For many practical optimization problems where the system components are stochastic, the objective functions can not be represented analytically. Furthermore, many of these problems are characterized by the presence of multiple and conflicting objectives. In this research, we introduce a new algorithm through an interactive cutting plane method for solving this multi-criteria simulation optimization problem. Then a turning process is evaluated through the proposed algorithm.

When VCR is operated in the deck, tape navigates from S-Reel Table to T-Reel Table through the several posts and head drum. During the navigation, the position of tape is influenced by the several factors. And the variant of the position becomes the cause of unstable system. Through this study, we will find the factors which gives the big influenced in this system. And we will find the factors which should be mainly controlled in the VCR deck assembly. For the study, we will use the Multiple Linear regression analysis.

There are two approaches to handle the Causality Error in parallel and distributed simulation. One approach is based on the conservative time synchronization and the other is the optimistic time synchronization. In this paper an efficient null message reduction method for the conservative time synchronization approach is suggested with the experimental results, which could improve performance of simulation and avoid deadlock situations.

This research is focused on the development of the performance measuring system for the supply chain. Although there are previous researches about this, they has the limit to measuring the performance. This is oriented that each measuring system deal with a certain level like strategic level, tactical level, or operational level of the supply chain. However, it is necessary to measure the performance in multiple levels collectively. A new performance measuring system using key performance indicators with integrating SCOR-Model(Supply Chain Operations Reference Model) with Balanced Scorecard(BSC) is proposed in this research. Since SCOR-Model and BSC are mainly dealt with strategic level and operational level, the proposed system can overcome the limit of previous researches. Then, this methodology is used to develop the real time performance measuring system.

This paper introduces the concept of web-based simulation and suggests the structure of web-based simulation which reduces the simulation run time and performs simulations in efficient way under distributed environments. Since its introducing in 1996, web-based simulation has been studied only with a tool of applet, but in this paper a method of server applications for client applets will be used. In server application, server transfers objects requested by clients such as simulation engines, reports, files. After each client connects to web-server, and then server allocates simulation modules to connected clients. These work magnify the transferring applets from server and simulation models which were made by clients. This paper also processes a structure for managing efficiently web-based simulation under distributed environment and steps in which clients connect, model, simulate with distributed structure, and programs of proposed structure.
