        신축 공공도서관의 지위적 역할에 따른 규모와 지역 특성에 따른 건립공사비 기준에 관한 연구

        As the functions and roles of public libraries expand, it is time for qualitative growth. In order to improve the quality of public libraries, it is important to plan actual construction costs through systematic feasibility study. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the guideline of construction costs considering the size and regional characteristics according to the status role of the new public libraries. The construction costs are based on actual data. The results of the study are as follows. First, we derived the analysis framework according to the size and regional characteristics. The status role of the public libraries was considered theoretically. The size was classified according to status role of the public libraries. Regional characteristics were classified through literature review. Through this, an analysis framework was derived according to size and region. Second, the actual data on construction costs of the new public libraries were examined and analyzed. Basic factors, size, area, and construction costs were analyzed for 285 libraries nationwide that opened from 2010 to 2016. The data of 129 newly opened public libraries were classified. To present construction costs depending on price fluctuation, construction cost index was analyzed as of September 2016. Third, a guideline of construction costs for new public libraries was suggested. The construction cost per 1㎡ of building area was analyzed. By multiplying 116.70(p), the construction cost index, the construction cost per 1㎡ of total building area was calculated to be 2,472,350 won. When applying the research result, construction costs can be gained by adding construction cost index of the month.

      • 콩의 개화기 전후 공급과 수용부위의 생장반응과 수량에 대한 질소의 효과

        This study was conducted to examine the nitrogen effects on the growth responses, the nodulation, and the distribution of dry weight of plant tissues at major growth stages before and after the flowering stage, and to evaluate the yield components and yields with different nitrogen levels. Hwangkeum cultivar(Glycine max L mereill) was cultivated under five different nitrogen levels, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, N Kg/10a. Stem length and branching number, which were investigated with different N levels at major growth stages, were rapidly increased for 14days for before and after the flowering stage compared to the other growth stages. They were clearly higher with treatment of 2 and 4 N kg/10a than those of other N treatments. Pod number was slightly increased from the flowering to beginning maturity. It was the highest in the treatment of 2 N Kg/10a. Comparing grain number per pod with different N levels, two grains per pod was much higher in all N treatments except for the treatment of 6 N Kg/10a. Dry weight of shoot(including leaf, stem, and pod) was rapidly increased from the flowering stage to the full seed stage and then gradually increased after the full seed stage, whereas the dry weight of root(including the nodule and root) was rapidly increased until to full pod stage and then linearly decreased from the full pod stage until the beginning maturity stage. Comparing dry weight with different N levels, the dry weight of shoot was the highest in the treatment of 4 N Kg/10a, while it of root was the highest in the treatment of 2N Kg/10a. The dry weight of nodule was the highest, 13.1 Kg/10a, at full pod stage. Comparing the dry weight of nodule with different N levels, it was increased to the application amount of 4 N Kg/10a and then clearly decreased with more application amount of N than 4 Kg/10a. The yield components which were mostly affected to the yield were pod number per plant and grain number per plant. They were 57.5 and 106.1, respectively, with treatment of 4 N Kg/10a, which showed the highest yield, about 266 Kg/10a. Comparing yield index with different N levels to the control, the yields with treatment of 2 and 4 Kg/10a were increased to 21% and 34%, respectively.

        Occupational hearing loss became the leading occupational disease by constioution 56% of all work-related diseases in Korea. However, the prevalance rates showed wide variations among the specific medical examination providers and were very low(0.8-1.4%) compared with those 8.4% in Japan. The sources of these variations was regarded in the preview study as 1) Employee audometric estings were primarily conducted by nurses and nurse-aids who had no formal training for audiometry; 2) althought audiometric testing equipment used by the spedific medical examination providers, it should be periodically calibrated, a significant number of them were not properly calibrated : 3) Initial audiometric testings were conducted at any available spaces in workplace or at the testing room without considering bachground noise level. One of solutions that can be done for sloving surrent noise related problems is to provide a noise related manual for the occupational health managers including doctors, nurses and hyginests. This study was done to provide such a manual. The main core of the manual was hearing conservation program. And the contents of the manual was the same as the main frame of hearing conservation program such as noise survey, provided of the diagram showing the core contents of each factor of the hearing conservation program. Hopefully, this manual will be the references of the standardized performances of the specific medical examination providers.

      • 신경망과 웨이블릿 변환 기반의 이미지 분류기 구현

        본 논문에서는 신경망과 웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 이미지 분류 시스템을 제안한다. 분류 대상 이미지는 인터넷상의 다양한 이미지이며 웹 에이전트를 구현하여 획득하고 정규화과정을 거친다. 분류를 위한 특징은 웨이블릿 변환 후 추출된 질감 특징이다. 이러한 질감 특징을 이용하여 이미지들에 대한 학습 패턴을 생성하고 신경망을 학습한다. 구성한 신경망 분류기로 이미지들을 분류하여, 그 결과를 이미지 데이터베이스에 저장하고 웹사이트 검색 서비스에 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 질감 특징 중 가장 높은 검색 결과를 보여주는 대비(Contrast)를 사용하였으며, 신경망의 학습 알고리즘은 역전파 알고리즘을 사용하였다. In this paper, we propose an image classification system based on neural network and wavelet transform. The classifier deals with the various images on the Internet and the images are obtained and normalized with a Web agent. A feature for the classifier is a texture feature extracted from a wavelet transformed image. The features are used as training patterns for the neural network classifier. The results of the classifier are saved to the image database for website search service. We used the contrast out of many kinds of texture features and the back-propagation algorithm as the texture feature and the classifier learning algorithm, respectively.

        전치부 개교합을 가진 골격성 제 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자에 있어서 하악지 시상분할 골절단술후 술후 안정성에 관한 평가

        The purpose of this study is to assess the postoperative stability and the tendency of relapse after both sagittal split ramus osteotomy in skeletal class III with anterior open bite. This retrospective study was based on the examination of 15 patients, 6 males and 9 females, with a mean age 23.1 years. The patients were divided into two groups based on the amount of preoperative overbite(group I:<1mm, group II:≥1mm). Serial lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken within 2 weeks preoperatively, within 1 week postoperatively and at a follow up period that ranged from 7 to 24 months postoperatively. All cephalometric radiographs were traced and digitized using the Quick ceph image Pro for analysis. And then, horizontal and vertical changes of reference points(B point, Pogonion, L1) were assessed by the linear measurements in millimeters on both axes. The results were as follows : 1 Mean horizontal relapses were 0.67±0.93mm (11%) at B point (P<.05) and 0.81±1.01mm (13.2 %) at Pogonion (P<.01). 2, Mean vertical relapses were 0.63±1.62mm (33.3%) at B point and 0.53±1.95mm (31.4%) at Pogonion (P>.05) 3. The mean angular change of occlusal plane to SN was 0.24±1.19 (P>.05) and that of mandibular plane to SN was 1.03±1.85 (P<.05). 4. There was correlation between the extent of preoperative overbite and the postsurgical relapse at B point and Pogonion. 5. There was no correlation between the amount of surgically produced horizontal movement and the postoperative horizontal relapse at B point.

      • 초광대역 균일 이득 마이크로파 증폭기의 설계

        본 연구에서는 광대역 특성을 가지는 마이크로파 증폭기를 실주파수법과 귀환증폭기의 광대역 특성을 이용하여 설계주파수 대역에서 설계하였다. 마이크로파 프로그램을 이용하여 귀환 증폭기의 임피던스 정합은 실주파수법을 사용하였다. 설계된 1단 초광대역 증폭기는 0.1~12GHz 대역에서 이득은 7.5dB±0.4dB, 입력과 출력 정재파비는 각각2.0±0.6과 1.8±0.6을 나타내었고, 2단 증폭기의 이득은 15.4dB ±0.5dB. 입력과 출력 정재파비는 각각 1.9와 2.1을 나타내었다. In this paper, we designed a Ultra-wideband microwave amplifier which has the feedback circuits and real frequency impedance matching circuits. With the microwave program, the impedance matching of the feed-back amplifier used real frequency method and theoretically. The designed one stage Ultra-wideband Amplifier shows the 7.5dB±0.4dB gain, and the input and the output VSWR is 2.0±0.6 and 1.8±0.6, respectively. The two-stage amplifier shows the 15.4dB ±0.5dB gain, and 1.9 and 2.1, the input and the output VSWR at 0.1∼12GFz frequency band.

      • 교사들의 생활체육 참여실태 분석

        The purpose of this study is researching on actual state of teachers' participation in the sports for all activity. The target sample group was 384 teachers(m: 199, f: 185) of schools in jeonbuk and could achieve the following outcomes. First, over 95% of the above teachers were well recognized for the necessity of the sports for all activity. Second, man teachers' case, they wanted to start climbing mountain and badminton, while woman teachers' case, they wanted to start swimming. At present time, man teachers enjoy climbing mountain, playing volley ball, and taking a walk, and woman teachers' case is climbing mountain, playing light gymnastics, and taking a walk. This result shows that man teachers do what they want to, but woman teachers are not. Third, the main cause that they, male and female, began to start sports was keeping and improving health. Fourth, the period that they play sports was less than 1 year, once or twice in a month and time is not stable were most common between two groups. The time spent was no more than one or two hours between two groups and men usually do in a commercial facility but women do in their home or the place near home. Fifth, the satisfaction for the sports facilities was middle and the major reason that preventing them to do sports activity was lack of enough time. For the future view on the sports for all was very optimistic between two groups.

      • 실내사회체육시설의 온도, 습도, 조명도에 관한 실태분석

        This study is aimed to analyze investigations on the envoronmental conditions of indoor sports facilities and to research the effects of environmental pollutants on the health. Among the sites of rollerskate, bowling, table tennis, and taekwondo in Taegu city area, three sites were selected in this study respectively. The data measured are temperature, humidity and illumination. These examined data were compared with seasons, indoor and outdoor, and time from standard levels. The conclusions derived from the results obtained are as follows : Air temperture was not significantly different in all times, but showed significant differences between indoor and outdoor values. In bowling site, it was not significantly different in seasons. In rollerskate site, it showed distinctive differences among 4 sites. Humidity did not show significant difference with time, but was the lowest between 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in winter. So temperature variation had effects on the discomfort in indoor sports facilities more than temperature level itself. Illumination was below 100 Lux in rollerskate and taekwondo sites, over 100 Lux in table tennis and bowling sites. This investigation revealed some negative aspects of environmental management. So we must be able to maintain artificial illumination for guests' eye-power. From the above results, the government is requested to prepare an appropriate administrative measure for the commercial indoor sports facilities.
