대학생의 자아정체감이합리적 진로의사결정 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Self Identity of University Students on Career Decision-making and Career Maturity

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to show the effects of self identity of university students on career decision-making and career maturity. Subjects were 226 college students who are in D university. In order to answer the research, t-tests, Pearsion`s correlation, and multilple regression analysis were used. Results revealed that subjecthood, oneself-receptiveness, pursuic of goal, initiative and intimacy in self identity of male university students were higher than those of female university students. The scores for rationale type of career decision-making of male university students was higher than that of female university students while the scores for an intuitive type of career decision-making of female university students was higher than that of male university students. Male university students got higher scores for determinacy and disposition of career maturity. There is significant difference in subjecthood and oneself-receptiveness of self identity for each university year. The subjecthood of freshmens were lower than of juniors and seniors, and oneself-receptiveness of freshmens was lower than that of juniors. The scores of rational career decision-making type for the freshmens were lower compared to juniors. There is no significant difference in career maturity among the university years. The correlation showed that there was a positive relationship in self identity (subjecthood, oneself-receptiveness, pursuit of goal, initiative and intimacy) with the rational type. Furthermore, there was a positive relationship in self identity and subjecthood, (oneself- receptiveness, pursuit of goal, initiative and intimacy) with the career maturity (determinacy, participation, independence and disposition).
