      • 기내배양시 GA₃처리에 의한 들깨의 생육 및 개화조절

        This study was conducted to estimate growth of leaf and shoot and flowering as affected by GA3 treatment in vitro. Plant height was longer as the concentration of GA3 was higher up to 2.0mg/l. Stem diameter was thick up to the concentration of GA3 was 0.1mg/l , but become thinner as the concentration of GA3 was higher. Root weight and root length were well developed in GA3 concentration was 0.5∼2.0mg/l. Number of roots was more in GA3 concentration was 0.5 and 1.0mg/l . The first flowering occurred in 40 days after 0.5 mg/l GA3 treatment. As the concentration of GA3 was higher, flowering was delayed. Number of flowering was significantly increased in GA3 concentration was 0.1 and 0.5mg/l. However, it was gradually decreased after 60 days. Percentage of flowering per plant was highest in GA3 concentration was 0.5mg/l , but it was lower as the concentration of GA3 was increased.

        It's not uncommon for the amount of leaves to be reduced significantly due to the early differentiation of flower-bud by short-day condition when growing perilla for harvesting the leaves in the greenhouse during the winter. This study analyzed the effect of day-length on the growth and regulation of flowering, which are closely related with differentiation of flower and amount of leaves. Development of new leaf was inhibited by short-day treatment for more than 5 days. As the period of short-day was longer, the effect on the development of new leaf inhibition was more evident. Number of leaves was reduced in both 40 days and 110 days short-day treatments as period of short-day length was longer. Short-day treatment for less than 3 days did not induce flowering, but short-day treatment for more than 5 days induced flowering. As the period of short-day treatment was shorter, percentage of flowering was lower and days to flowering was longer. That is, when treated for 20 days, flowering began in 20 days. Seed weight was reduced as the length of short-day treatment was longer.

        鳥足文土器의 變遷樣相

        鳥足文土器는 토기 동체면에 새 발 모양의 문양을 타날한 토기를 말한다. 본고의 목적은 한국 중서부이남지역과 일본에서 출토되는 조족문토기에 대한 검토를 통해 조족문토기의 시기적인 변천과 지역적인 특성을 알아보고자한다. 청주 신봉동고분군과 나주 반남·복암리고분군의 유물공반관계를 통해 교차편년을 실시하여 크게 3개의 분기로 설정하고 다시 세분하여 6개의 소기로 구분된다. 중서부지역권은 4세기 중·후엽~5세기 중·후엽으로 한성백제 단계이다. 중서부지역권은 Ⅰ-1기는 한성 백제양식토기가 부장되고, 조족문토기가 출현하는 시기이다. Ⅰ-2기는 석곽묘가 출현하고, 한성 2기양식토기기종(개배, 광구장경호)의 부장이 확대되는 시점에서 조족문토기는 발전된 양식으로 변모한다. Ⅰ-3기는 석실분이 출현하고 토기 기종과 무구류와 마구류가 백제화된 시점으로 조족문토기는 다양한 요소를 보인다. 이후로 이 지역에서는 조족문토기가 소멸된다. 이 시기에는 일본의 須惠器系 개배가 확인되고, 조족문토기의 기종양식이 비슷한 점으로 미루어 보아 이 지역 세력들의 일부가 백제를 피해 일본으로 건너갔을 것으로 추정된다. 남서부지역권은 5세기 후엽~6세기 중엽으로 웅진백제 단계이다. 남서부지역권 Ⅱ-1기는 대형옹관묘 존속, 영산강식석실분의 등장과 장고분의 출현 등으로 보아 마한의 독자성이 인정되고 조족문토기는 주로 고분의 주구에서 출토되며 단경호 및 조리와 관련된 기종이 확인된다. Ⅱ-2기는 백제계 유물의 부장이 확대되고 관식이 확인되는 시점으로 조족문토기는 장제의례행위와 관련된 기종이 확인된다. 이 시기에 일본의 조족문토기는 주로 5세기 대에 생활유구에서 조리용 토기들이 확인되며, 5세기 후엽에서 6세기 중엽에는 주로 고분에서 단경호가 출토된다. 이런 양상으로 미루어 4세기 말~5세기 전엽 부터는 마한의 사람들이 일본으로 이주했을 가능성이 높은 것으로 보인다. 6세기 중엽 이후는 조족문토기가 소멸되는 단계이다. Chochohmun pottery is the pottery with bird's footprint shape on the surface which was imprinted by paddling technique. The purpose of this paper is to trace temporal change as well as spatial variations of the characteristics in Chochohmun pottery, whilch has been discovered in southern midwest Korea and Japan. Tumuli in Shinbong-dong, Chungju and in Bannam and Bokam-ri, Naju, can be divided into three major periods and into six minor stages through relative cross-dating. Midwest area belongs to the Hangsung Baekje style pottery appeared at the Ⅰ-1 stage and earliest Chochohmun pottery was included in it. At the Ⅰ-2 stage, the outer stone coffin appeared, and the burial of the Hangsung stage 2-style pottery characterized by lid and bowl set and large-mouth and short-nect jar expanded. In this period Chochohmun pottery was changed into the developing style. At the Ⅰ-3 stage, as stone chamber tomb appeared and the pottery, the weapons and the harness were changed into Baekje style, various types of Chochohmun pottery showed up. After this time, Chochohmun pottery disappeared in this area. However, at this time, the lid and bowl of Japanese pottery tradition was found and the style of Chochohmun pottery became as same as that of Japan. Therefore it can be presumed that some powerful group of people carrying Chochohmun pottery moved from Baekje to Japan. Southwest area belongs to the Ungjin Baekje period in between late fifth and mid sixth centuries. At the Ⅱ-1 stage in southwest area, Mahan's originality showed up in the construction of large jar coffin tomb, and the appearance of Young-san river style stone chamber tomb, and the emergence of Jang-go tomb. At this period, Chochohmun pottery were found in the circular moat of the tombs, and short-neck jar and culinary potteries were found. At the Ⅱ-2 stage, the burial of Baekje style relics expanded and coffin ornaments appeared. In this stage Chochohmun pottery, which was related to funeral ceremony, was found. During this period in Japan, Chochohmun pottery was found in culinary potteries in residential remains of fifth century, and short-nect jar of late-fifth and mid-sixth centuries were found in ancient tombs. These indicate the movement of Mahan people into Japan from early fifth century. After mid sixth century belongs to the disappearing stage of Chochohmun pottery.

        Ehlers - Danlos 증후군

        A Case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome Yoing Jin Joo, M.D., Sung Moon Choi, M.D., Young Ja Choi*, M.D., Ho Suk Sung, M.D. Department of Dermatology, Clooego of Medicine, Inje University, Pusan, Korea We presented a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in a 25-year old female, who had hyperextensibility of skin, skin fragility, cigarette paper-like atrophic scar, joint hyperextensibility and skeletal abnormality of scoliosis since birth. There was no family history. Microscopic and electron microscopic examinations of the skin biopsy specimens from normal appearing skin on the forearm and the site of subcutaneous nodule was compatible with finding of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Although the manifestations of this case including marked extensibility of skin, joint, skin fraility and atrophic scar might be in accord with type Ⅰ(gravis) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, skeletal abnormality of scoliosis did not correspond to this type, but to type Ⅳ(hydroxylysine deficient) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. We consider this case as a type Ⅳ Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

        백서 척수후근절로부터 슈반세포의 효과적인 체외 배양법

        Schwann cells(SCs), an important component of the peripheral nervous system, intract with nerous to mutually support growth and replication for the peripheral nerve regentation. Recently, ading SCs to the lumen of guidance channel is widely tried to improve regeneration or to make regeneration possible over otherwise irreparable gaps. however, it is not easy to isolate and multiplicate SCs as much as enough to help the axonal regeneration. For the allogeneic SCs source for tubular nerve guidance, we developed a little bit improved technique of harvesting and multiplicating SCs. by culturing dispersed dorsal root ganglia in specially designed medium with growth factors and serial processing, we repeatedlly generate relatively homogenous SC cultures. Our technique was compared with other methods of literature using immunostaining methods such as GFAP, S100, BDNF and the total SC count assessment at different time interval after primary culture.

      • 하중스펙트럼을 이용한 고속도로 판형교의 피로해석에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to propose effective stress ranges for a fatigue analysis and to develop a method estimating the fatigue life of existing plate girder bridge. The procedure for the effective stress range is consisted of three parts. In the first one, the external loading conditions are systematized by analyzing the actual traffic volumn from Taejeon to Taegu on the Seoul-Pusan Expressway. In the seconed one, the load spectrums for each loading case are elicited. Finally, the stress spectrums are derived from the dynamic analysis of the bridges. The single effective stress range is obtained using Rayleigh probability density function. The effective stress ranges obtained may give a realistic estimate of the life of existing bridges. The results of this study may provide the basic data for the fatigue test.

      • Drosophila melanogaster에 있어서 Methyl methanesulfonate의 영향에 대한 생리유전학적 연구

        Methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) was fed to Drosophila melanogaster in order to investigate its toxic capability at developmental and adult stages, and the hereditary effect of toxicity and the potency for induction of sex-linked lethal mutation during the spermatogenesis by the means of an attached-X method. In the control group, the egg to adult viability of D. melanogaster was 95.2%, while 3.5mM and 5.0mM treated groups were 90.0% and 84.1%, respectively. In the case of their progenies (F₁), the viability was 96.9% in the control group, while 3.5mM and 5.0mM treated groups were 54.5% and 1.6%, respectively. Therefore, these differences between two generations show significant physiological toxic effects in the next generation. In the parental generation, the developmental time was calculated 11.05 days in the control group, 12.43 days in 3.5%mM treated group, and 13.23 days in 5.0mM. In the case of F₁it was estimated 10.35 days in the control group, and 11.43 days in 3.5mM treated group. Compared with the control groups in two generation, the developmental time generally delayed as the dose of MMS increased. As to the sex-ratio, there was no differences between the control and MMS treated groups. The toxic values of adult stage showed which increased the frequency of mortality with MMS concentrations. The mortality at 120hr in the control group was 1.67% and it in 0.5mM MMS treated group 3.33%. In 2.5mM MMS treated group, it was 33.3% at 72hr, and it 95% at 120hr. The increase of the morality was shown from 72hr in 4.0mM treated group which was 100% at 96hr. There was the concentration-dependent induction of sex-linked lethal mutation during the spermatogenesis by means of an attached-X method, MMS had more pronounced effect in sperm and spermaid stages in D. melanogaster.

        This study aims to is investigated the factor property of conventional market. The objects of this analysis are 143 conventional markets supplied during 35years from 1960 to 1995 in Seoul City that is one of typical large cities in Korea. Indices which were consisted of 13 physical fastors were established to analyze the conventional market. To understand the interrelation between indicies, 13 indices were grouped into 5 significent fadtors by Factor Analysis.
