This paper proposes Relaxation Oscillator with Random Number Generator to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise. Relaxation Oscillator is presented how much spurious noise effects to another system. The main frequency of the proposed Relaxation oscillator is 7.9 MHz to operate it and add temperature compensation block to apply to the frequency compensation in response to temperature changes. It is fabricated in 0.18um CMOS technology. The active area occupies an area of 220 um*280um. The supply voltage is 1.8V and current consumption is 500 uA.

In this paper, we propose a circuit design that combines DC power sources generated through Multiple Power Source Energy Harvesting into one power supply voltage using a charge pump-based circuit. The Power Combiner Circuit proposed in this paper converts DC power into AC Pulse using a 100MHz Oscillator, combines two or more different DC power supplies using a Charge Pump, and combines the converted AC Pulse with a maximum of four 5V DC power supplies. Is converted to an output voltage of 16V level. A switch that bypasses the charge pump stage connected to the oscillator that is not supplied with a power source is also included so that output voltages of 5V, 9V, and 13V can be provided when only 1, 2, and 3 power sources are supplied. The Power Combiner circuit proposed in this paper provides an output current of up to 100mA and can control the Output Voltage Ripple to a maximum of 1mV or less when using a 10uF external capacitor. The circuit proposed in this paper is designed in 180nm BCD process, and the die area is 1500um x 800um.
