      • RSA 다중 키를 이용한 Ajax 웹 서비스 암호화 방법

        RIA(Rich Internet Application)기술이 발전하면서 웹 애플리케이션들은 데스크톱 환경을 넘나드는 서비스를 할 수 있게 되었으나 데이터 통신은 악의적인 공격에 노출되기 쉽다. 따라서 RIA중 하나인 Ajax(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)기술은 Javascript 보안과 XML의 암호화가 필수적이다. 이에 관련 본 연구는 Ajax기술에서 RSA 키를 다중 생성하여 테이블 구조에 저장한 후 웹 애플리케이션에서 요구할 때마다 다른 키를 제공하는 방법을 사용함으로 XML 데이터의 암호화를 향상시키고, 웹 애플리케이션 안에서 RSA 키를 필요할 때 마다 생성하여 사용하는 방법보다 서비스의 부하를 현저히 줄일 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다.

        A differential capacitance deviation-to-rime converter for interfacing position sensor is presented. It consists of triaxial position sensor, six comparators, six current mirrors, and control logic. The prototype differential capacitance deviation-to-time interval converter has been simulated using Chartered 0.35-㎛ CMOS parameters. The simulation results show that the maximum conversion time of the converter is 350 ㎲ and the linearity error is less than ±0.0015%..

        A differential capacitance deviation-to-time converter for interfacing position sensor is presented. It consists of triaxial position sensors, six comparators, six current mirrors, a control logic, a 12-bit counter, and a 16-bit latch. The proposed differential capacitance deviation-to-time interval converter has been simulated using Magna Chip 0.35-㎛ CMOS parameters. The simulation results show that the linearity error is less than ±0.0015 % and the conversion sensitivity amounting to 100.556 ㎲/pF when the capacitance deviation range of the sensor was from 0 pF to 1 pF. Maximum conversion time of the converter is about 350 ㎲ when capacitance deviation of the sensor was 1 pF.

        한국인 크론병의 Infliximab 유지치료 시 Infliximab 단독 투여와 Infliximab과 Azathioprine 병합 투여 비교

        Background/Aims: The benefits and risks of concomitant immunomodulators with infliximab maintenance therapy in patients with luminal Crohn`s disease (CD) have not been adequately evaluated. We studied the influence of immunomodulator discontinuation in patients in remission with infliximab therapy through a restrospective case- control study. Methods: Medical records of 37 patients with luminal CD who received infliximab at four medical centers were retrospectively analyzed. We compared clinical and follow-up data of patients who were treated with infliximab alone with that of patients with combination therapy. Results: Among 37 patients, 31 (83.7%) were treated with infliximab plus azathioprine and six (16.2%) were treated with infliximab alone. Of the 31 patients receiving combination maintenance therapy, 26 (83.9%) were in complete remission after 12 months, as compared with five of six patients (83.3%) receiving infliximab alone. No significant difference was observed in remission rate between two groups (P=0.735). In total, 16.1% of patients in combination therapy and 16.7% in infliximab alone group reported side effects (P=1.000), but serious adverse events such as reactivation of tuberculosis were noted in only one patient in combination therapy group. Conclusions: Concomitant immunomodulators did not improve efficacy in patients with luminal CD who received scheduled infliximab maintenance. (Intest Res 2011;9:189-195)

        An Improved Triangular/Square-Wave VCO Using OTAs

        An improved triangular/square-wave VCO using OTAs is presented. It consists of two OTAs, a timing capacitor, and a resistor. A prototype circuit built with commercially available components exhibits less than 0.01% nonlinearity in its current-to-frequency transfer characteristic from 0.2 to 14 kHz and 450 ppm/°C temperature coefficient of frequency over -20°C to 40°C.

        국내 FILL DAM에 대한 BREACH 모형의 적용성 검토

        This study examined how the two models such as DAMBRK and BREACH that can calculate the breach outflow depending on time steps affect the simulation result. Furthermore, as a result of the examination, a resonable methodology was suggested to build up the emergency action plan (EAP). The DAMBRK and the BREACH models were used to calculate the breach outflow from the Mantaro dam, and the outflow hydrograph estimated by BREACH model was similar to the measured one. Dam crest wide was an important factor for peak flow time. In cases of An-dong dam and upper and lower Mu-ju pumped-storage dam,when the dam crest wide was not considered, the peak flow occurred early, and discharge decreased, so that flooded area decreased. To obtain the breach outflow hydrograph similar to BREACH model simulate, the DAMBRK model could be corrected by adjusting parameters; however, it still includes many uncertainties. Therefore, for fill dam, in order to estimate the hydrograph under the situation of the dam break, the BREACH model is more resonable. Using the hydrograph simulated by BREACH model as input for flood routing could give a higher accuracy than only using DAMBRK model. 본 연구에서는 댐 붕괴 상황 시 시간변화에 따른 유출해석이 가능한 DAMBRK와 BREACH모형의 물리적 해석 방법 차이가 모의 결과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 검토하였다. 또한 이를 통해 보다 합리적인 비상대처계획 수립 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 실측된 유출수문곡선이 존재하는 Mantaro댐에 두 모형을 적용하였다. 적용결과 BREACH모형이 실측값과 유사하게 모의를 하였고, 댐 마루폭의 고려여부가 첨두유출발생 시간에 지배적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 안동댐, 무주양수 상·하부댐에 대한 모의 결과에서도 댐 마루폭을 고려하지 않은 경우의 첨두유출 발생은 댐 마루폭을 고려하였을때 보다 이른 시간에 발생하였고 첨두유출량은 감소하였으며, 감소된 첨두유출량으로 인해서 홍수범람구역 면적이 작게 산정되었다. DAMBRK모형의 매개변수를 임의로 조정하는 경우 BREACH모형의 모의결과와 유사한 유출수문곡선의 산정이 가능함을확인하였다. 하지만 매개변수를 가정하는 과정에 여전히 불확실성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 fill dam의 경우에는 붕괴유출수문곡선 산정 시 BREACH 모형을 이용하고, 이를 DAMBRK 모형에 적용하여 하도추적을 하는 방법으로 댐 붕괴 모의를 하는것이 보다 높은 신뢰성을 확보하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        Interface IC design for heart beat measurement sensor is proposed and executed by using current control schmitt trigger. The function of interface IC is to measure the heart beat using PPG from sensor. This circuit is composed of analog circuit that converts current signal of sensor to voltage and digital circuit that converts it to digital value. Applying OTA to schmitt trigger and oscillator, operation speed is faster and linear error is smaller than the conventional one. Besides, follow features such as low power consumption, simple configuration and high resolution, are realized by IC design.

        준안정적 헬륨원자의 23S1→33P2→263S1 연속단계에서 AC Stark 효과

        We report experimental results from nonlinear optical effects in laser induced-excitation of Rydberg states via the interaction of an atomic helium beam with a laser field. First, the 23S1 metastable state of the helium atoms is produced with a reverse polarity discharging DC voltage source. A blue laser, λ= 389 nm, drives the 23S1→ 33P2 transition while a resonant laser with a wavelength λ= 796 nm couples the 33P2 →263S1 transition. Scanning the electric fields causing the Stark effect for helium Rydberg atoms, we observed that the AC Stark effect for the spectra depended on the intensities and the detunings from resonance. The measured dependence of the line strengths on the pump laser detuning was in excellent agreement with theory. 준안정적 상태의 헬륨원자 빔과 레이저의 상호작용을 이용한 원자의리드버그 상태로의 전이과정에서 비선형 광학적 효과를 실험적으로연구하였다. 먼저 역방향으로 흐르는 dc 방전을 이용하여 헬륨원자를준안정적 상태 23S1$에 준비시킨다. 파장 λ=389 nm의레이저를 23S1→33P2→263S1 전이에 결합시키고,파장 λ=796 nm의 레이저를 33P2→263S1의 리드버그 상태로의 공명주파수에맞추었다. Stark 변이를 일으키는 평판의 전기장을 스캔하면서 스펙트럼신호를 측정하여, 레이저의 세기와 디튜닝 (detuning)에 의한 AC Stark 효과를 관측하였다. 측정된 라인의 세기가 펌프 레이저 디튜닝에 따라달라지는 현상은 이론과 잘 일치하였다.

        장소환경이 걷기 운동시 생리·심리적 반응요인 및 면역요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to identify the effectiveness of walking program in the different environmental settings by analysing physiological psychology parameters. In an experiment with physically active males (21) who have been participating regularly in activity with moderate intensity the subjects was randomly divided into 3 groups. and Each group performed walking activity (in the urban forest and beach) for 3 days and then the changes in physiological psychology parameters were analysed (two-way ANOVA with repeated measure). The results are as follow. First the findings on the change of physiological parameters reveal significant differences in systolic blood pressure (SBP) among 3 groups (p<.05) in diastolic blood pressure (DBP) for 3 days (p<.01) and in resting heart rate (RHR) between the effectiveness of interventions (p<.05) Second the findings on the change of psychology and immune parameters reveal significant differences in cortisol among 3 groups (p<.01) in serotonin among 3 groups (p<.01) as well as for 3 days (p<.05) and in natural killer cell (NK cell) for 3 days (p<.01). For physiological recovery and relaxation and the possible additional benefits in emotions and psychology the natural outdoor components of the environment must be considered. Thus future investigation should try to study the independent and causal association with physical activity settings.
