전자 카탈로그를 이용한 인터넷 정보의 접근은 일반화되고 있지만 수많은 정보의양과 다양성 때문에 고객이 원하는 효율적인 상품 검색을 방해하는 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 수시로 변경되는 상품 카탈로그를 처음 접근하는 고객이 원하는 상품 정보를 찾아내기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이러한 문제점들의 가장 근복적인 이유는 전문적인 상품 카탈로그가 다양한 속성들로 되어 있기 때문에 각 고객의 관심분야와 검색 습관은 같은 고객의 요구사항을 기존의 웹 브라우저만을 이용하여 만족시키지 못한데 기인된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 사례 기반 학습 개념을 이용하여 각 고객의 관심 분야를 반영하고 고객 편의의 정보검색을 도와주는 지능형 판매 지원 시스템(Intelligence Sales support Agent System, ISAS)을 설계하였다. Although the access of internet information is generalized using electronic catalog, because of the number of amount and variety of information, the customers can't effectively search the merchandise that they need. Also it is difficult searching the merchandise information that the customer need, if they access merchandise catalog first. The reason of this problem is that the existing web browser is not satisfied the customer's requirement like their interests and search habits, because professional merchandise catalogs consist of variable attributes. In this paper, we designed Intelligence Sales support Agent System that reflects the customer's interests and assists the effective information search using case-based reasoning, to solve this problem.
불확실성 문제에서 Dempster - Shafer THEORY에 의한 추론메카니즘

최근에 전문가 시스템에서 불확실을 처리하는 연구가 점차 증가하고 있다. 불확실하거나 불완전한 문제에서는 효율적인 의사결정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 Dempster' rule를 사용해서 주어진 medical evidence를 결합하여 새로운 Belief function으로써 합리적인 추론기법을 제시한다. 그리고 전단학적 고혈압 진단시스템(D-HYDIS)에서 기존의 Baysian 이론보다 효율적임이 성능평가에서 입증된다.

Purpose: To assess the possible negative health effects of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) on fertility and early embryonic development following intracavernous injections in rats. Materials and Methods: A total of 88 Crl:CD(SD) male and female rats were equally divided into 4 groups in a random manner: control group (normal saline), low-dose group (2×105 hBMSCs), moderate-dose group (1×106 hBMSCs), and high-dose group (2×106 hBMSCs). hBMSCs or normal saline was injected into the penis of the rats 3 times at 2-week-intervals prior to mating. We compared each group with respect to parameters of reproduction and histopathology. Results: For male rats, various degrees of flushing and swelling were observed at the penile injection site in all the groups, although the severity increased in a dose-dependent manner in the hBMSC injection groups. There were no statistically significant differences in mean body weights and food consumption among all the groups of both sexes. There were no statistically significant differences in reproductive parameters among all the groups of both sexes. The absolute and relative organ weights did not significantly differ among the groups. At the time of necropsy, no remarkable findings were observed in gross examinations in all groups. On histopathological analysis, minimal mononuclear cell infiltration was observed in the right epididymis of each rat in the moderate- and high-dose groups. Conclusions: The non-toxic amount of hBMSCs for male fertility and early embryogenesis in rats under the test conditions was determined to be 2×106 cells/head.

This paper investigates the charge trapping mechanismand electrical performance of CdSe nanocrystals,such as nanoparticles and nanowires in organicfloating gate memory devices. Despite of samechemical component, each nanocrystals show differentelectrical performances with distinct trappingmechanism. CdSe nanoparticles trap holes in thememory device; on the contrary, nanowires trapelectrons. This phenomenon is mainly due to thedifference of energy band structures between nanoparticlesand nanowires, measured by the ultravioletphotoelectron spectroscopy. Also, we investigatedthe memory performance with C-V characteristics,charging and discharging phenomena, and retentiontime. The nanoparticle based hole trapping memorydevice has large memory window while the nanowire based electron trapping memory shows a narrow memory window. Inspite of narrow memory window, the nanowire based memory device shows better retention performance of about 55% of thecharge even after 104 sec of charging. The contrasting performance of nanoparticle and nanowire is attributed to the difference intheir energy band and the morphology of thin layer in the device.
