        AbstractMass media, especially the TV has become the necessity of modern society, and many people nowadays spend a lot of time watching TV.TV has become a necessity not only for adults but also for children and it has became a part of children's daily lives. When considering the effect the TV has on the children, it is very important to produce high quality TV programs and to conduct a research on the utilization of such programs.There has been sufficient amount of research done on effects the TV has on the violence and crime of the adolescents, however not many research has been done on the effects the educational TV programs have on the children.Therefore the purpose of this study is to produce a high quality educational TV program for children and to utilize them in the homes and educational institutions for children. For this purpose, two educational TV programs for children were selected and the Ministry of education recommended 5 educational processes, healthy life, social life, expression, language, and investigation were chosen to find out about the relevance of these programs and the fields. Furthermore, this research will investigate the viewing behaviors of the children and utilizing in the production of the educational TV programs for children.In pursuit of these research goals, this study examines the following 5 research questions.<Research Questions>1) What relevance does the TV program <TV Kindergarten One, Two, Three> produced by KBS 1, and <Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten> produced by EBS have with the healthy life which is among the five Kindergarten Educational Processes?2) What relevance does the TV program <TV Kindergarten One, Two, Three> produced by KBS 1, and <Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten> produced by EBS have with the social life which is among the five Kindergarten Educational Processes?3) What relevance does the TV program <TV Kindergarten One, Two, Three> produced by KBS 1, and <Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten> produced by EBS have with the expression which is among the five Kindergarten Educational Processes?4) What relevance does the TV program <TV Kindergarten One, Two, Three> produced by KBS 1, and <Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten> produced by EBS have with the language which is among the five Kindergarten Educational Processes?5) What relevance does the TV program <TV Kindergarten One, Two, Three> produced by KBS 1, and <Ding Dong Dang Kindergarten> produced by EBS have with the investigation life which is among the five Kindergarten Educational Processes?The results from the analysis are as follows.First, the educational TV program's relevance with the healthy life field which is among the five processes of Children's education is, which the sense movement and the controlling of the body(properly percepting the surroundings and muscles development and exercise functions). When taking 3.0 as the standard point in a 5-point scale, the result showed 2.78 which shows relatively low relevance between the two. It means edcational TV programs for children is not highly related to the senses movement and body control for children. As for the healthy life field(clean body and surrounding, basic behaviors needed to pursue healthy life), the result was 3.16 which can be interpreted as having high relevance. Last, safe life resulted 3.22 which could also be said as having high relevance.(Countermeasures for dangerous situations, facilities and plays at Kindergarten, safely using the transportation system) When integrating these three parts, the overall score for healthy life field shows 3.05 which shows not much relevance for healthy life and the educational TV programs for children.Second, for the social life fields which is composed of five parts, the basic life style behavior(respectful life, group life, emotions and desire control) resulted 3.34 which shows high relevance; and for personal thinking and behavior control(positive self concept formation, free social interaction) showed 3.02 which means having low relevance. For understanding family(understanding structure and roles of family, understanding family functions) resulted 3.33, group life(understanding relationships with others, and respecting others) showed 3.20, and for interests in social life and the environment(environmental education, local customs and culture, other countries' life styles) showed 3.29 which is interpreted as having high relevance. The overall score for social life show 3.23 which means three's high relevance between social life and the educational TV programs for children.Third, for the expression fields which is composed of three parts emotions(expressing inner feelings according to situations and respecting what others say) showed 2.84 which is of low relevance, and sentiments(seeing, listening, and experiencing nature, things and arts) resulted 3.25 which shows high relevance.Last part, the expression(enjoying various activities and expressing creative original feelings and emotions) showed 3.06 which is of little relevance.The overall score for expression field showd 3.06 which could be interpreted as having some relevance, but not of a significant one.Fourth, for the language field which is composed of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, listening part showed 2.77 of low relevance; speaking showed 2.64 which is also of low relevance. Also speaking and writing resulted 2.42 which is of even lower relevance.The overall score of the language field is 2.61 which scored the lowest among the five processes of education, and which shows no relevance with the educational TV programs for children.Last, for investigation field, scientific thinking part(natural phenomenon and surroundings children can experience) showed 3.60 which is of very high relevance. Also logical mathematic thinking(distinction, order, number, geometric figures) also showed 3.18 which is also of high relevance. Creative thinking(Solving creatively the problems experienced in daily lives, capability and attitude) showed 3.03 which is of relatively low relevance. However, the overall score shows 3.39 which is of highest relevance among the five fields of education processes.As the above results shows, the educational TV programs for children has the highest relevance with the social life field of education process, and relatively low relevance with the expression or healthy life field. It shows no relevance with the expression field.Finally, when analysing the TV viewing behaviors of children, the results of the analysis shows children's average viewing time to be 2 hours during weekdays, and three hours during the weekends and holidays. The children's most preferred program was the cartoon, and the second preferred program was the educational program. Also all children frequently watched the educational TV programs. Among the TV program segments, children's most liked the puppet shows, singing, and old fairy tales consecutively.The educational TV programs parents and teacher's thought to be most beneficial to children was the documentary programs of animal and plants.

      • 세포질내 정자주입법(ICSI)에 있어서 정자흡입 및 난자내 주입방법에 관한 연구

        Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.

      • 가시화 기법을 통한 선박 구조설계 지원 전문가 시스템 개발

        본 논문에서는 설계 경험이 적은 설계자가 효율적으로 선급규정을 이용하여 선체설계를 할 수 있도록, 범용 전문가시스템 쉘(Shell)인 NEXPERT를 이용하여, 선체 구조설계를 지원할 수 있는 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저, 선급 규정집(LLoyd Rule)과 기존의 rule scantling프로그램으로 부터 지식을 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 객체지향개념에 의해 지식의 그룹핑과 계층화를 시도하였다. 또한, NEXPERT가 갖고 있는 외부 프로그램과의 접속기능(Callable Interface)을 이용하여 각종 설계에 필요한 프로그램과 실적선 데이타베이스를 접속하였다. 특히, Motif를 이용한 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(Graphical User Interface : GUI)를 도입하였고, 설계자가 결과에 대해 검토를 할 수 있도록 Knowledge tracing 기능을 부여함으로써, 사용자 지향의 구조부재 치수 결정 지원 전문가 시스템을 개발하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 범용 전문가 시스템이 선박설계에 이용될 수 있다는 가능성을 보였으며, 그 추구해야 할 방향을 설정하였다. 특히, 어떤 설계결정에 이르는데 관여한 규칙들을 보여주며,객체로 정의된 설계 부재들의 값들을 확인하게 함으로써 설계자가 효율적인 설계를 수행할 수 있게 되었다.

        우리나라 지역 직업성질환 감시체계의 현황과 전망

        기존의 특수건강진단과 작업환경측정을 통한 직업병 관리가 진폐증, 소음성난청 등의 소수 특정질환에 국한되고 실제 직업병 발생 규모 파악이나 신종 직업병의 발견에 한계를 보인다는 사실은 산업의학전문가들 사이에서도 공감을 이루고 있다. 미국과 영국 등에서의 직업성질환 감시체계에 대한 경험은 우리 나라의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축에도 새로운 자극제가 되면서, 1998년이후 인천, 대전, 여천, 구미, 부울경 지역에서 지역 직업성질환감시체계를 산업보건관리의 중요한 시스템으로 구축하려는 노력이 확산되고 있다. 새로이 구축되어지는 이들 지역 직업성질환 감시체계는 감시하고자 하는 대상질환, 활용 가능한 인적자원 및 자료원, 지역 의료체계의 특수성 등에 따라서 목적과 방법을 달리하면서 독특한 형태로 발전을 하고 있다. 각 지역단위 감시체계들이 그 상황에 맞게 독특한 목적과 전략들을 발전 시키면서도, 향후 발전할 국가적인 차원의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축을 위하여 직업성질환 감시의 기본 전략 등을 공유하는 등의 노력이 필요하다. 환례 정의 및 기본적인 등록 서식의 공유, 직업성질환 감시 자료원의 발굴, 공동의 정보 네트워크 및 직업성질환 감시 데이터베이스 구축 등 직업성질환 감시활동을 지원하기 위한 여러 기초 인프라 구축에 힘을 모아야 할 것이다. 우리 나라에서 직업성질환 감시체계를 성공적으로 구축하기 위해서는 수집된 자료의 질 관리를 위한 직업성질환 감시의 원칙 제정과 감시 전략의 공유 등이 필요하며, 전국적인 직업성질환 감시체계의 하부구조라고 할 수 있는 지역감시체계의 기초 토대 마련과 강화작업이 절실하게 필요하다.

        학업우수 초등학생 자녀를 둔 어머니의 진로지도 경험에 관한 질적 연구

        본 연구는 학업우수 초등학생 자녀를 둔 어머니의 진로지도 경험을 한국의 사회·문화적 맥락에서 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역에 살고 있는 초등학교 6학년인 학업우수아의 어머니 9명을 심층면담하고, 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 107개의 개념과 44개의 하위 범주, 그리고 14개의 범주가 도출되었다. 어머니들의 진로지도 경험을 포괄하는 핵심범주로는 '자녀의 성취를 위해 자녀의 특성을 존중하고 자녀의 자율성을 키우면서 자신이 바람직하다고 여기는 방향으로 이끌어감'으로 밝혀졌다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학업우수 초등학생 자녀를 둔 어머니의 진로지도 경험의 실체를 논의하였으며, 부모를 대상으로 한 진로교육프로그램의 필요성과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다. This study examined the experience about career guidance of mother who has a academically talented child in Korea. Nine mothers were interviewed and the interview data were analyzed based on the Qualitative Research Method. Result has107 concepts, 44 subcategories and 14 categories. The core category is "The mothers consider their children's characteristics for the children's accomplishment and foster children's self-control and lead their children to desirable object the mothers view".Implications of the results and suggestions for future research are discussed.

        Utillization of automobile shredder residue (ASR) as a reducing agent for the recovery of black copper

        The physicochemical characteristics of automobile shredder residue (ASR) and its melting slag were investigated: In particular, the applicability of ASR as a reducing agent to the black copper recovery process. ASR is classified into three types after the shredding process: heavy fluff, light fluff and glass and soil. In this study, the portions of heavy fluff, light fluff and glass and soil in the ASR were 89.2 wt%, 8.1 wt% and 2.7wt%, respectively. Physicochemical analysis revealed that moisture and fixed carbon content were low in heavy and light fluffs, and combustible content was the highest. The higher heating value (HHV) of light fluff was 6,607 kcal/kg, and the HHV of heavy fluff was 5,312 kcal/kg. To sum up, the separation of black copper and discard slag mostly seems to be affected by the melting temperature. Therefore, if basicity and melting temperature are properly controlled, the ASR can be used as a reducing agent in the smelting process of black copper recovery. Moreover, the possibility of black copper recovery from ASR and heavy metal poisoning is evaluated.

        Difference of Pinch Strength According to Testing Posture and Various Flexion Degree of Elbow Joint

        The purpose of this study was to determine the difference of the pinch strength according to testing posture(standing and sitting) and elbow flexion degree(0。, 45。, 90。and 135。). Forty normal young adults(male: 20, female: 20, mean age: 22.68±2.91 years) participated in this study. The methods of this study were categorized as follows: 1) One set of measurement was performed on four elbow flexion degrees(0。, 45。, 90。and 135。) in two testing postures(standing and sitting) and all subjects were measured for 3 sets testing procedures in every experimental sessions. 2) Pinch strength in various elbow flexion degree was measured after 2 min rest time, and then each test set was repeatedly performed with 5 min rest time to prevent fatigue of muscles involved in the elbow joint. The result was obtained as follow: 1) In standing posture, there was statistically significant difference at 0。and 45。, 0。and 90。, 0。and 135。, 45。and 90。, 45。and 135。, 90。and 135。. 2) In sitting posture, there was statistically significant difference at 0。and 45。, 0。and 90。, 0。and 135。, 45。and 90。, 45。and 135。, 90。and 135。. 3) Statistically, there was no significant difference between standing and sitting posture in same elbow flexion degree, however pinch strength in standing posture was higher than sitting posture.
