      • 化粧品廣告에 表現된 헤드라인에 관한 연구 : 잡지광고를 중심으로 Focused on the magazine advertisement

        The expressions of advertisement are dependent upon times, cultures, economics, social situation, and so on. For an advertisement to be successful, it is important to draw a consumer's attention to them with original messages which are unique and different from those by other rival companies. Only in this way is it possible to achieve the manu-factruer's desired objective : to sell the advertiesd roducts. Of the important elements involved in an advertisement, it is the headline which appeals to customer's attention the most. It should not be a mere message, but significent and every-day words with a hidden meaning. In current advertisements of cosmetics, however, headline mostly consists of such abstract and vague words as "dignity, tone, and fashionible wares." They were popular in the 1980s ; some examples are, "It draws in skin smoothly, " and "Feel unique and fashion colors on the skin". Since these were used in the 1980s, they have lost their attraction alrealy. In this study the followings are investigated and discussed. Fist, there is a motive of appeal in the current cosmetic advertisements that are out of dat and vague. Second, typical headlines are of identifacation pattern and curiosity pattern focusing on labels, which may neither communicate the merits of a product nor reflect the desires of consumers. Third, the constitutive elements of headline are mostly concerned with curiosity, which alone cannot make any advertisement successful. And some improvements are summerized as follows. First, there should be a significant change in the way the advertisers look at consumers. The consumer has a desire to the advertised products and the products have merits. There fore, the advertisers need to find a drama between the customer's desire and the merits of goods, there by give their advertisement a motive of appeal. Second, regardless of types of headline used in the avertisement, they must be in every-day language which may satisfy the benefit and desire of customers. Only in this way, advertisements can move the customer's minds. Good headline must be in every-day language which can move the customer's minds. Recently good examples, in this regard, are provided by Evas Cosmetics Company : "Women, open your eyes to colors," "Women, let's be a sleepyhead."

        Positioning starts from how the image of the product makes it's relative position in the consumer's mind compared with that of rival companies. The distinctive and specific property of the product should be regarded attractive. even though a product has no distinctive property. it can get a success with the effort of marketing therefore the immaterial position as well as the physical property should be executed to meet with consumer's psychological need moreover the long-term continuing advertisement will be required to give the distinctive image. The problems analyzed in this study are as follows: First, in the pattern of positioning, it depends a lot on the basic product position and it has no distinctiveness in creativity as there are a lot of similar rival products. Second, there are various positioning techniques and alternatives, but it has limitation in it's expression. Third, in building positioning concept, it needs to analyze the strategies of rival companies and evoke the consumer s desire for appeal motive in the different point of view. The study proposes the following improvement. First, it should find a new crack market among the products of rival companies and comprehend the basic concept to give appeal motive. Second, in using positioning strategies, positioning should always be re-illuminated in the marketing strategies of the company. Third, if the advertisement is considered to be a success, it should be continued to give the strong image of the product to the consumers. The biggest problem in positioning is to make out the positioning concept. There were many previous cases of failures owing to the misunderstanding of positioning concept. The desirable marketing should start from the exact comprehension of positioning and it's right concept.

      • ISC3를 이용한 서울시 대기질 모델링

        In this study ISC3(Industrial Source Complex Ver.3) model is applied to Seoul area (1) to evaluate the applicability of ISC3 by comparing the model results and the measured results under control of Seoul City Government and Han-River Environmental Management Office, and (2) propose the direction of future air pollution management of Seoul area by looking at contributing intensity of point, line and area sources, of which each has different dispersion characteristics, to the air quality. The results of the study, of which pollutant is SO₂ and the year is 1996, are summarized as follows. First, the model results are very similar to those of the measured, showing the regression coefficient(except 4 data of which errors are big) is 0.72 in case of 10 meters height of area source and 0.71 in case of 5 meters height of area source. Therefore ISC3 is judged to be applicable to Seoul area of which comprises of a variety of source types and topographically rolling terrains. Second, for Seoul area, total SO₂emissions are 31.4% from the point sources and the rest 68.6% from the area sources, while contributing weights are 17.39% from the point sources and 82.61% from the area sources in case of 10 meters height of area source, and 16.15% from the point sources and 83.85% from the area sources in case of 5 meters height of area source. Therefore the area sources impact surface concentrations much more than the point sources. Interpreting the second result in terms of contributing intensities which we define the ratio of surface concentration X area and source emissions, contributing intensities of Seoul area are 0.55 for point sources and 1.20 for area sources in case of 10 meters height of area source, and 0.51 for point sources and 1.22 for area sources in case of 5 meters height of area source. Thus the contributing intensity of area sources appears to be approximately as twice as that of point sources. Overall results show that the control of area sources is more urgent and effective than that of point sources in view point of air quality management of SO₂.

      • 7075 Al 합금의 T9처리후 미세조직 및 인장강도 분석

        본 실험에서는 기존 텐트용 pole 로 사용되어 온 7075 AI의 T6처리 제품보다 더 우수한 인장강도 및 표면 특성을 갖는 제품 개발을 목적으로 T6처리에 냉간가공을 가미한 T9처리를 하여 그 특성을 알아보았다. 각 시편은 직경이 8.5㎜, 8.7㎜, 8.9㎜ 9.1㎜이고, 두께 t는 0.7 ㎜∼0.72㎜ 인 것을 사용하여 표면 조도, 경도 측정, 인장강도측정 및 조직관찰을 행하였다. 조도 측정 결과 T9시편이 T6시편에 비해 약 0.02㎛정도 작게 나왔으며 이것은 냉간가공에 의해 조직이 치밀해졌기 때문이라 여겨진다. 경도 측정과 최대인장강도 측정 결과 T9시편에 T6보다 큰 경도값과 최대인장강도 값을 가졌으며 이것은 냉간가공에 의한 grain의 심한 변형으로 인한 영향이라 여겨진다. 조직관찰 결과 T9시편이 T6시편보다 더 많은 변형이 일어난 것을 알 수 있었다. grain의 크기 차이가 많지 않았는데 이것은 열간가공과는 달리 냉간가공에서는 재결점 없이 단순히 grain의 변형에 따른 찌그러짐이나 분열에 의한 것이므로 grain의 크기에는 크게 영향을 주지 않았다고 사료된다. The properties of the samples after T9 treatment on 7075 aluminum which has been used as tent pole were studied in this paper. The T9 treatment is the process to be added a cold work after T6 treatment for improving the tensile strength and the properties of a surface roughness. The tests of surface roughness, hardness, tensile strength and micro structure on T9 treatment samples were conducted. The diameters of samples are 8.5㎜, 8.7㎜, 8.9㎜ and 9.1㎜. The thicknesses of samples are 0.7㎜ and 0.72 ㎜. The average surface roughness of samples after T9 treatment was less 0.02㎛ than that of T6 treatment The average values of hardness and tensile strength were increased after T9 treatment because of grain deformation.

        교정용 미니스크류 식립 시 스크류의 길이, 직경 및 피질골 두께에 따른 응력 분포에 관한 3차원 유한요소법적 연구

        본 연구는 교정치료 시 고정원 보강을 위해 사용되는 교정용 미니스크류의 길이, 직경 및 피질골 두께에 따른 응력분포 양상을 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 미니스크류의 길이와 직경 변화에 따른 응력 분포 양상을 관찰하기 위하여 식립되는 피질골의 두께를 1.0mm로 고정하고 미니스크류의 길이를 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10.0mm, 12.0mm로, 직경을 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm인 3차원 유한요소 모델을 제작하였다. 또한, 피질골의 두께 변화에 따른 응력 분포 양상을 관찰하기 위하여 미니스크류의 길이를 0.8mm로 고정하고 직경은 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm로, 피질골의 두께는 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm인 3차원 유한 요소 모델을 제작하였다. 각각의 유한요소 모델의 미니스크류 head 중심에 200gm의 수평력을 가하여 응력 분포 양상과 크기를 3차원 유한요소 해석 프로그램인 ANSYS응 이용하여 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 미니스크류 내부에서 나타나는 최대 응력값을 비교한 결과, 미니스크류의 직경이 1.2mm에서 2.0mm로 증가할수록 응력이 감소하였으며 같은 직경에서는 길이 증가에 상관없이 일정한 값을 유지하였다. 2. 피질골 및 해면골에 작용되는 최대 응력값을 비교한 결과, 미니스크류의 직경이 1.2mm에서 2.0mm로 증가할수록 응력이 감소하였으며 같은 직경에서는 길이 증가에 상관없이 일정한 값을 유지하였다. 3. 피질골 및 해면골에 작용되는 응력 분포를 관찰한 결과, 대부분의 응력이 피질골에서 흡수 되었으며, 해면골에 전달되는 응력값은 미미하였다. 4. 피질골 두께에 따른 최대 응력값을 비교한 결과, 같은 미니스크류의 직경에서는 피질골의 두께 증가에 상관없이 일정한 값을 유지하였다. 이상의 결과는 교정용 미니스크류의 유지에 길이보다는 직경이 더 크게 관여하는 것으로 나타나 미니스크류의 식립시 이에 대한 고려가 필요함을 시사하였다. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the stress distribution on the length and diameter of the miniscrew and cortical bone width. Three dimensional finite element models were made of diameter 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm and length 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10.0mm, 12.0mm and cortical bone width 1.0mm. Also, another three dimensional finite element models were made of diameter 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm and length 8.0mm and cortical bone width 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, Two-hundred grams horizontal force were applied on the center of the miniscrew head and at that stress distribution and its magnitude had been analyzed by ANSYS, which is three dimensional finite element analysis program. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The comparison of the maximum von-Mises stress in the miniscrew showed that as the diameter increases from 1.2mm to 2.0mm stress has been decreased, while on the same diameter stress was not changed regardless of the length change. 2. The comparison of the maximum von-Mises stress in the cortical and cancellous bone showed that as the diameter increases from 1.2mm to 2.0mm stress has been decreased, while on the same diameter stress was not changed regardless of the length change. 3. In the analysis of the stress distribution in the cortical and cancellous bone, the most of the stress had been absorbed in the cortical bone, and did not transmitted much to the cancellous bone. 4. In the analysis of the maximum von-Mises stress according to the cortical bone width, the same diameter of the miniscrew showed a constant stress value regardless of the cortical bone width change. The above results suggest that the maintenance of the miniscrew is more reliable on diameter than length of the miniscrew.

        우라늄오염에 의한 신부전증에 미치는 제염제의 방호효과

        원자력산업의 시설증대로 우라늄 오염의 가능성이 증가되고 있음에도 불구하고 종사자 및 국민에대한 안전대책 및 의료적 처치에 관한 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정에 있어 이에 대한 응급처치방안을 수립코자 우라늄을 투여한 후 제염제를 투여하여 관찰하였던 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 우라늄오염에 의한 체중변화에 미치는 제염제의 영향에 있어서 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 병행투여한 군과 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol을 투여한 군에서는 우라늄단독투여군에 비해 체중이 현저하게 증가하였다. (P<0.05). 2. 모든 실험군은 우라늄오염에 의한 음수량과 배뇨량의 변화를 유의성 있게 호전시켰으며(P<0.05), 특히 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 병행투여한 군과 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol을 투여한 군이 가장 높은 증가경향을 나타냈다(P<0.05). 3. 우라늄오염에 의한 BUN농도 변화에 미치는 제염제의 효과는 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 병행투여한 군과 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol를 투여한 군이 공히 우라늄단독투여군보다 BUN농도가 매우 감소되었다(P<0.01). 4. 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol를 투여한 군은 우라늄오염에 의한 serum creatinine의 농도증가를 유의하게 감소시켰으나 (P<0.01), sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 병행투여한 군은 다소 감소하는 경향으로 나타났다. 5. 우라늄오염에 의한 urine creatinine농도 변화에 미치는 제염제의 효과에 있어서 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 병행토여한 군과 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol를 투여한 군에서는 우라늄단독투여군에 비해 creatinine의 배설이 상당히 증가하였다(P<0.05). 6. 우라늄오염에 의한 신장의 소견에 있어 우라늄단독투여군은 근위곡세뇨관상피의 공포화 및 종창, microvilli와 brush border의 손실, 세뇨관 상피의 괴사가 관찰되었으며, 간장의 충혈, 중심성 괴사 우라늄을 투여하고 30분이 지나서 dithiothreitol를 투여한 군에서는 우라늄단독투여군에 비해 높은 방호효과가 관찰되었으나 다른 실험군에서는 큰 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 우라늄의 체내오염시에는 sodium bicarbonate와 생리적 식염수를 가능한 빨리 병행투여하거나 dithiothreitol을 체내오염후 30분이 지나서 투여하는 방법이 우라늄오염에 대한 제염에 매우 유효할 것으로 생각되며, 특히 우라늄에 의한 인체장해를 유의하게 경감시켜줄 것으로 사료되었다. Appreciable radiation exposures certainly were occurred m the reactor burn-up, the nuelear fall-out and the surroundings of nuclear installations with radioactive effluents. Therefore ,radioactive nuclides is not only potentially hazardous to workers of nuclear power plants and related industrials, but also the wokers who handle radioactive nuclides in biochemical research and nuclear medicine diagnostics. And in the case of occurring the nuclear accidents, the early medical treatment of radiation injury should be necessary but little is established'medical procedures to decontaminate the victims of internal contamination of radioactive nuclides in korea. Accordingly, to achieve the basic data for protective roles and medical treatment of radiation injury, the present studies were can-id out to evaluate the decontamination of uranium by the chemical drugs. The results observed were summarized as follows : 1. The combined treatmet group of sodium bicarbonate and saline with uranyl nitrate injection simultaneously and the dithiothreitol group that was administered 30 minutes after uranyl nitrate injection were increased significantly in the change of body weight than uranyl nitrate-only group(P<0.005). 2. All the experimental groups were increased the fluid intake and urine volume on the uranyl nitrate-induced acute renal failure, but the combined treatment group of sodium bicarbonate and saline with uranyl nitrate injection simultaneously and the dithiothreitol group that was administered 30 minutes after uranyl nitrate injection have the higher increment of fluid intake and urine volume(P<0.05). 3. When sodium bicarbonate and saline was treated with uranyl nitrate injection simultaneously, and dithiothreitol was administered 30 minutes after uranyl nitrate injection, there was significantly reduced in BUN concentration (P<0.0l). 4. When dithiothreitol was administered 30 minutes after uranyl nitrate injection, there was reduced more significantly on the increment of serum creatinine concentration than that observed in uranyl nitrate-only group(P<O.Ol). but when the combined treatment of sodium bicarbonate and saline with uranyl nitrate simultaneously, there was still, albeit much less marked, decrease in serum creatinine concentration. 5. The sodium bicarbonate and saline was treated with uranyl nitrate simultaneously and dithiothreitol was administered at 30 minutes after uranyl nitrate were excreted markedly higher urine creatinine concentration than the uranyl nitrate-only group. 6. Uranyl nitrate has been used in experimental animals to produce hydropic degeneration and swelling of proximal tubules, disappearance of microvilli and brush border or necrosis in the kidney and centrilobular necrosis, congestion, and telangiectasia of the liver. When the sodium bicarbonate and saline was treated with uranyl nitrate simultaneously, and dithiothreitol was administered 30 minutes after uranyl nitrate, there was more marked the protective effect than uranyl nitrate-only group. Finally, if the sodium bicarbonate and saline may administered as quickly as possible each time that some risk for internal contamination with uranium, and dithiothreitol is administered 30 minutes after uranium contamination, there ameliorates the course of uranyl nitrate-induced acute renal failure,and this effect is assocciated with prevention of uranium (heavy metal) induced alterations in BUN. serum creatinine. urine creatinine. fluid intake, urine volume and body weight.

        리보오스 보충이 최대강도 운동 후 혈중 피로물질 생성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 두 가지 투여그룹을 비교하여 ergogenic aid로서 D-ribose의 효과를 운동영양학적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었고, 이를 위하여 2,000 m 조정운동 전, 운동종료 직후, 그리고 운동 종료 후 회복기 30분의 변화를 연구하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 투여그룹에 따른 2,000 m 조정운동 수행력의 차이는 없었으며 둘째, 투여그룹에 따른 젖산과 암모니아 수치의 차이도 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 회복 30분에서 무기인산은 PS에 비해서 RS투여그룹의 수치가 더 낮게 나타났으며, 마지막으로 회복 30분에서 hypoxanthine의 축적은 PS투여그룹에 비해 RS투여그룹의 수치가 더 낮게 나타났다. 따라서, 7-8분 정도의 고강도 운동 시 운동기록의 단축에 D-ribose 구강투여의 효과는 없었지만, 휴식 기 피로회복에 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of D-ribose supplementation on the changes of blood fatigue substances (lactate, ammonia, phosphate and hypoxanthine) after maximal exercise performance in college male students. The experimental trials of each subject were divided into the following conditions: placebo supplement trial and D-ribose supplement trial. The subjects exercised using a Concept Ⅱ Indoor rowing ergometer for 2,000 m Single Skull event. The subjects ingested 200 ㎎/㎏ of D-ribose after breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as thirty minutes before exercising, for six days. Blood fatigue substances were continuously measured before exercise, immediately after exercise, and thirty minutes after exercise. The results indicated a significant difference in blood phosphate and hypoxanthine levels between the two experimental trials in the 30 minute recovery period (p<0.05). However, there were no significant differences in blood lactate and phosphate levels between the two experimental trials. The results of our study suggest that D-ribose supplementation during maximal rowing exercise for 7~8 minutes may contribute to the improvement of metabolic responses as a beneficial ergogenic aid accelerating fatigue clearance.
