우리나라 지역 직업성질환 감시체계의 현황과 전망

기존의 특수건강진단과 작업환경측정을 통한 직업병 관리가 진폐증, 소음성난청 등의 소수 특정질환에 국한되고 실제 직업병 발생 규모 파악이나 신종 직업병의 발견에 한계를 보인다는 사실은 산업의학전문가들 사이에서도 공감을 이루고 있다. 미국과 영국 등에서의 직업성질환 감시체계에 대한 경험은 우리 나라의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축에도 새로운 자극제가 되면서, 1998년이후 인천, 대전, 여천, 구미, 부울경 지역에서 지역 직업성질환감시체계를 산업보건관리의 중요한 시스템으로 구축하려는 노력이 확산되고 있다. 새로이 구축되어지는 이들 지역 직업성질환 감시체계는 감시하고자 하는 대상질환, 활용 가능한 인적자원 및 자료원, 지역 의료체계의 특수성 등에 따라서 목적과 방법을 달리하면서 독특한 형태로 발전을 하고 있다. 각 지역단위 감시체계들이 그 상황에 맞게 독특한 목적과 전략들을 발전 시키면서도, 향후 발전할 국가적인 차원의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축을 위하여 직업성질환 감시의 기본 전략 등을 공유하는 등의 노력이 필요하다. 환례 정의 및 기본적인 등록 서식의 공유, 직업성질환 감시 자료원의 발굴, 공동의 정보 네트워크 및 직업성질환 감시 데이터베이스 구축 등 직업성질환 감시활동을 지원하기 위한 여러 기초 인프라 구축에 힘을 모아야 할 것이다. 우리 나라에서 직업성질환 감시체계를 성공적으로 구축하기 위해서는 수집된 자료의 질 관리를 위한 직업성질환 감시의 원칙 제정과 감시 전략의 공유 등이 필요하며, 전국적인 직업성질환 감시체계의 하부구조라고 할 수 있는 지역감시체계의 기초 토대 마련과 강화작업이 절실하게 필요하다.

This study proposes an optimized diffuser strake design that can improve driving performance for cars in high-speed driving mode. The speed of the vehicle is set to 160km/h, and the number of strake is set to 4, 6 and 8, and the angle of the diffuser is set to 4, 5 and 6 degrees. The arrangement of the strake is centered, edged and equally arranged. The optimized diffuser design induced with the Ansys Fluent analysis shows a drag coefficient of 16% less than the basic diffuser-free model at a diffuser angle of 6 degree, 8 strakes, and equal arrangement.

검도수련참가자의 운동욕구에 관한 연구

In this research, the intrinsic athletic aspiration of Kumdo training participants were analized according to their social demographic variable and their participating degree variable to come up with the type of features of their desire for engaging in Kumdo according to variables. Then, this data was used to procure the fundamental information to make a basic planning for a basic Kumdo program. The survey results could be summarized as below; 1) Gender wise, male scored highes on the desire to be with peers, while female scored highest on desire to achieve. 2) If we look at the needs for physical activity from the perspective of age, the twenties registered high on the desire to be consistent and exhibitive while thirties high responses in that of friendship. Forties and fifties were high on desire to be fulfilled, and desire for purgation & unconfinement, respectively. 3) Educational wise, people lower than high school graduate degree posted high on consistency, activeness and friendship desire in type and levels of athletic aspiration. Meanwhile, there were greater showings for the desire for purgation, exihibitiveness, fulfillment and unconfinement for the people above college degree. 4) The relation between needs for physical activity and occupation showed that students scored high on desire for consistency, actineness, fulfillment and exhibitiveness. People in management professions were high on desire for peers while house wives and self-employed group posted highest on purgative desire and fulfillment desire, respectively. 5) In the relation of participating term and the needs for physical activity, people engaged in trainings less than 1-2years were high on desire to be consistent and activeness while people of 2 yearn or more training scored high on purgation, friendship and unconfinement desire. People who have had training between 1-2 yearn scored highest in terms of exhibition behaviors. 6) In terms of participating frequency, people who engage in the training 1-2 times a week were most cinscious of the exihibitive aspect while the people who train evelyday score highest on all aspects but for the exhibitive desire. In conclusion, it is advisable that there be resting areas or peer circles for male participants in order to prompte inter personal relationship. For female participants, there is a need for self protection programs Moreever, programs should concentrate to promote health maintenance and balance for the twenties, friendly inter-personal relations for the thirties and forties, and emotional rest and leisure activity for the fifties and the house wives.

A 1-year old, intact male Jin-do dog with ataxia, hypersalivation and anorexia was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Ivermectin toxicosis was diagnosed by the history taking, clinical signs, physical examination and neurological examination. After therapy with intravenous fluid and lipid emulsion administration, the clinical signs were found to have significantly improved.

農村地域計劃樹立을 위한 地域分類 : 全北 農村地域을 中心으로 The Case of Jeonbug Province

The purposes of this study are to group areas(155Myeons) in Jeonbug Province and to review the characteristics by regional types. We attempt to drive the policy implications for regional development by types. In order to accomplish these purposes, Principal Component Analysis(PCA) which integrates multiple variables concerning regional characterstics is adopted and Tabular Analysis by the main indicators is imployed. PCA model will provide the two integrated indicators for grouping rural areas ; the measure of urbanization and the measure of agricultural characteristics. Thus, we can divide the object regions for analysis into four major types and nine minor groups by corssing the two indicators. Type A(group AⅠ, AⅡ)is the region which has good agricultural environment typically, therefore it should be emphasized on the conservation of existing farmland. Type D (group DⅠ, DⅡ) is the region that has unfavorable conditions for urbanization as well as agricultural development, therefore it requires innovational development in agriculture. Type U (group UⅠ, UⅡ) is the region which makes a good score in the measure of urbanization, so that the land use for urbanization should be required. Type T (group TⅠ, TⅡ, TⅢ) region makes good scores both in urbanization and in agricultural characteristics, so it is faced with a competition for land use between the two. Considering this point, we should try to adjust the land use rationally in such a regional type.

고주파수용 필터 설계를 위한 자이레이터 회로에 관한 연구

Switched-capacitor(SC) circuits have already been established in audio frequency range. However, SC circuits are not suitable for high frequency filters, because of the necessity of anti-aliasing filters and the limitation of high-frequency characteristics due to GBW(Gain-Band-Width) products of operational amplifiers. To overcome those disadvantages, a gyrator filtering techniques have been proposed. LC simulation method using gyrators is readily available to abtain low-sensitivity active RC filters. In this paper, highly linear MOS transconductor with the gain factor controllable by offering offset voltage is presented, and to validate transconductor characteristics, computer simulation using PSPICE was performed. Gyrator circuit is designed using MOS transconductor circuits, and for filter design, floating inductor, floating resistor and grounded resistor which are simulated by gyrator circuits are presented.

Skeletal cryptococcosis is an uncommon infection. Cryptococcus is a common cause of meningitis and infects 7∼10% of patients with AIDS. As well as AIDS, the infection may be seen in association with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, tuberculosis and diabetes, also in patients on steroid medication. But there is no case report of skeletal cryptococcosis following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A 40-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of low back pain. She had chronic myelogenous leukemia for 2 years and underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 8 months ago. She have been treated with steroid and cyclosporine orally because of chronic graft versus host disease. On examination she was afebrile and had posterior lower lumbar tenderness. But, she had no reduced strength of low extremities. Open biopsy was underwent. Histology demonstrated budding, round-to-oval, refractile yeast-like organisms within debris. The results of a lumbar puncture were unremarkable and cerebrospinal fluid culture failed to grow bacteria and yeast. The patient was treated with amphotericin B (1 gram) and AmBisome□ (2.8 gram) over 6 weeks. Three months after cessation of therapy, the patient was doing well.(Korean J Infect Dis 33:298∼301, 2001)

브롬화은 膜電極을 利用한 非水溶液 中에서 브롬화이온 適定硏究

브롬화은 난용성염 막전극을 제조할 때 PVC를 THF에 녹인 욕액을 한 방울씩 가해주면서 I. R pellet presser로 만든 막전극은 표면이 변하지 않고 오래 사용해도 감도가 떨어지지 않으며, 견고한 막전국이었다. 특히 이 브롬화은 막전극을 지시전극으로 사용하여 수용액에서는 물론 비수용액에서 전위차법 침전적정을 하였을 경우 진한 70% 에탄을 용액에서 는 수용액에서 정정하였을 때보다 당량점 부근에서 160mV 나 큰 전위차 급변을 나타내는 훌륭한 적정곡선을 얻을 수가 있었다. Ths silver bromide electrode was prepared by dissolving polyvinyl chroide (PVC) in tetra-hydrofuran (THF) and mixing this solution with silver bromide powder and pressing the mixture on Infrared pellet presser. This membrane electrode was very hard and chemical durability. This membrane elecrode tas shown linear potential response to the activities of silver, bromide, and iodide ion in the concentration range from 10^-1 to 10^-5 M. This electrode could be used as an indicating electrode in the potentionetric precipitation titration of bromide ion with the standard solution of silver nitrate in aqueous and nonaqueous solution.
