        서울시 都市公園의 變遷에 關한 硏究

        This study is to classify and evaluate the changes of policies, sizes, and the administrative organizations of parks in Seoul. Reviewed with the changes examined up to now, most plans were temporary ones established on situations. So it would be better to make mid-term plans based on long-term plans. For the present conditions of parks, it appeared that city parks should be managed not by entrusting autonomous districts but by Seoul local government having park administative offices by 5-green land areas, and that citizens should be allowed to develop and operate management programs for parks. For its organization, officials in the bureau consisting of specialized experts should be appointed as the directors for the concerned special duties. And the field of park, leisure, ecology and sightseeing, etc. scattered in Seoul City organizations are to be emerged onto a scholastic category. For and it is recommend to connect organizations and scientific research.

        농지이용증진사업의 경제효과분석

        This study is aimed at identifying the decision making criteria as B/C ratio, IRR and NPV based on the expected benefits and costs of the land utilization and promotion projects which have implemented to improve agricultural structure under WTO system. To carry out the objectives of the study, Sinseok project area located at Dangjin district, Chungnam province was selected. Sinseok project area has 306.2 ha of paddy area with 172 farm households. The project area will be operated by the 33 specialized farm households after completion of the project which will have 20 years of economic life. After completion of the project, farm size will be increased from 1.8ha to 9.3ha. Land intensity of the project area will be increased by 10%. Increase of land productivity and cost saving due to the labor saving technology as farm mechanization will be expected. According to the survey results, the annual amount of production cost savings per farm was estimated 3.884million won and increased total farm income was expected about 43.8million won per year. The total expexted project benefits was expected 174million won per year. The project costs to promote land utilization and structural change consisted of handling charges, and direct payment for land movility. The decision making criteria representing economic feasibility of the project such as B/C ratio, NPV and IRR were estimated 2.49, 483million won and 30% respectively when the cut-off rate was taken into account 10%. In conclusion, the land utilization and promotion project proppeled by the Korean Government under the agricultural land law is considered economically feasible from the view points of expected project benefits and costs. Accordingly the project have to be implemented more strongly under the G't financial support considering WTO and UR negociation which were aimed at achieving the free trade and improvement of international competitiveness of farm products.

        Transthyretin의 Glutathione 자동산화 촉진작용

        When reduced glutathione(GSH) was incubated at neutral pH and at 37°, its concentration decreased slowly with formation of oxidized glutathione(GSSG). Autooxidation of GSH was accelerated by Cu^(2+) and Hg^(2+), but not by other common mono-, di-, and tri-valent cations. Transthyretin was found to stimulate autooxidation of GSH in the presence or absence of Cu^(2+) and Hg^(2+). EDTA inhibited perfectly the autooxidation of GSH regardless of the presence of transthyretin. The stimulating activity of transthyretin was maximal at pH 7.0, declining progressively with increase or decrease of pH from 7.0. Sulfhydryl-blocking agents such as p-hydroxymercuribenzoic acid and Nethylmaleimide markedly inhibited the stimulating activity of transthyretin. Transthyretin stimulated autooxidation of other sulfhydryl compounds such as clithiothreitol and cysteine. However, it did not show a significant effect on autooxidation of sulfhydryl group of egg albumin and eye lens proteins. And transthyretin did not cause any oxidative change to thyroxine(T₄), 3, 5, 3Ltri iodo thyronine(T₃) and 3, 3: 5~triiodothpnine(rT₃) bound to it in the presence of GSH and Cu^(2+). The above results suggest that transthyretin may play a role in regulation of oxidized status of sulfhydryl groups in blood plasma and cerebrospinal fluid

        THE EFFECT OF PRIMING ETCHED DENTIN WITH SOLVENT ON THE MICROTENSILE BOND STRENGTH OF HYDROPHOBIC DENTIN ADHESIVE

        장기적인 상아질 접착의 내구성 악화는 접착층과 혼성층의 친수성 부위에서의 가수분해에 의해 일어나는 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 본 연구의 가설은 콜라겐 망상체를 유기용매로 프라이밍하면 콜라겐 조직을 붕괴시키지 않고 수분을 밀어내고 소수성 단량체와 유기용매로 이루어진 접착제가 침투하여 접착강도를 얻을 수 있다는 것이다. 두 소수성 단량체인 Bisphenol-A-glycidylmethacrylate (Bis-GMA)와 triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA)를 아세톤, 에탄올 또는 메탄올에 용해시켜 세 가지의 실험용 접착제를 준비하였다. 산 부식과 수세과정 후에, 접착제를 습윤 상아질 표면(습윤 접착)이나 동일한 용매로 프라이밍 된 상아질 표면(용매 프라이밍 접착)에 적용하였다. 48시간 후와 1개월 후, 및 10.000회의 열순환 후에 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였다 접착계면은 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 접착방법에 무관하게 대부분의 시편의 접착계면예서 잘 발달된 혼성층을 관찰할 수 있었고 가장 높은 평균 미세인장결합강도는 에탄올을 포함하는 접착제의 48시간 후 시편에서 관찰되었다. 용매를 이용하여 프라이밍하는 접착 방법에서는 에탄올이나 메탄올을 포함하는 접착제에서 열순환 후에 미세인장접착강도가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 그러나 습윤 접착의 경우에는 시효처리 후 미세인장결합강도의 증가가 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구에서 에탄올을 이용한 상아질 프라이밍으로 우수한 접착력을 얻을 수 있었고. 열순환 후 접착력이 더욱 증가하였다 Deterioration of long-term dentin adhesion durability is thought to occur by hydrolytic degradation within hydrophilic domains of the adhesive and hybrid layers. This study investigated the hypothesis that priming the collagen network with an organic solvent displacc water without collapse and thereby obtain good bond strength with an adhesive made of hydrophobic monomers and organic solvents. Three experimentaladhesives were prepared by dissolving two hydrophobic monomers bisphenol-A-glycidylmethacrylate (Bis-GMA) and triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA), into acetone, ethanol or methanol. After an entching and rinsing procedure, the adhesives were applied onto either wet dentin surfaces (wet bonding) or dentin .surfaces primed with the same solvent (solvent-primed bonding). Microtensile bond strength (MTBS) was measured at 48 hrs, 1 month and after 10,000 times of thermocycles. The bonded interfaces were evaluated using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) Regardless of bonding protocols, weIl-developed hybrid layers were observed at the bonded interface in most specimens. The highest mean MTBS was observed in the adhesive containing ethanol at 48 hrs. With solvent-primed bonding increased MTBS tendencies were seen with thermocycling in the adhesives containing ethanol or methanol. However in the case of wet bonding, no increase in MTBS was observed with aging.

      • 아이리스를 사용한 이중 모드 원추 혼 안테나의 설계

        본 논문에서는 오프셋 파라볼라 안테나의 일차 복사기로서 세 장의 아이리스로 구성된 이중 모드 원추 혼 안테나를 제시하고 Ku밴드 혼 안테나를 설계하였다. 설계된 안테나의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 제작하고 복사특성을 측정하였다. 측정결과 설계 제작된 이중 모드 원추 혼 안테나는 11.85GHz에서 E면과 H면의 10dB 빔폭이 거의 일치하고 교차편과 레벨이 -30dB 이하로서 양호한 성능을 보였고, 이론치에 거의 근접한 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, the dual mode conical horn antenna with 3 irises for the primary feed of the offset parabolic antenna is proposed and the Ku-band horn antenna was designed. To verify the validity of the designed horn, the horn antenna is fabricated and he radiation characteristics is measured. It has been shown that the E-plane 10dB beamwdith of the experimental horn is nearly equal to the H-plane 10 dB beamwith, and the cross-polarization level is less than -30dB. And also, the measured results are in good agreement with the calculated results.

      • 폐구리염화물용액의 분무열분해반응에 의한 생성분말의 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 폐 구리염화물 용액을 원료로 사용하여 분무열분해 공정에 의해 평균입도가 1 ㎛ 이하이며 입도분포가 균일하고 치밀한 조직을 나타내는 미립의 구리산화물 분말을 제조하는데 있다.또한 본 연구에서는 분무열분해 공정에 의해 생성되는 분말의 특성에 영향을 미치는 반응 온도, 원료용액의 유입속도, 분위기기체 및 공기의 유입속도, nozzle tip 크기 및 원료용액의 농도 등의 반응인자들의 영향을 검토하였다.

        기업의 효율적인 정보시스템 구축은 정보화 사회에서는 반드시 필요하다.또한 기업의 성장 규모, 기업의 요구 사항, 기업의 보다 향상된 업무를 위해 시스템을 능동적으로 구현, 확장, 재구성되어야 한다.이에 정보의 연계, 최신 정보의 효율적 관리를 이용한 구체화와 정보화를 유지할 수 있다.이를 위하여 중소 업체에서는 한 번에 많은 투자를 해야되는 종합 정보화 시스템보다는 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등 각각에 대한 정보화를 위해 가장 기본적인 프로그램들을 업체의 특성과 차별성을 고려하여 실용 업무에 보다 적합한 자동화 시스템구성의 필요성이 강조된다.따라서 이들 시스템간에 서로 정보를 교환하고, 의사결정을 하는 종합 관리 시스템을 구축하여야 하는데, 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계관리 프로그램들을 통합하는 것이 새로운 시스템을 개발하는 것보다 경제적, 기능적 측면에서 매우 유리하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 (주)두양금속의 기존에 사용중인 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 시스템을 통합하고자 이미 구축된 시스템을 분석하고 각각의 독립된 업무를 연계하여 효율적인 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것에 목적을 두고있다.

      • 하악골 전돌증 환자에서 양악 수술과 하악 단독 수술의 술 후 안정성에 관한 연구 : Jaw Surgery And Single Mandibular Surgery in Mandibular Prognathism

        Le-Fort Ⅰ Osteotomy is considered by many surgeons to be a safe and predictable method for correcting various dentofacial deformities. However, there are controversial options concerning the stability of two-jaw surgery (Le-Fort Ⅰ osteotomy and sagittal split ramus osteotomy) compared to single mandibular surgery (sagittal split ramus osteotomy). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the post-operative stability of mandible in two-jaw surgery and single mandibular surgery, to help the establishment of accurate treatment planning in patients with a skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion. There were 15 patients who had been undergone two-jaw surgery and 20 patients who had been undergone single mandibular surgery. Lateral cephalograms of these 2groups ; Preoperation and immediate postoperation, postoperatively 1month, postoperatively 3months, at the latest follow up(>6months) ; were analyzed by linear measurement to evaluate changes in position (hard tissue B, Pogonion point) and compare relapse both group. The results obtained were as follows ; In view of B-point, the horizontal relapse rate of single mandibular surgery was 10.17% at post-op 1months, 12.52% at post-op 3months, 13.01% at post-op 6months and two-jaw surgery was 10.23% at post-op 1month, 11.84% at post-op 3months, 12.97% at post-op 6months. the horizontal relapse rates of Pogonion point were 10.78 at post-op 1month, 12.21% at post-op 3months, 12.98% at post-op 6months in single mandibular surgery and those were 10.27% at post-op 1month, 11.33% at post-op 3months, 12.01% at post-op 6months in two-jaw surgery. In terms of vertical relapse rate, rates of B point were 22.96% at post-op 1month, 28.30% at post-op 3months, 29.56% at post-op 6months in single mandibular surgery and 21.14% at post-op 1month, 25.45% at post-op 3months, 28.86% at post-op 6months in two-jaw surgery. Those of Pogonion point were 26.63% at post-op 1month, 28.40% at post-op 3months, 29.29% at post-op 6months in single mandibular surgery and 20.20% at post-op 1month, 25.44 at post-op 3months, 27.68% at post-op 6months in two-jaw surgery. There were no statistical difference between single mandibular surgery and two-jaw surgery in mandibular stability.
