        UML is able to visualize and specialize the output of the system center of the software, and able to connect to various languages and is constructed by engineering/re-engineering. Also, UML is a standard Modeling Language that aims at the documentation. Recently Web Application System is quickly popular and gigantic, it's possible to do modeling using UML which is the method of Object-Oriented analysis and design and simplify the complex developing course of software. In this paper, we suggest the 『Post Seminar System』 model for instance Object-Oriented Web Application which can increase the efficiency of businesses through of exchanging information with members. We constitute web application by separating it into 3 steps such as View class which takes full charge of Screen Presentation, controller which plays the role of connecting ring and divergence of View class and Model class, and Model class that takes charge in the gear with the Application Logic and DB applying MVC model which has considerable merit in developing and maintaining the web application.

        운동성 산화 스트레스와 항산화비타민의 보충이 말초단핵세포의 NF-kB 활성에 미치는 영향

        Reactive oxygen species(ROS) are implicated in the pathogenesis of a wide variety of human diseases. Numerous studies indicate that ROS may serve as common intracellular molecules that contribute to the process of nuclear factor(NF)κB activation in response to a diverse stimuli. In our laboratory, we have demonstrated tat antioxidants could reverse the decline of immune function caused by exercise-induced ROS. Furthermore, it in necessary to understand a mechanism underlying ROS-dependent disorder in biological system. Recent studies have been shown that several gene expression were regulated by oxidants, antioxidants and other determinants of the intracellular reduction-oxidation(redox) state. In this process, NF-κB have been shown to play a important role. The purpose of the present investigation was to evaluate the effect of exercise-induced oxidative stress and antioxidnt supplementation on NF-κB activation in peripheral mononuclear cells. Forty male SD rats(4 weeks old) were randomly divided into noraml diet group and antioxidants(ATO) supplement group, and then ATO groups were treated with antioxidants(VE: 2001U/kg, VC: 50mg/rat, β-carotene: 300mg/kg, vitamin B6: 250㎍/100g, selenomethionine: 0.1mg/kg) for 16 weeks. After 16 weeks breeding at each condition, each group divided into two groups: Control group(CR) fed generally, Exercise group(CE) fed generally and followed by acute exercise 16 weeks later. Antioxidant Antioxidants and Exercise group(AE) fed with antioxidants and followed by acute exercise. The activation of NF-κB binding activity was increased after exhaustive exercise bout in both group. In addition, pretreatment of ATO group with the antioxidants mixture lead to the inhibition of NF-κB binding activity. This results suggest that NF-κB activation should be further studies in response to a variety of exercise.

        선후행 제약과 순서 의존적 작업준비 시간을 고려한 No-wait Flowshop 생산 설비의 일정 계획

        This paper addresses the method to obtain the global optimum for no-wait flowshop scheduling with precedence constraints and sequence dependent setup time. The system is made up of a set of machines of various types and is no interruption between tasks in a job. The objective is to determine the job sequence for processing with minimum makespan. The sequencing problem with precedence constraints and sequence dependent setup times is equivalent to the travelling salesman problem. A mixed integer programming (MIP) model is presented to obtain the optimal schedule. It is known that the MIP model for no-wait flowshop scheduling is NP-hard. We developed the heuristic algorithm to gain the best solution. From the experiments, we see that the suggested algorithm generates the best job sequence efficiently.

        정상인에서 양가감정과 관련되 뇌 영역 : 양전자방출단층촬영 상관 연구

        Objectives : The present study investigated the brain regions that correlate with ambivalence in schizotypy, a latent personality organization that is proposed to precede and contribute to the liability of developing schizophrenia. Methods : Using ^(18)F-FDG PET scan, we investigated the brain activity of twenty one normal healthy subjects during the resting state. Questionnaires, including the Korean Version of Schizotypal Ambivalence Scale (K-SAS), were administrated after the scan in order to assess the self-rated individual differences in ambivalence. Results : The Schizotypal Ambivalence Scale (SAS) scores showed positive correlation with the metabolic rates in the left parahippocampal gyrus and the fornix. In contrast, the Ambivalence over Expression of Emotion Questionnaire (AEQ) scores showed negative correlation with the metabolic rates in the right putamen. Although scores of the two ambivalence scales Correlated positively (Pearson correlation coefficient 0.477, p<0.050), there was no substantial overlap between the neural correlates. Conclusion : This study suggests that the hippocampal complex, which dysfunction has been reported to correlate with impaired information processing in schizophrenia, may underlie schizotypal ambivalence.

        사회관계망의 구조적 특성과 기능적 특성이 정신장애인의 사회적응에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of structural and functional characteristics of social network on social adjustment in people with mental illness. Methods : 236 members of the people with mental illness who were enrolled in day hospital, community mental health center and social rehabilitation center participated in the survey. Results : Of structural and functional characteristics of social network, the influenced factors on social adjustment were network size of professional, social support (family, friend and professional) and conflict with professional. When controlling socio-demographic and disorder characteristics, this regression model affected significantly on social adjustment but the power of influence reduced slightly. Conclusion: In order to improve the social adjustment of people with mental illness, it is necessary for social network to provide them with more emotional and social resources. Especially, it is important for mental health professionals to build active partnership with the people with mental illness as consumer. For people with mental illness, the economic stability through guaranteed income such as disability benefits, and occupational rehabilitation is very important.

      • 풋마늘의 冬季養液裁培에 關한 硏究

        겨울철 新鮮한 풋마늘의 生産體系 確立으로 端境期를 解消함과 아울러 아파트 人口가 增加하고 있는 오늘날 室內에서 簡單한 方法으로 풋마늘을 生産하는데 必要한 資料를 얻고자 하였다. 1) 萌芽率은 15±1℃區와 20±1℃區의 Hyponex와 水道물에서 瀋陽種(暖地型)이 瀋種 7日後에, 그리고 濟州種(暖地型)이 播種 21日後에 各各 100%를 나타내었다. 그러나 義城種(寒地型)은 15±1℃區에서 播種 7日後에 全혀 萌芽하지 않았고 21日後에 15±1℃區와 20±1℃區에서 各各 85% 및 95%의 萌芽率을 보였다. 2) 草長은 15±1℃區보다 20±1℃區에서, 그리고 水道물보다 Hyponex에서 더 크며 그의 伸長速度가 빨랐다. 瀋陽種은 15±1℃區와 20±1℃區의 Hyponex와 水道물에서 播種 35日後에 잎이 黃化하면서 草長의 伸長이 停止되었으나 濟州種과 義城種은 伸長을 繼績하였다. 瀋陽種은 다른 2品種에 比하여 草長이 顯著히 컸으며 伸長速度가 매우 빨랐다. 3) 播種 21日後의 葉數, 葉?徑, 葉重 및 葉?重은 15±1℃區보다 20±1℃區에서, 그리고 水道물보다 Hyponex에서 더 增加하였다. 供試 3品鍾中 瀋陽種이 各處理區에서 葉數가 顯著히 많고 葉重이 무서웠다. 義城種은 15±1℃區의 Hyponex와 水道물에서 葉伸長을 볼 수 없었다. 4) 比生長率(CGR)은 15±1℃區와 20±1℃區의 Hyponex와 水道물에서 瀋陽種과 濟州種은 播種7日後에, 그리고 義城種은 播種 14日後에 極大期를 나타낸 다음 漸次 減少하였다. 極大期의 比生長率은 15±1℃區보다 20±1℃區에서, 그리고 水도물보다 Hyponex에서 더 높았다. 5) 20±1℃區에서 CGR의 잎으로서 寄與率은 瀋陽種과 濟州種이 播種21日後까지 增加한 다음 漸次 減少하는 傾向을 보였으나 義城種은 繼績 增加하였고, 뿌리로의 寄與率은 3品種 모두 播種14日後부터 急激히 減少하였다. 6) 葉面積指數는 20±1℃區에서 3品種 모두 水道물보다 Hyponex에서 높았다. 播種28日後의 葉面積指數는 濟州種이 2.0 그리고 義城種이 1.0이었는데 比하여 瀋陽種은 4.0 以上이었다. 7) 本實驗의 어느 境遇에 있어서도 瀋陽種이 濟州種 및 義城種에 比하여 萌芽率가 빠르고 草長이 크고 葉收量이 많았으며, 15±1℃區보다 20±1℃區에서 그리고 水道물보다 Hyponex에서 生育이 良好하였다. 그리고 瀋陽種은 20±1℃區의 Hyponex와 水道물에서 播種後 14日이 經過하면 收穫이 可能하였다. The purpose of this study is to establish a production system for providing fresh leafy garlic in winter season and to obtain data for an easy method of indoor nutriculture of this plant, especially in apartment life. 1. Emergence rates in 15℃ and in 20℃ cultured by Hyponex and by tap water were 100% after 7 and 21 days from planting in Shenyang cultivar, a Southern ecotype, and in Cheju cultivar, a Southern ecotype respectively. Euisung cultivar, a northen ecotype, did not planting uner 15℃ until 7 days from planting, but emerged 85% and 95% after 21 days from planting under 15℃ and 20℃ conditions, respectively. 2. Plant lengths were higher in 20℃ and in Hyponex culture than in 15℃ and in tap water culture, respectively. Shenyang cultivar in 15℃ and 20℃ cultured by Hyponex and tap water ceased to eloongate the leaf and showed chlorosis after 35 days from planting, but Cheju and Euisung cultivars continued to elongate the leaf. The plant length of Shenyang cultivar was especially long as compared with other two cultivars and grew fast. 3. After 21 days from planting, leaf number, diameter of leaf sheath, leaf weight and weight of leaf sheath were higher in 20℃ and in Hyponex culture than in 15℃ and in tap water culture. respecively. Among three cultivars, Shenyang had much more leaves and heavy ones. 4. Comparative crop growth rate(CGR) showed at maximum after 7 days from planting in 15℃ and in 20℃ cultured by Hyponex and by tap water in Shenyang and Cheju cul-tivar while after 14 days from plamting in Euisung cultivar, then decreased gradually afterward. The CGR at maximum was higher in 20℃ and in Hyponex culture than in 15℃ and in tap water cul-ture, respectively. 5. The percentage of contribution of CGR to leaf were increased until 21 days from planting, then decreased gradually afterward in Shenyang and Cheju cultivars, but Euisung showed continu-ous increase. The percentage of contribution of CGR to root declined markedly after 14 days from planting in all three cultivars. 6. Leaf area index(LAI) were high in all three cultivars in 20℃ in Hyponex culture as compared with tap water culture. After 28 days from planting, LAI was 2.0 and 1.0 in Cheju and in Euisung cultivar respectively, comparing with above 4.0 in Shenyang cultivar. 7. In every conditions, Shenyang cultivar exceeded in emerging date, plant length and leaf produc-tion, and the growth was better in 20℃ and in Hyponex culture than in 15℃ and in tap water cul-ture, respectively. After 14 days from planting, Shenyang cultivar was possible to harvest in 20℃ cultured by Hyponex and by tap water.

      • 인터넷 화장품 쇼핑몰에 대한 소비자 만족도 평가

        The purpose of this study is to activate the internet cosmetic shopping mall by evaluating customer's satisfaction. The results of the customers' satisfaction in internet cosmetic shopping mall shows that the average of the follows are high: "ordering in convenient time is possible "received the highest point and "comparison with the other brand's goods is easy", "time can be saved" and "price is low" are received fairy high point. But "buying colored cosmetic is easy", "refund is easy" showed low satisfaction. These shows that customers have negative feeling in choosing colored cosmetic and refunding when they use cosmetic shopping mall. The analysis of the total points of the shopping mall reveals that compound shopping mall show many superiorities in contents, and specialized cosmetic shopping malls show superiorities in satisfaction but compound shopping mall is more convenient to the customers than specialized cosmetic shopping mall.

      • SrTiO₃첨가에 따른 (x)BaTiO₃-(1-x)SrTiO₃의 유전적, 전기적 특성

        In this paper, a ferroelectric material BaTiO3 was added to SrTiO3, then (x)BaTiO3-(1-x)SrTiO3(0.7≤x≤1) ceramics were fabricated with stable electrical properties in high voltage. Microstructures and electrical properties were investigated according to mixing conditions of addition material SrTiO3. As a result of the investigation of all experiments, the shrinkage was excellent in 0.9BaTioO3-0.1SrTiO3. The grain size was increased, the curie temperature was shifted low temperature. The 0.9BaTiO3-0.1SrTiO3 was appeared stable property in temperature vs. permittivity. Also, 0.9BaTiO3-0.1SrTiO3 was showed stable dielectric properties at 25~85[C]. V-I properties of specimen were observed in the temperature range of 21~143[C], were divided into three regions. the region I below 10[kV/cm] was shown Ohmic conduction, the region II from 10 to 30[kV/cm] was explained by the poole-Frenkel emission theory and the region III above 30[kV/cm] was analysed by the tunneling effect.

      • 축전지용 전압형 PWM 컨버터의 전류 제어에 관한 연구

        A voltage source PWM converter based on lossless resonator and a source current control system are proposed in this paper. It is proved that steady-state deviation reduces to zero from the transfer function of source current control system, owing to the lossless resonator. The system can be controlled by the feedback control only, because of no need to use a feedforward control in the proposed a source current control system. Therefore, as using lossless resonator, control system can be simply made up. Simulations are described in the case of difference between source current and source current reference.

      • Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lens 재료물질에 관한 연구

        To improve the characteristic properties of contact lens materials, the copolymer of HEMA monomer NVP and MAOPTES monomer have been synthesized by the composition ratio of 50:45:5, 50:40:10 and 50:35:15. The copolymer of TMSOEMA monomer with HEMA and NVP have been synthesized as same compositional ratio as MAOPTES. Water content, swelling ratio, contact angle, permeability of oxygen and quantity of adsorptive protein were measured to check properties of copolymers. The experimental result measured for the copolymer containing silicon derivative of low ratio was prefered to be the materials of contact lens which can improve the function, due to the low absorption of protein compound to poly(HEMA) and to the high oxygen permeabilities
