        소집단 책 만들기 활동이 유아의 창의성과 사회적 기술에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of book making activities in small groups devised and practiced by the researcher on young children’s creativity, and social skills. The study was conducted with a total of 43 five-year-old children in two classes of K Kindergarten in the city of J, Jeonbuk. The children were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=20) and a control group(n=23). Test tools for young children’s comprehensive creativity designed by Jeon Kyung Won(2010), rating scale tools for young children translated by Jeong Young Sun(2005) based on the social skills Rating Scales designed by Elliott and Gresham(1990) were used. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 program and a t-test was conducted to find out the difference between the experimental group and the control group. The results of the study are as follows. First, book making activities in small groups generally improved young children’s creativity such as originality, fluency, flexibility, and imagination. Second, book making activities in small groups generally improved young children’s Social Skills such as cooperation/ compliance, assertiveness, and self-control. 본 연구의 목적은 소집단 책 만들기 활동을 고안, 실시하여 유아의 창의성과 사회적 기술에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 전라북도 J시에 소재한 K유치원의 만 5세 2개 학급의 유아 43명 중 1학급의 유아 20명을 실험집단, 다른 1학급의 유아 23명을 통제집단으로 임의 배정하였다. 또한, 유아의 창의성을 측정하기 위하여 Jeon(2010)이 만 4세에서 6세까지 유아를 대상으로 표준화한 ‘유아 종합 창의성 검사(K-CCTYC)와 유아의 사회적 기술을 측정하기 위하여 Eliott와 Gresham(1990)에 의해 고안된 사회적 기술 척도 중 유아용 척도를 Chung(2005)이 번역한 것을 사용하였다. 본 연구는 교사훈련, 검사자 및 평정자 훈련과 예비 검사, 사전검사, 실험처치, 사후검사 순으로 총 16주에 걸쳐 이루어지며 사전에 4주간의 예비연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전-사후 점수 증가분에 대한 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소집단 책 만들기 활동은 유아의 창의성 발달을 전반적으로 증진시킨다. 즉, 유아의 독창성, 유창성, 융통성, 상상력의 4가지 하위영역 모두에서 긍정적인 효과가 있다. 둘째, 소집단 책 만들기 활동이 유아의 사회적 기술 행동을 전반적으로 증진시킨다. 즉, 협동/순응, 자기주장, 자아통제의 3가지 하위영역 모두에서 증진효과가 있다.

      • 빈발재발성 미세변화 신증후군환아에서 발생한 다발성 뇌경색증

        신증후군에서는 동맥 및 정맥의 혈전에 의한 혈전색전증의 위험이 높다. 이는 혈 중 응고인자 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅹ등의 증가와 뇨소실로 인한 antithrombin Ⅲ의 감소, 섬유소 용해계의 변화, 혈소판 응집력의 증가에 기인하며 그 외 스테로이드 투여, 이뇨제 투여, 저체액 상태도 관여한다고 생각하나 이런 과응고현상에 대한 정확한 병태생리는 규명되고 있지 않다. 저자들은 내원 21개원 전 처음 신증후군 증상을 보였고 신장 조직 검사상 미세변화 신증후군으로 진단을 받고 스테로이드와 면역 억제제를 사용하였으나 6개월에 3-4회의 재발을 보이던 중 내원 1달 전 보호자 자의로 모든 약물 복용을 중단한 채로 지내다가 고열과 반혼수 상태를 보여 내원한 7세 남아에서 다발성 뇌경객증을 발견하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The risk of thromboembolism by arterial or venous thrombosis is high in the nephrotic syndrome. This may be due to the increased serum concentrations of the factor Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅹ etc, decrease of antithrombin Ⅲ due to urinary loss, the change of thrombolytic system, increase in the platelet aggregation capacity, the use of steroid, diuretics, and hypovolemic state. But, the pathophysiology of this hypercoagulable state has not been clear. A 7-year- old boy had been diagnosed as having frequently relapsing minimal change nephrotic syndrome, 21 months ago. In spite of the administration of prednisolone and cytoxan, he had presented recurrent proteinuria in the frequency of 3-4 times per 6 months. From 1 month prior to visiting emergency room, his parents discontinued his medications, therefore, he showed fever and semicomatous mental status. In brain MRI study, multiple cerebral infarcts were noted. So, the authors report a case of multiple cerebral infarcts in a patient with frequently relapsing minimal change nephrotic syndrome with a brief review of related literature.

      • VOCs의 위해성 평가를 위한 노출분석 방법 연구

        Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are an important public health issue in Korea and many important questions remain to be addressed with respect to assessing exposure to these compounds. Because they are ubiquitous and highly volatile, special techniques must be applied in their analytic determination. Valid personal exposure assessment methods are needed to evaluate exposure frequency, duration and intensity, as well as their relationship to personal exposure characteristics. Biological monitoring is also important since it may contribute significantly in risk assessment by allowing the estimation of effective absorbed doses. This study was onducted to establish the environmental measurement, personal dosimetry and biological monitoring methods for VOCs. These methods are needed to compare blood, urinary and exhalation breath VOC levels and to provide tools for risk assessment of VOC exposure. Passive monitors (badge type) and a active samplers (trap) for the VOCs collection were used for air sampling. Methods development included determining the minimum detectable amounts of VOCs in each media, as well as evaluating collection methods and developing analytical procedures. Method reliability was assessed by determining breakthrough volumes and comparing results between laboratories and with other methods. A total capacity of trap used in this study was 60ℓ. Although variable by compound, the average breakthrough was 20%. Also, there was no loss of compounds in trap even if keep for 45 day in -70℃. The recovery of active and passive methods was 69%~126% and method detection limit was 0.24㎍/trap and 0.07㎍/badge. There was no statistical difference (P>0.05) between active and passive methods.

        꿩고기 가공제품의 저장중 미생물과 휘발성 염기태질소의 변화

        To evaluate the storage characteristics of pheasant meat products, contents of aerobic, anaerobic and food poisoning bacteria as well as VBN were measured during storage at various temperatures. 1. During the storage Escherichia coli and food poisoning bacteria including Salmonella, Shigella and Staphylococcus were not detected from any of the pheasant meat products. 2. Total plate counts of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria increased with storage temperature, showing more than 10^6 CFU/g of most pheasant meat products within 5~10 days of storage at 20℃ and 30℃. However, frank sausage, loin ham, pressed ham and salad showed less than 10^5 CFU/g in 20~30 days of storage at 20℃. 3. When stored at 10℃, smoked product, electric roasted product and pressed ham showed the bacterial counts of more than 10^4 CFU/g within 10 days of storage. Frank sausage, loin ham and salad, however, showed less than 10^3 CFU/g in 10 days of storage at 10℃. 4. VBN contents of smoked product, electric roasted product and frank sausage exceeded edible limit of 20 mg%, showing more than 40 mg% and 8 mg% within 5 days and 10 days, respectively, of storage at 10℃. In contrast, loin ham, pressed ham and salad had the VBN of less than 20 mg% in 10 days of storage at 10℃. In summary, while pheasant meat products in general appear to be prone to microbial growth, loin ham and salad are thought to have a longer storage period than others, showing about 10 days of preservation at 10℃. Products other than loin ham and salad are suggested to be stored frozen or refrigerated at below 10℃.

        초내열합금 CM247LC의 미세조직 및 인장 특성에 미치는 진동 및 접종처리의 영향

        Effects of vibration(V) and inoculation(I) during casting on the microstructure and tensile properties of nickel-base superalloy CM247LC were investigated. The vibration treatment with a frequency of 10 ㎐ was effective to refine the grain size and decrease the microporosity level to some extent. The vibration treatment for the inoculated mold developed the grains of the casting into fine equiaxed grains compared with columnar grains of the casting with vibration free inoculated mold. The existing phases of CM247LC alloy such as finely dispersed cuboidal γ', MC, and grain boundary precipitates were not influenced by the vibration and/or inoculation treatment. The fine equiaxed grained CM247LC had excellent tensile properties compared with those of the columnar grains. The tensile behavior of CM247LC alloy at 760℃ showed different aspects with respect to the grain size change and which was carefully analyzed by fractographic investigations.

        토양중 게르마늄 농도에 따른 벼의 생육 특성 및 게르마늄 흡수

        게르마늄의 약리효능이 알려짐에 따라 게르마늄이 깅화된 기능성 농산물의 요구도가 높아지는 추세이다. 본 연구는 게르마늄의 농업적 이용에 대한 기초 사료를 제공하고자 실시하였으며, 벼의 생육 및 게르마늄 흡수에 미치는 게르마늄처리 효과는 다음과 같다. 게르마늄을 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 및 10.0 mg/kg으로 처리할 토양을 와그너포트에 넣어 벼를 재배힌 결과, 게르마늄 처리농도가 증가할수록 게르마늄 독성의 증가로 초장, 수장, 수수 및 수량이 급격히 감소하였으며 게르마늄 2.5 mg/kg 이상에서는 게르마늄 독성이 발생하였다. 게르마늄 처리농도가 증가할수록 벼의 게르마늄 흡수랑은 증가하였으나 벼의 게르마늄 이용율은 게르마늄 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 mg/kg 처리에서 각각 20.7, 12.5 및 7.5%로서 게르마늄 처리농도가 증가할수록 감소하였다. 벼의 부위별 게르마늄 함량은 볏짚>왕겨>현미 순으로 높았다. 게르마늄 2.5 mg/kg 처리시 볏짚, 왕겨 및 현미의 게르마늄 함량은 각각 103.4, 30.2 및 3.02 mg/kg 이었고, 볏짚과 왕겨에서는 게르마늄 무처리에서도 각각 2.9 및 3.9 mg/kg을 함유하고 있었다. 쌀의 아미노산 함량을 분석한 결과 게르마늄 처리농도가 증가할수록 Asx., Thr., Ser. 등 대부분 종류의 아미노산 함량이 증가하였으며, 그 결과 현미중 질소흡수량도 증가하였다. In order to obtain the basic information for agricultural utilization of Germanium(Ge), the growth characteristics and Ge absorption of rice plant were investigated with different Ge concentration in soil. Ge concentrations were treated with 0, 2.5, 5.0 7.5 and 10.0 mg/kg in pot(1/5,000a), respectively. As higher the Ge concentration in soil, the Ge absorption amount in straw, husk and brown rice were increased. But the yields were decreased with the increase of Ge phytotoxicity. When rice plant was grown more than 2.5 mg/kg Ge(as GeO₂) in the soil, growth was inhibited by germanium phytotoxicity and necrosis spots were observed in the rice leaf blades. Therefore the optimum concentration of Ge was less than 2.5 mg/kg in rice plant. When rice plant was cultivated on soil supplemented with 2.5 mg/kg Ge, Ge content in straw, husk and brown rice was 103.4, 30.2 and 3.02 mg/kg, respectively. The Ge content in plant was high in the order of straw > husk > brown rice. Most of the amino acids in rice were increased with the increase of Ge treatment, besides, total amino acid contents also increased.

        In this paper, we adapted BLDC motor to PV water pumping systems to maintain high efficiency in the wide speed area. Also to design confidence, we adapted the vector control that drive the maximum torque at each speed limit. We designed optimal gain value of current, speed and pressure PI controller. Inverter gate pulse used Space Vector PWM to reduce torque pulsation of BLDC motor. Finally it was improve general matters of high water storage tank method by direct water supply pumping method.
