호텔 부서 간 내부마케팅이 연회서비스 품질 제고에 미치는 영향: 강원지역 호텔을 중심으로

High quality operations and services are key factors for hotels to succeed in marketing. This paperdeals with various activities supporting interdepartmental communication and customer service within a hotel, including those which have influences upon the hotel banquet service quality. According to authors' findings, majority of hotel staffs were found understanding rarely of the mechanism where they should cooperate with staffs of different sections within a hotel. Authors contend that active cooperation with different section staffs is needed in order to provide customers with reliable and high quality service. 시간적 거리, 해석수준, 주관적 시간 지각이 광고메시지 선호에 미치는 영향

This study investigates how the preference of advertising messages differed in objective temporal distance, or calender time, and subjective perception of the time. Results show that subjective temporal perception affected the fit effect of temporal distance and construal level of the message. Specifically, when the message shows distant temporal distance and the participants actually perceive it as far, they preferred the message with high construal level; when consider the same temporal distance as close, they no longer preferred the message. However, message with low construal level is more favorable when it has proximal temporal distance, whether participants subjectively perceive the temporal distance as distant or not. Through this study, I tried to integrate both temporal distance and subjective time perception. 본 연구는 물리적으로 차이가 나는 시간적 거리 그리고 그 시간을 주관적으로 지각하는 정도에 따라 해석수준에서 차이가 나는 광고메시지의 선호가 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 시간적 거리와 메시지의 해석수준의 적합효과에 주관적 시간지각이 영향을 미쳤다. 구체적으로 메시지의 시간적 거리가 멀고 이를 멀리 지각하는 경우는 상위 해석수준의 메시지를 선호했지만, 이를 가깝게 지각하는 경우는 더 이상 상위 해석수준의 메시지를 선호하지 않았다. 그러나 가까운 시간적 거리에서는 가깝게 지각하거나 멀리 지각하거나 상관없이 일관적으로 하위 해석수준의 메시지를 더 선호하였다. 본 연구를 통해 시간적 거리와 주관적 시간지각 모두를 통합하는 계기를 만들고자 하였다.
Optimization of electrolyte and carbon conductor for dilithium terephthalate organic batteries

Organic batteries are attractive alternatives to conventional inorganic batteries because of their low cost, biodegradation, and renewability, and their consequent environmental friendliness. We investigated the influence of carbon conductors and electrolytes in organic batteries using dilithium terephthalate (Li2C8H4O4). The synthesized dilithium terephthalate has well-grown crystallinity and non-uniform shaped particles without impurities. The dilithium terephthalate-based battery shows good electrochemical properties with a LiTFSI/TEGDME electrolyte and graphene as the carbon conductor in an organic electrode. The results are ascribed to the high lithium transference number of LiTFSI/TEGDME and the high electrical conductivity of graphene.
Characterization of functional variants in 33 blood pressure loci using 1000 genomes project data

Through 2011, GWASs have identified 33genetic loci that are linked to blood pressure. Data from the 1000 Genomes Project were used to examine these loci. By searching nonsynonymous SNPs, promoter SNPs, splicing site SNPs, and gain- or loss-of-stop codon SNPs in 1000Genomes Project data, we identified 2,113 functional variants in 66 genes in the 33 loci: 613 nonsynonymous SNPs, 1,425 promoter SNPs, 114 splice SNPs, and 15 gainor loss-of-stop SNPs. There were no frameshift variations. Four hundred four of 613 nonsynonymous SNPs were predicted to be deleterious, based on 1000 Genomes Project data, and 1,114 of 1,425 promoter SNPs were predicted to influence the binding of transcription factors, using TFSearch. To determine whether these functional variants were causative factors of blood pressure, we analyzed KARE data, comprising 7,551 Korean individuals. The 24,962 SNPs in the 33 loci were imputed from the 1000Genomes Project data into the KARE data. One hundred fourteen of 2,113 functional variants were successfully imputed and analyzed for their association with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and hypertension in the KARE cohort. As a result, 15 SNPs—3 nonsynonymous SNPs, 11 promoter SNPs, and 1 splice site SNP—showed association signals. These results, despite the low percentage of functional variants that were analyzed,provide valuable data on the candidate variants that govern blood pressure GWAS signals.
Allelic Frequencies of 20 Visible Phenotype Variants in the Korean Population

The prediction of externally visible characteristics from DNA has been studied for forensic genetics over the last few years. Externally visible characteristics include hair, skin, and eye color, height, and facial morphology, which have high heritability. Recent studies using genome-wide association analysis have identified genes and variations that correlate with human visible phenotypes and developed phenotype prediction programs. However, most prediction models were constructed and validated based on genotype and phenotype information on Europeans. Therefore, we need to validate prediction models in diverse ethnic populations. In this study, we selected potentially useful variations for forensic science that are associated with hair and eye color, iris pattern, and facial morphology, based on previous studies, and analyzed their frequencies in 1,920Koreans. Among 20 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), 10 SNPs were polymorphic, 6 SNPs were very rare (minor allele frequency < 0.005), and 4 SNPs were monomorphic in the Korean population. Even though the usability of these SNPs should be verified by an association study in Koreans, this study provides 10 potential SNP markers for forensic science for externally visible characteristics in the Korean population.
호텔연회 종사원 특성별 경영성과 인지의 차이 - 내부마케팅 관점 -

This study was to examine the relationship between perceived internal marketing and management performance among hotel banquet employees. Data were collected from 789 tourist hotel banquet employees at 67 Korea tourist hotels in 2008. Results showed a significant positive correlation between the perceived management performance and internal marketing among the hotel banquet employees. Particularly, perceived level of internal marketing made a positive impact on non-financial competitive aspect of the perceived management performance. Socio-demographic and work charac- teristics also were related to the non-financial competitive factor of the perceived management performance. Specifically, results indicated that working department, work period and level of the hotel have different effects on the perceived management performance. Findings from this study could be used for effective intenal marketing for hotel banquet employees.
