유년의 체험과 시적 대화

바흐친의 이론과 바슐라르의 이론을 원용하여 이를 원형이미지와 대화적 몽상으로 본 서정주와 김춘수 시인의 작품들을 분석하였다. 유년의 자유로운 몽상은 대화자를 향해 있으며 이 대화자의 존재를 향해 있다. 독자에게 말을 건네기도 하고 등장인물의 목소리를 내기도 하는 「질마재 신화」의 서술자는 다양하게 시점을 변화시킴으로써 독자의 흥미를 유발하고 이야기 속으로 끌어들이는 대화의 관계를 유지한다. 「질마재 신화」를 통해 살펴본 다원성은 고전문학과 현대문학의 대화가 전통 유산을 부활시키고 현대문학을 풍요롭게 할 뿐만 아니라 문학 전반의 통시적 관계를 규명할 수 있게 한다는 것이다. 과거를 향해 가면 갈수록 기억, 상상력이라는 심리적 혼합은 더욱 분리할 수 없는 것으로 나타나기도 한다. 김춘수의 유년 시절이 가지는 시적 몽상의 원형성은 이러한 원형적 상상력의 근저를 밝히는 데 있어 한 준거가 된다고 할 수 있다. 이를 「처용단장」을 통해 순수한 유년 시절의 모습을 찾고 싶은 욕망의 한 상징으로 보여 주고 있다. 어느 하나만을 택하지 않고 ‘대화적 관계’ 속에서 포용하고자 시도하는 바흐친의 문학적 태 도는, 다시 말해 문학의 형식적 기교를 중시하는 동시에 사회, 역사적 상황을 중시하는 이러한 태도는 마치 동전의 양면처럼 이분법적인 이론이란 시각의 차이만 있을 뿐 동일한 것을 가리키는 것이 다. 이것이나 저것이 아닌 ‘둘 다 모두’를 포함한다는 대화적 관계는 결국 다성성을 의미하게 되고 그것은 몽상을 대 화의 본질로 보았던 바슐라르와도 연결시킬 수 있을 것이다. Quoting theories both Bakhtin and Bachelard, I analyzed works of Kim Chun-Soo and Shu jung-joo describing both archetype image and dialogic illusion. Free illusion in infancy exists in dialogists. A poetic narrator who shouts and talks to readers in Jilmajae myth maintains relationships in which he or she evokes interests by changing various viewpoint. Getting Jilmajae’s point, Pluralism not only resurrects traditional heritage of literature of classic and modem but also enriches the latter and establishes diachronic relationship in whole literatures. In combination with psychological where imagination and memory toward past may not appear with division. Poetic illusory archetype on Kim's infancy can be the standard by revealing the basis of its imagination. Throughout choeyoungdanjang his desire depicts certain symbols missing his old days. Bakhtin's literature stance contained "dialogic aspects" not selecting only one, in other words he emphasized formal techniques and conditions of society and history. This position is same like two sides of the same com except dichotomous theory outwardly. A dialogue relationship, including "both" but this or that, connotes diversity and can associates Bachelard with illusory based on a dialogue.

Light and Scanning Electron Microscopy of Tetragomphius procyonis (Ancylostomatoidea) from Wild Badger

Tetragomphius procyonis Baylis & Daubney, 1923 were obtained from the pancreatic duct of a naturally infected Eurasian badger, Meles meles, which was submitted to animal hospital for parasitic diagnosis from Gyeryongsan National Park in Korea. The hookworms were examined by light and scanning electron microscope. The length of body measured male 15.0-18.8 mm, female 21.5-25.5 mm, respectively. In both sex, the ventral cutting plates of oral margin are much reduced and elongated latero-dorsally, the dorsal cutting plate is located long follow doral margin of the oral opening. The buccal capsule is cup-shaped and thicken with four cusped tooth at its base. The copulatory bursa has elongated ventral lobes and their large rays are parallel, while the dorsal lobe with its supporting rays is slightly split in two. The slender spicules are filariform and very long (8.7-9.3 mm), and their tips are fused together. The hookworm has following characters: dorsal cone on the both sex, gubernaculum on the male and terminal spine on the female tail absent; vulva is opening in the juction of the fourths and fifths of the body; dorsal ray with two long stems. The eggs from the uterus are 16 cell stages and those from the rectal feces, 32 cell stages. The size of eggs is 77.48-83.45 × 50.75-63.38 μm.

2-bromopropane이 Sprague-Dawley 랫트의 blood-testis barrier에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of 2-bromopropane, which recently caused occupational intoxication in Korea, on blood-testis barrier of Sprague-Dawley rats. 10 weeks old male Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with 3.5g/㎏ of 2-bromopropane for 3 consecutive days orally. 2-bromopropane treatment induced degeneration of spermatogonia but spermatocytes, spermatids, Sertoli cells and interstitial cells showed normal appearance. There was no effect observed on the Blood-testis barrier examination by hypertonic fluid or lanthanum was normal.

This study was carried out to evaluate the testicular toxicity of 2-bromopropane (2-BP), which recently caused occupational intoxication on the reproductive and hematopoietic system in Koreans, using light microscopy, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. 10 weeks old male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were treated with 0.5 g/㎏/day of 2-BP orally for 8 consecutive weeks. The testes of the rats were vascularly perfused with Karnovsky's solution or immersed in Bouin's solution, embedded in plastic and evaluated with light microscopy. And relative proportions of haploid, diploid, and tetra-ploid states of DNA ploidy in the testicular cell suspensions of the SD rats were examined by flow cytometry. 2-BP induced severe testicular atrophy, depletion and degeneration of spermatogonia, spermatocytes, and spermatids and mild hyperplasia of Leydig cells without significant morphological changes. The Leydig cell hyperplasia was confirmed by immunohistochemistry using proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). The immunopositive cells against PCNA were observed in the nuclei oj some interstitial cells. Relative proportions of haploid states of DNA ploidy decreased in the atrophic testicular cell suspensions comparing with those of the control. In conclusion, 2-BP induced testicular atrophy with Leydig cell hyperplasia as examined by histopathology, immunohistochemistry and DNA flow cytometry.

Anatomical Study of Chordodes koreensis in the Parasitic Phase Using Electron Microscopy

Horsehair worms (Chordodes koreensis) develop as parasites in the bodies of grasshoppers, crickets, cockroaches, and some beetles. Chordodes koreensis is an accidental parasite of humans, livestock, or pets and poses no public health threat. The male of Chordodes koreensis in the later larval stage from canine vomitus was investigated by the scanning and transmission electron microscopy. In cross sections, the body wall is composed of four components namely epicuticle, cuticle, epidermis, and muscle layers. The parenchymal tissue fills the rest of the body and surrounds the visceral organs such as intestine, and ventral nerve cord but testes were not found. The epicuticle is a thin superficial layer whose surface shows rows of polygonal elevations called areoles. The cuticle has 17 layers of collagenous fibers spirally wound about the long axis of the worm. The section through the cuticle reveals the layers of large fibers cut obliquely lengthwise, alternating with layers of fibers sectioned obliquely crosswise. The layers of large fiber formed a double helix about longitudinal axis of the worm. The epidermis is a single layer. The muscles were interrupted by the nervous lamella in the only midventral portion. The medulla of muscle plate is composed of lightly stained cytoplasm, mitochondria, weakly developed endoplasmic reticulum, and glycogen granules. Between the medulla of a cell and the plasmalemma lies a broad cortical zone of myofilaments. The circular muscles are absent. The characteristic feature of the cytoplasm is that there was no content in peripheral mesenchyme, but was an abundance of large clear vacuoles which give the cytosome a foamy appearance. The nucleus of mesenchyme is not easily identified in our specimens.
