무용기획 레퍼토리 성공사례 분석과 대중화 방안

This study was based on the planned performance showing the activation of successful planned dance repertory at home, which intended to provide the method for the public general of dance performance repertory through dance planning by analyzing the successful cases of planned repertory and investigating the problem and its limitation. This study attempted to make a comparative analysis of the method to popularize planned dance repertory. For this purpose, it conducted the literature review through data collection using the responses planned by the planning company, printed interview, all sorts of newspapers, periodicals, previous studies and the Internet. And as part of an analysis on the successful case of the planned repertory, it attempted to analyze two dance works such as Masurca Fogo of the Pina Bausch Dance Company and Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake. As a result, the factors conducive to the success of the repertory through dance planning included the enhancement of choreographer's reputation, the dance works easily interpretable and intelligible to the public general, innovative changes in choreography, effective PR and marketing strategies, financial support and the like. This study attempted to present the following direction for popularizing dance through dance planning: 1. It is necessary to secure finance in economic terms and engage in specialized marketing. 2. As can be seen from two dance works such as Masurca Fogo of the Pina Bausch Dance Company and Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake, it is necessary to create the dance repertory easily understandable and accessible to the public at large. 3. It is necessary to train and educate specialized planners and develop the measures to train and educate new star-class choreographers. 4. The specialized stage for diverse performing arts is needed to put newly planned dance works on the stage. 이 연구는 현재 우리나라에서 성공적인 무용기획 레퍼토리의 활성화를 보이고 있는 기획공연을 중심으로 이들 무용기획 레퍼토리의 성공사례를 심층적으로 분석하고 연구해 봄으로써 전문기획을 통한 무용공연의 대중화 방안을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 현재 메이저급으로 분류되는 무용공연기획의 실태와 성공사례를 중심으로 비교분석을 하였으며, 기획공연을 주관한 기획사의 대담과 지면인터뷰를 통한 사례연구, 각종 신문, 정기 간행물, 선행연구 및 인터넷과 같은 자료 수집을 통한 문헌연구 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 대표적인 기획 레퍼토리의 성공 사례 분석으로 피나 바우쉬 무용단의 마주르카 포고, 매튜 본의 백조의 호수 두 작품을 선정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 무용기획을 통한 레퍼토리의 성공요인은 안무자의 인지도를 높이고 쉽게 해석하고 이해할 수 있는 작품제작방식의 툴과 안무의 총체적인 변화 그리고 효과적인 홍보, 마케팅 전략, 및 재정적 지원 등에 있었다. 이러한 성공요인 분석과 사례를 통하여 전문기획을 통한 무용대중화의 방향성을 제시해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째. 경제적인 측면에서 재정의 확보와 전문화된 마케팅전략이 필요하다. 둘째. 피나 바우쉬의 마주르카 포고, 매튜 본의 백조의 호수, 두 작품을 보면 알 수 있듯이 대중들이 쉽게 인식하고 가깝게 할 수 있는 무용 레퍼토리들의 축적이 이루어져야만 한다. 셋째. 전문적인 기획자의 양성시스템과 활용 그리고 새로운 스타급의 안무자의 육성책이 필요하다. 넷째. 새로운 기획의 작품을 올릴 수 있는 다양한 무용공연 전문무대가 필요하다.

한국과 일본의 전통무용에 나타나는 남성무용수의 여성이미지 비교(탈춤과 가부키를 중심으로)

This study aims to look into male dancers’ feminine images in Korean and Japanese traditional dances. To attain the goal of the study, the researchers made a comparative study on talchum and kabuki, respectively Korean and Japanese traditional dances. In the first place, the researchers analyzed Korean and Japanese patterns of directing with a view to looking into their separate feminine images in their respective traditional dances. In the second place, the researchers analyzed their directing methods on the basis of the analyzed patterns of directing. And the researchers in turn analyzed directing methods by dividing them into stage, makeup and costume, and music. As a result, the findings of the research were as follows: First, Korean and Japanese male dancers’ feminine patterns of directing were categorized into court dance, ritual dance, artistic dance and folk dance in both of them. Second, as a consequence of Korean and Japanese male dancers’ feminine patterns of directing being divided into stage, makeup and costume, and music, the Korean male dancers were free and informal in their characterization with no stereotyped stages, with comical makeups, and with no special costumes creating feminine images, while on the contrary the Japanese male dancers were expressing their feminine images better with stereotyped stages, with diverse facial expressions and makeups, with costumes creating feminineness nicely, and with formal and regular patterns of music and dances. 이 연구는 한국과 일본의 전통무용 속에서 볼 수 있는 남성무용수에 대한 여성이미지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국과 일본의 전통무용인 탈춤과 가부키(歌舞伎)를 중심으로 비교 연구하였다. 우선, 한국과 일본의 전통무용에서 나타나는 여성이미지를 알아보기 위해 연출 유형을 분석하였고 다음으로, 분석된 연출 유형을 토대로 연출 방법을 분석하였다. 연출 방법은 무대, 분장 및 의상, 음악으로 나누어 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 한․일 남성무용수에 의한 여성적 연출 유형은 한․일 모두 궁중무용, 종교의식무용, 예능무용, 민속무용으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한․일 남성무용수에 의한 여성적 연출 방법은 무대, 분장 및 의상, 음악 및 무용형태로 나누어 본 결과 한국은 정형화된 무대가 없고 우스꽝스러운 분장과 여성적 이미지를 연출하기 위한 특별한 의상 없이 자유롭고 비형식적인 특징을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 반면 일본은 정형화된 무대와 다양한 표정의 분장, 여성스러움을 잘 표현할 수 있는 의상이 있으며 형식적이고 고정적인 음악과 무용형태를 지니고 있는 것으로 나타나 남성무용수에 의해 여성이미지를 표현하고 있다.

KOGA 기획과 활용연구

In late 2010, the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Administration proposed a national monitoring project involving the deployment of 8 realtime ocean data buoys. The area occupied by the buoy-array, located south of the Ieodo Ocean Research Station, can be regarded as a kind of gateway to Korean waters with respect to warm currents and the shipping industry. The acronym for the project, KOGA (Korea Ocean Gate Array) was derived from this aspect. To ensure the success of the project, international cooperation with the neighboring countries of China and Japan is highly desirable. Once KOGA is successfully launched and the moored buoys start to produce data, the data will be applied to various areas such as data assimilation for operational oceanography, circulation dynamics, biogeochemical studies,satellite observations, and air-sea interactions. The aim of this paper is to provide suggestions for KOGA planning and applications.

의료관광 기업 종사자의 감정노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of Job stress on the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout of in medical tourism corporations. Data were collected from medical tourism corporations such as hospitals and clinics which were located in Seoul. A total of 355 surveys were distributed and 303 were analyzed. In order for the test, Spss 12.0 program was used for verifying research model. To summarize the results of the study; first, emotional labor was revealed to have a positive(+) effect on Job stress and job burnout. Second, Job stress has a positive effect(+) on job burnout of employees. Third, Job stress was mediated in the relationship between the emotional labor and job burnout. The results of the study will suggest a specific guideline for establishing human resource management policies in medical tourism corporations and specialized medical tourism agency. Therefore, It will be helpful for medical tourism corporations to develop a future management framework for the medical tourism industry. Also, through the results of this study, several measures to prevent job stress and burnout could be proposed for the medical tourism workers. Finally, some of research limitations and future directions were presented.
