웹서비스 리소스 캐싱에 따른 iframe의 성능 비교 연구

본 연구의 목적은 iframe을 사용하여 서비스를 제공하는 것에 대한 용이성과 확장성을 알리고, iframe을 사용하는 것을 고려할 수 있는 서비스를 제안하는 것이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 iframe에 대하여 어떠한 방식으로 기업들이 사용하고 있는지 살펴보고 어떠한 경우 iframe을 사용하면 좋은지 그 효용성에 대하여 해결방안을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 iframe의 성능 문제를 개선하기 위해 시도해볼 수 있는 다양한 케이스를 확인하기 위해 BenchMark를 생성해 iframe을 사용하지 않는 경우와 사용하는 경우, 그리고 다른 케이스들과 비교하여 어느 정도의 성능 향상이 반영되었는지 고찰하였다. 또한, iframe 기반의 웹서비스 개발을 고려해 볼 수 있는 경우를 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 Chromium 구글에서 진행하는 오픈 소스 웹 브라우저 프로젝트 기반인 Chrome 웹브라우저에서 제한적으로 진행되었으며, 타브라우저나 다른 디바이스에 대해서는 향후 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to inform the ease and scalability of providing services using iframe, and to propose services that can be considered to use iframe Therefore, the cases of how companies use iframe were examined and a solution was suggested for the effectiveness of good cases using iframe. Based on this, in order to prove various cases that can be attempted to improve the performance problem of the if frame, it was considered how much performance improvement was reflected in the case where the if frame is not used, and when using it compared to other cases. In addition, it was considered in which cases it was necessary to develop an iframe-based web service. This study was limited in Chrome web browser, which is the basis of the open source web browser project conducted by Chromium Google. Further research is needed in the future on other browsers and other devices.

Cellulose Electro-Active Paper (EAPap) has been known as a new smart material that is attractive for a bio-mimetic actuator due to its merits in terms of lightweight, dry condition, large displacement output, low actuation voltage and low power consumption. Cellulose EAPap is made by regenerating cellulose and aligning its micro-fibrils. This paper introduces several EAPap materials, which are based on natural cellulose and its hybrid nanocomposites mixed/blended with inorganic functional materials. By chemically bonding and mixing with carbon nanotubes and inorganic nanoparticles, the cellulose EAPap can be a hybrid nanocomposite that has versatile properties and can meet material requirements for many applications. Recent research trend of the cellulose EAPap is introduced in terms of material preparations as well as application devices including actuators, temperature and humidity sensors, biosensors, chemical sensors, and so on. This paper also explains wirelessly driving technology for the cellulose EAPap, which is attractive for bio-mimetic robotics, surveillance and micro-aerial vehicles.
단순정맥압박검사에 의한 혈액내 FDP ( fibrinogen degradation produc ) 농도 변화를 이용한 인슐린비의존성 당뇨병환자와 뇌졸중환자의 대혈관기능 이상 진단

N/A Objectives : In diabetic patients, the incidence of atherosclerotic disease are increased, which may be due to decreased fibrinolytic activity. The aim of study is to elucidate the relationship between angiopathies and vascular function evaluated by simplified venous occlusion test in patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and cerebrovascular accident (CVA). Methods : The study was conducted on 63 patients who were hospitalized during the period from March 1, 1994 to May 30, 1997. The serum concentration of fibrinogen degradation products (FDP) was measured before and 5 min after venous occlusion in 31 NIDDM patients, 16 CVA patients and 16 age-matched control subjects. FDP was measured with the anti-fibrinogen- coated latex particle agglutinin assay system. Results : 1) The basal serum FDP level was higher in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (12.3±5.8 ug/ml) and patients with CVA (11.2±5.1 ug/ml) than in control subjects (5.7±1.8 ug/ml) (p<0.05). 2) The increment of serum FDP level after venous occlusion in diabetic patients with microangiopathy (6.6±2.2 to 10.3±4.1 ug/ml) and control subjects (5.7±1.8 to 11.4±4.3 ug/ml) was significantly higher than basal serum FDP level (p<0.05). But the increment of serum FDP level after venous occlusion in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (12.3±5.8 to 15.2±5.1 ug/ml) and patients with CVA (11.2±5.1 to 13.7±4.8 ug/ml) wasn't significantly higher than basal serum FDP level. 3) The increment rate of serum FDP after venous occlusion in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (24.4±29.3%) and patients with CVA (29.4±34.5%) was significantly lower than diabetic patients with microangiopathy (66.3±71.7%) and control subjects (84.1±69.3%) (p<0.05). Conclusion : The responsiveness of fibrinolytic activity to venous occlusion was significantly lower in diabetic patients with macroangiopathy, as in patients with CVA, compared with that in control subjects. We conclude that measurement of the increase in serum FDP concentration 5 min after venous occlusion may be useful to detect vascular dysfunction in patients with macrovascular disease caused by atherosclerosis.

셀룰로오스 EAPap 작동기는 생체 모방형 작동기의 하나로 생체적합하고 가볍고 비교적 낮은 전압에서도 큰 변위를 발생시킨다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 셀룰로오스를 재생하면서 셀룰로오스 파이버를 배열함으로써 압전 종이를 만들었다. 한편 셀룰로오스에 탄소나노튜브, 산화금속 나노분말, 전도성 고분자, 이온성 유체등을 물리적, 화학적으로 결합시켜 다양한 하이브리드 나노복합재를 만들었다. 본 논문에서는 셀룰로오스 EAPap 의 제조공정 및 이를 응용한 바이오센서, 화학센서, 유연트랜지스터, 그리고 작동기의 응용 디바이스에 대해 소개한다. 또한 셀룰로오스 EAPap을 무선으로 구동하는 기술에 대해 소개한다. 이는 생체모방로봇, 정찰 등에 활용될 수 있다. 인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서의 혈중 성호르몬 및 SHBG농도 비교

Background: Insulin resistance has been reported as one of major factors in the development of NIDDM. Serum androgen levels are known to be associated with insulin sensitivity. One study suggests that adrenal androgen or sex steroid hormane is related to controlling the insulin sensitivity of glycogen synthesis system. We investigated whether serum sex hormone and SHBG(Sex hormone binding globulm) levels are associated in the metabolic index of patients with NIDDM. Methods: We radioimmunoassyed serum total and hee testosterone, es and SHBG in the blood from 41 female patients with NIDDM and 40 female normal subjects, and 25 male patients with NlDDM and 16 male normal subjects. Results: In female pateints with NIDDM, the serum SHBG levels were significantly lower than that of the normal female subjects(46.5+-23.4nmol/L vs 76.5+-37.5nmol/L, p$lt;0.05), and the free testosterone levels were sigmficantly higher compared to that of the normal female subjects(1.59+-1.67ng/dL vs 0.57+-0.15ng/dL, p$lt;0.05). In male group, either the SHBG levels or the free testosterone levels did not differ between patients with NIDDM and the normal subjects. Conclusion: Our data showed hyperandrogenecity in female patients with NIDDM compared to female normal subjects which suggests the relationship between the development of NIDDM and androgenecity in women. Marfan`s syndrome is a an autosomal dominant disorder of connective tissue that is characterized by ocular, skeletal, and cardiovascular manifestation. It is estimated to have a prevalence of 4-6 per 10,000 people, and at least 25 percent of the cases occur in the absence of a family history. Coronary artery ectasia is a diffuse abnormality of the vessel wall, which has been reported in associated with coronary atherosclerosis, infectious process, congenital heart lesion, syphilis, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. We reported a case of 25-year-old male who presented with Marfan`s syndrome associated with dissecting ascending arotic aneurysm and diffuse dilatated coronary artery ectasia. Coronary angiographic study demonstrated the diffusely dilatated coronary artery ectasia.
