time is, on the other hand, through to 10%, the time get increased quite slowly. Thus, we take samples mixed with 10% dodecyl alcohol in LDPE. After the initial tree is generated to the point of 300[㎛] under the bias, the bias would abruptly be dropped to 7.5[kv]. After that time, without changing the applying voltage, it is also investigated that the extinguishing time interval gets shorter on the following sequence of the solid state, the freezing, point, and the liquid state, in trun.

우리나라 수정란 이식의 현황과 전망

The technique of bovine embryo transfer in Korea began very late compare toother countries and related researches have also been carried out in several limited places only as a foundmental works. Especially, the studies on embryo freezing which play an important part on the spreading of bovine embryo transfer , evaluation of embryo and its dead-alive determination have almost not been done up to the present time. Therefore, for the improvement of the spread of embryo transfer experiment station, national breeding station as well as related industries and universities should perform mom works with dividing specialization from now on. Conclusively, by concentrating on such ultramodern technology as micromanipulation of mammalian early embryos and its transferring, contribution on the systematic spreading of embryo transfer in Korea and improvement of domestic animals performances together with the development of high characteristic livestock should be accomplished.

제주마의 번식상황과 번식장해원인에 관한 연구

A total 428 Che-ju pony mares were investigated for reproductive efficiency. The average age of first estrus and foaling were I5.1k1.59 and 38.9k5.48 months respectively. The average length of estrus, estrus cycle and gestation of mares were 5.7±1.81, 20.8±2.42 and 333.9±5.41 days respectively. Average parturitional r te of Che-ju mares was 60.9% and recurrence of estrus of foaling appeared to be 21.5±19.0 days. 311 mares were surveyed for reproductive disorder. The total occurrence rate of reproductive disorder for Che-ju mares has turned out to be 27 rnares(l6.1%). In 27 sterile mares reproductive disorder subdivided into ovary dysfunction(14.2%), persistent corpus luteum(2.9%) and absortion(2.9%). 15 anestrus mares were investigated for PGF_(2α) administration. 86.7% of Che-ju pony showed estrus on average 4.8 days and 60% of conception rate after treated PGF_(2α).

Acccrding to the investigation of reproductive status and disorders in Cheju native cattle, the delayrd puberty, fist calving age in heifer, and thealternate year calving cow dric to anrstrus following calving were observed more frequently on this island. This study, therefore. was carried out to investigate the effect of PMS as a method of trenstment for the cows with ovarian hypoplasia and atrophy. For the 15 cows with ovarian hypoplasia, the blood was tested and 40 cows of anestrus due to ovarian hypoplasia and atrophy were selected to treat with PMS. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The blood test indicated that cows of the ovarian hypoplasia appeared to havc lower scriim protein and calcium level than that of normal cow. Espercially abnormality inA/G ratio and Ca/P ratio in Holstein was found. 2. Trensment of PMS into 40 cows with the ovaridn atrophy and hvpoplasia showcd estrus average 6.7 days after the final hormone injection. 3. Total 38 cow were conceived by PMS (100 IU) hormone treatment; 26 cows (64.4%) at the first estrus. It cow (30.6%) at the second estrus and the remainder at the third estrus. 4. The above resolts inkicated that treatment of PMS hormone into cow with ovarion hypoplesia and atrophy was effertive for inducing estrus and conception.

Cefotaxime과 Furosemide의 賢排泄 및 血漿蛋白 結合에 미치는 影響

The cephalosporins are eliminated by both glomerular filtration and tubular excretion. Chronic administration of cephalosporins may cause renal tubular necrosis. Cefotaxime is a new semisynthetic cephalosporin antibiotic with an unusually broad antibacterial spectrum. Therefore, to determine whether any variations at plasma protein binding with furosemide by cefotaxime were responsible for its diuretic action of urine volume and electrolytes in rabbits, author studies effects on drug-interaction of cefotaxime and furosemide. The following results were obtained. 1. The group, administrated simultaneously furosemide and cefotaxime, was significantly increased compared with furosemide alone group on the urine volume, urinary electrolytes, because markedly increased the inhibition of Na^+ and Cl^- reabsorption in the renal tubule, and glomerular filtration rate without any differences. 2. Serum concentration of cefotaxime in rabbits was significanly elevated by the combination with furosemide, and markedly inhibited the elimination levels of cefotaxime in urine of rabbits. Conclusion of above results; Synergistic effect of cefotaxime on diuretic action of furosemide showed the comparative inhibition of plasma protein binding with furosemide by cefotaxime, and the continuation of diuretic effect seems excretion of furosemide on the in-hibited by competition between furosemide and cefotaxime in renal tubular excretion.

김치의 숙성중 색상변화에 관한 연구

김치의 숙성중 숙성과 밀접한 관련이 있는 pH의 변화와 색상과의 상관관계를 조사하여 숙성정도를 육안적으로 식별할 수 있는 방안을 검토하였다. 배추 김치의 백색잎 조직의 a, H값과 pH감소와는 각각 r=-0.76, r=0.76으로 상관성이 인정되었으며 미숙시엔 연두빛을 품은 백색을 띠나 숙성이 진행됨에 따라 점차 적색화되어 연한 주황색으로 되었다. 녹색잎부분의 a, H 및 C값과 pH 감소와의 관계는 각각 r=-0.76, r=0.83, r=-0.73으로 비교적 높은 상관성을 나타내었으며 숙성에 따라 밝은 연두빛을 품은 녹색이 점차 붉은색이 많이 가미된 어두운 녹색으로 변화되었다. 국물의 색상과 pH 감소와의 관계는 a값과 H값에서 각각 r=0.67, r=-0.87으로 상관성이 인정되었다. 고추가루는 L값, V값과는 각각 r=-0.74, r=-0.76으로 미숙시는 붉은색, 적숙시는 밝은 붉은 색, 과숙시에는 황색빛을 품은 연한 붉은색으로 되었다. Correlation between pH and color of Kimchi during fermentation was investigated to visually evaluate the fermentation degree of Chinese cabbage Kimchi. Color “a” and “H” values in the white part, “a”, “H” and “C” values in the green part of the Kimchi showed a high correlation with pH, respectively. “a” and “H” values of Kimchi juice, “L” and “V” values of red pepper attached to Kimchi had a high correlation with pH. The color of the white part was light greenish white in unripened Kimchi, but changed to redish in ripened Kimchi. Green part changed from light green to redish green as ripening. Red pepper powder attached to Kimchi showed redish color in unripening, but changed to yellowish red in over ripening.
