본 연구에서는 국산 전차, 장갑차, 자주포 등의 궤도차량에 대한 동적 모델링을 수행하고, 이에 대해 시스템 자체에 대한 사전 정보 없이 수시로 변화되는 환경에 대하여 스스로의 학습능력에 의해 적응할 수 있는 지능형 퍼지 제어기법을 적용하여 궤도차량의 동적 제어 특성을 해석하였다. 제어구조의 특징은 가우스 멤버쉽함수를 적용한 퍼지추론법과 역전파 알고리즘을 통한 다층구조의 신경망 제어구조로서 미지 외란 및 파라미터의 불확실성에 대한 매우 향상된 견실성이 유지됨을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다. This paper presents a new approach to the design of intelligent control system for track vehicle system using fuzzy logic based on neural network. The proposed control scheme uses a Gaussian function as a unit function in the neural network-fuzzy, and back propagation algorithm to train the fuzzy-neural network controller in the framework of the specialized learning architecture. It is proposed a learning controller consisting of two neural network-fuzzy based on independent reasoning and a connection net with fixed weights to simply the neural networks-fussy. The performance of the proposed controller is illustrated by simulation for trajectory tracking of track vehicle speed.

가치관경영에 관한 소고

This study started with the idea that the CEO’s values affect the corporate culture and the corporate culture affects the management performance. In this study, we first examined the transition process of the management paradigm in which value management emerged. Next, we looked at trends in research on values, organizational culture, and CEO values. Next, we looked at trends in research on the relationship between CEO values, organizational culture, and business performance. Next, we introduced value management, a management technique that leads to excellent management performance from excellent CEO values. Finally, it was derived how to practice value management. Since the 2000s, coexistence, the core of the economic paradigm, have triggered a change in the management paradigm, that is, from the focus of corporate profits to the creation of shared value. Value management is a management technique suitable for this management paradigm. This is because value management helps to maximize the business performance of a company by maximizing the capabilities of the employees, centering on the employees. Value management is to ensure that the principles and priorities that the CEO and employees must adhere to to create the desired company are consistently applied to their work and decision making. It can be said that the essence of value management is to form an excellent corporate culture to create outstanding management performance and fulfill corporate social responsibilities. Value management can be practiced by following the steps, assessment of values, establishment of values, systemization of values, and life of values. Since value management is important to practice, companies need to establish a mission or vision, and establish an operating system that gives feedback to employees through personnel management and organization management. Companies that do value management are said to have very high sales growth rates, employment growth rates, stock price growth rates, and profitability growth rates compared to those that do not. We hope that korean companies will practice value management, grow, and develop into a great company in the near future. 본 연구는 CEO의 가치관은 기업문화에 영향을 주고 기업문화는 경영성과에 영향을 준다는 아이디어에서 출발하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 가치관경영이 대두된 경영 패러다임의 변천 과정을 살펴보았다. 다음 가치관, 조직문화, 그리고 CEO 가치관에 관한 연구의 동향을 살펴보았다. 다음 CEO 가치관, 조직문화, 그리고 경영성과 사이의 관계에 관한 연구의 동향을 살펴보았다. 다음훌륭한 CEO 가치관으로부터 탁월한 경영성과에 이르게 하는 경영기법인 가치관경영을소개하였다. 마지막으로 가치관경영을 어떻게 하면 실천할 수 있는지를 도출하였다. 2000년대 이후 경제 패러다임의 핵심인 공존과 상생은 경영 패러다임의 변화, 즉 기업이익 중심에서 공유가치 창출로의 변화를 유발하였다. 이러한 경영 패러다임에 적합한 경영기법으로 가치관경영을 들 수 있다. 이는 가치관경영은 종업원을 중심으로, 종업원의역량을 극대화하여 기업의 경영성과를 최대화하는데 도움을 주기 때문이다. 가치관경영이란 CEO와 종업원이 원하는 회사를 만들기 위해 지켜야 할 원칙과 우선순위가 각자의 업무와 의사결정에 일관되게 적용되게끔 하는 것이다. 즉, 가치관경영의 본질은 훌륭한 기업문화를 형성하여 탁월한 경영성과를 창출하여 기업의 경영성과와 기업의 사회적 책임을 다할 수 있도록 하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 가치관경영은 가치관 현황진다, 가치관의 정립, 가치관의 시스템화, 그리고 가치관의생활화의 순서를 밟아 실천할 수 있다. 가치관경영은 실천이 중요하므로 기업은 미션이나비전을 세우고, 인사관리, 조직관리 등을 통해 종업원에게 피드백을 주는 운영시스템을확립할 필요가 있다. 가치관경영을 하는 기업은 그렇지 않은 기업에 비해 매출성장률, 고용성장률, 주가성장률, 그리고 수익성장률이 매우 높다고 한다. 아무쪼록 우리나라 기업은 중소기업ㆍ대기업관계없이 모두 가치관경영을 실천하여 훌륭한 기업에서 위대한 기업으로 성장ㆍ발전하기를 희망한다.

回轉굽힘을 받는 高周波硬化鋼의 疲勞壽命分布에 관한 尤度區間推定

機械構造用炭素鋼SM45C를 高周波硬化熱處理하여 여러가지 作用應力아래에서 回轉굽힘疲勞實驗을 實施하여 疲勞壽命分布를 尤度區間推定法에 의하여 推定하면 從來의 區間推定法은 尤度區間推定法과 比較하면 有意側으로 推定될 可能性이 있으며 最尤推定法은 尤度區間推定法의 特別한 경우로서 尤度區間推定法중에 包含 될 수가 있는 것으로 思料된다. 또한 區間推定法은 주로 少數 샘플데이타의 評價에 必要하지만 尤度區間推定法도 少數샘플데이타의 評價에도 그 효(?)果를 기대할 수가 있다. The purpose of this study is due to test of rotating bending fatigue under the various stress of machanical structural carbon steel(SM 45C)hardened induction heat treatment. To estimation results of likelihood interval estimation for fatigue life distribution, interval estimation in the past is able to be estimated side of significance to compare likelihood interval estimation method, maximum likelihood estimation method is considered to include likelihood interval estimation method. Also, Interval estimation method largly needs to evaluate small sample fatigue data, however, likelihood interval estimation method can be expected its effect of evaluation of small sample fatigue data.

열충격이 작용하는 취성구조의 확률적 신뢰성평가

어떤 확률분포함수를 갖는 균열의 크기를 구조의 단위 체적당 밀도가 랜덤하게 분포한 것으로 가정하여 열충격이 작용하는 취성구조의 신뢰성 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 크랙의 불안정한 조건은 일반적인 열응력하의 취성체로써 유도될 수 있으며 확률고장모델은 불확실한 크기의 크랙을 함유한 취성체에 대한 크랙 불안저위 확률을 구하였고 취성구조의 신뢰성은 어떤 미소체적의 크랙이 불안정하게 될 때 그 구조는 파괴되는 것으로 하여 취약 링크 가설 모델을 기초로 하여 평가하였다. 그리고 세라믹 평판구조에 열충격이 가해지는 수치 해석적 예제를 통하여 제시한 방법의 유용성과 신뢰도를 구하였다. An analysis method for the reliability of ceramic structures subjected to thermal shocks is presented. Flaws with the size of given probability distribution function are assumed to be distributed at random with a certain density per unit volume in the structures. Criterions for crack instability are derived for brittle solids under general thermal stresses. A probabilistic failure model is presented to study the probability of crack instability for brittle solids containing cracks with uncertain crack size. The reliabilities of brittle structures are evaluated based on the weakest-link hypothesis, which states that a structure fails when the cracks in any differential volume become unstable. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.

First Record of the Brackish Water Amphipod Jesogammarus (Jesogammarus) hinumensis (Amphipoda: Anisogammaridae) from Korea with DNA Barcode Analysis among Jesogammarus Species

Jesogammarus (Jesogammarus) hinumensis Morino, 1993 was discovered firstly from a brackish water region in Jeju Island, Korea. To identification of the specimens we conducted both of morphological and molecular analyses. This species is characterized by having large eyes and a robust seta on the mandibular palp article 1. The morphology of this Korean specimens was well matched with the original description without variation. The mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) sequences of the present specimens were also completely identical to the sequences of J. (J.) hinumensis collected from the type locality of the species. Thus, we concluded that the Jesogammarus species from Jeju Island is J. (J.) hinumensis, based on both morphological and molecular data.

팔로워십이 혁신행위에 미치는 영향 : LMX의 조절효과 중심으로

혁신행위에 대한 선행연구에서 팔로워십이 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 간과되어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 팔로워십이 혁신행위에 미치는 영향을 밝히고 리더와 팔로워의 교환관계(LMX)의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 국내 대기업, 중소기업, 공기업에 근무하는 종업원 246명을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 팔로워십은 혁신행위에 34.9%의 설명력으로 혁신행위에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 리더와 팔로워의 교환관계(LMX)는 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 추가적으로 팔로워십의 특성을 구분하여 조절효과 검증을 실시하였다. 리더와 팔로워의 교환관계(LMX)는 독립·비판적인 사고가 혁신행위에 미치는 영향을 부정적으로 조절하였고 능동적인 참여가 혁신행위에 미치는 영향은 긍정적으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 의의와 실무적 의의를 제시하였다.

도시가스 정압기용 압력조정기 다이어프램의 사용기간에 따른 경년특성에 관한 실험적 연구

본 연구에서는 도시가스 정압기용 압력조정기 다이어프램의 사용기간에 따른 경년변화 특성을 조사하고자사용기간별(신품, 5년, 10년, 15년, 20년, 25년 및 30년) 설치된 다이어프램을 대상으로 시험편을 제작하였고, 각시험편에 대해 표면, 두께, 인장강도 및 연신율이 어떻게 변화하였는지 시험을 수행하였다. 표면 및 두께변화를전자주사현미경을 이용하여 확인한 결과, 사용기간에 따라 약간의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 25년이 경과한 시험편은 신품 최고인장강도의 약 60%에 미치지 못하는 것으로 연신율은 사용기간에 따라 증가하는 것으로나타났다. 이 연구결과는 향후 도시가스 정압기용 압력조정기 다이어프램의 교체주기를 정하는데 기초자료로활용할 수 있으리라 기대된다.
