단채널효과를 극복할 수 있는 Epitaxial 층을 사용한 새로운 T자 형태의 Grooved Gate MOSFET 소자구조에 관한 연구

New grooved gate MOSFET with T-shaped gate(T-grooved gate) derived from conventional grooved gate MOSFET is developed to perform the stable operation in low voltage. To suppress the short channel effects(SCE), epitaxial layer is grown on bulk Si substrate in T-grooved gate MOSFET. Therefore inversion layer between channel under gate and S/D region is easily induced by gate voltage and it is used just as shallow junction. In T-grooved gate MOS, short channel effects such as leakage currents, DIBL and threshold voltage roll-off are substantially reduced and betterimprovements in breakdown voltage are achieved than conventional grooved gate MOSFET Therefore, proposed T-grooved gate NMOS & PMOS can be operated under 15[V] with 0 25㎛ channel length. Also, DC & transient operation is simulated on T-grooved gate CMOS inverter with mixed-mode simulation and its results are good.

This research was designed to unde rstand characteristics of organizations providing financial counseling se rvices in the U.S. universities and to identify some implications to constitute e ffe ctive strategies and practices in university financial counseling services in Korea In the U. S. , there a re four universities which provide financial counseling services , and they were selected as res earch su 이 ects for this study. The data were collected using telephone, in-person, faxed , and e-mail interviews with program managers or counselors of the organ ization. Common missions given by organizations for providing financial counseling services were to empower people to take charge of their financial lives , and to help clients get out of or avoid financial problems , however, each organization has its own organizational goal. Top twe areas. for which they thought their clients normally needed counseling assistance, were ’budgeting and money management’, and ’use of credit and debt reduction’ For fin a ncial counseling, one-on-one, group , telephone. and on-line counseling were currently used , however, all of the respondents conside red one- on-one counseling method to be the most effective Most of the organizations used written directions for counse ling procedure, written forms. financial ratios , evaluation forms. and step- by-step counseling technique for counseling. The mos t frequently indicated attribution of their programs’ success was counselor-related factor , and the most frequently reported challenge for th eir programs' success in the future was funding. From the research findings , several implications wer e suggested to set up financi a l couns eling services for consumers in Korea univer s ities.

통합교육에 대한 초등학교 일반교사의 태도 분석

This Study achieved the following conclusion in search of the attitudes of the regular primary school teachers(112 persons) in pusan by regression of analysis by way of the theory of the three ingredients parting with levels, components, and factor of attitudes. First, the attitude of the educational integration toward the primary regular teachers can be improved by the workshop centered that of special education and educational integration or the workshop of the exercise centered and practice of the action. Second, largely the regular primary school teachers have the intermediate attitude about the educational integration, the career of special education workshop affect on the attitude of the behaviour and recognition, and the experience of contact effects on the emotional sttitude. Third, the attitude about recognition of affirmative effect of educational integration, emotional attitude, and the necessity of educational integration will be able to improve according to the workshop of a substantal and special education.

垂直型 IGBT의 動作原理 및 電流-電壓 特性에 關한 硏究

In this paper, operation-mechanism of vertical IGBT(Insulating Gate Bipolar Transistor) is analyzed and then model of the forward conduction characteristics for IGBT is presented using the MOSFET/BJT equivalent circuit. Also, we divide forward voltage region into 3-section. Using the suggested model, The Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics of IGBT have a good agreement with that of PISCES as a numerical simulator.

지방행정기관에서의 소비자상담

본 연구는 지방행정기관에서의 소비자상담 현황을 살펴보고자 하였다. 전국의 광역 · 기초 등 지방행정기관 273개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 구한 자료 253부를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자상담부서의 업무실태를 분석한 결과 대부분의 행정기관에서 담당하고 있는 소비자보호업무는 소비자상담과 물가안정지도가 주된 업무인 것으로 나타났다. 소비자정보제공 및 소비자교육을 실시하는 기관은 적은 것으로 조사되었으며, 소비자상담의 경우 대부분 전화상담과 방문·아동상담에 의존하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비자상담은 매년 급증하고 있으며, 기존에 취급하였던 전화상담과 방문, 아동상담을 대부분 이용하고 있으며, 앞으로는 전신, 전자통신(이-메일, 인터넷서비스), 수신자 부담 전화서비스 등으로도 소비자상담이 증가할 것이다. 셋째, 소비자행정부서의 조직을 분석해 보면 담당 부서의 명칭과 소비자상담 담당부서는 대부분 지역경제과로 되어 있었으며, 소비자행정예산은 매우 미미하게 편성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate how consumer counseling services work in local consumer administration in Korea. It was intended to provide understanding on the working circumstances, organization and budgets of consumer administrative branch, and characteristics of the person in charge of consumer service. For this purpose, this study collected extensive opinions from consumer administrative officials in 253 local govemment offices throughout the country, using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical methods of frequency distribution and percentage in accordance with the SAS PC program. Major results are as follows. First, it was found that most consumer administrative organizations provided telephone counseling for consumers. Hence, there is a need to extend to use various counseling channels such as telegraph, electronic comunication(e-mail, internet service), and collect call for consumers. Second, current local consumer's administrative organizations performed consumer's administrative work as a part of assisting administration under supplier-oriented regularizing administrative organization. To make the organizations activated, it is necessary to operate regularizing and supporting administrative ones separately. Third, it is desirable to increase budget for protecting consumers with the help of government and to improve the budget system of local government administration. The present budget is so smal for advaming consumers' work wi& the consumer administrative organizations because most of the budget is provided to consumer organizations. Therefore, it is strongly suggested to study the improvement for increasing the involved budget through consumer education, consumer-information offering, and consumer counselhg.

IGBT(Insulating Gate Bipolar Transistor)의 2차원 수치해석에 관한 연구

In this paper, IGBT which is used for high-power device is simulated and analyzed by two-dimensional. Potential distribution, concentration distribution and current-flow before latch-up in IGBT are compared those of it after latch-up. As a result, effect of latch-up on power-device are fully investigated.

큰 용량성 부하를 구동하기 위한 새로운 TFT/LCD 구동 드라이버용 OP-AMP에 관한 연구

In this paper, the op-amp with new structure is proposed and designed to drive large capacitive loads of TFT LCD panel. The proposed op-amp is composed of rail-to-rail structure for full swing from VDD to GND. To reduce static current of op-amp, gate voltage difference of _(p)MOs and _(n)MOs in output buffer is more enlarged using self-biasing circuit. The proposed op-amp can be used as a buffer of TFT LCD Source driver to drive large TFT LCD panels. It is simulated bar HSPICE with 0.35 ㎛ CMOS standard process.

0.8㎛ CMOS 공정을 이용한 초고주파 CMOS VCO에 관한 연구

In this paper, a VCO(Vo1tage Contralled Oscillator) that has GHz level oscillation freqency has been designed and integrated using a 08㎛ CMOS technology. Without extra capacitor process. we have designed a VCO which oscillates at very high frequency using parasitic capacitances, comparator and inveters. By the SPICE simulation, the oscillation frequency of 148GHz is acquired when Vc=0.5[V], and the oscillation frequencies are vaned with the value of control1 voltages. Finally, experimental results of 20 samples have good agreement with the simulation results.

재무위기 가계의 판별요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to clarify personal money management profile variables and socioeconomic variables which could discriminate households which experience financial crisis severely, slightly, and randomly. For this purpose, the modified PMMP by Churaman(1989) was used to estimate household's personal money management profile. Household income, asset, husband's job, wife's employment, housing status, education, family size, and age were used as socioeconomic variables. Major results using ANOVA, chi-square analysis, and discriminant analysis showed that 'Family Disagreement' was the most important variable to discriminate households in severe financial crisis, and economic variables such as 'Adequacy of Financial Resources', household asset, income, and other variables were also important in the order named. Some discussions and implications were made on the applications of the results to help households in severe financial crisis.
