Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently attracted significant attention due to its involvement in phenomena like deep fakes, AI-generated artwork, and other prominent projects and collaborations. It is being used across various domains such as security and deep learning, necessitating high-performance hardware specifications centered around graphics processing units. The research methodology employed in this paper can be outlined as follows: the pursuit of optimal parameter values by manipulating the coefficients and constants within the function employed by the convolutional neural network, and fine-tuning the parameter values themselves. The outcome of this endeavor, involving the optimization of coefficients, constants, and parameter values in the convolutional neural network's functions, yields significant insights. For the original sigmoid formula, optimal parameter values are identified: a coefficient of 9 for the first "x," a coefficient of 7 for the second "x," and a constant term of 0.0001. Shifting attention to the modified Sigmoid function, the pursuit of optimal conditions for high accuracy and fast calculation time leads to the determination of specific values. Notably, the coefficient of the first "x" ("β") within the function is established as 30, while the coefficient of the second "x" ("δ") is set at 70. Additionally, the square value of 5 is identified as optimal, further underscoring the importance of achieving a balance between accuracy and computational efficiency.

Nowadays, juvenile's sexual-related delinquency is increasing and their immature sexual behavior is on issue with this recent phenomenon. That is the reason people realize offering right sex education for them is important. So, we are going to study for trying to make an improvement in sex education field based on the fact that is practicing now at school. We will reference "소중한 성 바로알기" in this study which is published in 2008 for schoolteacher to compensate some limitations of former education material. This study was done from June 15 to July 20, 2009(Total : 36days) and aimed for surveying senior year students of middle school located in Seoul, S. Korea. We sampled 248 students by random from 8 classes of 4 schools. We analyzed final 209 samples(the other 39 samples were omitted for inappropriate response and return.) using SPSS WIN 12.0. The questionnaire includes 4 parts of relationship and psychosexual, physical growth and sexual health, social environment and sexual equality, and healthy family with marriage and it consists of 31 questions. We made this questionnaire base on the reference as we stated above. From this study we found the part of healthy family with marriage has not enough contents compared with the other 3 parts. And also we could see students don't feel satisfaction with one-off, one-sided sex education, and the education which is performed with only one single method. Therefore we make a judgement that middle school students have their needs toward sex education at school and those are considered as regular education by well-trained education provider, and various means for education such as case study, discussion, or role play. As well we think sex education for middle school students need to offer more about sexual equality and also alert the increasing possibilities of sexual commit in cyber space to adolescent.

BCI 기반 무인기 조종사 집중도 유지 지상 통제 프레임워크

BCI(Brain Computer Interfaces)와 BCI 기반의 스마트 인터랙션 시스템은 최근 신호처리기술의 발달로 많은 관심을 얻고 있다. BCI 기반 스마트 인터랙션의 적용이 필요한 분야 중 하나로 무인기의 지상 통제 시스템이 대두되고 있는데, 이는 무인기가 인명 피해를 최소화하고 작전 수행 범위를 확대시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있음에도 불구하고 기존 유인기 대비 높은 사고율을 보인다는 단점이 있기 때문이다. 높은 사고율의 주원인으로는 지상 통제 시스템과 전장의 분리로 인한 조종사의 잦은 비집중 상태의 발생이 지적되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 무인기 조종사의 비집중 상태를 감지하고 집중 상태 유지를 돕는 지상 통제 프레임워크를 제안하고, 이를 기반으로 구현한 지상 통제 시스템 인터페이스의 프로토타입을 소개한다. 제안하는 프레임워크를 통해 무인기 조종사의 집중도를 효과적으로 유지할 수 있을 것이며, 결과적으로 무인기의 사고율을 낮추는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) and BCI based smart interaction systems have been gaining popularity rapidly with the advances of the signal processing technologies, and ground control system of unmanned Aerial vehicles (UAVs) is one of the areas that require the application of BCI based smart interactions. Although UAVs have several positive effects such as de-crease in the loss of human life and expansion of operational range, the accident rate for UAVs is much higher compared to that of conventional air vehicles. One significant cause of the high accident rate is attributed to the decrease in UAV operators` attention while maneuvering UAVs. To address this problem, we propose a ground control framework for predicting UAV op-erators` loss of attention and maintaining it at appropriate levels, and based on this framework, a prototype of interfaces in the framework has been implemented. The proposed framework is expected to contribute to lowering the accident rate of the UAVs by maintaining the attention of the operators effectively.

UAV을 위한 집중 유지 지원 프레임워크의 효과 검증 연구

무인항공기(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)는 조종사가 실제 비행 환경에서 물리적으로 떨어져있다는 점 때문에 유인항공기에 비해 집중을 유지하는 데 어려움이 있으며 이는 높은 사고율로 이어진다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 무인항공기를 운용하는 조종사의 집중도 유지를 보조해 줄 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구는 조종사의 EEG 신호를 기반으로 집중 여부를 판별하는 지지기반벡터 모델을 학습하여 비집중 상태를 실시간으로 파악하고 경고를 통해 이를 해소하는 집중 유지 지원 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 해당 프레임워크의 효과를 검증하기 위한 대조 실험 결과, 프레임워크로 집중 상태 유지를 도왔을 때의 비행이 그렇지 않을 때에 비해 통계적으로 더 안정적인 것으로 나타났다. 차후 집중도 판별 모델과 프레임워크의 개선 등을 통해 프레임워크를 더 좋은 성능으로 발전시킬 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. Due to the physical separation between cockpit and vehicle, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) pilots have difficulty in maintaining attention state during maneuvering, which lead to high accident rate of UAVs. To handle this problem, system to assist UAV pilot to retain attention state is required. This research present framework that detect pilot"s inattention state using EEG signal based on Support Vector Machine(SVM) model and restore to attention state using alert system. In controlled experiment to validate framework"s effectiveness, flights using presented framework to retain attention state were statistically superior to those with no alert framework. By enhancing inattention detect model and framework"s alert system, presented framework can show better performance in the future.

법무부 사회통합프로그램 강사의 아프카니스탄 특별기여자 교육 경험에 관한 연구

(Purpose) The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of teaching special contributors in Afghanistan and derive meaning for lecturers who are teaching Korean, Korean culture, and Korean society understanding in the Ministry of Justice's Korea Immigration and Integration Program (KIIP). (Research methods) The subject of this study was a case analysis after an in-depth interview with six lecturers with more than three years of experience as a Korea Immigration and Integration program (KIIP) lecturer and more than two semesters of educational experience for special contributors in Afghanistan. (Findings) First, the special contributors in Afghanistan seemed to have deep ties with each other during the migration process to Korea and were passive in exchanges with migrants other than their own citizens. Second, Afghanistan special contributors were receiving policy benefits such as government welfare, employment, and education. The Korea Immigration and Integration Program (KIIP) was recognized as necessary to extend visas. Third, Afghanistan special contributors were participating in Korean language education that was different from their Korean language proficiency level. Fourth, Afghanistan special contributors are participating in intermediate-level classes due to the re-acceptance regulations of the Korea Immigration and Integration Program (KIIP), but there were cases where they were actually at the basic level of Korean. Fifth, Afghanistan special contributors sometimes behaved rudely toward teachers or other learners in Korea Immigration and Integration Program (KIIP) classrooms. (Conclusion and recommendations) The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, it is necessary to re-establish the relationship for Afghanistan special contributors to exchange with community members. Second, it will be necessary to adjust the standards or regulations for completion of the Korea Immigration and Integration Program (KIIP) for special contributors to Afghanistan. Third, it is necessary to provide customized educational information and curriculum for each characteristic of learners for special contributors to Afghanistan. Fourth, a kind but principled standard of policy benefit for special contributors will be needed. Fifth, it is necessary to strengthen etiquette in the public domain for special contributors in Afghanistan and the public nature of education and culture in Korean society. The suggestions of this study are as follows. First, Korean culture or life field experience learning for special contributors in Afghanistan will be added to motivate them to settle down. Second, there will be a need for volunteer programs that can participate in various volunteer activities in the community. Third, for the stable settlement of the special contributor system, the overall support system and social integration curriculum necessary for life in Korea need to be reorganized.
