Microcomputer를 이용(利用)한 Data Acquisition System에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

효율적(效率的)인 농업기계(農業機械)의 실내(室內) 및 실외실험(室外實驗)을 위(爲)하여 Microcomputer에 의(依)한 Data 측정(測定)을 위(爲)해 A/D 변환기(變煥器)를 Interface 시키고, 이를 기록보관(記錄保管)하기 위해 Computer memory인 2716용(用) EPROM programmer와 Microprinter를 interface시켰고, 실험(實驗) 후(後)Data를 다시 HP computer로 전송(傳送)하기 위(爲)한 RS232C 장치(裝置) 등(等)의 Hardware를 구성(構成)하고, 이들의 작동(作動)을 위(爲)한 Microprogram을 개발(開發)하여 Data acquisition system으로 활용(活用)할 수 있는 방안(方案)을 연구(硏究)한 본(本) 연구(硏究)의 주요(主要) 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 사용(使用) channel수(數), 측정시간(測定時間) 간격(間隔) 및 측정(測定) data수(數)를 자유(自由)로 조정할 수 있는 측정용(測定用) microprogram을 개발(開發)하였으며 최소(最小) 측정시간(測定時間) 간격(間隔)은 $58.8{\mu}s$이었다. 2. A/D 변환기(變煥器)의 Calibration을 위(爲)해 Function generator에서 삼각파(三角波), 구형파(矩形波), sin파등(波等)을 발생(發生)시켜 Oscillograph에서 확인(確認)하고 이를 계측(計測)하여 보관(保管)한 후(後) HP Computer에 전송(傳送)하여 plotting한 결과(結果) 정확(正確)한 파형(波形)을 얻을 수 있었다. 3. Data 기록(紀錄)을 위(爲)한 EPROM programmer는 잘 동작(動作)하였으며 기록(紀錄) 및 원래(原來)의 Data와 비교(比較)하는 데 총 소요시간(所要時間)은 75초 정도였고, 취급이 용이(容易)할 뿐 아니라 지워서 재사용(再使用)할 수 있어 경제적(經濟的)이었다. 4. Data의 기록(記錄)을 위(爲)한 Microprinter는 그 2kB Decimal로 변환(變換)시켜 Print하는 시간(時間)이 15분(分) 정도이었으며 계측(計測)과 동시(同時)에 기록(記錄)시키는 완속측정용(緩速測定用)으로 적당하였다. 5. 본(本) system과 HP3000 컴퓨터 간(間)의 Data 전송(傳送) 장치(裝置)를 사용(使用)하면 2k byte의 Data를 HP3000 computer로 전송(傳送)하는데 1~2분(分)정도 소요(所要)되었고, 작동(作動)은 만족스러웠다. 6. 사용(使用) 전원(電源)은 DC/DC 변환기(變煥器)를 사용(使用)하여 입력전원(入力電源)이 7~25V로 단일화(單一化)하였으며, 그 상용전류(常用電流)는 1.8A정도로 tractor의 battery를 사용(使用)할 경우도 시동시(始動時)에 전압강하(電壓降下)에 의(依)한 컴퓨터의 오동작(誤動作)이 일어나지 않았으며 야외실험(野外實驗)에서의 적응성(適應性)이 우수하였다. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)를 종합할 때 본(本) system은 실내(室內) 및 실외(室外) 실험(實驗)을 위(爲)한 Data auquistition system으로 활용(活用)할 수 있으며 경제적면(經濟的面)이나 정말 고속 측정(側定) 면(面)에서 우수한 성능(性能)을 갖춘 것으로 인정(認定)된다. A low cost and versatile data acquisition system for the field and laboratory use was developed by using a single board microcomputer. Data acquisition system based on a Z80 microprocessor was built, tested and modified to obtain the present functional system. The microcomputer developed consists of 6 kB ROM, 5 kB RAM, 6-seven segment LED display, 16-Hex. key and 8 command key board. And it interfaces with an 8 channel, 12 bits A/D converter, a microprinter, EPROM programmer for 2716, and RS232C interface to transfer data between the system and HP3000 mini-computer manufactured by Hewlett Packard Co., A software package was also developed, tested, and modified for the system. This package included drivers for the AID converter, LED display, key board, microprinter, EPROM programmer, and RS232c interface. All of these programs were written in 280 assembler language and converted to machine codes using a cross assembler by HP3000 computer to the system during modifying stage by data transferring unit of this system, then the machine language wrote to the EPROM by this EPROM programmer. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Measuring program developed was able to control the measuring intervals, No. of channels used, and No. of data, where the maximum measuring speed was 58.8 microsec. 2. Calibration of the system was performed with triangle wave generated by a function generator. The results of calibration agreed well to the test results. 3. The measured data was able to be written into EPROM, then the EPROM data was compared with original data. It took only 75 sec. for the developed program to write the data of 2 kB the EPROM. 4. For the slow speed measurements, microprinter instead of EPROM programmer proved to be useful. It took about 15 min. for microprinter to write the data of 2 kB. 5. Modified data transferring unit was very effective in communicating between the system and HP3000 computer. The required time for data transferring was only 1~2 min. 6. By using DC/DC converting devices such as 78-series, 79-series. and TL497 IC, this system was modified to convert the only one input power sources to the various powers. The available power sources of the system was DC 7~25 V and 1.8 A.

The coastal dune ecosystem is one of the ecosystems under the most development pressure in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to study the ecological location and related ecological phenomena of coastal dune plants, but related studies are lacking. Through this study, we intend to conduct research on the structure and restoration of dune plants, focusing on the coastal dunes in Jeju Island, which are affected by artificial development pressure and the continuous increase in tourists among many coastal dunes in Korea. Ecosystems of coastal sand dunes for vegetation survey in Jeju Island are selected based on naturalness and preservation. In this study, 23 major coastal dunes on Jeju Island including Udo were selected. In the coastal dunes of Jeju Island, a whole species survey and quadrat survey were carried out. The vegetation survey at study sites were conducted on May to September 2022, when the vegetation is clearly visible. At the survey site, the dune area was identified at the beginning and the plant species were recorded until no more new species appeared. Vegetation survey in the field was performed by 103 quadrat establishments and was conducted using Braun-Blanquet method. A total of 277 species appeared, and the most common species were Vitex rotundifolia and Calystegia soldanella. The frequency of both Vitex rotundifolia and Calystegia soldanella was approximately over 90%. The proportion of woody and herbaceous in all emerging species was 7.2% and 92.8%, respectively. The total number of species found in the quadrat survey was 98. As a result of classifying plant communities based on species dominance in the quadrats, it was analyzed into 30 plant communities. The plant communities that appeared with a frequency of 2 or more on the main island of Jeju were Vitex rotundifolia, Imperata cylindrica var. koenigii, Ischaemum antephoroides, Wedelia prostrata, Elymus mollis, Calystegia soldanella, Artemisia scoparia, and Tetragonia tetragonoides. The DCCA(detrended canonical correspondence analysis) based on the vegetation and environment factor matrix showed that the height and covers of the dominant plant species explain significantly the variation and distribution of coastal sand dune species on Jeju island. Thus, we may propose a plan to restore the coastal dunes of Jeju island as helping colonization and establishment of mainly sand dune native perennials and trees, preserving native plant communities that are declining and preserving present tree strips of Pinus thunbergii, Litsea japonica, Pittosporum tobira and Vitex rotundifolia.

Duodenal diverticula are frequently observed in upper gastrointestinal endoscopies or upper gastrointestinal series. Most duodenal diverticula are asymptomatic, and complications are rare, however, diverticula occasionally result in diverticulitis, hemorrhage, obstruction, perforation, or sepsis. Most ingested foreign bodies are passed spontaneously and evacuated through gastrointestinal movement, but, if these foreign bodies are sharp and become impacted in a pathological lesion, such as a diverticulum, the risk of complications can be very high. In this paper, we report on a case of duodenal diverticulitis resulting from impacted bone-like food material. In this case, the food-material-induced diverticulitis showed spontaneous improvement through supportive care.
Nephrotic Syndrome Related to Early Gastric Cancer

Nephrotic syndrome results in a prolonged, heavy increase in glomerular permeability to proteins. Nephrotic syndrome caused by malignant neoplasms accounts for 7.9% to 10.9%. Nephrotic syndrome can improve following resection of gastric malignancies. However, the relationship between early gastric cancer and nephrotic syndrome has not been elucidated. We report a case of early gastric cancer with nephrotic syndrome that improved after resection of the primary gastric lesion by endoscopic submucosal dissection.
S-431 : 신장이식 후 Mycophenolate 에 의해 발생한 적혈구무형성

적혈구무형성은 골수에서 백혈구나 혈소판은 정상이지만 적혈구 전구세포의 심각한 감소를 보이는 질환이다. 이 질환은 흉선종, 림프구증식 성질환, 골수증식성질환, 바이러스 감염이나 루푸스 등 자가면역질환에 의해 발생할 수 있으며 페니토인, 카르바마제핀, sodium valproate와 같은 항간질제, 아자티오프린, 클로람페니콜, 설폰아마이드, isoniazide, 프로카인아마이드, 사람 유전자재조합 에리트로포이에틴 등 약제에 의해 매우 드물게 발생할 수 있다. Mycophenolate는 신장이식 등 장기이식수술 후 또는 자가면역질환의 치료에 흔하게 사용되는 면역억제제의 하나로 푸린합성을 억제하여 T 림프구와 B 림프구를 억제하는 물질이다. 이러한 mycophenolate에 의한 적혈구무형성증은 매우 드물어 전세계적으로 지금까지 수십 예만이 보고되어 있다. 저자들은 최근 말기 신부전증으로 복막투석치료를 받다가 뇌사자로부터 신장이식을 받은 후 mycophnolate를 포함한 면역억제제로 치료 중 발생한 적혈구무형성이 발생하여 mycophenolate를 중지한 후 회복된 증례를 경험하여 보고한다. 증례: 40세 여성 환자가 4년 전부터 원인불명의 말기신부전증으로 복막투석치료를 받아오다 뇌사자로부터 신장이식수술을 받았다. 면역억제제로는 tacrolimus, mycophenolate와 당류코르티코이드를 사용했다. 이식 후 신기능은 회복되어 혈청 크레아티닌치는 1.0 mg/dL이었으며 말초혈액 혈색소치가 11.5 g/dL까지 회복되었다. 이후 혈색소치가 점차 감소하여 이식 후 2개월째에는 5.4 g/dL까지 감소하였고 이때 말초혈액 백혈구수는 4,800/μL, 혈소판 281,000/μL, 보정 망상적혈구 0.42%, 망상적혈구수 8,000/μL 였다. 환자는 출혈의 증거가 없었고 혈액 화학검사나 말초혈액 펴바름검사상 용혈의 증거도 없었다. 골수검사결과 적혈구무형성에 합당한 소견을 보였다. Mycophenolate (Myfortic® 1,080 mg/day)에 의한 적혈구무형성의 가능성이 높아 tacrolimus를 포함한 다른 약제들은 그대로 사용하였고 mycophenolate를 180 mg/day로 감량하였으며 sirolimus를 추가하였다. 이후 환자는 서서히 회복하여 2 개월 후 혈색소치는 10.3 g/dL로 회복되었고 혈청 크레아티닌치도 1.13mg/dL로 안정된 신기능 상태를 보이고 있다.

In order to improve students' interest, class participation and class comprehension in engineering theory classes, a class applying review games as Jinjinga, Bingo, etc. were designed and developed. Through applying them to three engineering theory subjects, the specific effects of the strategy on students' understanding, interest, participation, and academic achievement were analyzed and the usefulness of each review game strategy was analyzed. Analyzing class data over the past 11 years, there was a clear correlation between performance of the students in the review game and their actual grades, which was found to be greater than the negative effect of absence rate on the test performance or grades. This study also researched students' perceptions compared to other general subjects not applying the review games. The results of a survey of the students who took the review game class showed the usual amount of usual studying hours increased, the burden of examination or the amount of studying hours for preparing the exam was reduced, and the class interest and achievement significantly increased compared to other subjects in the same major.
