The curricula in the field of physical education have steadily changed since their introduction 30 years ago into campuses as a regular subject. In addition to the inter-collegiate differences in required credits for graduation, instruction hours, contents and methodology, the gradual increase of military drill hours have virtually expedited the contraction of hours allocated for physical education. At this turning point of sharp change, the writer intends to suggest the most preferable contents and methodology of instruction for the development of students physical fitness and strength according to age group by evaluating the available data obtained from various universities and colleges throughout the country. Surveys were conducted in the following categories : 1) Physical Fitness…height, weight, chestgirth, sitting height. 2) Physical Strength…running, jumping, throwing, chinning, gripstrength, agility, flexibility, endurance. 3) Comparative and analytic evaluation of curricula and number of physical education instructors between the 30 sample universities and colleges. The period of study spans from March 1974 to September 1975.
프리어나운싱 정보속성이 스타트업 신제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 확장된 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT2)을 중심으로

스타트업은 독창적인 아이디어를 상품화하여 이윤을 만들어내는 것을 목적으로 하는 조직으로 스타트업의 신제품이 어떻게 시장에 정착할 수 있으며, 지속가능한 성장을 만들어 낼 수 있는가에 대한 연구는 스타트업의 성공에 중요한 요소라고 할 수 있다. 기존 연구에서 신제품의 시장진출 및 마케팅에 대한 연구는 다양한 방면에서 진행되었으나, 기업의 규모가 대부분 대기업이나 중소기업에 맞춰져 있어, 스타트업 관점에서의 신제품 마케팅 전략에 대한 연구는 부족했다고 볼 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 상대적으로 인지도나 인프라가 열악한 스타트업의 신제품이 어떻게 시장에서 주목을 받을 수 있는가와 이러한 주목이 스타트업의 지속가능한 성장에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지에 관하여 프리어나운싱 마케팅 전략 활용의 관점에서 그 실효성을 분석하고자 하였다. 특히, 스타트업 신제품에 대한 프리어나운싱 마케팅 전략에서 고객경험을 향상시키는 수단으로서의 관련성, 생동감, 새로움 등의 정보 특성 요인이 확장된 통합기술수용이론의 주요 변수인 성과기대와 쾌락적 동기 하에서 고객의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구를 수행한 결과, 스타트업 프리어나운싱 정보의 속성 중 관련성, 생동감, 새로움이 확장된 통합기술수용이론의 성과기대, 쾌락적 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과기대와 쾌락적 동기는 프리어나운싱 된 스타트업 신제품 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 신제품 프리어나운싱 마케팅 전략을 활용하여 신규 시장에 진출하는 스타트업에게 고객의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 제시하여, 스타트업이 마케팅 전략을 수립할 때 적용할 수 있는 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Due to imbalances in supply and demand within the labor market, start-ups have emerged as crucial players in the generation of high-quality employment opportunities, particularly in stagnant job markets. In response to this trend, governments are allocating substantial financial and human resources to initiatives that support start-up development. This has led to an increasing rate of engagement in start-up ventures across diverse age groups, not limited to younger individuals. Start-ups are enterprises focused on the commercialization of innovative ideas with the aim of achieving profitability in the marketplace. Research concerning the successful market integration of new products and the attainment of sustainable growth is pivotal. Such research is instrumental not only for the success of start-ups but also for realizing the broader social functions and contributions that these enterprises can offer. Previous research has often examined new product market-entry strategies, often referred to as new product marketing, particularly for large companies and SMEs. However, there is a gap in studies focusing on prototype marketing strategies specific to start-ups. Thus, this study aims to examine the impact of Pre-announcing marketing strategies on the market attention garnered by start-ups with low recognition and limited infrastructure, and how such attention contributes to their sustainable growth. Specifically, the study aims to uncover the causal relationship between information attributes like relevance, vividness, and novelty in building customer relationships, and their impact on purchase intentions influenced by performance expectations and hedonic motivations. In terms of Pre-announcing information attributes, relevance, vividness, and novelty positively influence performance expectations and hedonic motivations as outlined in the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2). These factors, in turn, positively impact the purchase intention for pre-announced new products from start-ups. These findings are expected to provide both theory and practical insights into the factors influencing market entry through the use of Pre-announcing marketing strategies for start-up new products.
Nonsaponin fractions of Korean Red Ginseng extracts prime activation of NLRP3 inflammasome

Background: Korean Red Ginseng extracts (RGE) have been suggested as effective immune modulators, and we reported that ginsenosides possess anti-inflammasome properties. However, the properties of nonsaponin components of RGE have not been well studied. Methods: To assess the roles of nonsaponin fractions (NS) in NLRP3 inflammasome activation, we treated murine macrophages with or without first or second inflammasome activation signals with RGE, NS, or saponin fractions (SF). The first signal was nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-kB)-mediated transcription of pro-interleukin (IL)-1b and NLRP3 while the second signal triggered assembly of inflammasome components, leading to IL-1b maturation. In addition, we examined the role of NS in IL-6 production and IL-1b maturation in mice. Results: NS induced IL-1b and NLRP3 transcription via toll-like receptor 4 signaling, whereas SF blocked expression. During the second signal, SF attenuated NLRP3 inflammasome activation while NS did not. Further, NS-injected mice presented increased IL-1b maturation and IL-6 production. Conclusion: SF and NS of RGE play differential roles in the NLRP3 inflammasome activation. Hence, RGE can be suggested as an NLRP3 inflammasome modulator.

Recently, the demand for renewable energy generation has increased due to environmental pollution and energy depletion. In particular, solar power generation is widely used because of its low maintenance costs and lack of noise. However, given that photovoltaic power generation changes its power voltage depending on weather conditions and panel conditions, a DC–DC converter operating in a wide input voltage range is required to convert to a constant and high DC voltage. Therefore, in this study, the existing secondary symmetric double voltage circuit is asymmetrically configured to reduce switching loss while maintaining a small number of active devices. A constant voltage can also be output through duty ratio control of the secondary switch. Finally, we present a resonant DC–DC converter circuit and modulation technique with high efficiency and high power density in a wide input voltage range. The validity of the proposed circuit and modulation technique is verified through PSIM simulation and 300 [W] test-bed experiment.
