Key Factors Affecting Citizens’Use Behavior for E-Government in Mongolia

E-government initiatives have been carried out around the world, which offer wide chances to deliver the variety of services more efficiently to their citizens. The success of such e-government services relies on both government support and users’ adoption. This study chooses the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and modified the initial UTAUT model by including data security and legal environment to explore factors influencing the e-government adoption in Mongolia. Data were collected from 104 respondents who were interested in Mongolia’s e-Government. The research results show that the e-government adoption in Mongolia is affected by effort expectancy, facilitation conditions, legal environment, data security, and behavioral intention. Nevertheless, performance expectancy was not significant on behavioral intention. This study provides suggestions for policy makers in order to improve e-government adoption.
종합병원 영상의학과 CT 검사실의조도 측정에 의한 향상 방안

Computed tomography (CT) scan room in the department of radiology is very necessary to maintain pleasant and proper illuminance to relieve fatigue and inconvenience because it affects the work environment to the radiologist. Accordingly, this paper describes the method for measurement of illuminance that exposed to an environmental elements in a CT scan room of the hospital. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose an optimal environment of CT scan room based on the measurement of illuminance. In addition, the 5 point method by KS C7612 was applied to measure the illuminance with illuminometer (Unfors xi light probe) in the CT scan room. In result of this paper, minimum value and maximum value of illuminance in the CT scan room was measured 212.7 lux and 354.8 lux, respectively. The illuminance of CT scan room was lower than KS A 3011. Finally, the work environment in CT scan room should provide higher illuminance for the comfortable environment of radiologists and patients.

This paper proposed the real-time monitoring methodology of a traffic signal controller. The proposed methodology is based on the simulation technology, and it is necessary to construct a simulation model imitating the behavior of a traffic signal controller. By executing the simulation model, we can obtain the ‘nominal system trajectory’ of the traffic signal controller. On the other hand, an IoT(Internet of Things)-based monitoring device is implemented in a traffic signal controller. Through the monitoring device, it is possible to obtain the ‘actual system trajectory’. By comparing the nominal system trajectory and the actual system trajectory, we can estimate the degree of deterioration of a traffic signal controller.

With the increasing use of chemicals in domestic businesses, the possibility of fire explosion and poisonous material leakage accidents is also increasing. Accordingly, the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA) has implemented the process safety management (PSM) system for a long time. However, process safety report submission has been providing and operating e-PSM since 2016 to address these problems as it is difficult to increase budget spending due to the need for professional capabilities and commissioning the report to consulting institutions. Therefore, this study conducts questionnaires on whether e-PSM system that is well utilized in the field, focusing on existing PSM business sites. In order to find out the activation method that can solve the deficiency factors by analyzing various inconveniences and problems accurately, we propose three improvement methods as educational aspect, promotional direction of e-PSM system, and institutional aspect.

Through process quality information, the time required for process quality analysis has been drastically shortened, the process defect rate has been reduced, and the manufacturing lead time has been shortened and the on-time delivery rate has been improved. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to develop a quality information analysis system model that effectively shortens the time required for process quality analysis in automobile safety belt parts manufacturing process. As a result of experiments on communication operation between manufacturing execution system (MES) quality server, injection machine control computer, injection machine programmable logic controller (PLC) and terminal, in analyzing quality information, the conventional handwriting input method took an average of 20 minutes, but the new multi-network method took about 2 minutes on average. In addition, the process defect rate was reduced by 13% and the manufacturing lead time was shortened from 28 hours to 20 hours. The delivery compliance rate improved from 96 to 99%.

In this paper, we proposed a support vector regression model in order to predict the time series of the power energy consumption. Based on the finding that the time series of the power consumption contained a considerable amount of the non-linear correlation, we adopt the support vector regression as the model for the prediction of the power consumption. By tuning two parameters in the model and performing the cross validation, we demonstrated that the proposed model predicted the power consumption with the relative errors and the average errors in the range of 2%-5% and 3kWh-8kWh, respectively. We also support the validity of the model by analyzing the multi-step forecasting. The results of this study can be used to the energy management system in terms of the effective control of the electric energy.

User-based collaborative filtering is a method of recommending an item to a user based on the preference of the neighbor users who have similar purchasing history to the target user. User-based collaborative filtering is based on the fact that users are strongly influenced by the opinions of other users with similar interests. Item-based collaborative filtering is a method of recommending an item by comparing the similarity of the user's previously preferred items. In this study, we create a recommendation model using user-based collaborative filtering and item-based collaborative filtering with consumer’s consumption data. Collaborative filtering is performed by using RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary) technique with purchasing data to recommend items with high purchase potential. We compared the performance of the recommendation system with the purchase amount and the performance when applying the RFM method. The performance of recommendation system using RFM technique is better.

This paper addresses the analysis of the retrieval lead time of the storage/retrieval(S/R) vehicle within an aisle when items are picked up by the batch size in a warehouse system. Batch size retrieval is to combine several orders in a single tour of the S/R vehicle within an aisle. An advantage of batch size retrieval is that the length of a tour for a batch of orders is shorter than the sum of tour lengths of the individual orders. The plan batch size is the number of items considered in a retrieval plan for retrieval of items from storage cells of the warehouse. The retrieval batch size is the number of items included in a single tour. The items included the plan batch size are retrieved from storage cell by the retrieval batch size. In case that the plan batch size is divided and retrieved by the retrieval batch size, the probability that each storage location row of the rack will be the location of the multiples of retrieval batch size is analyzed. The average travel distance and the retrieval lead time are analyzed for the plan batch size and the retrieval batch size. A problem is analyzed and the mathematical model is formulated, and a numerical example is showed to explain the solution procedure.
위장조영 검사 시 투시촬영 장비를 대상으로 인간공학적 평가에 의한 작업환경 개선

One of the tests for diagnosing of lesions in the stomach is a gastrointestinal series. This test uses computed radiograph (CR) and digital radiography (DR) fluoroscopy equipment. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose improvement of the working environment based on the results through the ergonomic evaluation with CR and DR fluoroscopic equipment in gastrointestinal examinations. Observing the operator’s inspection process, the ergonomic assessment methods, rapid upper limb assessment (RULA) and ovako working-posture analysis system (OWAS) were applied to quantify the problematic working posture. As a result, the evaluation result of the RULA of CR fluoroscopy equipment was an action level of 4, which required immediate improvement. The assessment result of OWAS was evaluated to require a managed improvement of level 2 at the start and end points, respectively. On the other hand, the evaluation result of the RULA of DR fluoroscopy equipment was an action level of 1 without a problem and excluded the evaluation of OWAS because without a problem and a sitting position process. As a way to improve the working environment, a 25cm high footrest was installed and a 40cm high support was installed at the starting point. After the improvement, the evaluation results of the RULA improved to 2 for action level. Assessment result of OWAS was evaluated as normal work positions at Level 1 at the start point improved more than before, but it was level 2 at the end evaluated the same as before.
