        This study chooses indoor golf practice range users for certain group in Pusan-kwangyokshi by 2004 and extracted sample for purose wish to supply basic data to do that establish price strategy by consumer type that purpose visits indoor golf practice range and embodies successful business strategy of indoor golf practice range. First, bodily sensation satisfaction which ask about findings expense about general price satisfaction point by 72.86 this result that satisfaction average of respondents learn some to "commonness" side in "Is satisfied." be. Second, indoor golf practice range a car price satisfaction findings "Because position proofreading is easy" by purpose by thing which satisfaction about customer"s price that High point appeared and comes next "Because leader"s service is good" most is the highest appear. Third, analysis about price satisfaction by use form was the highest by 82.75 member day and price satisfaction which feel mid and long term members while dropped a little. This result can become obstacle that is serious in stable management of indoor golf practice range. Fourth, users who go out once for 5.6 months in price satisfaction findings by field use frequency appeared highest, and satisfaction of people who go out once on 1 week than him dropped a little. Fifth, satisfaction of users who price satisfaction analysis by consideration point that is main at indoor golf practice range choice chooses indoor golf practice range to the leader lesson center was the highest and user"s satisfaction who choose indoor golf practice range laying stress on geographical condition appeared lowest.

          The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Achievement Goal Orientation Exercise Career of Bowlers.<BR>  To achieve the purpose of the study. 297 bowling athletes were selected as subjects. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire that was used by seong(1995).<BR>  The statistics selected in this study were descriptive statistics. one-way ANOVA, and ANCOVA.<BR>  As a result of the analyses of collected data, the following conclusions were obtained :<BR>  Firstly, there was a significant difference in achievement goal orientation of bowlers by socio-demographic variables.<BR>  Secondly, exercise career of bowlers influence on achievement goal orientation.

        중고선박 매매계약의 선택기준에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 중고선박 매매계약 체결 시 사용되는 계약사의 주요 선택기준에 대한 요인을 분석하여 상황별 합리적인 계약의 선정에 도움을 주고자 분석한 것이다. 선박 매매 양식의 여러 선정요인 가운데 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인을 파악하기 위해서 선박매매를 담당하는 전문가와 선사의 담당자와 인터뷰를 통하여 세부요인을 추출한 다음 AHP분석을 실시하였다. AHP분석을 위해서 3가지 요인을 Level 1로 하였으며, 각 상위계층에 5가지의 하위 세부요인을 Level 2로 구성하여 전무가 집단의 설문조사를 통해 종합 중요도 순위를 분석하였고, 두 개의 계약양식의 선정기준으로 요인을 비교분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 계약 양식의 선정요인에서 계약의 유지능력, 인도장소와 시점, 내용의 완결성 등이 가장 중요한 요소이며, 둘째, 계약양식의 선정과정에서 양자 요인을 비교한 결과, 지정권자의 지위와 인도장소와 시점의 경우 양자의 선호도의 큰 차이는 없었다. 그러나 내용의 완결성, Payment & Deposit, 최신 거래의 흐름 반영, 지역적 요인 등의 나머지 요인은 NIPPON1999의 28.5%에 비해 NSF가 약 70% 이상의 높은 선호도를 보였다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 인식하여 선박매매 당사자가 상황에 맞게 계약서를 작성하고 두 계약양식의 차이점을 명확히 인지하고 보다 합리적인 조항을 선택함으로써 분쟁을 예방하는 것이 중요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of the main selection criteria of the contract form used to conclude the sales contracts of used ships and to assist parties in selecting the most suitable contract form for trading situations. The methods of the study are based on identifying the factors from the questionnaires using analytic hierarchy process analysis, following the selection of typical details through interviews with the S&P Broker Group and finding the solutions that match each detail. The analysis shows that ship traders prefer the Norwegian Sales Form (NSF) to NIPPONSALE for various reasons. Considering the sellers’ situations, NFS is the more reasonable option for major countries, except Japan. NIPPONSALE is relatively more focused on the advantages of the buyer’s conditions, including for Japan. It is important to select the appropriate clauses from these types of contract, according to the trading conditions, including the main and additional terms, in order to create a mutual agreement between the shipper and the consignee that leads to more cooperation and balances the purposes of both parties in adjusting the time for securing and disposing of the vessels.

        공공스포츠센터 관계마케팅 요인이 고객신뢰 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 공공스포츠센터 관계마케팅 요인이 고객신뢰 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대고객 관계마케팅 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공 하는데 의미를 두고 있다. 연구 조사대상은 C시, M시, J시에 소재하는 공공스포츠센터 이용고객 중 21세∼51세 이상의 성인을 모집단으로 설정하여 유층집략무선표집법(systematic stratified cluster random sampling)으로 총 240명을 표집 하였다. 이들 설문지 중 일괄적인 응답을 하거나 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단된 27명의 설문지를 제외하고 총 213부를 유효표본으로 선정하여 통계처리 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Windows V12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도분석(Reliability Analysis), 요인분석(Factor Analysis), 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), 상관분석(Correlation Analysis), t-test, 일원변량분석(One-Way ANOVA), 회귀분석(Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 자료 분석 결과를 토대로 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째. 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 관계마케팅 요인은 유인성, 장기고객지향성에서 직업과 운동종목에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째. 관계마케팅 요인은 고객신뢰에 대하여 유인성, 장기고객지향성, 응답성 등 모든 요인이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 관계마케팅 요인은 재구매 의도에 대하여 유인성, 응답성요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 장기고객지향성에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째. 고객신뢰는 재구매 의도에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, I examined the effect of country public sport centers relation marketing implement factors on the customer trust and repurchase intention, and then on the ground of the result, I mean to provide the managers and the administrators of country public sport centers with the basic materials for relationship marketing strategy to the customer. The subject of investigation is the adults at the age of 19 to 51 who is using the country public sport centers located in C city, M city, and J city, Province as of December, 2007. I put these people as population and collected totally 240 people using systematic stratified cluster random sampling. I collected statistics taking 213 available sample with the exception of 27``s which proved to have collective answers or be in the lack of trust. I carried out Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Frequency Analysis, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and Regression Analysis, making use of SPSS Windows V12.0 program. I came to the following conclusion as the result of collecting statistics in accordance with this kind of study methods and the purpose of analysis of materials. First, Relationship marketing factors on the basis of population statistics makes meaningful differences to jobs and items of sports in Seduction, Aim at long-term customer. Second, all of the factors like Seduction, Aim at long-term customer, Response of relationship marketing factors have statistically meaningful effects on the customer trust. Third, Seduction and Response in relationship marketing factors have statistically meaningful effects on repurchase intention, but not aim at long-term customer. Fourth, customer trust makes statistically meaningful effects on repurchase intention.

        공공스포츠조직 관리자의 변혁적 리더십과 조직몰입의 관계에 있어서 임파워먼트, 팔로워십, 집단효능감의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of Mediating effect of empowerment, followership, and collective efficacy on relationship between public sport organization administrator`s transformational leadership and organizational commitment. According to previous studies a structural model was proposed using 7 hypothesized paths. The data were collected from two public sport organizations using convenience sampling method, and 188 data were analyzed for this study. Before confirming the hypothesis, CFA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of structural equation model were as follows: First, transformational leadership had positive effects on empowerment, followership, and collective efficacy. Second, empowerment, followership, and collective efficacy had positive effects on organizational commitment. Third, transformational leadership had not a direct effect on organizational commitment.

        Linear과 Non-Linear 주기화 근력트레이닝에 따른 카바디 선수의 신체구성, 최대근력 및 근파워의 차이 비교

        이 연구는 Linear(선형)과 Non-linear(비선형)로 주기화된 근력트레이닝이 카바디 선수의 신체구성, 최대근력 및 근파워에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 근력과 근파워가 주 체력요인인 운동선수에게 있어 효과적인 주기화 근력트레이닝 방법을 제시하고 카바디 선수의 경기력 향상을 도모하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 D대학교에서 합숙훈련중인 카바디 국대대표 상비군선수 14명을 선정하였으며 이들을 임의로 선형 주기화(Linear Periodization, LP; 7명) 집단과 비선형 주기화(Non-Linear Periodization, NLP; 7명) 집단으로 구분하였다. 두 집단은 15주 동안 주 3회의 근력트레이닝을 실시하였으며 추가되는 운동량에 의해 수행력이 개선되는 영향을 최소화하기 위해 두 집단의 근력트레이닝 총 운동량을 동일하게 구성하였다. 두 집단의 유일한 차이점은 운동강도와 운동량이 5주(LP 집단)또는 일(NLP 집단)단위로 변화한다는 점이다. 15주간의 근력트레이닝을 실시하기전과 후에 신체구성, 벤치프레스 1RM, 스쿼트 1RM, 스쿼트점프, 반동점프, 메디신볼 던지기를 측정하였으며 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measured ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 분석결과 집단간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았지만 LP 집단은 벤치프레스 1RM, 스쿼트 1RM, 메디신볼 던지기, 스쿼트점프 도약고, 반동점프 도약고에서 NLP 집단보다 높은 증가율을 보였다. 결론적으로 LP 근력트레이닝 방법은 근력과 근파워가 주 체력요인이며 하나의 시합목표를 가지고 최대단계에 집중하는 종목에 보다 적합한 주기화 근력트레이닝방법이라고 생각되며 지속적으로 고강도 훈련을 하는 운동선수에게 있어 장기적인 트레이닝 적응과 발달을 위해서는 무엇보다 주기화 트레이닝 방법에서 총 운동량의 조절과 함께 회복에 대한 적극적인 고려가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was determine the effects of Linear periodized strength training compared with Non-linear periodized strength training on body composition, maximal strength, muscular power and suggests that which periodized strength training is more effective for the athletes based on training for maximal muscular strength and muscular power. Fourteen the international Kabaddi players who stay in D university`s camp for training were chosen and they were divided into two groups (Linear Periodization, LP:7, Non-Periodization, NP:7). Both groups are performed strength training 3 times a week for 15 weeks and total work volume was matched. Only difference between both groups is exercise-intensity and altered 5week (LP group) or a day unit (NLP group). The changes of body composition, maximal strength (1RM bench press, 1RM squat), and muscular power (squat jump, countermovement jump) were measured before and after 15weeks periodized strength training and the results were as follows. Data showed that LP group is higher increase rate than NP group in bench press and squat 1RM, medicine ball throw, squat jump and countermovement jump height but pre and post training between LP group and NP group, there was no significance. From these results Linear strength training method is more effective periodization strength training method to improve maximal muscular strength and muscular power than Non-linear strength training method in Kabaddi players and suggested that it is proper periodization strength training for sport type which is needed maximal concentration phase. It is also suggested that total exercise volume and recovery are actively concerned for players who perform continuously high intensity training for long-term training adaptation and development.

        This study aims to Waterfront Development the present condition and its strategy of tourism merchandise in Japan In order to obtain objective material, the Waterfront Development the present condition and descriptive analysis as its primary method of analysis. In order to draw an inductive reasoning to understand the present situation, the study chose the method of case study as the secondary method of analysis through the field survey in the advanced countries of tourism. 1. It is necessary to establish a sustainable and organized policy and system through "periodic public hearings" in which local governments and universities cooperate. 2. An index for sustainable Waterfront Development should be developed by research institutions such as universities. 3. In order to construct a competitive theme park or the waterfront, which would require considerable time, technology and financial resources, the central government or local governments should seek foreign investment or make policies for tax cut down. 4. The direction for developing Waterfront Development tourism should be divided into tourism product development and tourism attraction development. 5. In order to actively confront the environmental change and establish an efficient marine tourism information system, a new program consisting of 3Cs of commerce, contents, and community should be developed. 6. Waterfront Development should take root in the social system and be standardized. 7. A gradual and systematic policy should be made by the local government in order to develop marine-leisure sports into lucrative regional business.

        Any nation of the world has its own culture of physical activity in form of fighting that has been uniquely developed andsucceeded. Physical activity in form of fighting is the oldest type of sport. Wall paintings which illustrated fighting and wrestling figures are found in the remains of ancient Egyptian, Niespotamian, Indian and Chinese cultures. Such activity lost its original nature gradually over time, was transformed into a game as contending for victory. It becomes a seasonal practice now(Lee Jae Flak, 1998:5-11). Since the start of the modern times, Sirumhas been formalized, systematized and developed into a game as relevant new rules have been created and prevailed. Similar types of Sirum have been practiced and developed by different nations of the world in different ways. Sumo is the national sport of Japan and is greatly supported by the nation. Topped among Japanese professional sports, Sumo is exciting the island nation as a whole and very much loved by Japanese people( Kim Ok Hee et al., 1998:1-4). Started together with Korean professional Sirum almost simultaneously, Korean professional baseball, soccer and basketball games have been firmly established in this nation and are now globally advanced with good performance in A-class international matches. In contrast, Korean professional Sirum is still far behind other professional sports in regard to game operation and active engagement by spectators. Now it is necessary to make best efforts of setting foundations for the activation and promotion of this nation's professional Sirum through a better preparation of game rules for attracting more spectators, establishment of systems for reasonable management and operation and a Letter education and training of professional Sirum players and instructors, under the motto of the right succession and restoration ofsuch traditional cultural asset(Oh Beom Tae, 1999: 11-23).
