      • CD34+ 조혈 모세포 이식 2례

        Background: In most solid tumors, the CD34 antigen has not been detected, so positive selection of CD34+ cells may reduce tumor cell contamination and the CD34+ cells are capable of reconstituting hematopoiesis. We tried CD34+ cell transplantation in two patients. Method: CD34+ cells from chemotherapy + G-CSF mobilized PBPCs or bone marrow were positively selected with an avidin-biotin immunoadsorption column (CEPRATE SC system). Case 1. One course of chemotherapy using cyclophosphamide(200㎎/㎡) and etoposide (4.2g/㎡), combined with G-CSF(5㎍/㎏) S.C. was used in a relapsed lymphoma patient. This patient responded to the induction chemotherapy. CD34+ cells from harvested bone marrow were selected by the CellPro immunoadsorption column. The total number of mononuclear cells loaded onto the CellPro was 2.4×10^(8)/㎏, with 1.1% CD34+ cells. After column separation, the total number of positively selected cells was 5.16×10^(6)/㎏. The number of CFU-GM was 76.8×10⁴/㎏. This patient was treated with melphalan (140㎎/㎡) and TBI (1200cGy) and the positively selected CD34+ cells were infused. The time to neutrophil recovery greater than 0.5×10^(9)/L was 19 days and the time to platelet recovery greater than 50×10^(9)/L was 21 days. Case 2. Two courses of mobilizing chemotherapy were given 4 weeks apart using taxol(210㎎/m2) and adriamycin(60㎎/m2), combined with G-CSF(5㎍/㎏) S.C. in a breast cancer patients with 7 axillary node metastasis. CD34+ cells from each single leukapheresis product were selected by the CellPro immunoadsorption column. In the first collection, the total number of nucleated cells was 4.4×10^(8)/kg, with 0.42% CD34+ cells. In the second collection, the total number of nucleated cell was 2.8× 10^(8)/㎏ with 0.43% CD34+ cells. After colum separation, the total numbers of collected cells were 4.0×106/kg and 4.8×10^(6)/kg, the total number of CD34+ cells were 1.2×10^(6)/㎏ and 0.82×10^(6)/㎏. Colonogenic assays of positively selected CD34+ cells gave rise to myeloid erythroid, and multilineage colonies, with a median of 190 CFU-GM, 190 BFU-E, and 164 CFU-GEMM per 1×10³ adsorbed cells, respectively. High-dose chemotherapy with cumulative doses of 40mg/㎡ mitoxantrone, 750mg/㎡ thioptepa, and 1000mg/㎡ carboplatin was administered. Positively selected CD34+ cells were rapidly infused 24 hours after the end of high-dose chemotherapy. The time to neutrophil recovery greater than 0.5×10^(9)/L was 16 days and the time to platelet recovery greater than 50×10^(9)/L was 20 days.

        Lidocaine, Thrombin, Epinephrine 의 항균효과

        목적 : 기관지내시경 검사에서 흔히 사용되는 국소마취제인 lidocaine과 내시경시 지혈목적으로 사용되는 thrombin과 epinephrine이 각종 균주에 미치는 항균효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 균주는 가톨릭대학교 성모병원에서 2004년 3월부터 2004년 9월까지 임상검체 에서 동정된 S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa 각각 42, 42, 42, 43주를 대상으로 하였다. Lidocaine, thrombin, epinephrine 감수성 검사는 National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS, 2002)의 기준에 따랐다. 결과 : Lidocaine은 S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa에서 MIC_(50), MIC_(90) 모두 20,000 ㎍/mL 이었다. K. pneumoniae는 각각 10,000 ㎍/mL이었다. Thrombin은 S. aureus와 P. aeruginosa에서 MIC50 500 lU/mL 과 MIC_(90) 500 IU/mL 이상이었고, K. pneumoniae에서는 MIC_(50)과 MIC_(90)이 모두 500 lU/mL이상이었으나 S. pneumoniae에서는 MIC_(50)과 MIC_(90)은 125 IU/mL이었다. Epinephrine은 K. pneumoniae, S. pneumoniae에 대한 MIC_(50), MIC_(90)가 모두 >500 ㎍/mL이었고, S. aureus와 P. aeruginosa에 대한 MIC_(50), MIC_(90)가 모두 500 ㎍/mL이었다. 결론 : 기관지 내시경 검사에서 흔히 쓰이는 lidocaine, thrombin, epinephrine 등의 약제들이 호흡기 질환의 흔한 병원균인 S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa 균주들에 대해 항균 효과가 있을 수 있어 세균배양검사에 영향을 미칠 수 있겠다. Background : We performed this stody to find out about antimicrobial effect of lidocaine which is commonly used local anesthetic, and thrombin and epinephrine used for hemostasis during bronchoscopic procedures. Materials and Methods : The microorganisms that were cultured from specimens obtained during bronchoscopy were Staphylococcus aureus (n=42), Streptococcus pneumoniae (n=42), Klebsiella pneumoniae (n=42), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (n=43) collected from St. Mary's Hospital, from March to Sep 2004 were used for susceptibity testing. Susceptibility to lidocaine, thrombin, and epinephrine were tested according to the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards. Result : MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of lidocaine for S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa were all 20,000 ㎍/mL and that for K. pneumoniae were 10,000 ㎍/mL. MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of thrombin for both S. aureus and P. aeruginosa was 500 IU/mL and above 500 IU/mL, respectively; that for K. pneumoniae were all above 500 IU/mL and for S. pneumoniae they were 125 IU/mL, MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of epinephrine for K. pneumoniae and S. pneumoniae were above 500 ㎍/mL; that for S. aureus and P. aeruginosa were 500 ㎍/mL. Conclusion : We observed possible antimicrobial effect of lidocaine, thrombin, and epinephrine in vitro against pathogens such as S. aureus, S. pneumoniae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa, which are common respiratory microorganisms. The use of these agants could affect the result of bacterial culture.

        인천지역 TDI 노출 작업자에서 직업성천식 유병율

        목적 : TDI는 직업성천식을 일으키는 대표적인 물질로 알려져 있다. 과거 TDI에 노출된 작업자들의 천식 발생률을 5~6%가량 보고하였고, 국내에서도 2-20%에 이르는 유병율을 보고한바 있다. 작업환경이 많이 개선되고, 노출량이 감소된 최근에도 TDI에 의한 직업성천식에 대한 보고가 많이 이루어지고 있어, 이에 대한 적극적인 조사와 진단과정을 통해 유병율을 구하고 질병발생의 변화양상을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 인천지역에서 특수건강진단을 수행하는 2개 기관의 TDI 노출 근로자 400여명 중, 사업장의 규모가 50인 이상이며 사업주가 연구진행을 허락한 사업장에서 근무하는 근로자 중 직접적으로 TDI에 노출되는 작업에 종사하는 근로자 170명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 이들에 대해 설문지와 산업의학의사의 면담을 통한 작업관련성 평가를 근거로 정밀대상자를 선정하고 이들에 대해 메타콜린 유발시험, TDI 유발시험 등을 수행하여 직업성천식을 확인하였다. 결과 : 설문조사 결과 11명이 직업과 관련하여 천식증상을 보이는 것으로 나타났고(6.9%), 이중 7명에서 메타콜린 유발검사 양성소견을 보였다. TDI에 의한 특이유발시험 결과 1명에서 양성반응이 나타나, 이 집단에서 TDI에 의한 직업성천식의 유병율은 0.58%였다. 결론 : 과거 국내연구에서 TDI에 의한 직업성천식의 유병율이 2~20%에 이르렀던 데 비해, 본 연구에서는 0.58%로 나타났다. 이는 국외 논문에서도 나타나는 경향으로 작업장 노출량 감소로 점차 발생률이 감소하는 양상을 보이고 있다. 그러나 이미 증상이 나타난 근로자들이 부서를 옮기거나, 직장을 그만둠으로 인해 그 유병율이 과소평가되었을 가능성도 있다고 판단된다. Objecdives: This study was carried out to estimate the prevalence of isocyanate-induced occupational asthma in toluene diisocyanate (TDI) exposed workers. Methods: We examined 170 workers who had been directly exposed to TDI through a medical questionnaire, physical examination, and pulmonary function test. Based on screening examination, workers with suspected occupational asthma were selected for further evaluation such as methacholine and TDI challenge tests. Results: Eleven (6.9%) among 170 workers complained of symptoms of occupational asthma. and 7 among these 11 symptomatic workers showed positive responses to the methacholine challenge test (4.1 %). One spray painter was confirmed as having the TDI induced occupational asthma following a positive response to TDI challenge test. Conclusions: The prevalence of TDI-induced asthma was at 0.58% was lower than that for former studies (2-20%). Improved workplace environment, lower level of TDI exposure compared to the past, and the healthy workers effect may have contributed to this low rate of asthma prevalence in workers with TDI exposure.

      • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

      • 전기점화기관의 분사방식에서 메탄올의 첨가가 기관성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        석유 자원의 유한성으로 인한 탈석유화를 위한 방법으로 대체연료로서 각광을 받고 있는 메탄올을 시험연료로 사용 하였다. 메탄올 연료는 쳔연가스, 석탄 혹은 석유계 연료인 LPG, 나프타 등으로 부터 합성할수 있으므로 가격 및 수급면에서 석유를 대신할 수 있는 연료로 평가된다. 메탄올은 가솔린에 비해 고옥탄가 연료로 고압축비화가 가능하여 출력 및 열효율의 향상을 기할수 있고 기화잠열이 커서 흡입계에 냉각효과를 크게 하여 체적효율을 증가시키므로 같은 당량비에서 출력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 메탄올-가솔린 혼합연료를 흡기관내에 분사하기 위해 전자제어식 연료분사장치를 설계 제작하였다. 전자제어식 연료분사장치는 연료의 분사시기를 검출하는 검출부와 분사량을 조절하는 타이머회로 및 인젝터로 구성하였다. Lately, Methyl alcohol to be concerned has greatly stimulated as the alternative fuel for the gasoline enigine due to the shortage of energy source of petroleum. With the comparision of gasoline and methanol, the merits of properties of methanol fuel are the effect of decreasing the mixture temperature and increasing the volumetric efficiency of the mixture induced with the high latent heat of vaporization, the results of permitting the high compression ratio in engine are increased the energy efficiency, and brake horse power because of a high research octane rating compared to gasoline. The objective of this work is to design and to investigate the effect of using fuel injection system with electronic control circuit at fuel supply system. Therefore, the electronic controlled fuel injected system has consisted a circuit to detect injection timing and control injection quantity.

      • 古書의 傳統的 整理方法에 관한 問題와 對策

        The books of oriental classics are defined that the books which are written by the Korean, Japanese, Mongoria, and Manchu languages rather than classical chinese only. Because, the most general method for discrimination of books are used by written letters. The classification of four section(Kyeong, Sa, Ja, Jip.) was used to classify the oriental classics. When oriental classics develop by under the decimal point in decimal classification and grant to class number, additioning to various kinds of modern classification. The method of classification is convenient. When book titles are the heading in cataloging for oriental classics, catalog card form is like to hanging indention of Korea cataloging rules which is third edition. Author's nationality which are needed by the description in cataloging for oriental classics is written by parenthesis before author's name, printing such as print type or script, and form of printing are putted to first place of imprint. As the printing and form of printing are indispensable for each other, it is possible to discriminate the year assumption and the differences of other printing and form of printing within the reference of printing and form of printing. In order to the importance of description, the printing must be in the first place and the form of printing can be putted in the second place for the imprint between printing and form or printing. In the cataloging of oriental classics, the descriptive marks are used bythe standards of I.S.B.D.

      • 스파크 점화 방식의 정적 연소기에서 CH₄O 연료의 연소특성에 관한 연구

        최근 국내외에서 대체연료에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 특히 고출력, 저연비 및 저공해에 관한 관심이 집중되고 있다 본 연구는 희박연소기의 설계와 개발에 관심을 두고 기초 연소특성을 해석하기 위하여 실험장치로써 정적 연소기, 흡기 압축기, 직류 전동 제어기 및 화염 전파 속도를 측정하기 위한 이온프로브 회로를 제작하였다. 실험방법으로는 혼합기의 당량비, 연소기의 온도와 압력, 유동강도를 변화시키면서 연소기내의 압력과 화염전파 속도를 측정하고 연소특성을 해석하였다. 본 연구의 해석 결과로는 연소특성 중에서 배기 생성의 조성 및 화염전파의 속도는 혼합기 유동 연소실내의 압력과 연료공기의 당량비의 영향을 받게 됨을 확인 할 수 있었다. Recently, many researches are in progress to develop the substitute fuel which is satisfied to high power, low fuel consumption and low air pollution for alcohol fuel, also are insterested in the lean burn. Those regards are raised in domestic and foreign country. Experimental apparatus is constant volume combustor, air compressor direct-current motor controller for variable flow intensity, ion-probe for measurement of flame propagation velocity. Experimental method is belows ; fuel supply constant volume combustor with equivalence ratio of experimental conditions, air compressor supply combustor with pressurized gas of setting pressure and temperature, direct current motor controller varied with the speed of fan motor, trigger signal of computer with spark ignition, ion-probe signal and pressure variation was stored. As a result in this study, it is found that the combustion characteristics, especially emission were remarkably affected by mixture motion, pressure inside cylinder and equivalence ratio using methanol fuels.

        ATM 스위치의 쎌 손실율 추정을 위한 Hybrid 시뮬레이션 기법

        An ATM switch must deal with various kinds of input sources having different traffic characteristics and it must guarantee very small value of cell loss probability, about 10^-8~10^-12, to deal with loss-sensitive traffics. In order to estimate such a rare event probability with simulation procedure, a variance reduction technique is essential for obtaining an appropriate level of precision with reduced cost. In this paper, we propose a hybrid simulation technique to achieve reduction of variance of cell loss probability estimator, where hybrid means the combination of analytical method and simulation procedure. A discrete time queueing model with multiple input sources and a finite shared buffer is considered, where the arrival process at an input source is governed by an Interrupted Bernoulli Process and the service rate is constant. We deal with heterogeneous input sources as well as homogeneous case. The performance of the proposed hybrid simulation estimator is compared with those of the raw simulation estimator and the importance sampling estimator in terms of variance reduction ratios.

        Introduction ; By the priority of consumer economy of U. S. A. or light of the trend developed in the earliest 1980s - 1990s in our Country, it can be concluded that now the advertisement is to sell the media creating new consumption and new image as well as new idea of new item being developed. The modern concept of advertisement has been developed, advertising activities have been analyzed in detail in each field and it has been rapidly developed. We should start advertisement after establishing simple advertisement like presenting the enterprise concept of Company of contents of products to the firm advertisement policy. there should be no waste of media expense without program of objective, like I do because others do. The most appropriate advertising mean is to be executed in accordance with the followings like individual's situation, scale of store, large or small amount of capital, characteristics of products, survey on consumers, S. W. O. T. analysis, positioning strategy, customer's living standard and advertising time etc. The social and economic structure with importance attached to economic and social background of society together with the theory of visible advertising which can be seen by eyes require against the advertisement the scientific, logical and artistic nature and it si extremely sensitive to contemporaryism theory. As for the major economic structure, the production and consumption activity is individually specialized and is proceeded separately to independence with its own merit and demerit. The development of the epoch-making idea as well a firm information system and realization of new image are essential more than anything else. And communication like this can be, in a word, summarized as the word, advertisement. The advertisement played definite role in the change of production competition to marketing competition, expedited effective marketing of products of respective Company, and in consumer peoples' standpoint, it became source of life information. Thus it can be considered that this advertisement is important research sector, in communication field, of consumer's life information and activity of information disposition and accommodation. It is indispensable subject to analyze advertisement growing hugely like this, thus in this thesis I am going to manage the new effort for transferring advertisement to human consciousness based on phonomenon reflected in vision and perception, psychology and emotion of human, i.e. sense of vision and hearing.
