        유아평화교육을 위한 이론적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the concept, objective, content and preceding researches of peace educations, and to review the historical changes and the prospects for the early childhood peace educations. First, early childhood peace education has the conceptual objective of achieving eternal peace of humanity, with the basic principle of having children understand relationship, cooperation, dispute resolution and violence, to enhance a child's self-efficacy feeling. Second, the purpose of early childhood peace education is to nurture inquisitive minds, learn knowledge and technique, increase respect for humanity and religions, broaden understanding of the world, or learn knowledge, technique and attitude of peace education. Third, transition of early childhood peace education through our country's preceding researches of peace education is changing from concept and philosophy to practical application program development. Fourth, early childhood peace education's historical change is begin from ancient times' Plato to Comenius, Rousseau, Pestalozzi, Froebel, the UNESCO's Charter, a critical peace education thought, and come to modern changing from passitive concept anti-war, anti-nuclear to active concept through social bonds and behavior not individual dimension. According to above the prospects for early childhood peace education is peace education in human beings' the greatest subject emphasis must begin from early childhood in important period of life.

      • 아동기 기독교 교육에 관한 이론적 고찰

        The significance of the present study was to consider children's Christian education, and consequently following three items was assessed. 1. The definition and the object of children's Christian education : Christian education is to rouse consciousness that recognizes the God and awakening and associate with the God spiritually in children's everyday life. Moreover, it is the base that children become to establish relationship with their parents, teachers, neighbors and other children. The major learning goal of Christian education is to realize gifted potentiality, to keep order of self-existence as making the God-dominated ego, and ultimately to grow to whole Christian who become to resemble Jesus. 2. The major learning goal of children's Christian education : Beversluis emphasized children's growth and development about primary goals learning of children's Christian education. His religious growth process divided into intellectual, moral and creative growth. This growth process can be understand an idea of stage and mean to belong to the process of self-expression through the knowledge and the worth. 3. The content of children's Christian education : The contents of Christian education must originate in the Bible certainly. It is attentive that children become to offer not only information but only criteria of experience. Cconsequently, we need efforts that we become to develop educational content for actual circumstances of current our country.

      • 유아기의 새로운 성역할 교육 방향의 모색

        This study is designed to search for the educational direction so that the conception of sex-role could be developed correctly during early childhood. For this study, three study subject matters were set up as follows: 1. Conceptional difference between traditional sex-role and new one. 2. Primary determination factor for the formation of sex-role conception. 3. Educational direction toward the new sex-role. The followings can be obtained according to the above-mentioned subject matters. 1. It is suggested that traditional sex-role conception have a basic difference according to sex as a behavior type and specific character recognized traditionally in physical and mental aspects. Man's image has been prescribed independent, aggressive, intellect, and creative, while woman's image recognized passive, obedient, sentimental, and dependent. But new sex-role conception is based on the androgynous perspectives which is the unity of both things together after breaking the seperation point which is considered traditionally manly or womanly. This situation, since man and woman have both psychological similarities it should be started from the presupposition that their characters and subconsciousness must be developed in priority. Traditional man and woman distinction shows rather unadaption, so the more flexibility for the distinction can serve for individuals' mental health and self-mature because they can take part in the activities freely which is recognized manly and womanly. 2. Child rearing attitides of parents, the order of siblings, children's ages, teachers, children's literature, and T.V. were reviewed. As for the primary determination factors for the formation of sex-role conception. First, child rearing attitudes of parents are one of the contributing factor for formation of stereotype sex-role conception of children. Second, the order of siblings or age intervals of siblings, and number of brothers and sisters could influence on the preference of children's sex-role. Third, it is understood, that the sensitive period for the influence on sex-role model by parents is upto the age of 6. Fourth, teachers, next to parents, play important role on the formation of children's sex-role. Therefore, it is recommended that the teacher's attitude of self development toward androgyny attitude needed. Fifth, children's literature show the tendency that stressed the fixed sex-role conception of man and woman characters. Sixth, the more children watch T.V., children show the more sex stereotype. Therefore, it has high correlation between the T.V. watching time and fixed on preference of sex-role attitude. 3. Based on the above discussion, the searches and educational direction of new sex-role are as followed. First, different expecting attitude of parents such as boy preference, should be avoided. To be specific, boys and girls should not be regregated in indoor or outdoor play with fixed materials. Second, the order of siblings or age intervals of siblings, and the number of brothers and sisters are closely related in the formation of sex preference. Yet, there are a few children in the nuclear family today, it is recommeded that the effort to expand the experiences of making friend with the children about same ages in the neighborhood in required. Third, children, upto the age of 6, are influenced from parents and members of family in the formation of sex stereotype. Therefore, it is recommended to give more chance for the children to experience the chances of androgynous no fixed sex-roles beween peergroups, teachers, and mass media upto the age of 6 and onward. Fourth, teachers, next to parents, are the adults who have close relations with children. To diminish the traditional sex-role attitude which might unconsciously be revealed, proper inservice education for teachers are urgently needed. Fifth, children's literature too, influence on the formation of children's sex-role conception. Therefore, fairy tales and stories that emphasize androgynous sex-role is needed. Sixth, T.V. program for Androgyny for children, should be provided properly through the synthetic analysis and advertisement scene. In order to do this systematic governmental dimensions like preliminary precensorship about the program productions and contents review are required. Seventh, teachers and parents must expand the chance for the children to select interesting play and toys materials by their own will. And discussion among children has to be the one which stress the new sex-roles and valuing the androgyny.

      • Clostridium difficile 장염에 의한 속발성 유전분증에서 발현된 독성 장염

        Amyloidosis is characterized by extracellular deposition of protein fibrils in one or multiple organs. AA amyloidosis is secondarily occurred to be related with chronic infections or inflammatory diseases. We report a 67-year-old man suffered from secondary AA amyloidosis related with chronic Clostridium difficile colitis after repeated total hip replacement surgery. Infection control is the most important treatment of AA amyloidosis secondary to chronic infection. However, the patient’s C. difficile colitis was not controlled well, eventually toxic megacolon with sepsis was developed. Consequently, he had to take total colectomy, but he expired with multi-organ failures. We suggested that early surgical procedure might be one option for intractable C. difficile colitis complicated with secondary amyloidosis.

        흰쥐에 Xylene 반복 투여가 Xylene의 대사에 미치는 영향

        실험동물에 xylene의 반복 투여가 이물질의 대사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 흰쥐에 m-xylene과 olive oil의 동량혼합액을 체중 100g당 0.25ml씩 2일 간격으로 1, 4, 8, 12 및 16회 복강으로 투여한 다음 마지막 투여 24시간 후에 처치하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 요 중 m-methylhippuric acid 함량은 m-xylene 4회 투여군의 경우 1회 투여군에 비하여 약 56%의 유의한 증가를 보였으며 이후 12회 투여까지 유사한 결과를 나타내었으나 m-xylene 16회 투여시에는 xylene 1회 투여군 치와 유사한 치로 감소되었다. 그리고 간조직의 microsomal aniline hydroxylase와 alcohol dehydrogenase 활성은 m-xylene 12회 투여시 까지는 대체적으로 점진적인 증가를 보였으나 이후 16회 투여시에는 12회 투여군에 비하여 유의한 감소를 보였다. 또한 aldehyde dehydrogenase 활성은 m-xylene 투여 회수에 비례해서 전 실험기간 동안 감소되었으며 특히 16회 투여군에서 본 효소활성의 현저한 감소를 보였다. 한편 본 실험조건에서 투여기간에 따른 진자현미경적 미세구조의 변화는 초기에 활면소포체의 증식이 보이다가 16회 투여군에서는 활면소포체가 감소되고 조면소포체가 증가되었다. 이상 실험결과는 흰쥐에 있어서 xylene 투여 회수에 따라서 요 중 m-methylhippuric acid의 농도 변동이 초래되며 이는 효소단백 유도에 따른 xylene 대사효소 활성 변동에 기인된 결과로 생각된다. To evaluate the effect of repeated treatment of xylene on its metabolism, m-xylene (0.25ml of 50% in olive oil/100 g body weight) has been intraperitoneally given to the rats 1, 4, 8, 12 and 16 times every other day. m-Xylene was once more administered to the animals after 24 hrs since last injection of it. And then the animals were sacrificed after 24 hrs. Four times xylene treated rats showed the significantly elevated urinary m-methylhippuric acid, compared to those treated with the singe dose of m-xylene with the continued similiar high levels of urinary m-methylhippuric acid up to the animals pretreated 12 times and then those treated 16 times defined the significantly decreased urinary m-methylhippuric acid compared to those treated 12 times. On the other hand, hepatic aniline hydroxylase and alcohol dehydrogenase activities demonstrated a gradual increase from the first group to the 12 times xylene-treated animals, but those treated 16 times showed the significantly decreased value compared with the 12 times treated-group. And aldehyde dehydrogenase activities in rats treated with m-xylene 8, 12 or 16 times were significantly decreased compared to those pretreated one or four times. In the early stage of xylene administration, proliferation of SERs were seen whereas SERs were decreased and RERs were clearly increased in xylene-treated rats 16 times. These results indicate that the frequency of xylene injection may influence upon the changes in xylene metabolite, m-methylhippuric acid and it may be due to induction of xylene metabolizing enzymes.

        흰쥐 성장기간에 따른 Xylene의 독성에 관한 연구

        실험동물에 있어서 연령 차이에 따라서 xylene 독성이 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 검토하는 일환으로 5주령 및 12주령 흰쥐에 50% m-xylene을 체중 100 g 당 0.25 ml씩 1회 투여한 다음 24시간 후에 처치하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Xylene 투여로 인한 요 중 methylhippuric acid 함량은 5주령군이 12주령군에 비해 현저하게 높게 나타났다. 그리고 간조직 중 cytochroms P-450 함량은 대조군에 있어서 5주령군이 12주령군 보다 약 50% 정도 낮게 나타났으나 xylene 투여로 인한 cytochrome P-450 함량 증가율은 12주령군 보다 5주령군에서 높게 나타났다. 간 alcohol dehydrogenase 활성치도 대조군에 있어서는 5주령군이 12주령 보다 약 35% 정도 낮게 나타났으나 xylene 투여로 인한 본 효소의 활성 증가율은 5주령군에서 오히려 높게 나타났다. 그러나 간 aldehyde dehydrogenase 활성치는 대조군 및 xylene 투여군 모두 5주령과 12주령간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 한편 xylene 투여시 체중 당 간무게, 간조직 malondialdehyde 함량 및 혈청 ALT 활성 변동을 통하여 간손상 정도를 상호 비교 관찰하였을 때, 12주령군이 5주령 실험동물 보다 간손상이 다소 심하게 나타남을 알 수가 있었다. 이상 실험결과는 연령에 따라 xylene에 의한 간손상의 차이는 이물질의 생체내 대사율이 달리 나타나기 때문일 것으로 생각된다. To evaluate an effect of aging on the xylene toxicity, 50% m-xylene in olive oil (0.25 ml/100 g body wt.) was administered to 5 week and 12 week-old rats one times intraperitoneally and sacrificed at 24 hrs afterwards. The increasing rate of urinary H-methylhippuric acid concentration was higher in 12 week-old rats than 5 week-old rats by the treatment of m-xylene. On the liver function findings, i.e., liver weight/body weight (%), serum levels of ALT activity and hepatic malondialdehyde content, 12 week-old rats showed more severe liver injury than 5 weeks those in xylene-treated rats. And the hepatic cytochrome P-450 contents was higher in 12 weeks rats than those of in 5 week-old rats, but the increasing rate of that was lower in 12 week-old rats. Hepatic alcohol dehydrogenase activity was also higher in 12 week-old rats than in 5 week-old rats whereas the increasing rate of that was higher in 5 week-old than those in 12 week-old rats by the xylene treatment. Furthermore, the hepatic aldehyde dehydrogenase activities were no differences between the 5 and 12 week-old rats both in the control and xylene-treated group, In conclusion, age may influences upon the hepatotoxicity with xylene and it may be responsible for xylene metabolism in rats.

      • Sulfadimethoxine 투여에 의해 유발된 갑상선 증식성 병변에 나타난 피막 섬유화의 병리학적 특성

        Sulfadimethoxine (SM) is one of the anti-thyroid (goitrogenic) agents and has a thyroid tumor promoting effects. In this study, we analyzed the pathology of SM induced thyroid proliferative lesions to see if these lesions showed any distinctive features. Five-week-old male F344 rats were given a single subcutaneous injection of N-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)nitrosamine (DHPN: 2800㎎/㎏, body weight). Starting one week thereafter, SM (1000 ppm in drinking water) was administered for 12 weeks. All animals were autopsied and histopathological observation of the thyroids was perfomed. Thyroid follicular proliferative lesions were induced in all rats treated with SM. In addition, the formation of thick perithyroidal fibrous capsule and pleomorphic follicles within the capsule were observed. These pleomorphic follicles showed invasive figure in some area, especially around follicular adenomas and adenocarcinomas. This confuses adenoma with adenocarcinoma. However, pleomorphic follicles were also observed in the area without adenomas and adenocarcinomas. Therefore, we suggest that it should be careful to diagnose adenoma and adenocarcinoma in the presence of the invasive lesions in surrounding fibrous tissue, especially SM induced thyroid lesion.

      • 대학생의 성별, 학년별, 전공별 스트레스에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the level and effect of stress on physical and mental health. Based on that result, we offer the basic research to lessen students' stress and make a program to promote health condition effectively. Subjects were 526 university students. (male: 232(44.1%) female: 294(55.9%). composed of 7 majors: human studies&social science, management, Science&technology, education. law, medicine, entertainment. freshman 108(20.5%), sophomore 140(26.6%) junior 148(28.1%), senior 130(24.7%)) Subjects were filled with 127 questionnaires. T test and ANOVA were used to evaluate each stress levels. The .05 level of significance was the critical for this research. Also used the correlation to know the relation between stress levels and effects. The result of the study were as follows: 1. According to gender, male students got 2.37, female students got 2.46 on the stress level(p=.05). And also the belonging items showed female students got higher stresses than male students. 2. According to grade, the average score of stress level was 2.42. sophomores got the highest stress and freshmen got the lowest stress level. But that was not meaningful difference. freshman and sophomore got higher stress on studying. and except the freshman, all grades got severe stress on employment. 3. According to major, there were differences on university life and surroundings. On university life, the students who majored management got highest stress and the students who majored Education got the least stress. And on surroundings, the students who majored Law got highest stress. 4. According to gender, female students suffered from more stress effects than male students.(male 2.3725 female 2.4657 t:-1.968 p:.050) 5. According to grade, the average score of stress was 2.2285. sophomore got 2.3042 and junior got 2.2148 on stress effects. 6. According to major, The students who major in law got more stress effects caused by family than any other students. The students who major in entertainment and gymnastics got more stress effects than any other students in surroundings. 7. There were significant correlations between the stress level and effects(r.=847, p=.000).

        This study was designed to exam the aged's needs for spiritual nursing care. The purpose was to serve as a basis for the development of spiritual nursing practice. The major findings are as follows : 1. The degree of needs for spiritual nursing care as area was that needs of love and relationship mean 22.0, needs of meaning and object mean 28.2, needs of forgiving mean 13.5. Total needs for spiritual nursing care mean 63.7, which was on the upper middle level. The needs of meaning and object was rated highest. 2. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, needs of love and relatiohship wasn't significanlty different. 3. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, needs of meaning and object was significantly different according to two factors : age(F=7.260, p=0.001), religion(F=5.275, p=0.001). Higher needs of meaning and object was possessed by the older than the younger, by the one who have religion than the other. 4. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, four factors made a significantly difference to needs of forgiving : sex(t=-2.851, p=0.006), age(F=8.201, p=0.001), religion(F=6.928, p=0.000), disease(t=2.327, p=0.024). Higher needs of forgiving was possessed by man than woman, by the older than the younger, by the one who have religion than the other, by the one who have disease than the other.
