It is necessary to introduce an effective Stratagy for the Success of regional balanced-development. Recently, regional Informationization attracts high attention as one of the most effective strategies for regional balanced-development. One can presume that there are many other alternatives to propel the regional Informationization effectively. However, the activation of Software industry which is an indispensable condition to build up infonnation system for all sorts of Informationization such as administrative Infonmationization, social Infonmationization, Industry Informationization and regional Infonmationization etc, is the most fundamental alternative to promote the regional Informationization. Among the above, the activation of regional software industry should be a shortcut to reach the successful regional Informationization. This study was designed to plan the activation of regional software industry, connected with above mentioned circumstances.

본 연구는 1999학년도 대구산업정보대학의 대학단기정책과제 연구 중 학생모집계획 연구과제로 약5개월에 걸쳐 수행된 것으로, 본 대학의 대학장기발전계획 VISION 1010의 학생지원 실질화 계획을 구체화시키고자 시행된 연구이다. 본 연구의 구체적인 과제는 향후 대학 자원의 수요를 예측하고 이를 바타으로 본 대학이 안정적인 자원을 확보하고 장기적으로 발전을 유지할 수 있는 방안을 제안해 보고자 한다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 첫째, 본 대학의 학생모집 정책에 대한 기본 방향을 제시하고 둘째, 본 대학이 당면하고 있는 대내외 교육시장 한경변화에 탄력적으로 대응할 수 있는 방안으로서 안정적인 학생자원의 확보, 대학의 위상향상, 그리고 지속적인 발전의 방향을 제시하는 것이다.

統計的 趨勢變動分析에 의한 21C 大學入試 人力의 需給豫測

A university and technical college can not stand firm without sufficient number of students. The purpose of this study is to predict the number of applicants for admission to university and technical college in the relevant year, compared to the number of students the university and technical college will receive. It is very important, because whether the university and technical college will exist or not depends on it. The results of the study are as follows ; First, the probability that the present each graders in secondary school will go up to third grade of high school is 97.6% in high school 2nd graders, 94.2% in high school 1st graders, 91.7% in middle school 3rd graders, 91.0% in middle school 2nd graders and 90.8% in middle school 1st graders. Secondly, the number of applicants for admission to university was predicted through above estimation as follows ; ◁표삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) Thirdly, so far the number of freshmen has increased. The computer is considered the very useful thing which increases the quality of indivisual life or the results of organism to us that live in the society of information. Therefore, In modern enterprise, It is needed that the enterprise analyzes the variable informations of circumstance exactly and has to have information system which contributes the achievement of the enterprise's aims. In case of our enterprises, It is insufficient state of the style that is able to manage funds swiftly, exactly and functionally through the information system. This was resulted that the financial work of enterprise is difficult to expose outside, and that the policy of funds management was determined by willings of top manager only and that the financial work of enterprise is considered to obscure state with financial work which contributes enterprise, in base of the results of the historical data and the documentation of present. But now, It seems that usage of computer system which contributes rasing profit the other part of enterprise and rasing profit of whole enterprise through Financial Information System which is able to cotribute the past analysis, and the future preestimation of present pattern, to find a principle of the problem, to solve the problem. The enterprise must maintain it's professional men and, must make use of the financial information system which fits with situation of itself, and also, It must request and urge to the special software company for the variable development of goods. Government authorities must practice and induce, standing before the general enterprise, software development company, and R & D center, in other to excute the close cooperation, between them for the development and usage of the efficient financial information system.

In modern business organization, computer is very important role for development accounting information system. Accounting information system is useful for all of management in modern enterprise planning and control activity. The purpose of this paper is to systematically illustate budgeting process, problem understanding on the process of budgeting and presentation of solving method, model establishment for rational budgeting. Theorytical background of this paper is accounting information system, modern accounting information system, traditional budget model, problem and solving method. The model of budgeting system on the basis of accounting information system theorytical background is Anthony's model, Habo's model, Mattessich's model. Now to conclude, we have need for total budgeting system in order to be greatest of accounting information utilization. Therefore, the new budget model must be development continuously.

유통정보시스템의 효율적 구축방안에 관한 연구 : 부산·대구지역을 중심으로 Focusing on the Sales Business in Pusan-Taegu

This study aimed first to correctly understand informationalization of distribution, that is POS System, EDI, EOS, and distributing VAN, second to observe the present condition and preceeding examples of construction of informationalization of distribution in our country and to execute analysis of corroborative evidence regarding informationalization of distribution centered on distributing companies in Pusan and Taegu districts, third to grasp the impeding primary factors when informationalization is built up, and fourth to present effective building up lans of informationalization of distribution in Pusan and Taegu districts which will be the foundation of informationalization of distribution in the distributing business circles. The writer studied, for the method of study, by dividing into theoretical study, research portion of the present condition and preceeding examples of building up informationalization of distribution, and analysis of corroborative evidence. For the theoretical study portion and analysis examples, the study method by documentary records was applied, and domestic and foreign books, theses and periodicals related to the informationalization of distribution were consulted. For the analysis of corroborative evidence, the writer studied by questionaires regarding opening of distributing markets, distriubuting environment and distributing information system of the distributing market by the retail dealers as its objects, and selected research by questionaires to collect information by personally visiting each company. About 15 universities and junior colleges related to the distributing industry in our country produce about 1,280 of fundamental manpower related to distrribution every year, and a portion of large-sized distributing companies established and are managing even inter-company colleges, but it is the real situation that these are not sufficient in quality and quantity. In order to cultivate manpower specialized in distribution, the industry, universities and government, forming a trinity, should cope with the matter jointly, and especially, the government level should newly establish subjects of study related to the distribution drastically and political and financial support should be necessarily followed. Also, if POS system is induced, as the source of tax revenue is completely exposed, compared with those companies which do not induce POS System, they will suffer disadvantage, so preferential treating method is necessary in case of application of valued added tax or income standard. The customary practice of dealing without data harmful to normal commercial transaction order and against equity is pointed out as the most fundamental problem point being held by the distributing business circle in our country. For the sake of effective building up the distributing information system, the source making rate shall be raised, the ratio of domestic made instruments of POS System shall be increased, by developing EOS System which can be connected with manufacturing companies, POS System shall be utilized effectively by connecting with the management information system of the whole enterprises, EIS (Executive Information System) and various data base, and shall be connected with EOS with other components of distributing channel and EOS and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) system shall be connected through EDI or VAN. Such distributing information system can accomplish composite distribution information systematization, so it can promote greatly the management power not only of distributing business but manufacturing business.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze environmental factors of students at the department of costume of junior college in Youngnam district. The study was carred out through questionnaires developed with help specialists and professors of junior of colleges. The questionnaires were send to 1200 students in the department of costume of 9 junior in Youngnam distict. 746 questionnaires collected by mail or visit were used in this study after data-cleaning. The major finding of this study were as follows; 1) Many students attending at the department of costume had active and positive life attitude in the prospect and self-conceit of the department of costume the satisfaction of the costume the teaching method of major professors, the expectation of a family and gereral public, the method and the prospect of a job after graduation etc.. 2) Many of students attending at the department of costume had passive and negative attitude in the personal treatment from the college, educational facilities of the college, the atmosphere in class, all sorts of academic events, the activities of the circles on the campus, the counsel with a tutor and the use of consultation center etc..

專門大學 寫眞敎育에 있어서의 敎育課程에 관한 硏究

In our nation, junior college was establised and managed in 1979 and the department reated to photography of junior college were establised in 1981. During about twenty years from establishment, the department of photography have many problems which interfere their original functions accomplishment, for example social cognition problem, college problem, student problem, and currriculum. Of these problems, the representaive problem which can improve by themselve' s endeavor is a curriculum. So, junior college should be managed by their basical goal and a special curriculum developing to bring up the mainstay proffesion. At now, the curriculum of photography devision which have many problems and must be solved was characteristics of rigidity, uniformity, a lack of variety. The results of this survey using questionaire of previous problems as fallowes They need a more effective curriculum. They need a more variable educational environment. To fulfil their need, we must enlarge estabishment and technical tools and professors in special devision. Also, we should improve a environmental situation(for example, photogaraphy cultural development, social cognition level' s improvement, and more longer education term). To performance the previous improvemental policy, we must need political and financial supporting from national and college agent If we can fulfill the formal needed conditions by continuosly and systemetically endeavor and research, the department of photography in junior college will more develope than before.

Teaching Tourism to Junior College Students

국제화시대와 인터넷시대에 걸맞는 보다 적절한 학습방법 및 수업모형의 개발이 절실하여 우선 전문대학의 관광영어 학습방법의 개괄적 제시가 본 몬문의 목적이다. 전문대학의 관광외국어계열 특히 영어과 학생을 상대로한 학습방법은 특이한 목표를 가지고 있으므로 그 특별한 목표에 걸맞는 학습방법이 필요하다. Native speaker의 관전에서 제시하는 것이 반드시 옳은 것이 아닐 개연성의 크므로 한국인과 협동으로 서로의 장단점을 조정하는 식의 teaching method 개발도 필요할 것으로 생각되어 조정안을 내고자 한다. 첫 단계의 학생들에게는 최대한 기억과 모방을 전재로하는 구어체직인 방법을 동원하는 Audiolingualism approach가 외국어 학습에 단연 능율적인 방법이 될 것이다. 특히 전문대학의 관광외국어 계열학생중 영어를 전공으로 하고자하는 학생들에게는 더욱 듣고 말하는 형태의 학습방법이 아주 적절할 것이라는 생각이다. 두 번째 단계의 학생들에게는 여행사, 호텔등의 특별한 상황에 유연하게 대처하는 방법이 특히 관광외국어 계열 학생들에게 적절한 것으로 생각된다. 앞으로의 현장취입을 고려한 학습목표설정이 무엇보다 우선할 것으로 생각되어 분야별 pattern practice도 바람직한 방법일 것이다. 세 번째 단계의 학생들에게는 위의 두 단계를 거친 후 모든 학습활동이 모방이 아니라 즉각적으로 영어로 반응하는 이른바 communicative approach가 가장 능율적인 것으로 생각된다. 언어학습의 목표가 목표언어로 의사소통하는 것임을 감안할 때 audiolingualism approach와 여행사나 호텔등 특별환 상황에 적절하게 대처하는 방안과 role play and simulation을 주축으로하는 의사소통 방법을 통합하는 것에 적극적인 목표를 두고 상황을 연출하면서 상황에 적절한 의사소통 기술을 익히게 하는 통합적인 방법이 무엇보다 절실하다. 언어교수법은 어느 한 가지로 왕도를 정하는 것이 아니라 서로 융합된 방법을 모색하는 것이 바람직하다. 실무선에서 문어체를 많이 쓰느냐, 구어체를 많이 쓰느냐 등을 비롯한 언어학습의 목표 선정이 더욱 중요할 것으로 생각된다. 그러므로 그 목표에 선정에 있어서 관광외국이 계열의 학생들이 추구하는 목표는 거의 결정적인 것이므로 위의 세 단계를 3학기에 걸쳐 이행하면서 특히 여행사나 호텔의 상황에 맞는 의사소통 기술의 함양이 더욱 절실한 것으로 생각된다.

전문대학 입시행정 정책에 관한 연구

This is a study on the entrance examinational administration policy that observe from a stand to gave to compete of the inside and outside of the country (for education part that opens by UR agreement). This study analyses phenomenon that is mentioned in the entrance examination of the Shin Il Junior College, and propose some ways. The results are like the following : 1. The most of examine that apply to the Shin-Il Junior College for admission come from Taegu or Kyung-buk and the percentage are 90.5% (1991), 86.3% (1992) 83.9% (1993), 82.0% (1994), 79.6% (1995). We need provision against this, because students from the other areas are increasing goes on. 2. Participants in an examination that have 1 degree from a report of a students record are 115 persons in 1995. A policy of this collge that a report of students was reflected 50% influenced it. 3. Special examination of night didn't reflect a schotastic aptitude test instead of interview record reflected 10% of total points. So participants in an examination increased. 4. Students that examined entrance examination for university graduates of this junior college. that can admit supernumerary entrance are 149 persons in 1995. The postgraduate course graduates account for 4.6%, university graduates account for 61.0% and junior college graduates account for 34.2%. This collge gives 50% addition points to university students records to postgraduate course graduates and it give 20% addition points to university graduates. We concluded that high school student's report was reflected 50% and university student's report was reflected 50% in order to be decreased failure of big narre university graduates then it desirable to turn high school student's records into grades and to apply. For example, turn 1 degree into 4.5 points, turn 2 degree into 4.25 points…, turn 15 degree into 1.00 point. 5. Person who most influence to desire junior college is a teacher in charge and it account for 51.3%.
