        제주도 지하수 질산염 농도의 시·공간적 변화 특성: 장기(1993-2015) 모니터링 자료의 평가

        1993년부터 2015년까지 관측된 제주도 지하수 장기모니터링 관측정(N = 4,835)에서 수집된 지하수 수질자료(N = 21,568)를 기반으로 질산성질소의 시공간적 변동 특성을 평가하였다. 제주도 지하수의 질산성질소 농도의 중앙값은 2.5 mg/L로서 다른 국가나 대륙의 조사 결과에 비해 다소 높거나 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지하수 용도, 행정구역 및 고도 별로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 특히, 산간 지역에 비해 저지대 해안가에 위치한 농업 및 주거지역에서 농도가 높음을 확인하였다. Mann-Kendall 및 Sen’s slope 분석을 활용한 질산성질소 농도의 추세 분석 결과, 하류 저지 대에 비해 중산간지역에서의 질산성질소 농도 증가 경향이 뚜렷하였다. 제주도 내 토지 피복의 시계열 변화 특성과 결부 지어 보면, 중산간지역의 오염 증가 추세는 농업지역의 확장 등 인위적 활동 증가에 기인한 결과로 판단된다. 반면,기지정된 지하수자원특별관리구역에서는 전반적으로 질산성질소 농도의 감소 경향이 나타났는데, 이는 지하수 관리 측면에서 수질관리를 위한 적극적인 정책이 유효함을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 제주도 지하수의 질산성질소 오염관리를 위한 적정 방안을 제안한다. The spatio-temporal variations of nitrate concentrations in groundwater of Jeju Island were evaluated by an analysis of time series groundwater quality data (N = 21,568) that were collected from regional groundwater monitoring (number of wells = 4,835) for up to 20 years between 1993 and 2015. The median concentration of NO 3 -N is 2.5 mg/L, which is slightly higher than those reported from regional surveys in other countries. Nitrate concentrations of groundwater in wells tend to significantly vary according to different water usage (of the well), administrative districts, and topographic elevations: nitrate level is higher in low-lying agricultural and residential areas than those in high mountainous areas. The Mann-Kendall trend test and Sen’s slope analysis show that nitrate concentration in mid-mountainous areas tends to increase, possibly due to the expansion of agricultural areas toward highland. On the other hand, nitrate concentrations in the Specially Designated Groundwater Quality Protection Zones show the temporally decreasing trend, which implies the efficiency of groundwater management actions in Jeju. Proper measures for sustainable groundwater quality management are suggested in this study.

        Teaching Korean as a Foreign Language, 27, 205∼218. This paper's purpose is to analyze the meaning of conjunctive ending '-아(어,여)다가' when adverbial ending '-아(어,여)' is combined with '-다가'. In this paper, I tried to find out what kind of verbs are used with '-어다가' and proposed five categories of syntatic restrictions. In chapter 3, the meaning of '-어' in the context of '-어다가' is presented and I interpreted it a 'the continuing state of a certain finished situation'. And in chapter 4, I suggested the verbs which is connected to '-어다가' seems to be more related with syntatic restrictions than with basic attributes of the verbs. Finally, chapter 5 deals with the five categories of syntatic restrictions about '-어다가'. 1) '-어다가' can not be connected all the action verbs but be connected some of transitive verbs. 2) Subject entity in the first sentence and the second sentences should be the same. The subject entity with '-어다가' needs animate implications as a doer. 3) The object in the sentences which is connected with '-어다가' should be the same or the object of the first sentence can be the source of the second sentence. 4) The contents of the first sentence becomes the method of the second sentence when the sentences are connected with '-어다가'. 5) The place of the first sentence should differ from the one of the second sentence.       • 재구성 가능한 구조를 위한 HW/SW 분할 및 스케쥴링 알고리즘

        동적 재구성 가능한 하드웨어 구조를 포함하는 시스템은 실시간으로 알고리즘을 처리할 수 있도록 하드웨어 자원을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있어야 한다. 이런 시스템의 수행 성능은 기본적으로 HW/SW 분할 문제에 의존한다. 이 논문은 동적 재구성 가능한 하드웨어를 위한 새로운 HW/SW 분할 알고리즘을 제안했다. 알고리즘은 초기해 얻기 후 그 해를 다시 최적화하는 단계적인 접근방법이다. 알고리즘은 분할 과정에서 FPGA를 재구성하는 과정을 고려했고 이를 최적화하기 위해서 부분적인 재구성(partial reconfiguration) 방법과 prefetching 재구성 방법을 사용했다. 이 휴리스틱(heuristic) 알고리즘을 통하여 JPEG 부호화기가 다른 접근 방법에 비하여 최적의 수행 성능을 얻음을 보였다.

      • 모근세포의 분리배양과 발모촉진 활성에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to establish culture system of dermal papilla (DP) cells which thought to play an essential role in the induction of new hair follicles and the maintenance of hair growth and to investigate the effect of Schizonepeta tenyifotia Briq. and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. extracts on maintenance of anagen phase of DP cells. DP cells were isolated from the back skin of the newborn rats and were shown a large round shape at immediately after isolation. The cells were attached to the culture plate with monolayer and fallen with 70-80% confluency on day 4. In order to confirm DP cell biomarkers of the isolated and cultured cells, the gene expression of versican and nexin was analyzed by RT-PCR. The result showed that both genes were highly expressed and DP cell marker enzyme, alkaline phosphatase activity also was strongly increased in these isolated and cultured cells. The effects of the Schizonepeta tenyifolia Briq. and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. extracts on the hair-induction ability of cultured DP cells were examined. Because these extracts increased mRNA expression level of VEGF and versican in a dose-dependent manner, these extracts may be involved in inducing or maintaining anagen phase of hair cells. When DP cells were treated with these extracts, the mRNA expressions of IGF and KGF were also upregulated more than that of minoxidil treatment. These results suggest that these extracts may be candidates for helping hair growth promotion. In addition, when DP cells were treated with plant extracts mixture, VEGF and versican mRNA expression was synergistically increased.

        초내식성 스테인리스강 선재와 브라켓의 내식성 및 금속 이온 용출 특성

        Metallic orthodontic appliances are known to release metal ions in an oral cavity. It is not advisable that toxic corrosion products derived from the appliances is absorbed into the body. Metal ions release from orthodontic appliances is known to have large effects on the result of orthodontic treatment and systemic health. Metal bracket and wire were made of super stainless steel(S32050) with high corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance and ion release property of S32050 and conventionally used appliances were examined. Four types of wire were ligated in either super stainless steel(SB) or Tomy bracket(TB) with O-ring, and then each group was immersed in an artificial saliva at 37℃ for 12 weeks. Amount of released metal ions was measured with immersion time by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy and surface morphology was investigated. S32050 showed the low passive current density of about 1 μA/㎠ and the stable passive region to a high potential in artificial saliva. S32050 appliances did hardly release nickel ions in artificial saliva. S32050 wire(SRW) and NiTi wire(NW) didn't show significant difference of Ni ion release with immersion time, meanwhile, Remanium wire(RW) showed significant difference in 12 weeks. Ni ion releasce from the brackets didn't show any significant difference with immersion time and between SB and TB. Amounts of Ni ion released from TB-SRW showed significant difference in 12 weeks, those from TB-RW showed significant difference from 4 weeks later and highest release among all groupsin12weeks. TB-NW released little Ni ion for all immersion time and showed significant difference from 4 weeks later, TB-TW(TMA wire) showed significant difference in 12 weks. SB-SRW didn't show any significant difference and SB-RW signigicant difference in 12 weeks,but lower compared with TB group. SB-NW and SB-TW didn't show any significant difference. Corrosion products didn't be observed in mostly groups during the immersion time, except that in TB-RW, they were observed on the bracket surface between O-ring and wire from 8 weeks later. Super stainless steel wire had good corrosion resistance compared with stainless steel wire, and it is believed that it can be used as orthodontic material for bracket and wire.

        저빈도 반복성 경두개 자기자극이 정상인의 시각적 단기 기억에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a novel, noninvasive method of brain stimulation. Since conventional rTMS does not cause seizure, marked advantage over electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), rTMS can be used easily and widely. Once the effects of rTMS on cognitive function are elucidated, its application will be further extended. However, the effects of rTMS on cognitive function have not been well examined. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of low frequencyr TMS on visual short term memory. Methods : Forty normal healthy volunteers were randomly assigned to rTMS (n=20) or sham (n=20) groups. The rTMS group were again randomly divided into left prefrontal (n=10) and right prefrontal (n=10) groups. For each group rTMS was given at 1 Hz for 20 minutes with 100% of motor threshold. As a cognitive task, Corsi Block Tapping Test (CORSI) in the computerized Vienna Test System, which can assess visual short term memory, was performed before, during, and after the rTMS. Results : No significant difference was found in the visual short term memories between the rTMS and the sham groups before, during, or after 1 Hz rTMS, nor between the left and right prefrontal rTMS groups. Conclusion : This study demonstrates that rTMS, contrary to ECT, has no adverse visual short term memory effect when used as the standard treatment paradigm. Therefore, rTMS could be a new and safe treatment method in various neuropsychiathc fields without any interference of cognitive function.

      • 노광 과정동안 감광제의 실수 굴절률 변화에 대한 분석

        반도체 집적 소자를 제작하기 위하여 감광제에 빛을 쪼여주게 되는데 이 때 감광제의 굴절률이 변하게 된다. 기존 시뮬레이션 방법에서는 굴절률중 허수에 해당하는 흡수 계수의 변화만 고려되었으나 우리는 실수 굴절률 변화도 고려된 시뮬레이션 방법을 개발하였다. 개발된 방법에 의해 실수 굴절률 변화가 노광 공정에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 swing curve와 측면각 등에 대해 탈 초점 및 에너지에 따른 선폭 변화에 대해 조사하였다. I-line과 193 ㎚용 감광제에 적용시켰으며 그 결과 실수 굴절률이 증가하면 선폭을 더 작게 조절할 수 있고 공정여유도도 크게 하지만 측면각은 작아지고 실수 굴절률이 감소하면 선폭은 커지고 공정여유도는 작아지지만 측면각이 증가하는 경향을 보인다. The refractive index of photoresist is changed during exposure of the lithography process. Conventional simulation considers the change of the imaginary refractive index only. We developed a new simulation tool that includes the change of the real refractive index. We investigated the effect of this change to the lithography process. The line width, defocus, energy, swing curve, and side wall angle are studied. We applied the tool to the I-line resist and 193 ㎚ resist. As the real refractive index increases the line width decreases and the process latitude increases, but the side wall angle decreases. As the real refractive index decreases the line width increases and the process latitude decreases, but the side wall angle increases.

      • 영지버섯 생장점 단백다당체 GLB의 대식세포 활성화 효과

        In the previous study we described the antitumor activity of GLB. a protein-polysaccharide fraction of the growing tips of Ganoderma lucidum, against sarcoma 180 solid tumor in ICR mice. In this study we investigated the stimulatory activity of GLB on macrophages. When analyzed using a flow cytometer. GLB (100 ㎍/㎖) was found to increase the phagocytic activity of the BALB/c mouse peritoneal macrophages as well as chicken macrophage BM2CL cells against FTTC-labeled C. albicans by 55.2% and 21.2%, respectively. GLB also increased the spreading and the expression of MHC class Ⅱ molecules of BM2CL cells as well as the mouse peritoneal macrophages. From these results, it is clear that GLB is a strong stimulator to the macrophages.

        치태형성 억제세균의 분리

        치태의 주요성분인 비수용성 글루캔의 형성을 억제시키는 세균을 분리하기 위하여 유치원 원아 만여명으로 부터 타액을 채취하였다.일회용 큐벧을 사용하여 비수용성 글루캔의 형성을 억제시킨 세균을 분리하였다.분리된 세균을 그람 염색과 API 20S kit 와 API 50 CHL kit를 사용하여 당발효 및 생화확적 특성을 검사한 결과,Streptococcus oralis,Streptococcus mitis,Streptococcus mitior,Streptococcus sanguis,Enterococcus durans,Lactobacillus lactis로 동정되었다.비수용성 글루캔 형성 억제 정도를 판정하기 위하여 일회용 큐벧에서 S.mutans 단독 배양시에는 550nm에서의 흡광도가 1.503이었으나,S.mutans 와 Streptococcus oralis,Streptococcus mitis,Streptococcus mitior,Streptococcus sanguis,Enterococcus durans,Lactobacillus lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus 혼합 배양시에는 각각의 흡광도가 0.823,0.912,0.894,0.878,0.753,0.845,1.021로 감소되었다. The insoluble glucan is the major substance of dental plaque. In order to isolate the bacteria inhibiting the formation of insoluble glucan in disposable cuvette,saliva was got from about 10 thousand children.The isolated bacteria were tested by API 20S kit and API 50 CHL kit.These bacteria were identified as Streptococcus oralis,Streptococcus mitis,Streptococcus mitior,Streptococcus sanguis,Enterococcus durans,Lactobacillus lactis,and Lactobacillus acidophilus.When Streptococcus mutans was cultured with Streptococcus oralis,Streptococcus mitis,Streptococcus mitior,Streptococcus sanguis,Enterococcus durans,Lactobacillus lactis,and Lactobacillus acidophilus in disposable cuvette,the optical density at 550 nm was 0.823,0.912,0.894,0.878,0.753,0.845,1.021 respectively,while being 1.503 in the disposable cuvette Streptococcus mutans only.
