        In this paper, we propose a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high resolution 360° camera of 12M. The proposed program consists of three steps: Match with plane image, parking area detection algorithm, and discrimination of parking using learning method. Tests on a model car to evaluate the program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M showed 100% accuracy for both parking and double parking. Therefore, the effectiveness of a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M proposed in this paper has been proved.

        Comparison of the Crystallization Behavior of Silica Between Mg and Al‑Phosphate Used in Tension Coatings of Grain‑Oriented Electrical Steel

        The effect of the phosphate component on the thermal stability of tension coatings was investigated with a focus on thecrystallization behavior of amorphous silica in the tension coating. After stress-relief annealing, core loss of samples coatedwith a Mg-phosphate was improved, while that coated with an Al-phosphate was deteriorated. The domain wall spacing ofthe samples coated with Mg- and Al-phosphates was respectively increased and decreased after stress relief annealing. Thismeans that the stress relief annealing did not much diminish the tensile stress for Mg-phosphate coating but much diminishedthe tensile stress for Al-phosphate coating. Based on FTIR and XRD results, we found that the crystallization temperatureof silica with Al-phosphate was lower than that of silica with Mg-phosphate. The crystallization of silica was accompaniedby an abrupt volume change, which formed cracks in the tension coating and deteriorated the tensile stress.

        고려수지요법과 수족침료법의 심보법에 의한 체온과 맥박의 변화

        Goryeo hand-reflexology and hand-foot-reflexology therapies .consider a part or whole part of body as face, hand, foot, ear and eye according, to either which part of body would be similar to which part of body or which function is projected to which part of body. Among the various methods of therapies, hand-reflexology therapies of You`s and Pack`s styles are widely used. Since these two styles are opposite exactly to each other; it is Park`s theory that develops methodologies which are exactly apposite to those of You`s they. Based on these two therapies, strong stimulation of heart was carried put through You`s arid Pak`s methods and changes of body temperatures and pulses were investigated by measuring the body temperatures, pulses, and pressures before and 30 minutes after needle insertion. The major results are as follows: 1) By carrying out the strong, stimulation of ,heart through You`s method, it was found that body temperatures, pulses, and blood pressures wire all increased after needle insertion compared with those of before needle insertion. However, statistical significance was observed only in the case of body temperature(p$lt; .05). 2) By carrying out the strong stimulation of heart through Park`s method, it was found that body temperature, pulses, and blood pressure all decreased after needle insertion compared with those of before needle insertion, However, statistical significance was observed only in the case of body temperature(p$lt; .05). 3) Based on the results obtained in this works, it was turned out that You`s and Park`s styles were opposite even in clinical experiments such as body temperature, pulses, and blood pressure as was case in the theoretical view points.

        Gastritis cystica profunda (GCP) is a rare disease characterized by gastric foveolae elongation along with hyperplasia and cystic dilatation of the gastric glands extending into the tissue beneath the submucosa. GCP mainly develops at the gastroenterostomy stoma but can arise in a stomach that has not undergone surgery. The proposed pathogenesis is related to chronic inflammation, ischemia and the presence of a foreign body. GCP may present as a submucosal tumor, Polyp or a giant gastric mucosal fold. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) is an effective diagnostic method for differentiating GCP from protruding and elevated gastric lesions. We report a case of GCP along with the endoscopic and EUS findings that were indistinguishable from a malignant submucosal tumor.

        붕장어 부산물로 제조한 붕장어탕의 식품학적 특성

        붕장어 가공부산물인 머리와 frame를 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 연구로 붕장어 부산물을 이용한 붕장어탕의 개발을 시도하였고, 아울러 이의 식품성분 특성에 대하여도 살펴보았다. 살균조건 및 가온일수에 따른 붕장어탕의 저장성 부여를 위한 최적 살균조건은 F? value=8분으로 판단되었다. 붕장어탕의 일반성분은 수분의 경우 90.7%, 조단백질의 경우 4.8%, 조지방의 경우 2.6%, 조회분의 경우 1.5%를 나타내었다. 붕장어탕의 엑스분 질소 함량은 243.1 ㎎/100 g으로 시판 추어탕의 208.0 ㎎/100 g보다 높았다. 붕장어탕의 총 아미노산 함량은 4,310 ㎎/100 g이었고, 주요 구성아미노산은 glutamic acid(637.3 ㎎/100 g, 14.8%), glycine(409.1 ㎎/100 g, 9.5%) 및 alanine(404.4 ㎎/100 g, 9.3%)등이었다. 붕장어탕은 관능적인 비린내는 거의 감지되지 않았고, 맛은 우수하였으며, 항산화능이 인정되었으나 ACE 저해능은 크게 기대할 수 없었다. For the effective use of the conger eel by-products, such as head and frame, Tang, which is the Korean-type soup, from conger eel by-products (TCEB) was developed and its food component characterization was compared with that of commercial Chueotang, loach Tang. According to the results of viable cells and coliform group of TCEB heated at 115oC for various times, the reasonable F0 value was 8 min. The proximate composition of TCEB was 90.7% for the moisture, 4.8% for the protein, 2.6% for the lipid, and 1.5% for the ash. The extractive-nitrogen content of TCEB was 243.1 ㎎/100 g, which was higher than that of commercial Chueotang, 208.0 ㎎/100 g. The total amino acid content of TCEB was 4,310 ㎎/100 g and its major amino acids were glutamic acid (637.3 ㎎/100 g, 14.8%), glycine (409.1 ㎎/100 g, 9.5%) and alanine (404.4 ㎎/100 g, 9.3%). TCEB was not felt in the sensual fish odor and its sensual taste was good. The health functional properties for health of TCEB were 1.29 as a PF (protection factor) for antioxidative activity and 39.4% for angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme (ACE) inhibiting activity.

        제 2형 콜라겐에 의해 경구관용 유도된 DBA/1 mice에서의 세포면역반응

        Objective: To investigate the dosage of bovine type II collagen (BnCII) for the induction of oral tolerance in CIA animals, and to verify the changes of immune response and TGF-β production of mesenteric lymph node cells in tolerized CIA animals. Methods: Oral tolerance was induced by feeding of variable doses (5㎍, 10㎍, 20㎍ and 40㎍) of BnCII to DBA/1 mice 4 times per week during 2 weeks, and control mice were given ovalbumin (1000㎍), before immunization. We examed clinical assessment; incidence of arthritis, severity of arthritis, arthritic limb by visual analysis. IgG antibodies to BnCII were measured by ELISA, T cell responses to BnCII and PHA were quantified by antigen (CII)-induced 3H-thymidine incorporation into lymphocytes of mesenteric lymph node, draining lymph node, and spleen. TGF-β in supernatants obtained from lymph node culture medium was measured by ELISA. Results: Arthritis limbs were observed in 100% of control at 5 weeks after subcutaneous BnCII injection. The incidences of CIA in all tolerized group were significantly lower than that in control 5 weeks after immunization (control 100% vs. 5㎍ feeding group: 50%, 10㎍ feeding group: 50%, 20㎍ feeding group: 50%, 40㎍ feeding group: 55.5%, P<0.01). In comparison to control, mean articular indices were lower in all tolerized groups (control 5.13: 5㎍ feeding group 3.50, 10㎍ feeding group 2.75, 20㎍ feeding group 2.87, 40㎍ feeding group 2.63, P<0.05). Arthritic limbs were also significantly lower in tolerized groups (control 58.3: 5㎍ feeding group 20.8, 10㎍ feeding group 16.7, 20㎍ feeding group 20.8, 40㎍ feeding group 20.8, P<0.05). The titers of IgG antibody to CII were lower in tolerized group than that in control [tolerized group; median 10 (min. 0, max. 48), control; median 33 (min. 8.6, max. 101), P<0.05]. The proliferative responses to BnCII were significantly suppressed in tolerized (control 8010±2319cpm, tolerized group 4500±2060cpm, P<0.01). High TGF-β production was noted in tolerized group (control; 28pg/ml, BnCII feeding group; 73pg/ml). Conclusion: Oral tolerance in DBA/1 mice was successfully induced from low doses of BnCII (5㎍) and suppressed T and B cell function in conjunction with increased TGF-β production may play an important role for the induction of CII induced oral tolerance in DBA/1 mice.

        Renal papillary necrosis occurs most commonly in association with urinary tract infection, diabetes mellitus, sickle cell disease, vascular disease, and analgesic nephropathy. Clinical presentation may be related to symptoms of pyelonephritis such as flank pain, renal colic, hematuria, Proteinuria, recurrent fever. The necrotic tissue may be sloughed off, and the diagnosis can sometimes be made by finding piece of renal medullary tissue in the urine. Pyelography may demonstrate cavities and sinuses in the resion of papillae. Anuria & oliguria can lead to the acute renal failure, and especially prognosis and progress may be affect influenced by urinary infection. We report a case of renal papillary necrosis with ingestion of bear gallbladder. On pyelography, Persistent contrast is diagnostic clue of renal papillary necrosis. This case is not be related to urinary tract infection, but occurred acute renal failure. Expectant treatment was gone.

        저농도 이산화탄소 포집용 흡착제 개발 및 최적조건에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 다양한 시설내에 적은 농도의 CO2 제거를 위한 선택적 CO2 흡수능력을 향상시킨 흡착제의 효율평가에 관한 것이다. 직경 4mm의 구형 흡착제는 시판용 제올라이트에 첨가제, 물, 바인더, LiOH를 섞어 제조하였다. 칼럼테스트에서 400분 이내에 90% 이상의 CO2흡착효율을 나타내었고, 흡착필터모듈 흡착능력을 평가하기 위해 회분식과 연속식타입의 챔버테스트가 시행되었다. 회분식테스트에서 30분 이내에 약 92%의 CO2가 제거되는 것을 확인하였다. 연속식테스트에서 30분 이내 70%의 CO2가 제거효율을 보였으며, 2,500ppm 이상의 CO2가 제거되는 것을 확인하였다. 재현성테스트를 수차례 수행한 결과 15일동안 1,000ppm 이상의 CO2가 연속적으로 제거됨을 보였다. TGA 분석법을 이용한 흡착량 분석에서 흡착제 g당 5.0mmol의 CO2를 흡착하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 흡착제는 상온에서 저농도 CO2 실내환경에 적용가능한 것으로 판단된다. In this study, CO2 adsorbent was developed for removing low concentration of CO2 in multiple-use facilities. The efficiency of the adsorbent which was improved selective CO2 adsorption capabilities was evaluated. The pellet type adsorbent was modified from a commercial zeolite with mixing LiOH, binder, additives, and H2O. Column tests showed over 90 % of CO2 was adsorbed within 400min. Chamber tests including batch and continuous types were performed for evaluating the adsorbent module. By batch tests, it was evaluated that about 92 % of CO2 was removed within 30 min. By continuous tests, 70% of CO2 was removed within 30 min. It was analyzed that over 2,500 ppm of CO2 was continuously removed as shown chamber tests. The reproducibility tests repeatedly performed for 15 days shows that over 1,000 ppm of CO2 was continuously removed. Adsorption capacity of the developed adsorbent was 5.0mmol CO2/g adsorbent which was analyzed by TGA. It was estimated that the modified adsorbent was applicable to low CO2 concentration and low temperature of indoor environment.

      • Sonocatalytic degradation of carbamazepine and diclofenac in the presence of graphene oxides in aqueous solution

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This research investigated the removal of carbamazepine (CBZ) and diclofenac (DCF) in water using ultrasonic (US) treatment in the absence or presence of graphene oxides (GOs). Three frequencies and three pH conditions were tested (28, 580, and 1000 kHz and 3.5, 7, and 9.5, respectively). Regarding the effects of US frequency and pH, 580 kHz and pH 3.5 were more effective at removing CBZ and DCF (>86% for CBZ and >92% for DCF) than 1000/28 kHz and pH 7/9.5 within 60 min. However, sonocatalytic removal was enhanced in the presence of GOs; more than 99% CBZ and DCF removal was achieved at 580 kHz and pH 3.5 within 40 min. The sonicated GOs were more stable at 28 kHz than at higher frequencies of 580 and 10,00 kHz. The adsorption of CBZ and DCF has increased when GOs were sonicated at 28 kHz (44% and 61%, respectively) compared with 580 kHz (34% and 52%, respectively) and 1000 kHz (18% and 39%, respectively). The negative charges of GOs increased at 28 kHz (−105.1 mV), however, it decreased at higher frequencies such as 580 kHz (−71.5 mV) and 1000 kHz (−58.6 mV), which led to increased electrostatic repulsion that increased the stability of the GO particles in water. The overall enhancement in CBZ and DCF removal was due to an increase in cavitational bubbles, which in turn led to increased production of OH<SUP>•</SUP> and enhanced adsorption due to dispersion (resulting from US irradiation), which caused an increase in active adsorption sites of the GOs.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Sonocatalytic degradation of carbamazepine and diclofenac under different pH and frequency conditions was studied. </LI> <LI> Enhancement in the sonodegradation of carbamazepine and diclofenac was achieved in the presence of graphene oxides. </LI> <LI> The stability and adsorption of graphene oxides at different frequency conditions were evaluated. </LI> </UL> </P>

        C-reactive protein accelerates DRP1-mediated mitochondrial fission by modulating ERK1/2-YAP signaling in cardiomyocytes

        C-reactive protein (CRP) is an inflammatory marker and risk factor for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases. However, the mechanism through which CRP induces myocardial damage remains unclear. This study aimed to determine how CRP damages cardiomyocytes via the change of mitochondrial dynamics and whether survivin, an anti-apoptotic protein, exerts a cardioprotective effect in this process. We treated H9c2 cardiomyocytes with CRP and found increased intracellular ROS production and shortened mitochondrial length. CRP treatment phosphorylated ERK1/2 and promoted increased expression, phosphorylation, and translocation of DRP1, a mitochondrial fission-related protein, from the cytoplasm to the mitochondria. The expression of mitophagy proteins PINK1 and PARK2 was also increased by CRP. YAP, a transcriptional regulator of PINK1 and PARK2, was also increased by CRP. Knockdown of YAP prevented CRP-induced increases in DRP1, PINK1, and PARK2. Furthermore, CRP-induced changes in the expression of DRP1 and increases in YAP, PINK1, and PARK2 were inhibited by ERK1/2 inhibition, suggesting that ERK1/2 signaling is involved in CRP-induced mitochondrial fission. We treated H9c2 cardiomyocytes with a recombinant TAT-survivin protein before CRP treatment, which reduced CRP-induced ROS accumulation and reduced mitochondrial fission. CRP-induced activation of ERK1/2 and increases in the expression and activity of YAP and its downstream mitochondrial proteins were inhibited by TAT-survivin. This study shows that mitochondrial fission occurs during CRPinduced cardiomyocyte damage and that the ERK1/2-YAP axis is involved in this process, and identifies that survivin alters these mechanisms to prevent CRP-induced mitochondrial damage.
