        효율적인 일정계획에 의한 제조실행 제어

        In this paper, we develop scheduling system under MTO (Make-To-Order) Production and implement it to real application. Generally, scheduling system is regarded as company specific problem such that the required business logic might be different within a same industry. The differences are caused by different constraints of each company requirements. Company specific algorithms are commonly employed using rule-base or heuristic procedure. Based on these characteristics, heuristic procedure are developed and implemented for developing MES (manufacturing execution system). The proposed approach are applied to real industry and proved as an efficient approach in terms of practical views.

      • 國民學校 兒童의 姿勢計測에 對한 硏究

        국민학교 어린이들의 자세의 諸特性을 分析하여 學校現場에서의 자세교육의 지도자료를 구하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 서울, 경기지방의 남녀 어린이 240명에 대하여 척주 만곡도, 下肢의 상태 등을 계측하여 分析檢討한 結果를 다음과 같이 要約할 수 있다. (1) 연구대상자의 신체 형태의 특징은 細長型인데, 약 28%의 어린이는 전에 병을 앓은 경험이 있고, 50∼60%의 영양 불량아가 있다. (2) 자세에 미치는 환경 요인은 不實한 傾向이 있지만 자세 지도나 자세에 대한 관심도는 비교적 높다. (3) 立位자세의 표준 前傾度는 남자 4˚∼+5˚, 여자 -3˚∼+3˚이다. (4) 흉추부의 표준 만곡도는 남자 3˚∼12˚, 여자 4˚∼12˚이다. (5) 표준 상배 후만각은 남자 155˚∼168˚, 여자 152˚∼166˚이고, 표준 요부전막각은 남녀 모두 152˚∼168˚이다. (6) o脚은 전체 어린이의 7%이고 x脚은 3%를 차지하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to obtain the materials on the posture education at school. The subjects chosen for this study were 240 children from the first to the sixth grades at the elementary schools located in Seoul and Kyong-Gi Province. The children were interviewed each to examine the posture structure, were measured the degrees of vertebrae curvatures and the structure of the lower limbs by the Cureton's conformatuer to find the characteristics of the posture. The results were: (1) The children were near to the type of ectomorph posture. About 28% of the children had previously suffered the serious diseases. The children of unbalanced diet were from 50% to 60% of the total number. (2) 45% of the children used the desks and chairs when they study, and 70% of them had their desks and chairs unfit to their body structures. (3) Under these unfavorable circumstances, the children showed, however, the higher enthusiasm for the posture education which is encouraging. (4) The average Angle ∠α of forward curvature in standing position was about -4˚∼+5˚ among boys and -3˚∼43˚ among girls. (5) The average angle ∠a' of verabrae curvature of the thoracic was 3˚∼12˚ among sboy and 4˚∼12˚ among girls. (6) The male with Kyphosis (hunch back) was about 155˚∼168˚, the female was 152˚∼166˚. The male and female with lordossis of lumber curvature was 152˚∼168˚. (7) The children of bowlegs (O type) and those of knock knees (x type) were 3% of the whole.

      • 압저항형 스마트 실리콘 압력 센서의 설계

        압저항형 스마트 실리콘 압력 센서를 0.6 ㎛ 이중 폴리 실리콘 이중 금속 CMOS 공정으로 구현하기 위하여 설계하였다. 이 스마트 실리콘 압력 센서는 압저항형 저항기들로 된 휘스톤 브리지를 갖는 다이아프램과 op-amp, A/D 변환기, 및 UART 회로 등의 주변회로 들로 구성되어 있다. 브리지 회로의 출력 전압과 압력에 의한 기계적 응력 사이의 관계를 COSMOS-M 상용프로그램으로 다이아프램의 응력 분포를 모의실험하여, 압저항기의 최적의 위치와 크기에 대한 연구를 하였다. CMOS op-amp 회로는 규정된 출력 특성을 얻기 위하여 크기가 다른 트랜지스터들로 설계하여 HSPICE로 모의실험하여 최적화 시켰다. A/D 변화기 회로는 가능한 칩 면적을 줄이기 위하여 서브 레인징 기법과 신경 MOSFET 구조를 이용하여 설계하였다. UART회로는 VHDL 소스 코드와 셀 라이브러리를 이용하고 Synopsys로 합성하여 설계하였다. 회로의 물리적 레이아우트 설계는 Mentor 틀로 설계하였다. 그러나 온도보상회로와 출력오프셋 문제는 아직 해결하지 못하고 다음에 연구할 예정이다. A piezoresistive smart silicon pressure sensor is designed to implement with 0.6 ㎛ double-polysilicon double-metal CMOS precess. This smart pressure sensor is composed of a diaphragm with piezoresistive resistors' Wheatstone bridge and the peripheral circuitry of op-amp, A/D converter and UART. The relationship between the output voltage of the bridge circuit and the mechanical stress by applied pressure was studied by simulating the stress distribution on the diaphragm with COSMOS-M package program to optimize the size and position of piezoresistors. The CMOS op-amp circuit was designed with different CMOS transistor sizes to obtain the defined op-amp output characteristics and simulated with HSPICE. The A/D converter was designed using neuron MOSFET structure and sub-ranging method to minimize the chip area. The UART circuit was designed by using VHDL source code and cell library and by synthesizing with Synopses and the physical layout of the circuit was designed with Mentor tools. The problems for temperature compensation and the output voltage offset were not yet considered.

      • 師範大學 科學科 實驗實習敎育의 模型硏究

        師範大學의 生物 實驗 敎育의 改善 方向을 강구하기 위하여 전국 15개 師範大學의 生物敎育科에서 敎育하고 있는 실험 실습을 학점을 중심으로 조사하였고 아울러 20개 非師範系 대학의 생물 실험실습 학점도 조사하여 비교하고, 분석 하므로서 다음과 같은 몇 가지 결과를 얻게 되었다. 1) 師範系 生物 敎育科의 전공 학과중 實驗 實習 배정시간 및 학점수를 늘려 나가야 하겠다. 2) 探究學習 지도 能力을 保有할 수 있도록 實驗 實習 指導 改善 方法을 강구해야겠다. 3) 基礎 共通科目은 3과목 모두를 최소한 1학기는 이수토록 해야 하고 반드시 실험 실습을 竝行 하여야 하겠다. A study for the model of the laboratory experiment curriculum in teacher's college seience was done. Because of individual characteristics in each field in department sc-ience education, the model was not necessarily unique. However, the common elements of frame in this model were suggested as follows : 1. The ratio of laboratory experiment's credits and total major credits. 2. The ratio of basic common laboratory experiment's credits (basic physics, basic chemistry, basic biology, and basic earth science) and total laboratory experiment's credits. 3. Credits and course name of laboratory experiments charactoristic for the science education in teacher's college. 4. Suggestion of the experimental guide for an inquiry learning.

      • 철근콘크리트 구조물의 염소이온 확산과 슬립특성에 관한 연구

        It has been brought to our attention that there has been an increase in the number of large scale constructions on sites where damages from sea wind(or water) are noted. The problem with these particular structures are that they are likely to be targets for invasions by chloride. This experiment is to study diffusion of chloride ions within the concrete, and corrosion of reinforced concrete as a result of its spread. In order to find out the slip characteristics of chloride ions and reinforced concrete, MIDAS and ABAQUS, among several other commercial structural analysis program, were deployed in the study.

      • 需要가 減少하는 減損性 製品에 대한 在庫 體系의 模型 設定에 관한 硏究

        In the previous studies on Inventory System for deteriorating items, it is assumed that the demand rate is constant and is independent of time during a period of each cycle. However, the assumption is unrealistic because the demand rate is influenced by the price and time. The purpose of this study is to determine optimal ordering quantity and optimal selling price which maximize profit. In this study, it is assumed that the demand rate is governed by the price and time and that replenishment orders are placed at equal intervals in a finite time horizon. A numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed model. A sensitivity analysis to v(parameter of the deterioration rate function), and α(constant representing the decreasing rate of the demand rate ) is also performed. The results of sensitivity analysis show that the optimal selling price increases gradually when v is increased with fixed α. while the optimal ordering quantity decreases with increasing α and fixed v.

        범불안장애 혹은 공황장애 환자에서 Mindfulness에 기반한 인지치료의 장기치료 효과 : 1년 추적관찰

        Objectives Mindfulness-base cognitive therapy (MBCT) has been used to treat patients with depression to prevent relapse. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Base Cognitive Therapy for patients who suffer with generalized anxiety disorder or panic disorder for 1 year. Methods 19 patients with generalized anxiety disorder or panic disorder were assigned to receive MBCT for a period of 8 weeks. The Hamiltion Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and the Beck Depression inventory (BDI) were used at 0 weeks, 8 weeks and 1 year to assess the results. Results MBCT demonstrated significantly decreases on all the anxiety scale scores (HAM-A, p=0.00 ; BAI, p=0.00) and depressive scale scores (HAM-D, p=0.99 ; BDI, p=0.00). The patients who received 8-week of MBCT showed a higher remission rate (15/19, 78%) during the 1-year follow-up period. Conclusion MBCT may be effective at relieving the anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients who suffer with generalzed anxiety disorder or panic disorder for 1 year. However, further well-designed controlled trials are needed to assess the value of MBCT.
