The existing studies about buildings during modern period, from the Japanese annexation of Korea to the Liberation, are limited around Seoul and major port cities like In-chon and Pu-san. It has to be made sure that architectural development of circumstance at a small or middle-scale city should be simultaneously examined. The purpose of this study is that the materials, which could historically prosepect architectural activities of the times, should be sorted out by examining and discovering modern buildings before they are destroyed, and the opportunity to newie regards modern buildings as a cultural heritage should be constituted.
다문화가정 학생의 한국어능력과 교사의 다문화교육 인식이 자기효능감과 학생-교사 애착관계를 매개로 학교적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 다문화가정 학생의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 변인을 학생 개인 변인(한국어능력, 자기효능감, 학생-교사 애착관계)과 교사변인(다문화교육 인식)으로 나누고 이 변인들 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 자기효능감과 학생-교사 애착관계를 매개변인으로 상정하고, 구조방정식모형을 통해 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 서울특별시에 거주하고 있는 초등학생 336명과 그들의 담임교사 264명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 자기효능감과 학생-교사애착관계의 매개역할이 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 다문화 가정 학생의 한국어능력은 자기효능감을 매개로 학교적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 다문화교육 인식은 학생-교사 애착관계를 매개로 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 매개변인들 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 자기효능감은 학생-교사 애착관계를 매개하여 학교적응에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 다문화가정 학생들의 교육에서 자신에 대한 긍정적인 인식과 함께 교사와의 정서적 유대관계의 형성이 학교생활 적응에 중요하다는 점과 학교 및 사회적응에 특별한 배려와 관심이 중요하다는 점을 보여 준다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 시사점과 추후 연구를 위한 제안을 논의에 수록하였다. The goal of this study was to examine the relationship among students` personal variables(Korean language abilities, self-efficacy, student-teacher attachment relationships), teacher variable(perceptions of multi-cultural education) affecting on multi-cultural students` school adjustment. Structural equation modeling was performed to test the mediating role of self-efficacy and student-teacher attachment affecting multi-cultural students` school adjustment. 336 elementary students and their matching 264 elementary school teachers were participated for this study. The model fit for this study model was acceptable, =280.024, df=98, CFI=.930, RMSEA = .074. The results revealed that teacher`s perceptions on multi-cultural education significantly related with student-teacher relationships. However, Korean language ability did not directly affect the school adjustment for multi-cultural background students. That is, self-efficacy and student-teacher relationships mediated between Korean language ability and school adjustment. Moreover student-teacher relationships seem to be the key mediating factor between other research variables and school adjustment. Further considerations and future directions based on results were discussed.

기존 통합 프로토타이핑 시스템은 가상과 실물 프로토타이핑간의 단순 연결을 통하여 시뮬레이션만하는 것이 한계였다. 본 논문에서는 그러한 통합 프로토타이핑 기술을 개량하여 GUI기반의 가상 프로토타이핑 개발도구에 컴포넌트형태로 넣어서 드래그엔드랍을 통한 통합 프로토타이핑 시스템 환경을 구축하는 것에 대해서 보이고 있다.
Multidose Use of Heparin and Lidocaine Vials: a Study in Stability and Sterility

Heparin and lidocaine in Kangnam St. Mary's hospital are single-dose vials, but these are used as multi-dose vial when the dosage is low. There was no study about the stability of multi-dose use, so we studied about stability and sterility of multi-dose use of heparin and lidociane. Heparin inj® 1,000IU/ml and 5,000IU/ml vials were stored at room temperature, underrefrigeration, light protection and room light. We checked contents, external appearance and pH for the stability of heparin and the sterility was determined by checking the microbial growth at room temperature and under refrigeration at initial, 3rd, 7th, 15th day. The samples of lidocaine 2% inj® were collected in room temperature and under refrigeration to assess the stability and sterility of lidocaine and were checked contents and microbial growth. In result, heparin 1,000IU/ml, 5,000IU/ml and lidocaine did not change significantly for 15days and no microbial growth was noted in all conditions. Although both heparin and lidocaine were stable in 15days, this study has limitations: the small number of samples and difference of environment between laboratory and ward. More study about multi-dose use of injectable drugs is needed.

Nowadays many hospitals have been gradually changed from simple medical offering to various service offering. Although University hospital is not a money-making group, it has to develop marketing strategy rather than focus on only educating function as a non-profit institute. Because these positive marketing activities can be helpful to complete the aim of hospital itself. According to previous studies, results suggest that public information on hospital will be accomplished by hospital staffs and patient(internal client and external client), it is very important that marketing strategy should be collected by hospital staffs as internal client. This study was designed to analyize and preview marketing strategy for H-university hospital by analyzing the images and barrier factors of hospital. The major results of research were as follows: 1 Images on medical staffs, medical equipment, hospital convenience, medical & nursing skills, hospital reputation, hospital service, and contributions to the community were above average score of total hospital image. 2 Images on hospital environment, consultation hours and kindness of hospital staffs were below average score of total hospital image. 3 Gender affected on image of hospital convenience and contribution to community. 4 Educational status and occupation affected image of hospital environment, consultation hours and kindness of hospital staffs. 5 Image on H-University hospital of subjects who used hospital previously was worse than those who had not used hospital. Considering above results, we suggest that H-University hospital should improve image by initiating hospital marketing strategy on hospital environment, consultation hours and kindness of hospital staffs.
교사의 다문화 교육인식과 다문화가정 학생의 학교적응과의 관계 : 교사-학생관계의 매개효과를 중심으로

다문화가정 학생의 학교적응에 대한 학문적 관심이 증대되고 있는 상황에서 본 연구는 교사의 다문화 교육인식과 다문화가정 학생의 학교적응과의 관계에서 지각된 교사-학생관계의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 2011년 5월부터 6월까지 약 3주간에 걸쳐 서울특별시 소재 초등학교의 다문화가정 학생 350명과 담임교사 등 교사 400명이 연구에 참여하였으며 학생 325명과 교사 378명의 자료가 최종 분석에 활용되었다. 먼저 교사의 다문화 교육인식을 측정하기 위해 4요인으로 구성된 측정도구(검사신뢰도 .92)와 학생의 학교적응을 평가하기 위해서 역시 4개의 하위요인으로 구성된 측정도구(검사신뢰도 .90)를 개발하였다. 이어 다문화 교육인식과 학교적응에서 교사-학생관계를 매개로 하고 한국어능력이 교사-학생관계와 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 인과모형을 설정하여 분석한 결과에 따라 대안모형을 설정하였고, 연구모형과 대안모형의 적합도와 간명성을 비교한 결과 완전매개모형이 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 교사의 다문화인식이 다문화가정 학생과의 관계를 촉진할 경우에 한해서 학교적응에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 사실을 볼 때, 교사의 인식이 인식에만 머무는 것이 아니라 학생과의 관계개선을 위해 실질적인 노력을 하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. This study explored the relationship between teachers' understanding of multicultural education and school adjustment for students from multicultural families. Especially, this study investigated whether or not student teacher relationship mediated this relationship. For this study, 378 elementary school teachers and 325 students from multicultural families were participated. Two scales of Teachers' Perception of Multicultural Education(Reliability=.92) and Students' School Adjustment(Reliability=.90) were developed. Research model was built to test and the results indicated that there was a significant indirect relationship between teachers' perception and students' school adjustment mediated by student-teacher relationship. There was also significant relationship between language ability and school adjustment. According to this results, teacher perception on multicultural education and student adjustment was completely mediated by student-teacher relationship. However, language ability did not significantly correlated with the student-teacher relationship, but did significantly correlated with the student school adjustment variable. Based on these results, alternative model was built and compared with the research model. Alternative model made two changes from the original model.
