태변흡입증후군 생존 환아에서 발생하는 하기도질환의 양상 및 위험 인자

Purpose: Meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) occurs when aspiration of meconium itself or meconium-stained amniotic fluid enters into the airways. The relationship between MAS and how they affect the respiratory outcome after recovery from MAS remains unknown. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of lower respiratory tract illness (LRTI) in those surviving MAS survivors and to find out whether any clinical findings or treatment determine the type of LRTI. Methods: We used the Catholic Medical Center’s clinical data warehouse to review data from 4 university hospitals. We first included 1,331 newborns born between March 2016 and February 2021 with diagnostic codes including labor and delivery complicated by fetal stress (distress), intrauterine hypoxia, and neonatal aspiration syndromes. We finally included 239 patients who visited the out-patient clinic with diagnosis of pneumonia, acute bronchitis, acute bronchiolitis, and asthma, according to the Korean Standard Classification of Diseases. Results: We observed a significantly higher number and fraction of eosinophils at birth in the bronchitis group. We also found significantly lower levels of white blood cells in the asthma group. After a regression analysis, we found that mechanical ventilation and steroid usage for treatment for of MAS was significantly related to bronchitis, and that antibiotics treatment acted as a protective factor for bronchiolitis. Conclusion: Laboratory findings and treatment at birth in infants with MAS appear to have impact on determining LRTI in those who survived MAS. .

1949~1962년 중국조선족의 북한 이주와 민족정체성

중국으로 이주하던 조선인이 반대 방향 즉 한반도로 역류하게 된 변곡점은 일제의 패망이었다. 조선인의 한반도 귀환 고조는 광복 후 약 2년 간이었는데, 그간 재중 조선인 총수의 3분의 1에 해당하는 70여만 명의 조선인이 귀환했다. 한국전쟁 발발 전부터 1960년대 초까지 조선족의 귀환은 여러 차례에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 전쟁 발발 전야에 수만 명이 귀국하였고 전쟁 기간에는 또 지원의 명목으로 수만 명의 인구이동이 있었다. 휴전 후 북한 정부가 경제재건에서 부닥친 가장 큰 문제는 노동력 부족이었다. 중국 정부는 북한의 경제재건을 돕기 위하여 조선족의 북한 이주를 조직했다. 중국 정부가 이주를 조직하자 한반도 민족 정체성을 가지고 있던 6만여 명의 조선족이 북한으로 이주하였고 북한 국적에 가입했다. 중국 조선족의 대규모 불법 입북은 1961년과 1962년에 최고조를 이루었는데 2년도 안 된 기간에 “脫중국” 조선족이 근 10만 명에 달했다. 조선족의 북한 유출에서, 중국 정부는 언제나 북한의 의견을 수용하고 북한의 입장을 배려했다. 물론 한반도 조국 관념이 일상적 유동의 사상적, 감정적 기초를 구성했으며, 조선족들이 대규모로 북한으로 귀환하는 기반이 되었음은 자명하다. 북한으로의 유동과 민족 정체성은 밀접한 연관이 있으며, 계속 중국에 남았거나 입북하였다가 돌아온 사람들로 말하면 광복 후 1960년대 초반까지의 유동 과정은 한반도 민족 정체성이 점차 해체되고 중국 조선족의 정체성을 정립시켜가는 과정이기도 했다. 流向中国的朝鲜人, 向反方向即向朝鲜回流的拐点为日本的敗降。朝鲜人的回流高潮发生在光复以后的两年期间, 相当于在华朝鲜人总数的三分之一的70多万人回流到朝鲜。朝鲜战争爆发之前到20世界60年代初为止,中国朝鲜族的向朝鲜的流动经历了几次进程。朝鲜战争爆发之前回到朝鲜半岛的朝鲜族为几万人, 战争期间为了支援又有几万朝鲜族流向朝鲜半岛。停战后, 朝鲜在重建家园过程中遇到的最大的问题就是劳动力不足。中国政府为了支持和帮助朝鲜的经济重建, 多次组织了朝鲜族的移民。由于朝鲜族原本的国家认同就是朝鲜, 中国政府组织的时候就有6万多人参加了移民, 并加入了朝鲜国籍。中国朝鲜族大规模逃向朝鲜为1961年和1962年, 不到两年的期间“逃离中国”的朝鲜族将近10万人。在朝鲜族向朝鲜的流动过程中, 中国政府总是收容朝鲜政府的意见, 并照顾朝方的立场。当然, 朝鲜半岛祖国观成为朝鲜族日常性流动的思想感情基础, 并成为朝鲜族大规模向朝鲜回流的根基。向朝鲜的流动和民族认同之间有非常密切的关联, 一直留在中国抑或逃离后再次回到中国的朝鲜族来说, 60年代初为止的人员流动过程就是逐渐解构原朝鲜人认同, 并确立作为中国朝鲜族的新的民族认同的过程。

A torsional oscillator may exhibit quantum torques in a macrospin-nanoresonator system. We demonstrate that when the system is placed in a static magnetic field with a gradient, such a torque exists in an oscillator due to quantum entanglement of mechanical modes of a torsional resonator with a tunneling spin in the presence of a microwave field. At low temperature, the torque is shown to exhibit various quantum oscillations that depend on the coupling strength, microwave frequency, Rabi frequency, and the characteristic length describing the field gradient. These features are expected to be tested in existing experimental techniques.

미․중․일 3국에 대한 수입 상위 20품목의 위상과 그 실태 분석(1995-2010년)

As everyone knows, the US, China and Japan Korea’s three major import & export partners, and the ratio of the exports of these three countries covers 41.8% of 466.38 billion dollars of exports to the world. In addition, the weight of the imports of these three countries from the world is high enough to cover 41.5% ratio of 425.21 billion dollars. For this reason, in time of bringing up the import & export issues of Korea, it may be safe to say that it is almost impossible to have a discussion itself from the start without a detailed analysis and review of the three countries, the US, China, and Japan. Under such a recognition, this study aims at drawing the response strategy to several problems by analyzing the transitions of competitiveness in imports & exports up to the present since 1995 with its focus on the top imported 20 items from the US, China, and Japan. As the result of the analysis, the movement of rapid changes in major imported items from China was detected, and actually even the nature of the imported items affected is quickly moving from the agricultural & fishery items, which were featured in initial imports from China, to steel & metal products, machinery, and electronic & electrical products. This trend might be partially caused by the domestic corporation’s on-site launching in China, but, above all, it suggests Chinese corporations’ competitive strength is being intensified day by day. Thus, it’s high time for Korea to inquire into and promote the export strategy on China on the basis of a long-term standpoint. Next, as for the imported items from the US, mostly agricultural products are featured excluding the items related to aircraft; on the contrary, in case of the imported items from Japan, our industrial circles’ vulnerability to Japan is clearly exposed in that the imported items from Japan feature the parts & materials. It seems to be urgent for Korea to set up a strategy of ‘choice & concentration’, which gives weight on parts & materials industry, for fostering import & export with Japan.

In this paper, we will deal with the efficiency improvement and power factor of a 2.2㎾, 2-pole, three-Phase Line start permanent magnet synchronous motor (LSPM) using the saliency ratio, that is the ratio of q-axial inductance to d-axial inductance, and the inductance difference between q-axial difference in d-axis inductance (Ld) and q-axis inductance (Lq). The efficiency improvement can be effectively achieved by designing optimization of the rotor structure using the response surface method and finite element method. the optimized slot shape of PM was selected for the prototype machine, which improves the efficiency and power factor of LSPM. Finally the efficiency characteristic of the designed model are compared with that of the initial model.
