        退溪 李滉의 聖學에 대한 현대적 성찰

        退溪,,戊辰六條疏」,聖學,惟精惟一,科學,객관적인식,본성실현,상보적융합 영남퇴계학연구원 2012 퇴계학논집 Vol.- No.11

        退溪(1501-1570)는 戊辰年(1568)에 宣祖에게 「戊辰六條疏」를 바쳤 다. 退溪 聖學十圖를 저술하기 이전에 이 「疏」에서 聖學의 의미를 명 쾌하게 밝히고 있다. 退溪에 의하면 “人心惟危, 道心惟微. 惟精惟一, 允 執厥中.”은 聖學의 淵源이다. 大學의 格物致知와 中庸의 明善은 “惟 精”에 해당하며, 大學의 誠意, 正心, 修身과 中庸의 誠身은 “惟一”에 해당한다. 致知를 통하여 至善에 대한 眞知를 얻고, 力行을 통하여 至善 을 실천하게 되면 자신의 본성을 온전히 알고 실천하는 聖人이 된다. 科 學은 객관적 사실을 인식하는 학문인데 반하여 聖學은 자신의 본성을 인 식하고 실천하는 학문이다. 과학자의 객관적 인식과 聖學의 본성실현의 학문은 서로 지향하는 바가 다르고 방법도 다르다. 이 두 가지의 차이에 대한 정확한 인지는 科學과 聖學의 상보적 융합을 크게 도울 수 있을 것 이다.

      • 수학개념이 포함되는 신체활동이 유아 수학능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수학개념이 포함되는 신체활동이 유아 수학능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 강원도 I군에 위치한 S초등학교병설유치원 만 5세 유아 16명(실험집단)과 I초등학교병설 유치원의 만 5세 유아 14명(통제집단)으로 총 30명이 참가하였다. 연구 도구는 유아의 수학능력을 알아보기 위하여 김지영(2005)이 개발한 유아수학능력 검사 도구를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 수학개념이 포함되는 신체 활동이 수학과 신체의 분리된 활동보다 유아의 전반적인 수학능력의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to make a comparison of the effect of young children's mathematical ability physical activity including mathematical concepts. For this, the research questions were posed as below. 1. What is the effect of physical activity including mathematical concepts on young children's mathematical ability? 1) What is the effect of physical activity including mathematical concepts on young children's ability in number and operation? 2) What is the effect of physical activity including mathematical concepts on young children's ability in algebra? 3) What is the effect of physical activity including mathematical concepts on young children's ability in geometry? 4) What is the effect of physical activity including mathematical concepts on young children's ability in measurement? 5) What is the effect of physical activity including mathematical concepts on young children's ability in data analysis? For this study, 14 kindergartens young children at age around 5 were selected for control group and 16 are selected for test group out of total young children in the I public kindergarten of the I primary school in I province in Kang-won state. A young children’s mathematical ability test tool developed by Ji young Kim in 2004 are used for test tools for this study in order to measure the mathematical ability of young children. In order to verify the research thesis, data analysis for the materials was undertaken through the calculation of standard deviation and average using the SPSS/for windows 17.0 program, and through the t-test among groups for the effect score. The results of this study are as follows. First, the experimental group who participated in the physical activities including mathematical concepts performed better in most areas of the mathematical ability test than the control group who participated in mathematical education physical activities(t=9.562, p< .001). Second, the experimental group who participated in the physical activities including mathematical concepts performed better in number and operation area of the mathematical ability test than the control group who participated in mathematical education physical activities(t=6.426, p< .001). Third, the experimental group who participated in the physical activities including mathematical concepts performed better in geometry area of the mathematical ability test than the control group who participated in mathematical education physical activities(t=5.291, p< .001). Forth, the experimental group who participated in the physical activities including mathematical concepts performed better in mesurement area of the mathematical ability test than the control group who participated in mathematical education physical activities(t=8.212, p< .001). Fifth, the experimental group who participated in the physical activities including mathematical concepts performed better in analysis area of the mathematical ability test than the control group who participated in mathematical education physical activities(t=5.156, p< .001). The results of this study suggest that physical activity including mathematical concepts have positive influence on children's mathematics ability than mathematics education separated from physical activities. Physical activities including mathematical concepts were meaningful. So they can be adopted to the field of early childhood education as effective teaching methods.

      • U-NET을 활용한 안구 이미지 재생산에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 딥러닝에 활용하기 위한 의료 이미지를 U-Net을 활용하여 재생성하는 연구를 진행하였다. 의료분야에서는 인공지능 학습에 사용할 데이터 수집에 어려움이 있다. 이는 환자의 개인정보 보호부터 생명권, 인권을 보호하기 위한 여러 가지 절차가 수반되기 때문이다. 또한 데이터 수집 및 비식별화 과정에서도 의료인들의 많은 노력이 필요하다. 하지만 다양한 인공지능 연구의 결과에 따르면 고도로 학습되기 전 단계의 인공지능 모델은 학습과 평가되는 데이터의 다양성에 많은 영향을 받는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료 영역에서의 인공지능 모델의 데이터 수집 간편화를 위한 이미지 재생산 모델을 연구했다. 본 연구는 안구이미지를 사용하여 U-Net 기반의 모델 구성으로 데이터를 재생산 하였다.

        패션일러스트레이션의 창의적 표현 방법 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develope a creative expression technique in fashion illustration through analyzing applied techniques of the elements related to creative expressions in fashion illustrations. They were investigated in view of line .form, texture, color, space and the results were summarized as follows. In the creative expression using line in the fashion illustration, emotional effects of line created by specific character of mediums and duplicated lines have been applied to visualize movements of the objects. In shape, the transformed figure by destructing, covering or eliminating a part of the figure or the dress has been adapted. In texture, the invented texture reconstructed from actual texture has been applied, collage technique, computer graphic being used to give various images of texture. The creative expressions using color have been achieved by the shading, and spreading effects and the symbolic meaning of color for creating a spatiality in a picture plane and to give emotional effects and visual concentricity. In space, the color perspective together with detailed description, the combination of various points of view and liner perspective have been used to create depth and illusional space in pictorial plane.

        Skin and Soft Tissue Infection due to Rapidly Growing Mycobacteria: Case Series and Literature Review

        Background: Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) are ubiquitous in soil and water. Most NTM cause disease in humans only rarely unless some aspect of host defense is impaired. Recently, rapidly growing mycobacteria (RGM) is not uncommon,and the prevalence of RGM infection has been increasing. RGM causes a wide spectrum of pulmonary and extrapulmonary diseases and has been shown as an important source for opportunistic infection. Materials and Methods: We report 5 patients of skin and soft tissue infection due to RGM in tertiary medical center in Jeju Island and analyzed 21 patients of skin and soft tissue infection due to RGM in Republic of Korea. Clinical, microbiological and epidemiological data were collected from each patient. NTM isolates were identified using conventional and molecular methods including 16S rDNA gene sequencing. Results: The mean age of the RGM patients (n=26) was 54.9 ± 15.9 years and 73% were women. Mycobacterium fortuitum complex was the most common (12/26). Antimicrobial resistance for clarithromycin and quinolone were 12% and 60%,respectively. Clarithromycin based therapy was done in 46%. The mean duration of treatment was 21.2 ± 8.7 weeks. Conclusions: Many cases can be cured after therapy for 4-7 month with at least 2 or 3 antibiotics according to in vitro susceptibility. Recent increasing of NTM cases suggests that species and subspecies identification is epidemiologically important,especially related to medical procedure, and surgery.

        시추효율매개변수를 이용한 굴진율 예측 지도학습 모델 비교 연구

        Rate of penetration(ROP) is one of the important variables for maximizing the drilling performance. In order to maximize drilling efficiency, it is necessary to increase the drilling speed, and real-time ROP prediction is important so that the driller can identify problems during drilling. The ROP has a high correlation with the drillstring rotational speed, weight on bit, and flow rate. In this paper, the ROP was predicted using a data-driven supervised learning model trained from the drilling efficiency parameters. As a result of comparison through the performance evaluation metrics of the regression model, the root mean square error(RMSE) of the RF model was 4.20 and the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) was 9.08%, confirming the best predictive performance. The proposed method can be used as a base model for ROP prediction when constructing a real-time drilling operation guide system. 굴진율은 시추작업에서 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 중요한 변수 중 하나이다. 시추효율을 극대화하기 위해서는 시추속도를 향상시키는 것이 필요한데 시추 엔지니어에게 시추 중 문제를 확인할 수 있는 실시간 굴진율 예측이 중요하다. 굴진율은 시추스트링 회전속도, 비트하중, 시추이수 유량과 높은 상관성을 가지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 시추효율매개변수 자료를 통해 학습한 데이터기반 지도학습 모델을 이용하여 굴진율을 예측하였다. 회귀모델의 성능 평가지표를 통해 비교한 결과 RF 모델의 RMSE가 4.20, MAPE는 9.08%로 예측성능이 가장 우수한 것으로 확인되었다. 제안한 방법은 실시간 시추운전가이드 시스템 구축 시 굴진율 예측 기반 모델로 활용될 수 있다.

        Diagnosis for Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma: A Joint Position Statement of the Korean Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma Task Force

        Pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PPGLs) are rare catecholamine-secreting neuroendocrine tumors but can be life-threatening. Although most PPGLs are benign, approximately 10% have metastatic potential. Approximately 40% cases are reported as harboring germline mutations. Therefore, timely and accurate diagnosis of PPGLs is crucial. For more than 130 years, clinical, molecular, biochemical, radiological, and pathological investigations have been rapidly advanced in the field of PPGLs. However, performing diagnostic studies to localize lesions and detect metastatic potential can be still challenging and complicated. Furthermore, greatprogress on genetics has shifted the paradigm of genetic testing of PPGLs. The Korean PPGL task force team consisting of the Korean Endocrine Society, the Korean Surgical Society, the Korean Society of Nuclear Medicine, the Korean Society of Pathologists, andthe Korean Society of Laboratory Medicine has developed this position statement focusing on the comprehensive and updated diagnosis for PPGLs.
