현대 영성에 관한 논의에서 발견되는 그릇된 경향성 중의 하나는 쉘드레이크가 ‘무관심한 내면성’이라고 부르 는 현상으로써, 내면적인 경험이 영적인 실천과 동떨어지고 영적인 실천은 일상세계에의 참여로부터 분리되 는 것이다. 영적 실천의 하나인 기도는 기독교적 비전과 이해로부터 분리될 수 없으며, 일상세계로부터 분리될 수도 없다. 그러므로 기도자로 하여금 일상적 삶에 분별력을 가지고 참여하도록 독려하면서 건강한 기독교 비 전에 바탕을 두는 기도의 신학이 요청된다. 이 논문은 폴 틸리히의 기도에 대한 이해를 살펴봄으로써 개신교적 기도 신학의 가능성을 모색하는 데에 그 목 적이 있다. 틸리히에게 기도는 존재의 근원으로 돌아가려는 영적인 갈망이요 궁극적 관심을 향한 마음의 고양 이다. 이는 탈아적이고 계시적인 사건으로써 주체-객체 관계를 넘어서는 존재의 근원과 심연에의 참여이다. 그에게 기도는 계시, 섭리, 성령의 임재, 그리고 믿음과 같은 개신교 신학적인 주제들과의 연관성 속에서 이해 되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 위하여 먼저 틸리히의 기도 신학의 배경으로서 그의 종교철학적 유형론을 간략하게 검토한 다. 그에게 신비주의와 관상은 가톨릭교회에 잘 보존된 성사적-수직적 요소인데, 개신교는 이를 기초로 삼아 야만 자신의 독특성을 창조적으로 발현해 나갈 수 있다. 이어서, 틸리히의 저술 속에 나타난 기도에 대한 대표 적인 정의들에 대한 심도 있는 분석을 시도한다. 이 분석을 기초로 틸리히의 기도 신학의 영성학적 함의를 결 론부에서 약술한다. 틸리히의 기도 신학은 기도와 일상적 삶을 매개하고, 개신교적 영성 신학의 구성을 위한 단초를 제공하며, 기독교 영성 전통 속에서 발전되어 온 다양한 형태의 기도의 방법적 원리로써 활용될 수 있 다. According to Philip Sheldrake, there is a tendency in the study of Christian spirituality, in which the so- called inner experience is often dissociated from spiritual practice and also spiritual practice from everyday life. Sheldrake calls this tendency the “detached interiority.”In principle, prayer as a way of spiritual practice cannot be separate both from theological understanding and from everyday life. A theology of prayer is therefore demanded that is based on a healthy theology and enhances a discerning participation in the process of everyday life. This article considers the possibility of constructing a Protestant theology of prayer in exploring Paul Tillich ’s understanding of prayer. For Tillich, prayer is the spiritual longing of a finite being to return to its origin and the elevation of the heart toward the ultimate concern. An ecstatic and revelatory event, it also has to do with participating in the ground and abyss of being that transcends the subject-object relation. His understanding of prayer has a Protestant theological background, in which it is related to various theological themes. For the purpose of this study, we will take a brief look at Tillich’s typology of the philosophy of religion, which constitutes the background of his theology prayer. In his thought, mysticism and contemplation are illustrated as the sacramental-vertical element of religion that is well preserved in the Catholic church, and Protestantism should make this element as the foundation of its creative development. In what follows, we will explore his definitive expressions for prayer, then, on this basis, sketch out spiritual theological implications of his theology of prayer. Tillich’s theology of prayer is mediates prayer and everyday life, provides a basic matrix in which to construct an effective Protestant theology of prayer, and can be used as a methodological principle in incorporating various types of prayer developed in the tradition of Christian spirituality into the context of the Protestant church.

코로나19 바이러스로 인한 팬데믹을 통과하면서 우리는 신앙적 추구의 급속한 변화를 목도하고 있다. 교회 중심 신앙생활의 탈피, 신앙의 개인적 성격에 대한 존중, 보다 민주적이고 탈권위적인 방식의 소통, 그리고 교회와 신앙의 본래적 단순성의 회복 등이 그것이다. 이 글은 이와 같은 우리 시대의 상황에 대한 성찰의 일환으로서 상처 입은 그리스도에 대한 신비적 경험에 바탕을 둔 아씨시의 프란치스코의 영성의 특징을 논구한다. 프란치스코 영성은 개인적 차원에서는 신비적 기도의 삶 안에서 자기를 ‘아무 것도 아닌 것’으로 여기는 태도로, 관계적 차원에서는 탈권위적이고 모성적인 상호 돌봄의 관계로, 그리고 사회적 차원에서는 피조세계의 개별적 존재에 대한 존중과 경의의 태도로 표현된다.

완전 방실 차단을 보인 미숙아에서 생후 초기 영구적 심박동기 수술 1례

The congenital complete atrioventricular block(CCAVB) is a rare disease, which is the most serious complication of neonatal lupus erythematosus. Newborn with CCAVB are at risk of diminished cardiac output and the subsequent development of congestive heart failure. Transplacental steroid and β-adrenergic agonist therapies are useful for the first and second degree atrioventricular block. But those therapies are usually not effective for complete atrioventricular block. If the fetus has a complete atrioventricular block, delivery should be considered unless other delivery contraindications. In this situation, early pacemaker implantation surgery can improve the survival rate of patients. We report one case of premature newborn with congenital complete atrioventricular block who is successfully recovered by pacemaker implantation. 신생아 홍반성 낭창의 가장 심각한 부작용인 선천성 방실 차단은비교적 드문 질환 이다. 선천성 방실 차단을 가진 환아는 심박출량감소로 울혈성 심부전으로 진행할 수 있다. 1도, 2도 방실 차단의 경우 조기에 발견하여 출생 전 경 태반으로 시행하는 스테로이드나 베타-아드레너직 자극제 치료를 해볼 수 있으며, 이런 치료에 회복되는 경우도 많다. 하지만 완전 방실 차단의 경우는 거의 반응이 없는경우가 대부분이다. 만약 완전 방실 차단이 동반되었을 경우에는 특별한 금기 사항이 없는 한 분만하여, 조기에 영구적 심박동기를 삽입하는 것이 환자의 생존율을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 저자들은 재태 주령 21주에 완전 방실 차단으로 진단받고 35주 0일 2,577 g으로 태어난 미숙아에게 국내 최초로 생후 5일째 영구적심박동기 수술을 시행하였다. 이 수술로 호전된 1례를 경험하였기에문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

전문학위 위탁교육 소요 산출체계에 관한 연구 : 해군 석사학위 위탁교육 소요 산출을 중심으로

In this study, we propose a calculation system of commissioned education for master 's degree in order to build the navy' s master workforce pool. In addition, we propose a mathematical model that calculates the period of use of master professional manpower by using regression analysis. For the verification of the proposed mathematical model, a comparative analysis with the existing research results was made. As a result, it is confirmed that the proposed model is meaningful. The proposed model is expected to be useful for estimating the amount of consignment education for the navy as well as the master workforce pool of each army.
