Ag 중간층 두께에 따른 Ti-doped In2O3/Ag/Ti-doped In2O3 다층 유연 투명전극의 전기적, 광학적, 기계적 특성 연구

Transparent and conductive Ti-doped In2O3 (TIO)/Ag/Ti-doped In2O3 (TAT) multilayer films were deposited on colorless poly imide (CPI) substrates by direct current (DC) and radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at room temperature. During deposition the thickness of both the top and bottom TIO layer was fixed at 30 nm, while the thickness of the Ag interlayer was varied, to 5, 10, and 15 nm, to enhance the optical, electrical and mechanical properties of the films. In the XRD analysis the TIO films did not show any characteristic peaks in the diffraction pattern. The 10 nm thick Ag inter layer showed some characteristic peaks of Ag (111), (200), (220) and (311), respectively, and the grain size of the Ag interlayer enlarged as Ag thickness increased. To investigate the most efficient Ag interlayer thickness, a figure of merit (FOM) based on the opto-electrical performance of the transparent conducting films was compared. The films with a 10 nm thick Ag interlayer exhibited a higher FOM of 1.71 × 10-2 Ω-1 than the other films. When the radius of the film's curvature was reduced to 1.7 mm, the TIO single layer films showed a 13 times increase in sheet resistance, while the TAT (30/10/30 nm) films showed an insignificant change in sheet resistance. From the observed results, it was concluded that the Ag interlayer in the TAT multilayer films enhanced the opto-electrical performance of the films and also acted as a potent bridge which assured the high flexibility endurance of the films.

<창란호연록>의 ‘양난주’ 연구

이 글은 국문장편소설 <창란호연록> 속 장우의 차실(次室) 양난주의 형상화 양상을 살펴보고 그러한 형상화 방식의 의미와 기능을 규명해보고자 한 것이다. 이 글에서는 사대부 출신 여성임에도 창기로 팔렸다가 속량을 통해 신분을 회복하는 양난주를 주목하고자 한다. 양난주는 신분 회복을 위해 손님으로 온 이와 적극적으로 결연하는 창기로도 그려지기도 하며, 속량시켜준 남성과 그 정실의 부부 관계를 위해 자취를 감춘 상황에서 죽을 위기에 처한 남성을 치료해주는 길 위의 여성으로 그려지기도 한다. 또한 혼인을 통해 가문 안으로 편입된 후에도 죽을 위기에 처한 정실을 구하기 위해 집밖 공간으로 나가는 것을 감행하는 차실(次室)로도 나타난다. 이러한 <창란호연록> 속 양난주의 형상은 이 작품이 정조(貞操)보다 생명을 중시하는 실리를 추구하는 사고를 지니고 있음을 드러내준다. 또한 이 같은 양난주의 형상은 일부다처 상황 속에서 남성이 마음을 나누어 제가(齊家)를 바로 한다는 것의 어려움을 보여주는 동시에 가부장제 사회에서 투기하지 않는 여성의 고통을 드러내준다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 이와 함께 양난주 형상은 현실적 방법을 조력의 방법으로 사용함으로써 작품의 실감 조성에 기여하는 동시에 상층 여성인물과 하층 여성인물의 조력 방식을 동시에 수행한다는 점에서 여성 인물의 역할 확장을 보여준다고 볼 수 있다. The objectives of this study were to examine the figuration pattern of Nan-ju Yang, the second wife of Jang-woo in the Korean novel “Changranhoyeonrok” and to understand the meaning and function of such a figuration method. This article focused on Nan-ju Yang who was sold as a prostitute even though she was born in a noble family and then recovered her status through redemption. Yang Nan-ju was described as a prostitute who actively formed a relationship with a customer to recover her social status. Moreover, she was portrayed as a prostitute who took care of a man who was in danger of dying while she was hiding for the marital relationship between the man who redeemed her social status and his first wife. She was also depicted as the second wife who left the house to rescue the first wife even after she was a part of the family through marriage. The figure of Nan-juYangin “Changranhoyeonrok” emphasized life than fidelity(貞操), which revealed that this novel valued practical interest. It also showed that this work was associated with the Yeohang class among various readers. The figure of Nan-ju Yang was meaningful in terms of revealing the difficulty of men in managing the wife and concubine peacefully and the hardship of women who had not to be jealous in a patriarchal society at the same time. The figure of Nan-ju Yang used a realistic method to assist others, which contributed to making it more realistic. Moreover, it was meaningful in terms of expanding the role of female characters because she simultaneously carried out the assistance methods of the upper and lower classes.

The 'Automatic Fabric Evaluation System', that can analyze the structure of woven fabric automatically and evaluate the quality objectively using image analysis, has been developed. Fabric images were captured by CCD camera and preprocessed by Gaussian filtering and histogram equalization. The fabric constructing parameters, such as fabric count, cloth cover, yarn crimp, fabric thickness, and fabric weight per unit area, were measured automatically from the planar and cross-sectional images of woven fabric using image processing and image analysis. The results obtained with the system were compared with the experimental values and sowed good correspondence. As for the quality evaluation of woven fabric, in the case of defected fabric image, defects such as slub or missing pick were detected successfully and in the case of normal fabric image, the uniformity of yarn spacing and the orthogonality of yarn intersecting angle were proposed as criteria for quality evaluation. Therefore, the coefficient of variation of yarn spacing and yarn intersecting angle were measured quantitatively, such that the quality could be compared relatively through values.

「유선쌍학록」 보조인물의 특징과 그 의미

이 글은 19세기 국문장편소설로 추정되는 유선쌍학록 의 보조인물의 특징을 살피고 그 기능과 의미를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 유선쌍학록 에는 다수의 보조인 물이 등장하며, 특히 상당수의 인물은 신분이 낮은 이들로 중심 가문 밖에서 주변 부적 삶을 살아가는 이들이다. 이들은 서사에서 지속적으로 그리고 활발히 등장해 스스로 사건을 판단하고 주도함으로써 중심인물들을 조력하는 행위를 보여준다. 또한 이들을 제시함에 있어 서사는 중심인물을 돕는 행위만을 강조하는 것이 아니라 보조인물들의 삶의 정황과 순간순간 그들의 감정을 함께 제시해주는 특징을 보인다. 이 같은 유선쌍학록 의 보조인물 설정과 활용의 특징은 이 작품의 서사를 보다 다채롭고 개연성 높게 만들어주며, 사건들과 중심 가문의 상황을 현실적으로 드러내게 하는 데 기여한다. 이와 함께 보조인물들을 기능적 인물로만 제시하는 것이 아니라 그 삶의 국면과 내면을 함께 그려냄으로써 살아있는 인물로 보이도록 하며, 특히 주변부의 삶에 대한 관심을 보여준다는 점에서 이 작품이 인간에 대한 보다 확대된 이해를 갖고 있음을 확인하게 한다. This research paper is to analyze the characteristics of the assistant characters appearing in <Yuseon-ssang-hwa-rok> assumed as a long-length novel in the Korean language of 19th century, and to examine the functions and meanings. In <Yuseon-ssang-hwa-rok>, numerous assistant characters appear. Especially, most of them are people of the low positions conducting an auxiliary life out of the main household. Those assistant characters steadily and frequently appear in this narrative, playing the assistant roles of central characters by spontaneously taking initiative to judge any event. In the process of introducing those people, this narrative assumes a characteristic that not only emphasizes their behaviors that assist central character but also describes the situations of their lives and emotions they feel every moment. The features of <Yuseon-ssang-hwa-rok> presenting and using assistant characters makes a contribution to making the narrative of this work become more diverse and offer a high probability as well as to reflecting the situations of events and main households practically. In addition, this work evidences that it has a more extensive understanding for human beings in the sense that it shows a concern for the lives of the assistant characters, above all, by not just describing those characters as functional ones but also portraying their external and internal lives so that they could be seen as the real existing characters.

Objective: This case study reports on the results of the Korean medical treatment of a major aphthous oral ulcer patient. Methods: A 19-year-old male Korean patient with a major aphthous oral ulcer received acupuncture, herbal medicine, and moxibustion for three weeks in a hospital. Results: After treatment, changes were observed in the numeric rating scale (NRS) from 8 to 5, World Health Organization oral toxicity scale (WHO OTS) from grades 3 to 2, oral perception guide from 11 to 15, and Oral Health Impact Profile-14 (OHIP-14) from 19 to 34. Conclusion: It is worth examining the progress of Korean medical treatment for a major aphthous oral ulcer patient.

이산화탄소 흡수 공정에서 조업 조건이 흡수제 변성에 미치는 영향

알카놀아민 수용액을 이용한 화학흡수공정은 연소 후 CO2 포집을 위해 상용되고있으며, 이러한 흡수제를 이용한 연소 배가스로부터 CO2 포집은 실증단계에 진입하였다. 흡수제의 변성은 포집 공정의 성능 뿐만 아니라 경제성을 평가하는데 중요한 인자로 작용하고 있다. 배가스에 존재하는 O2 에 의한 변성과 CO2 와 반응한 흡수제의 온도에 따른 변성은 전체 흡수제 변성의 중요한 부분을 차지하는 원인이며, 이러한 변성문제를 해결하기 위해 변성에 강건한 아민종 개발 및 변성 억제제 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 흡수제의 변성 양상을 포집 공정의 조업조건 측면에서 조사하였다. 상용 아민 흡수제를 이용하여 CO2 포집공정에서 흡수제 농도와 조업 온도에 따른 흡수제 변성 특성을 고찰하였다.
