      • 임신 40주와 출산 후 6주에 있는 20대 임산부 보행의 역학적 특성 비교

        본 연구는 임신 40주와 출산후 6주간에 있는 임산부의 보행 동작의 특정을 규명함으로써 이와 관련된 연구자들에게 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 임신 4주에 있는 임산부를 대상으로 1차 실험을 실시하였으며 동일한 대상자를 출산후 6주에 2차로 실험하여 자료를 수집하였다. 디지타이징 시 오차를 최소화하고 인체관절점의 분별을 위해 21개의 반사마커를 부착하였다. 10m의 보행주로를 걷는 동안 두 대의 비디오카메라를 이용하여60Hz로 자료를 수집하였으며 동시에 100Hz 지면반력자료를 수집하였다.수집되어진 자료는 DLT 방법을 사용하여 분석하였으며 이의 분석에 Kwon3d 프로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 임신 40주와 출산 후 6주의 보행 시 지지시간과 스윙시간의 비율이 다르게 나타났으며 보폭과 보간, 활보장은 임신 40주에서 더 큰 값을 보였다. 상체 전경각 역시 임신 40주에서 더 큰 값을 보였다. 힙관절, 무릎관절, 발목관절각도는 S1이 출산후 6주에서 큰 값을 보인반면 S2는 출산전후에 큰 변화를 보이지 않다. 2. 상하지면반력의 경우 FP1과 FP2는 임신 40주보다는 출산 6주에서 큰값을 보였지만 FP3는 임신 40주에서 보다 큰값을 보이고 있었다. 전후지면반력의 경우 출산전과 후 모두 Fy2에서 보다 큰 값을 보이고 있었다. This Study was to investigate kinematical characteristic comparison of the gait pregnant 40weeks and after delivery 6weeks 20´s women and provide the basic data. To accomplish this study, in the first, carry out an experiment with the pregnant women in the pregnant 40weeks on the videotape, and than the second, make an experiment with the kinematic data. Kinematic data were filtered with a low-pass, fourth-order Butterworth filter with an effective cut off frequency of 6Hz. The conclusions were drawn as follows; 1. Floor contact Periods(stance and swing rate) were differed from before and after the delivery and a pregnant 40 weeks was greater than after delivery 6 weeks in the step, width, stride. Also, a pregnant 40 weeks was greater than after delivery 6 weeks in the front angular. And the other angular components were represented similar pattern. 2. In the vertical load, delivery 6 weeks was grater than a pregnant 40 weeks in the FP1(first peak) and FP2(valley). And FP3(second peak)was represent that a pregnant 40 weeks was greater than delivery 6 weeks. Also, in the horizontal shear, Fy2(progressional force)was greater than Fy1(breaking force) about time of the delivery.

      • 철봉 KOVACS동작의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find out the kinematical specificity which has on effect upon the overall success of Kovacs on the horizontal bar. To this end, we took a picture of their performances by two camcorders(60fields/s) on the three gymnasts who performed Kovacs on the horizontal bar during the second East Asian Fames in Pusan, and as a result of comparing and analyzing the kinematical variables through the three dementional analysis by DLT technique, we drow the following conclusion. 1. After kick-out, it showed that all the subjects were decreased in the horizontal velocity of the COG, while they were temporarily increased in the velocity of vertical ascent and the velocity of rotation in the air. 2. At the release, it appeared that as the COG was low and rotation angle was narrow, the instant of kick-out was delayed as much and it needed longer time of staying in the air in order to secure the distance of rotation in the air. 3. At the release, it showed that as the velocity of COG increased, the hight of peak asended, and shoulder angular flexion and hip angular extension improved both the vertical asending power and the rotatory power in the air, and on the other hand, both shoulder angular extension and hip angular flexion strengthened getting the body back, and then promoted the rotatory motion in the air. 4. At the airborne, it appeared that the motion before the body go over behind the horizontal bar and the kick-out motion prior to peak were good for the regrasp at the position near by the horizontal bar. 5. In order to assume a full posture of regrasp based on the deceleration of descending velocity at the high position, height of staying in the air should be risen by the increase of ascending velocity on the basis of kick-out, and the height of peak should be maintained at the position that is perpendicular to the horizontal bar, and knee joint should be shiftly extended at this moment.

      • Rings운동에서의 Giant swing동작에 대한 운동학적 분석

        This study was to investogate the kinematic patterns of the giant. swing on rings by 3 male gymnastic. The motion was filmed at 60frame/sec high video camera. The result was as follows ; 1. Subj. C showed a large displacement in the wrist J. at phase I and Subj. B showed a large displacement at phase 2, 3, 4. 2. Subj. C showed a large displacement in the hip J. at down swig phase and Subj.B, C showed a large displacement. at upward swing phase. 3. Subj. A showed a large velocity a in the hip J. at phase 1 and Subi. C shooed a large velocity at phase 2, 3, 4. 4. Subj. C showed a large velicity in the shoulder J. at whole phase. 5. Subj. C showed a large angular velocity in the hip J. at down swing phase and subj. B showed a large angular velocity at upward swing phase. 6. Subj. B showed a larege angular velocity in the shoulder J. at. phase 1, and Subj. C showed a large angular velocity at phase 2, 4 also subj. A showed a large angular velocity at phase 3.

        생체분자 분리 및 분석에 있어서의 마이크로-나노 시스템

        휴먼게놈 프로젝트가 종료됨에 따라, 우리 몸의 대사ㆍ생리 작용, 질병에 직접 관여하고 있는 단백질의 분리와 구조 분석에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 현재 프로테오믹스의 근간이 되고 있는 2D-젤 전기영동법은 긴 소요시간, 복잡한 과정, 재현성 문제, 검출한계 등 그 문제점이 지적되고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 마이크로-나노 대체 기술들이 최근 속속 보고되고 있다. 이에 본 총설에서는 단백질을 포함한 생체분자의 분리ㆍ검출 및 미량 분석을 위한 마이크로-나노 시스템 기술들의 최신 연구동향을 알아보고자 한다. 구체적으로는 마이크로 비드 어세이를 기반으로 하는 마이크로 분석 시스템, 나노 테크놀로지를 이용한 바이오 센서 또는 바이오 칩 분야와 마이크로 어레이 기술 등과 그 응용을 중심으로 최근 2∼3년간 중요 논문에 보고된 내용을 소개함으로써 최근 발전하고 있는 마이크로-나노 기술의 중요성에 대해서 언급하고자 한다. In the post-genomic era, purification and structure identification of proteins that are related to cell functions and diseases became the most important research topics. Although 2D-gel electrophoresis is currently the most widely accepted technique for the separation of complex protein mixtures, it still possesses some drawbacks to overcome. Being very labor intensive, it is time consuming, difficult to obtain reproducible results, and has low detection limit. Recently, various methods that utilize micro/nano systems to separate and analyze biomolecules including proteins appeared to overcome these drawbacks. In this report, we overviewed recent research trends of micro/nano bio field, by reviewing recent papers for the last 2∼3 years, and emphasized the importance of the development of bead based micro analysis system, nanotechnology for biosensing, and protein micro array system.

      • 대학생의 단극성 우울증 치료를 위한 프로그램의 개발

        The study was to develop a Korean college student version of the Psychoeducational Intervention Program for unipolar depression originally developed by Lewinsohn et. al. (1982). In addition, the study was to find the effectiveness and any procedural problems for the application to the college students in unipolar depression. In order to achieve the above purposes, seven college students among volunteers were selected in terms of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Depression scale of MMPI(MMPI-D). All the subjects scored above 70 points of T-score on MMPI-Depression scale, below 60 points of t-score on MMPI-Mania scale, and also above 16 points on BDI. The original program by Lewinsohn et. al. (1982) was translated and revised to seven session program for college students and also reconstructed the related materials which were workbooks and activity tasks. Examining the effectiveness of the program to the college students, pre- and post- tests of BDI and MMPI-D were given. The results showed that there were significant reduction of post- test scores of BDI and MMPI-D. Therefore, the program was confirmed to be effective for the college students in unipolar depression. The main procedural problems implementing the program was how to make students in depression actively follow and motivate in the procedures of the program.

      • 박하세포의 현탁배양에 대한 Fungal Elicitor의 영향

        The effect of fungal effector on suspension culture of M. piperita cells was investigated using shake flasks. About two fold increase in oil production was observed in response to the treatment of fungal elicitor prepared from Rhodotorura rubra. Also, maximum accumulation of oil in M. piperita cells occurred at 48 hrs of incubation and 14 day-old peppermint cells were best in peppermint oil production.

        만성 정신분열병 환자에서 지연성 운동장애와 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 연관성

        연구목적: 정신과 전문병원에 입원해 있는 만성정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 첫째 지연성 운동장애의 유병율과 위험인자들을 조사하고, 둘째 지연성 운동장애와 정신분열병의 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 상관성을 조사하고자 한다. 방법: 연구대상자는 마산동서병원에 입원 중인 환자 중 DSM-IV의 정신분열별 진단기준에 부합하며, 최근 3개월 이상 동일 용량의 항정신병약물 복용한 271명(남자 174명, 여자 97명)의 환자들이었다. 지연성 운동장애에 대한 평가는 Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS)을 이용하였고, DSM-IV와 Sc-hooler와 Kane(1982)의 진단기준 양자에 부합하는 환자들만을 지연성 운동장애군으로 분류하였다, 정신 분열병 정신병리에 대한 평가는 Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)와 Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS)을 이용하였고, 인지기능에 대한 평가는 Mini-Mental Status Examination(MMSE)을 이용하였다. 결과: 지연성 운동장애의 유병율은 50.9%이었고, 50세 이상, 남자에서 높았다. 그러나 입원기간과 항정신병 약물의 일일 사용량에 따른 차이는 없었다. 지연성 운동장애의 호발부위는 혀, 상지, 입술과 입 주위의 순이었다. BPRS 총점 및 소항목 척도점수와 SDS 척도점수는 지연성 운동장애의 유무에 따른 차이가 없었다. MMSE 총점 및 소항목 점수도 지연성 운동장애의 유무에 따른 차이가 없었다. 결론: 평균입원기간이 9년 이상인 만성정신분열병 환자들에게서의 지연성 운동장애의 유병율은 50.5%이었고, 연령이 가장 의미있는 위험인자임을 확인했다. 만성정신분열병 환자들이 주 대상인 본 연구에서는 지연성 운동장애와 정신분열병의 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 상관성은 입증하지 못했다. Objectives: The purpose of present study was to determine the prevalence rate of tardive dyskinesia and to search for its risk factors in chronically institutionalized schizophrenic subjects. We also examined the relationship between tardive dyskinesia and both negative symptoms and cognitive impairments in the same subjects. Methods: Subjects were 271 in-patients(174 males, 97 females) at Masan Dongsuh Hospital. They met DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia and had been taking fixed doses of antipsychotics for at least 3 months. Tardive dyskinesia was assessed by Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS). Cases of tardive dyskinesia were ascertained by the criteria of Schooler and Kane (1982) and DSM-IV. The rating of psychopathology was acquired using Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS) and the assessment of cognitive function using Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE). Results: The prevalence of tardive dyskinesia is 50.9% and the frequency of tardive dyskinesia was high est in male above the age of fifty. But there was no statistically significant relationship between the frequency of tardive dyskinesia and both the length of hospitalization and the daily dose of antipsychotics. The frequency order of abnormal movement in the patients with tardive dyskinesia was as follows : tongue, upper extremities, lips and perioral area. We couldn't find any significant difference in the total and subscale scores of BPRS between the groups with and without tardive dyskinesia. There were no differences in MMSE scores between the groups with and without tardive dyskinesia. Conclusion: This study gave us that the prevalence of tardive dyskinesia was high in chronically institutionalized schizophrenic inpatients and that age was the most significant risk factor of tardive dyskinesia. The relationship between tardive dyskinesia and both negative symptoms and cognitive impairment, however, was not revealed.
