      • 幼兒의 衣服構成을 위한 體型分析 : 4∼6歲 幼兒를 中心으로

        This study aimed to offer the basic data for the scientific clothing construction of preschool children. I measured 210 preschool children of Seoul area from age four to six by the indirect measuring measuring method using 'SILHOUETTER'. From the result of this measuremnet I made a list of 171 preschool children's data containing 54 items of measurement, 6 items of calculation, and 15 items of physical index for the statistical analysis. And, the principal factor analysis method was used for defining correlation of each items, common factors, and specific unique factor. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1.Mean value, standard deviation, minimumvalue, maximum value, standard deviation, minimum value, maximum value, value range, and the result of F-test and T-test of 61 measured and calculated items are represented on (table 2, 3, 4). 2.Generally, stature and other height items and weight show significant growth as their age advances. 3.The comparison of somatotypes of boys and girls was performed according to Mollison's method of relative deviation. The result of this comparison shows that boys have longer stature, heavier weight, and longer bust width, while girls havehigher waist line and crotch height. Therefore, we can say that the longer proportion of the lower part of body and the ticket hip and thight characterizes girl's somatotype. 4.I analyzed the change of body proportion by age. The ratio of seven height items and one lengthitem to the value of stature become higher as the children's age advances. Espe Especially waist, abdomen, hip, and crotch height became hihher. These facts suggest the significant growth of the lower part of preschool children's body. 5.The result of this study shows that the average sizes have increased continuously in the time series change. And the degree of growth of stature is larger then the decrees of growth of waist and weight. 6.I analyzed the mutural correlations, and the correlation coefficients of 42 items were shown in (table 9, 10) 7.I have extracted 11 major factors which were either common factors or specific unique factor through the principal factor analysis, and observed the factorial structure of 42 items items for clothing construction. 8.According to the result of analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the body, 17 measurement items were significantly different among the different body types. i.Turning over somatotype: Front waist depth, front abdominal depth, sternalis angle, and understeralis angle were larger than other somatotypes. Therefore, the upper part of body is turned over toward the backward. ii.Bending somatotype: Back abdominal depth, back hip depth were larger, but sternalis angle, under sternalis angle, were smaller than other somatotypes. 1'herefore, the upper part of the body is bended forward. iii.Turning over bending somatotype: Width items, depth items, girth items were smaller, but sternalis angle, under sternalis angle, shoulderblade angle, vertebralis angle werelarger than standard somatotype. Therefore the region of intrascapularis is turned over toward backward and the region of suprascapularis is bended forward.

      • 홍국균의 최적배양조건에 관한 연구

        Cell growth and pigment productivity of Monascus anka KCCM 11832 and Monascus sp. has isolated from the Korean Maeju(soybean koji) were determined for effect of culture medium composition and incubation conditions. Increase of NH₄NO₃, and KH₂PO₄ concentration as mineral source promoted mycelium growth, and the highest cell growth was showed in the medium with 0.05% KH₂PO₄ when C/N ratio is 20:1, but pigment production was significantly inhibited at higher concentration than this level. Cell growth and pigment production in porato dextrose medium were higher than those in czapeck-dox broth and malt extract medium. In terms of temperature, the highest cell growth was showed at 34℃, but pigment productivity was the highest at 26℃.

        SummaryDistributions of actinomycetes, bacteria, and fungi were examined in citrus house and field soils sampled from volcanic ash soil area. pH, electrical conductivity, and exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg content in citrus house soil were higher than them in citrus field soil, however, total nitrogen content in citrus house soil is lower than that in citrus field soil.Number of total microorganisms in citrus house soil was about 3.1×105, which was 10 times lower than that in citrus field soil, and also that was remarkably lower than similar group of volcanic ash soil in cultivating and upland soil. Number of actinomycetes and bacteria in citrus house soil were similar to citrus field soil, however, that of fungi in citrus house soil was lower than that in citrus field soil.Electical conductivity and Bray No. 1 P in citrus field soil and pH and exchangeable Mg content in citrus house soil were positively correlated with distribution of actinomycetes in soils and Bray No. 1 P in citrus field soil and exchangeable Mg content in citrus house soil were negatively correlated with distribution of fungi in soils Keywords : volcanic ash citrus orchard soil, soil chemical property, actinomycetes, bacteria, fungi in soils

      • 진네트정(세푸록심 250 mg)에 대한 베아세프정의 생물학적 동등성

        ABSTRACT-The bioequivalence of “Bearcef tablet”(Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co.), containing 250 mg cefuroxime (as cefuroxime axetil), in reference to“Zinnat tablet”(Glaxo Wellcome Korea Co.) was evaluated in 16 normal volunteers (age 21∼29 yrs) following the oral administration. After one tablet was administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of the drug in plasma was quantitated with an HPLC method. AUC, C_max and T_max were calculated and statistically analyzed for the bioequivalence of the two products. The results showed that the differences in AUC, C_max and T_max between two products were 6.92%, 3.49% and 5.26%, respectively. The powers for AUC, C_max and T_max were >90%, >90% and 89.0%, respectively. Confidence intervals for these parameters were all within ±20%. Judging based on the above results, “Bearcef tablet”is regarded to be bioequivalent to “Zinnat tablet”.

        7β-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazolyl-2-acetamido) cephalosporanic acid was synthesized by condensation of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid(7-ACA) with(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl) acetyl chloride. This compound was tested for antimicrobial activity in vitro against Bacillus licheniformis ATCC 14580, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Escherichia coli ESS, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Staphylococcus aureuss FDA-209p and Salmonella typhimurium SL 1102. This compound revealed excellent antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Staphlococcus aureus FDA 209p. This compound have no antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130 and Salmonella typhimurium SL 1102.

        수종보익제가 면역세포의 조절 및 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향

        The effects of several tonifying prescriptions on the apoptosis of transplanted L1210 cells and the regulation of immune cells in L1210-transplanted mice were studied. Sa-Mul-Tang(SMT), Sa-Kunja-Tang(SKT), Sipjeon-Daebo-Tang(SDT) accelerated the apoptosis of transplanted L1210 cells, and SMT and SKT reduced the mitochondrial transmembrane potential of transplanted L1210 cells. SMT promoted the proliferation of thymocytes and splenocytes in L1210-transplanted mice. Whereas SMT increased CD8+ T_c/T_S cell, Bojung-Ikki-Tang(BIT) decreased CD4+ T_H cell population in the thymocytes of L1210-transplanted mice. SMT and SKT increased the lucigenin chemiluminescence from peritoneal macrophage of L1210-transplanted mice. These results indicate that SMT and SKT have an inductive action of apoptosis of transplanted L1210 cells and peritoneal macrophage activation.

      • 의약품중 잔류유기용매 시험법 확립에 관한 연구

        Headspace-GC(딘5-GC)를 이용하여 ICH 잔류웅매 가이드라인 class 1, 2에 속하는 28종의 잔류유기웅매 분석방법을 연군한 결과 SPB-5, BB-WAX column을 동시 이용하여 각각을 확인, 정량할 수 있었다.또한 염의 참가효과, 평형시간,평형온도가 headspace분석에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과 평형 시간 30분,평형온도 85℃,Na₂SO₄Ig을 첨가하여 시험할 때 최적 부넉조건을 나타내었다. 회수율은 1,1-achloroethene(68.3%)를 제외하고 90.9 ~ 114.5%로 패체적으로 양호하였다. 따로 HS-GCJECD, DB-524 column을 이용하여 9종의 잔류유기용매에 대하여 각각의 검랸선을 작성하고 검출한계를 구하였다. 실제 의약품 원료 10종및 제제 5종에 적용시킨 결과 모두 불검출되었으며 본 시험법은 의약품중의 잔류유기용매 분석에 적용할 수 있는 방법이라고 판단된다. The headspace-fC/FID(HS -GC/FID) method was performed for test method developnlent of residu;31 organic solvents in pfrarmaceuticals. Using SPB-S and BB-WAXcolumn, 28 kinds of solvents iri ICH residual sof)·ents guidetine class 1, 2 couBd be individuallt-identified and quantitated. The foIBowing residoal soIYents were not detected by the headspaceinjection condition : N,N-Cmethylacetamide, N,N-dimeth)rlformamide, ethyfeneglycol, formamide,2-methoryethanot, N-rnethylpyrrolidone, suBforane. The effects of the addition of salts,equilibration time, and equilibration temperature on headspace analt·sis were invesugated. Theoptimum conditions weiFe obtained with addtion of Ifa2s04 19 as a salt, simultaneously. thetime and temperature of equitibration were 30min and 8i'f, respectivety. The recovery havefound between 90.9 and 114.5% except 1,1-dichloroethene(fi8.3%). Using DB-624 column &HS-GC/:ECD method, 9 kinds of residual solvents could be individually identified andfuantitated. This HS-GC method can be applied to test the residua3 organic solvent in thepharmaceuticals.

      • 親和性 크로마토그라피에 의한 大豆β-amylase의 精製 및 特性

        Soybean β-amyase 〔β-1.4-glucan maltohydrolase EC 3.2.1.2 〕has been purified from defatted soybean meal by fractional precipitation with ammonium sulfate, ion ezchange chromatography on CM-Toyopearl 650M,affinity chromatography on γ-CD-sepharose column,and some physicochemical properties of the enzyme were investigated. The purified enzyme showed 50.5 folds of purification , 1,136unit/mg protein of specific activity and 36% of yield,respectively,compared to the curde extract. The enzyme showed a single band on Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and its molecular was estimated to be 58,000 daltons by SDS-PAGE. The prified enzyme was identified as homegenous by HPLC analysis and maltose activity assay. The optimum pH and temperature was 5.6and 55℃ ,respentively. The enzyme was stable below 60℃,but was very labile over 65℃ The enzyme was most stable at pH 5.0~6.0, and was more stable in the acidic region than in neutral region. From the Hanes-Woolf plot,the Km value for soluble starch was calculates as 0.05% and Vmax value was 1.3×10²μmol maltose. min??.mg??

      • 폐분체 도료의 재활용 방안에 관한 연구

        With the progress of industry, the much more demand of paint around us grows rapidly. However, the whole quantity of raw materials used to make powder coatings is presently imported to fill the domestic needs. Moreover, it is well known that the waste powder coatings from the domestic industries are mostly incinerated. The method of destructing the waste powder coatings by fire causes VOC to be generated, and this results in some serious environmental problems such as air pollution and so on. Therefore, the effective and proper measure must be devised to reuse the waste powder coatings for the purpose of eliminating waste of resources and avoiding the outflow of foreign currency. This study aims to make the plan to recycle the waste powder coatings, and its conclusion is drawn as follows: First, it can be seen that the waste powder coatings with a weak electrostatic power restore gradually to the original state of electrostatic power through the process of fusion and retreatment. Second, it can be estimated that those coatings, with the use of the cyclon, can be removed by dividing a powder of particles less than 10㎛. Third, it can be ascertained that the possibility of reusing the waste powder coatings is proved when it is divided into particles by cyclon and a revolving screen after the process of fusion, rolling, crushing and pulverization.

        We experienced a 25 year-old male patient with typhoid fever complicated with massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary complication in typhoid fever is very rare and to our knowledge, there has been no report of hemoptysis as a main cause of death with this disease. We herein report a rare case of typhoid fever.
