        간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 전공만족도와 임상수행능력 간의 융합 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence between ego–resilience, major satisfaction and clinical competency of nursing students. This study used data from 183 nursing college students who experienced clinical practice at a college located in G city of Korea. Clinical competency was positively correlated with ego-resilience (r = .446, p <.000), major satisfaction (r = .439, p <.000). The factors influencing clinical competency were ego - resilience and major satisfaction, and explanatory power was 29.1%. Based on the above results, it is necessary to improve the convergence education program and diversify the teaching and learning methods to improve the major satisfaction, ego - resilience and clinical competency of nursing students. 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 전공만족도와 임상수행능력 간의 융합 관련성을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 한국의 G 지역에 소재하는 일 대학교의 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생 183명의 자료를 이용하였다. 자료는 SPSS24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation coefficients, Multiple Regression Analysis을 포함하여 분석하였다. 임상수행능력은 자아탄력성 (r=.446, p<.000), 전공만족도(r=.439, p<.000)와 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 전공만족도는 자아탄력성(r=.310, p<.000)과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 영향요인은 자아탄력성과 전공만족도이었으며, 설명력은 29.1%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 전공만족도, 그리고 임상수행능력을 향상을 도모하기 위한 융합적 교육프로그램으로의 개선과 교수학습방법의 다양화가 필요할 것으로 생각된다

        중년여성의 자아정체감발달에 관한 연구경향과 전망에 관한 일고찰

        This article contains a review together with some considerations concerning studies on identity of midlife women, centering around the studies on adult development. Recently, midlife women is regarded as a period of development with the changes of life-cycle and life styles. However, the history of the studies of generativity vs. stagnation in the midlife women is comparatively short. Mainly, Epigenetic Scheme by Erikson(1950) bulit a theretical base for the study on adult development. and It was shown that the subjective engagement in important psychological abd social respects in adult including job or childcare was important in obtainment of identity as well as life style. It seems that these subjective selection and active engagement are very important in identity and growth in adult. The following points are suggested by the above mentioned studies: 1. there is a common developmental process in adult life. 2. It is also odserved that there are some critical periods in psychological development such as middle age crisis and adult transition. On the other hand, the developmental studies on adult identity is gradually increasing from 1980. The above studies reveal some important view points psychological changes in adulthood in its totality.

        Women's health is directly related to economic and developmental level of their nations, and it is very much effected by socio-cultural factors which are related to gender discrimination, women's health needs have been oppressed and neglected in male dominated society. For maintenance and promotion in women's health and improve of quality of life, the common idea of gender discrimination in our society and preference of having son rather than daughter from its certain form must be banished. Though the common idea of gender discrimination was a basic ideology in liberation of women, recently the aspect of difference rather than discrimination is an important matter and unique characteristics of women are strongly pointed and additionally harmonic living with men is getting to be a main idea in women's health. The social idea in gender discrimination was from christian culture in the western society and confucianism related the social norms of $quot;Namzonyobe$quot;(means men are honorable and women are low), $quot;Samzongzido$quot;(means women ought to obey certain three rules for the family). $quot;Chilgeziak$quot;(means seven wickedness of housewife) in this country, Korea. Those ideas deprived women's ability in health management and in the decision making process for their health. Because of those cultural influences, still many pregnant women are experiencing artificial abortion when they know the fetus is a girl through ultrasound and amniocentesis. Nowadays there are many health problems of women in Korea. The reasons are that Korean culture has complicatedly mixing with confucianism and western culture. Under the these cultural influences, change in value of beauty and trend of liberation in sexuality have brought out health problems such as eating disorder, unmarried mother, alcohol, smoking, and drug abuse in young women. In order to solve the women's health problem, first of all women have to come out of the passive manner of dependency on man. Also they should have the insight and the management and/or intervention ability of caring their health. It can be obtained through the family-society-nation wide approach as well as the approach for women themselves.

        출산문화의 변화 : 가족중심 분만 Family centered delivery

        From the end of 20th century, the structure of medical system and medical services have been changing by patient/client/consumerneed. They want to decide hospital or health center according to quality of services and meet to their need. Since 1960, consumers movement and feminist movement are influenced health care services for childbearing women so called woman centered care and family centered care. In hospital, management policy is transformed Single Room Maternity Care System ;LDR(LaborDelivery-Postpartum) or LDRP(Labor-DeliveryRecovery-Postpartum). These systems are women centered and family centered care system. Childbearing women and family stay same room which is homelike environment during labor, delivery and postpartum. Woman is allowed various position if she want, she feel more comfortable. Childbearing woman and her family, especially her husband have tremendous and exciting experience life creation process. Through this process mother-infant, father-infant bonding are established strongly, and mother have chance learning to take care her infant. LDR, LDRP system are conducted by midwife at birthing center and home. In this case, women and fetus have not any complications. It was introduced Leboyer method and birth in the water and discussed advantage and disadvantage.

        아동의 공격성 행동에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 무엇인가? : 가정 내 폭력에 대한 노출인가, 폭력 미디어에 대한 노출인가

        본 연구는 아동의 공격성 행동의 발달적 근원에 대한 이해와 초기 예방을 위한 예측변인을 밝히기 위하여 첫째, 유아기 때(4세)의 가정 내 폭력에 대한 노출(witness of domestic violence; WDV)과 폭력미디어에 대한 노출(exposure to media Violence; EMV)이 아동의 학령기 전(5세)과 학령기 이후(Grade 1) 공격성 행동(child physical aggression; CPA)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 이와 아울러 둘째, 아동의 학령기 전의 공격성 행동이 학령기 때의 공격성 행동을 예측하는가를 알아봄으로서 환경의 변화에 따른 공격성행동의 지속성과 변화성을 함께 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 다양한 사회경제적 특성을 가진 도시거주 캐네디언 372 가족을 연구 대상으로 하였으며 양부모가 있는 가족으로 제한하였다. 종단적 접근으로, WDV와 EMV는 아동이 4살 때 측정되어졌으며, CPA는 아동이 5살 때 그리고 이 아동들이 초등학교 1학년이 되었을 때 다시 측정되어졌다. 구조방정식 모델링 분석결과, WDV와 EMV는 아동의 공격성(CPA) 행동을 예측하는 강력한 변인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났으며 유사한 영향력을 나타내었다. 또한 학령기 전에 형성된 아동의 공격성 행동은 학령기에도 지속되어지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 연구는 유아기 때의 가정내 폭력과 폭력미디어에 대한 노출은 이미 초기 아동기 때의 높은 공격성 행동을 예측하는 위험변인으로 작용함과 아울러 공격성 행동의 지속성에 대한 위험성을 나타냄으로서 폭력에 노출된 환경에 있는 아동들을 위한 초기 중재변인에 대한 중요성을 시사하였다. Child physical aggression has been demonstrated as a critical precursor of academic failure and social-maladjustment problems in adolescents and adults. To better understand the developmental origins of physical aggression, and to identify targets for early preventive interventions, a random sampling of 372 families was carried out, representing an urban Canadian population of two-parent families with diverse socio-economic characteristics. In the longitudinal approach, witness of domestic violence(WDV) and exposure to media violence(EMV) were measured when children were at the age 4. This sample was applied same age in when the children were at the age 5 and in the grade 1 to measure the level of physical aggression(PA). The analysis by structure equation modeling confirmed the linkage between exposure to violence and child physical aggression. The result indicates the physical aggression in the grade 1 were affected by exposure to media violence and witness of domestic violence similarly as were at the age 4, stressing on urgent need for early intervention to the children exposed to violence.

        청소년의 스마트미디어 과몰입과 정서행동특성 간의 관계에서 아버지 영향력 및 생애학습역량의 이중매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to find out whether adolescents' smartmedia overindulgence directly affects their emotional behavioral characteristics, and what structural relationship they have with their father's influence and lifelong learning competency with these smartmedia overindulgence and emotional behavioral characteristics. Also, it is to reveal what kind of influence each related variable has and whether intervention of the mediating variable can mediate emotional behavior characteristics. To achieve the purpose of this study, NYPI (National Youth Policy Institute Cross Sectional Survey) data were used, and 3,406 middle school students distributed in 16 cities and provinces across the country were targeted. In addition, we measured adolescents' smartmedia overindulgence, father's influence, lifelong learning competency, and emotional behavior characteristics. First, it was found that adolescents' excessive smartmedia overindulgence directly had a significant effect on their emotional and behavioral characteristics. Second, it was found that adolescents' excessive smartmedia overindulgence indirectly affects their emotional and behavioral characteristics through their father's influence and lifelong learning competency. Third, it was found that excessive smartmedia overindulgence had the most influence on the formation of emotional and behavioral characteristics, followed by father's influence and lifelong learning competency. 본 연구의 목적은 초기청소년의 스마트미디어 과몰입은 정서행동특성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는가와, 아버지 영향력 및 생애학습역량은 이러한 스마트미디어 과몰입 및 정서행동특성과 어떠한 구조적관계를 가지고 있는지를 밝히는데 있다. 또한 각 관련 변인들의 영향력은 어떠하며 매개변인의 개입은 정서행동특성을 중재할 수 있는가를 입증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위하여 NYPI 횡단조사 데이터(한국아동·청소년정책연구원)를 사용하였으며, 전국 16개 시도에 설립되어 있는 중학교 학생 3,406명을 대상으로 하였다. 그리고 청소년의 스마트미디어 과몰입, 아버지 영향력, 생애학습역량, 정서행동특성을 측정하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 청소년의 스마트미디어 과몰입은 정서행동특성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 스마트미디어 과몰입은 아버지 영향력 및 생애학습역량을 매개로 정서행동특성에 간접적으로도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스마트미디어 과몰입이 정서행동특성 형성에 가장 많은 영향을 미치며, 다음으로는 아버지 영향력, 그리고 생애학습역량이 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
