강화학습을 활용한 PV 인버터의 volt/var 제어 기반의 PCC단 전압 불평형 보상 전략

This paper developed a strategy using smart inverters to mitigate voltage unbalances at the PCC through volt/var control by multi-agent deep reinforcement learning. Deep reinforcement learning has the great advantage of little computational time to derive the optimal action with by using Deep Neural Network. In the proposed framework, a multiple inverters needs information on each phase voltage at the connected bus and the active power output of each PV by determining appropriate volt/var curve. The proposed strategy has been demonstrated in IEEE 13 nodes modified using over been demonstrated in IEEE 13 nodes modified using over time loads and PV profiles. A comparison is performed between the fixed droop inverter and the proposed inverter. The proposed method achieves a reduction in voltage unbalance over fixed droop inverters.
