원위 대퇴골의 고립성 골연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골 육종 1례 보고

연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), an endogenous component of the L-carnitine family, is naturally occurring molecule synthesized from L-carnitine (LC) by carnitine acetyl transferase. ALC has been shown to improve the cognitive performance of patients suffering from dementia of the Alzheimer's type and proposed for treating Alzheimer's disease in pharmacological doses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ALC tablets, Nicetile^(TM) (Dong-A pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Neurocetil^(TM) (Kyung-Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration. Twenty six normal male volunteers, 22.80±2.76 year in age and 63.07±7.98 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2 × 2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 500 ㎎ of ALC was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of ALC in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Because of the presence of endogenous ALC, the calibration was performed using dialyzed serum. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_(max) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_(max) and T_(max) between two tablets were 2.72%, -0.65% and -8.42%, respectively, when calculated against the Nicetile^(TM) tablet. The powers (1-β) for AUC_t and C_(max) were 94.87% and 87.17%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (△) at α=0.05 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 15.58% and 19.16% AUC_t and C_(max), respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -11.84∼6.41 and -10.57∼11.88 for AUC_t and C_(max), respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Neurocetil^(TM) tablet is bioequivalent to Nicetile^(TM) tablet.

다이아몬드용 자동연마기의 성능평가

The present study deals design and manufacture of automatic polishing machine that can cut diamond to have 58 facets in a brilliant cutting which has been hardly achieved by a conventional manually operating polishing machine. Upon the 3-dimensional Sarin M/C test and analysis on the diamond processed by the automatic polishing machine developed in this study its proportion and finishing turned out to be better than the diamond processed by the conventional method, by being rated as "very good".

소요동력 절감을 위한 트랙터용 로타리 커버의 개발

본 연구에서는 로타리 경운작업시 흙 부착이 가장 많이 되고 소요동력에 큰 영향을 미치는 로타리 커버 내측에 흙이 부착되는 것을 방지하여 경운 소요동력의 절감에 기여할 수 있는 로타리 커버를 개발하는데 목적이 있으며, 그 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 본 연구의 수행을 위하여 트랙터의 로타리 경운소요동력을 측정하고자 트랙터 PTO축과 로타리 동력 입력축을 연결하는 PTO 동력 전달축을 이용하여 로타리 경운 소요동력 측정장치를 설계, 제작하였다. 2. 로타리에 장착한 흙부착 방지장치의 재질로는 스테인리스 스틸, 고무, PE 등을 사용하였다. 흙부착 방지장치 장착 로타리를 이용하여 로타리 경운시험을 통한 경운 소요동력을 측정한 결과 평균 일반 로타리는 52.18ps, 스테인리스 스틸재질 장착 로타리는 52.44ps, 고무재질 장착 로타리는 49.01ps, 그리고 PE재질 장착 로타리는 46.34ps의 소요동력을 나타냈다. 3. 흙부착 방지장치 장착 로타리를 이용하여 로타리 경운시험 후 부착된 흙의 양을 조사한 결과 평균 일반 로타리는 5.6㎏, 스테인리스 스틸재질 장찰 로타리는 5.7㎏, 고무재질 장착 로타리는 3.1㎏, 그리고 PE재질 장착 로타리는 2.7㎏으로 나타났다. 4. 실험결과를 토대로 유의수준 5%의 모평균 차에 의한 검정으로 분석해본 결과 스테인리스 스틸재질의 경우 흙부착 방지효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 고무와 PE재질의 경우에 방지 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 중 PE 재질이 소요동력과 흙부착 방지에 각각 11%, 52%의 감소효과가 있어 소요동력 감소 및 흙부착 방지 효과가 탁월한 것으로 나타났다. This study aims at investigating the realities of tractor rotary tilling and paving operations performed by farm families in the central part of the country, measuring the power requirement so as to find the energy-saving factors for tractor rotary tilling, and designing a device to prevent soil adherence to the inside of the rotary cover-this part is the most subject to soil adherence and affects the power requirement. As a result of rotary tilling tests using rotaries equipped with a soil adherence preventer, the power requirement values were measured to be 52.18, 52.44, 49.01 and 46.34 PS for general, stainless steel, rubber and PE rotaries, and as a results of measurement of the quantities of the sod adhered to rotaries after their tilling tests, on the average, the quantities were measured to be 5.6, 5.7, 3.1 and 2.7㎏ for general, stainless steel, rubber and PE rotaries, respectively. The PE rotary cover reduced the power requirement and soil adherence by 11 and 52%, respectively.

우리나라 製造業의 資本調達動向과 財務構造에 관한 硏究

Economic growth a nation is achieved by a continuing equipment investments in business enterprise, and then raising funds requiring in its investments can be divided into the two ways of internal financing and external finaning. Internal financing means raising funds by the self-saving of a business like retained earning reserved inside a business after the distribution of net income, such as devidends, tax payments and so on, among profits of results into business activities. External financing spells raising funds through capital markets or money markets, when a business cannot be full enough to being only the self-financing reqiring funds. This external financing can be classified into direct and inderect financing, whether intervened of financial intermediaries or not. If we look into the structure of raising funds in the department of a corporative business, we could point out that the majority depended upon external financing because the ratio of self-financing was too low. It seems that such a condition was continued since the enlargement of investments was supported by making rapid progress of external financing according to favorably proceeding the plan of economic development. Next, indrect financing holds a high ratio among external financing. Especially, long-termloans from banks in indirect financing take a much share. A supply of funds in the advanced countries has been already in charge of important roles of financial intermediators of insurance, trust, short-term financing facilities, otherwise, it makes remarkable features different from that coutry in Korea. As the stated above, Korea has achieved a high growth of economy by flourishing equipment investments of business enterprises, and gone on quantitavely increasing savings, investments and financial trade. But in regard to the contents, being relatively too large for a degree of dependance of a overseas department, investment intermediareis in a domestic department shrunk up. Finally, such a difficulty make it'strong to be possibility of being appeared on the factors of final hindrance in lasting economic growth.

接觸酸化法을 利用한 LAS 除去效率에 關한 硏究

This study was performed to know LAS concentration in the small urban stream and estimate the LAS removal efficiency when apply to natural purification method with variable media. When we used gravel and concrete as media, the average LAS concentration of influent was 819.7㎍/ℓ (112.0 ∼ 1671.0 ㎍/ℓ). The average LAS concentration of effluent gravel media reactor was 58.5 ㎍/ℓ (0 ∼ 158.4 ㎍/ℓ) and average removal efficiency was 93.8%. The average LAS concentration of effluent concrete media reactor was 33.1 ㎍/ℓ (0 ∼ 136.8 ㎍/ℓ) and average removal efficiency was 96.1%. And when we used tire and scrubber, the average LAS concentration of influent was 693.7 ㎍/ℓ (241.5 ∼ 1330.3 ㎍/ℓ). The average LAS concentration of effluent tire media reactor was 88.4 ㎍/ℓ (47.8 ∼ 131.8 ㎍/ℓ) and average removal efficiency was 83.9%. The average LAS concentration of effluent scrubber media reactor was 26.1 ㎍/ℓ(0 ∼ 58.9 ㎍/ℓ) and average removal efficiency was 95.3%.

우리나라 企業의 企業金融에 관한 硏究 : Laying Emphasis on the Fund Application 資本運用을 中心으로

In general, Korean business enterprises have the poor factors that are stayed at relatively low level in efficiency of plant and equipment investment. Although it was inevitable owing to the boundary of the industrial policy of a light industry center, it was involved many problems in the process of propelling a heavy chemical industry. The typical examples bring about the unbalanced growth between the types of an industry, and also greatly decrease investment efficiency. Thus as it is lower efficiency investment of the big business centering a heavy chemical industry, it gives rise to waste of resoures and then, arises from declining investment in connection with a change for the worse of the business accounts. This investment efficiency that brings out the worse of the business accounts by unsoundness of the capital application repeats a vicious circle to the frailty of a capital structure. And also the propensity depended excessive creditor's capital is growing worse by the payability to a heavy burden of financial expenses. Besides, the loss of liguidity by a shortage of working capital appears on the primary factors obstructed the safty of business enterprises. Consequently, for solving the problems of the business fund application and achieving the long-range and continuous growth, we should make an every effort through a business by oneself as well as a government policy concern in the following. First, the drastic enlargement of the investment research development. Second, the inducement of an equivalent growth. Third, the investment for the high department of a related effect. Fourth, the central investment for a growing industry of comparative predominance.

비장경색이 동반된 쯔쯔가무시병 1예

Tsutsugamushi disease is an acute febrile illness caused by Orientie. tsutsugsmushi. It is characterized by fever, myalgia, lymphadenopathy, and rash. And it can be easily diagnosed by characteristic eschar and serologic testing. Nearly all of the patients with tsutsugamushi disease improve with antibiotics such as doxycycline. However, the fatality rate of untreated cases is seven to ten percent. Splenic infarction is not common disease which is caused by occlusion of the main splenic artery or any of its branches. It is mainly caused by emboli that arise from cardiovascular disease, but sometimes by regional thrombosis associated with leukemia, myeloproliferative disorder, sickle cell anemia, pancreatitis, splenic torsion and septicemia. We experienced one case of tsutsugamushi disease with splenic infarction, which was improved after doxycycline treatment finished.
